On March 3rd, 2024, an officer with Florida Fish and Wildlife was on patrol when he spotted an individual running hunting dogs through private property. Recording. How's it going, boss? All right, let me take a look at these dogs. Let me get your ID. Yeah. I'll be honest with you here. I took the color off. He only Are they friendly? Yeah, they're He only has that name tag right there cuz you're check I know you're checking tag. He only has that one. It has my name or my number and his name on it. And then these ones. It doesn't have I just got these like a couple days ago and I haven't got them tagged up on these, but I have my number. But look, this is what I'm going to do. We have a diversion program going on right now. Which means is I'm going to give you citation still a criminal charge, right? But I'm going to send it to the state attorney's office where they're not going to put it as a as long as you don't have any criminal record. No. Okay. Yeah. As long as you don't have any criminal record, what's going to happen is you're going to have to pay some kind of civil penalty. Okay. But it's not going to show a say criminal charge on your record. Okay. Okay. The other way is if I just send the um the the charge, right? I will send it over and then you will have to go see a judge and all that. Yeah. Right. But this is I still have to send it in, but I'll talk directly to the state attorney's office and tell them what happened. You were up front, but it's still a violation was committed. Right. It's not going to be a criminal charge, but there will be some kind of civil penalty that the courts will decide. All right. I don't know that amount. Um that's fine. But I'm going to do it just for the dogs running without um owner's consent. All right. And I'm just going to give you a warning for the not having to name the address on the tags. Yeah, I'll add that. All right. Um you say you work for you you work you you travel for what do you do? I sport fish. Oh, yeah. Where at? Uh Miami. Oh, nice. Very nice. Do any fishing in Palm Beach? How do you who who could you talk to to get permission through this Vieira stuff? This is owned by Vieiera Builders, which is a company who's building all that. It would be going to one of those uh the like or you know where they sell the homes. Maybe talk to like the if they can get you to like the superintendent that runs the building. Yeah. I don't know if they're able to give permission, but I know Vieira is owned by Duda Ranch. Yeah. So somehow that way. Yeah. So it's in between the comfort building company and Duda and stuff. So Duda Ranch like owns Vieiera Builders. Oh. So Vieiera Builders is its own entity. So you're going to have to talk to whoever manages Vieira if they allow you, you know, to come in.
