I don't need to L to you officer on September 20th 2024 officers responded to a call at a convenience store regarding a dispute that had escalated into a Potential Threat the report detailed a female customer who was allegedly threatening to assault the cashier claiming the store had robbed her of $20 I told so shut the okay I'm glad you feel like that deorah do you see you see you see I don't care I'm I'm glad your T is like that don't look at me don't look at me as as I want oh you you me some then I don't you was looking at me okay upon arrival the officers began their investigation by speaking with a witness who had been present at the scene after obtaining this information one officer approached the woman sitting outside the store she appeared frustrated and was persistent in her demand for the return of her $20 repeating her claim that the store had wronged her I my [ __ ] chain sweet the $20 that's all I want can you hold on and figure out what's going on you got to yell at me I didn't do nothing good morning how you doing I'm all right I'm trying to catch the bus first of all I came into the store to use bathroom and get me something to drink to eat I left my phone in the bathroom she went in the bathroom behind me I was on my way there St I came back and I asked her did you go into the bathroom I she said yes I said said did you use the handicap stall or the small one she said the small one I said oh good because I left my phone then she went in her bag and gave me my phone instead of turning it in now after that she purchased something she was with another black she was with a black guy she purchased something she gave the lady $20 she walked off I don't she gave the lady some gave the lady some money she walked off the lady gave the change to the person that was with her that young man came out with her stood here for a minute I think she gave a man about $27 back and some change or something other like that she thought they were together he was outside and then he told her he was F to go so he ran off with her money but she went in there and threatened this lady went behind the counter and was all up in her face with her fist and then that's when I called the police and I got to go over here and catch this bus that's the whole story and she can take over from there everything is on camera sir can you hey ma'am do me a favor yeah stop acting like an okay he didn't do nothing to you we didn't do nothing to you stop acting like an all right I'm telling you if I find something for you go to jail I'll take your ass to jail chill out all right stop being what's going on you know those she just I just got here I just got here I went in with this black kid pretending to be homeless she gave him my change she robbed me for $20 who did the black sh I was trying to save the homeless people you're trying to save the homeless people he was the first morning I he just got out of jail this morning who Maurice his first name she bought something she brought something for her she brought something for him she gave the cashier the money I don't know what it was all I know when the cashier out change the young man pick up the change she came straight out the door I want my $20 back she handed him my it my sir I want my $20 my head $20 is missing I need it sir I'm here help somebody took it from you or you gave it to them she gave him my CH see literally went behind the counter up to the register in the cashier face the cashier was TR to get phone to call the police I you have your ID on your yes I do you took off sir but you gave but you but you gave her the 20 who's her no I gave I don't have oh why are you yelling I'm by off okay well you need to get it under control and stop yelling meanwhile the other officer entered the store to gather further details the store employees who were clearly distressed began sharing their version of events they described the woman's Behavior as aggressive and disruptive according to their accounts she had been argumentative causing a scene and making threats toward the cashier which had prompted them to contact law enforcement the employees were cooperative and eager to assist the officer in understanding the situation robbery is taking something by force out of your hand that didn't happen that didn't happen exactly so it's not a robbery so stop saying you were robbed okay we're trying to get to the bottom of it but you're screaming at me tell telling me you were robbed and and I'm trying to figure out how the elements of a robbery occurred long story short she stole that lady cell phones they that lady came back and she gotten her phone B so then the white lady come in she's screaming you're going to call the police yes said no I'm not that's said why you stole that lady's phone but now you want me to call the police cuz he done stole your stuff I said no that ain't happening I'll watch this yes you will I said no I'm not I'll come over this count after I hit the panic button nobody ever showed up thank the Lord that lady called the cops cuz this crazy woman came from around I think you hit it but I guess it takes a little bit for her to call us soon I was pulling up told us yeah that's way too long that is way too long something figure yeah that's what I she's the store manager I was like this needs to be fixed because if something was seriously going on and I would have done poting at my face or something I would have been dead that panic button does not work that needly fix she she came around the counter at me with her face like I'm I said ma'am I said get away from me get from behind my counter now and I'm screaming at her she's like you're going after a knife I'm going for my phone I'm looking for my cell phone so are you are you homeless right now uh yes not for long okay do you want to hear why sir the police see after they bought whatever you gave her change no she did so she handed me her $50 I checked it look watched the walk out the store the young man still standing in front of me young what cuz they were together cuz he handed you the money right she is the one that handed me the money but she was already out the door I got you so he was the one standing in front of me he took the bag and the change oh she didn't even take the item she no she did like handed me the money and did like this okay and I was like like all right because you all came together I didn't think nothing of it right and then that's when she came back in not even minutes later screaming at me that so it wasn't like immediately she came back like a little bit later a little bit later yeah and started screaming at me that he robbed her I said well you stole that lady's cell phone off the bathroom why am I going to call the cops on you for him stealing from you when you just try to steal from her is an effort then why and then that's when she started threatening me threatening me trying to climb over my counter and then that's when she walked behind my counter and was in my face like this and I said please do please do were you afraid was I afraid very much I'm shutting the store down like like I need to take my nerves down here I like I'm Da afraid I want her arrested um and I will make it inst they work yes sir and I will pull up on my bite now let me take care of this hey baby oh G Going to the to you we're trying to help you out with your money I want to leave right during the ongoing investigation the store manager invited one of the officers to review the CCTV footage which had captured the entire incident the footage revealed that the woman's actions were not those of a victim but rather of an instigator the video showed her engaging in hostile Behavior making threatening gestures and creating a disturbance within the store before moving outside this evidence contradicted her claim of being robbed and indicated that her accusations were unfounded here she is now see walked away from me knowing I got her money okay see she gone yep out of 3000 okay bye the young man's waiting okay they you are cuz they were together got it there's that so now was at 7:00 even 7:00 even yeah reviewing the footage shared this information with their partner who was still speaking with the woman outside despite being confronted with evidence that undermined her allegations the woman continued to maintain her version of events her demeanor became increasingly confrontational she trust best I I don't think so yes the man you said don't come back okay great I have $20 please listen $20 because we nobody took your nobody took your nobody took your $20 I get my $20 okay cool at this point the off officers made the decision to take the woman into custody as her actions were now classified as trespassing and public disturbance when they informed her of their decision she became resistant verbally abusing the officers and using offensive language despite their attempts to calm her and encourage her compliance she refused to cooperate and physically resisted being taken into custody her resistance necessitated the use of force to restrain her and the officers ultimately succeeded in placing her in handcuffs give me it I will leave Jones now why you putting the gloves onon why are you put on did did the manager trespass her in front of you yeah she here yeah okay station for further processing throughout the ride she continued her tiate of verbal abuse showing no signs of remorse or willingness to cooperate at the station the officers documented the incident in detail compiling witness statements employee accounts and the evidence from from the CCTV footage help me please Jesus help me please Jesus pleas help me please please help me can you give me my
