as a violation the officer decided to initiate a traffic stop officer power State Police reason for the Stop is this temp tag is expired and it doesn't even belong to this vehicle are you serious yeah it's not my car it's my is my friend's car do you guys have your licenses on you and then any kind of insurance or um I don't think she has insurance but um I her title she has a title in here I know she just bought the car so neither of you are the registered owner no I don't even know if it's registered do you guys have your licenses or IDs on you I'll give you m yeah I can give you my information I don't have you don't have it all damn it upon stopping the vehicles the officer encountered a couple with the woman driving the man visibly concerned immediately questioned the officer about the reason for the Stop finding the situation unsettling the officer calmly explained that the vehicles had expired stamp cards necessitating the investigation this explanation aimed to clarify the situation and reassure the couple that the stop was a routine procedure to address the expired documentation [ __ ] man my name is Arthur R do you do you know you're social yeah okay and then uh 1471 what's yours ma'am it's Ashley Gonzalez what's your uh social uh you there's no there's nothing with the VIN number on it at all that you know I I have the she has the title in here she does yeah you want to try to look for it real quick all right um so yeah it came back like expired big time and then I I didn't know she just let me borrow cuz I had to go run some errands today and so yeah I didn't know I don't know if she doesn't have insurance or nothing I don't think so I think she bought it may and then you're you're Ashley right yeah you don't have a a license I know so but I mean I can park it and have her come get it but yeah so when the officer asked for the driver's license and additional information the female driver stepped out of the vehicle to cooperate she provided her identification details including her driver's license and other necessary documents uh normally in this situation it'll it'll be some citations but as long as you come to court and if she gets this thing registered and insured and then I don't know what you need to do to get your license I I just have I just never or just try to do your best if we can work something out once it gets to court all right as long as this vehicle gets registered and insured yeah before we could probably we could probably like dismiss everything with the license so but you're not going to tell but you do you have you have a license right yeah I do do you want to I'm going to have to have him drive because he has a valid driver's license thank you so much but then if you get pulled over I'm just going right up the street right here and that's parking we're not that far anyway we're just right up here okay gotcha all right I'll be right back uh here you could you could keep this and then here yeah just I'll happened is uh when I ran what I saw it was 21 so that means it's it's it's expired oh that's the year so it should say 24 two4 it should be 24 T so then when it says this that's that's not even possible see that oh see that don't even match up this needs to be a four yeah this number stupid that's crazy and you just borrowed the car yeah I just I just had to run to Walmart and I had to run some errands I was supposed to go to work but my car took a [ __ ] on me so I had B her car car so um is there any way you can call her just to verify that that she after carefully reviewing the provided information and documents the officer determined that both the stamp card and the driver's license were expired recognizing the seriousness of these violations the officer decided to proceed with a more thorough investigation her car oh uh I mean yeah I don't she doesn't have a phone my phone's on Wi-Fi got Sten I know I had it on it's been a day today it has but I mean I don't see where she signed like there's no signature on and there's there's nothing on the bail of sale or nothing I mean it I mean we could I could park it here and then I could just walk over to her house and have her come get it if you want I mean but I know I remember when she bought it she bought it from some guy on Facebook and what's her name Sylvia Sylvia um do you need to get out okay you could probably back up and then uh you could squeeze by my unit sorry about that it was my I I should but I you know you don't need the house yeah so something like this is like that's like a felony oh my God it's a felony traffic offense and because I'm driving that no no no no no no just if I just need to confirm whose car this is actually you know what I mean yeah just because like falsifying evidence of registration is a is a fourth degree felony it's a it's barely a felony but it's a fon um I mean I what I can do is go we that's why I was going to take us to her house and go go back and give the car so I can go over there and cuz she doesn't have a phone her phone is off but and I mine's on Wi-Fi so I was stopping at all these restaurants and [ __ ] trying to use it but what I don't get is why she just keeps the title in the car like that yeah you know what I mean yeah she's not a very or she bought the vehicle a vehicle too and kept it inside the car just as Pro she's not a very organized just to prove that okay well this is my vehicle and there's no way of contacting her right now I no I have to go to her house cuz she didn't have a phone she don't have a phone [ __ ] oh God she don't have a phone at all it's on Wii like we cuz we we had uh phones together but our the plan ended we had the 30 days free data and then I just haven't been able to pay my phone and it's like a 100 bucks so we've both been on Wi-Fi and stuff do you know her phone number yeah it's on my phone yeah here go ahead and grab it and then you can come back here all right let me uh let me call a supervisor and see what he wants me to do about this I mean CU if I'm driving in that is it going to well it would be different I guess if her name was on this as the buyer but it's not even it's not signed or nothing though and then you guys got all your stuff in there right yeah you know what I mean I mean I have my stuff in the TR in the back seat I don't know what's all in the trunk stay right here I'm going to ask him a question hey man this is all your guys' stuff back here right yeah so you guys living in the car or no no not I I I don't live in the car at all this is just a friend of mine that's it so but I mean I I I ain't going to lie to you though I am homeless though I did a lot of time in the penitentiary man got out of the penitentiary I discharged my number and stuff silia's last name like that but as far as all whole names and all that I really don't yeah so what's what's interesting to me is that she when she bought the vehicle supposedly bought this vehicle she didn't put her name on as the buyer you know what I mean and there's nothing on the bill of sale is blank yeah see I don't I mean I really don't know nothing much about I mean is this your guys's vehicle or is it actually somebody else's she's not my girlfriend or nothing she's just a friend of mine we're not together we're not a partner like that I mean as far as I know as far as I know yeah that you know that's her friend's car that she borrowed the car cuz I what I what it was is that I seen her earlier today and uh I was walking by over there by uh by the circle care when did she borrow the car uh she bought she had already bought the car before I had got before I had uh gotten there like today like a one time today earlier today the female driver became increasingly argumentative with the officer refusing to allow a search of the vehicle and growing more aggressive in her demeanor despite the officer's repeated requests for her to calm down and cooperate she continued to resist escalating the situation oh yeah because I was just walking by and she had honked the horn and I looked like that and I was like hey what's up and then she said what are you doing I said nothing I told her can I get in we sat down she goes hey well I got to go run a couple erand and I told her I was kind of hungry and thirsty and she said come on I'll buy you a McDonald's so then I just jumped in the car and went with her and that was it that was it so I mean I don't you know what I mean I don't but I'm sure there's nothing wrong I mean I don't she doesn't seem to be like you know what I mean one of the type of people that would be like uh you know like a TH or something like that if that's what thinking I mean well I just wondered who who put the temp tag that's you you know how they do it man you a got a money they got the money like she said she can't even afford a phone so she probably can't even they can't probably can't even afford to do registration and that so they just stick a temp tag up there I mean you know people do it all the time you know I mean just on some stupid [ __ ] not thinking that they're going to get pulled over and then they do get pulled over you know what I mean but I mean as far as everything else it's not a stolen vehicle or anything I I mean I know yeah I know it's not stolen but you know what I mean there's no proof that this belongs to anybody else but whoever's in possession of the vehicle she about the vehicle because she got that girl s got her insurance money she got uh last year's insurance and then I mean not Insurance uh what do you call that uh uh income tax check so she had got like $88,000 so she uh supposed to be paid like 2,200 or 2300 whatever it was for the car so yeah my understanding you know what I mean so but I met her through my daughter Brianna my daughter Brianna's in jail now but I met her through my through uh my daughter Brianna and my baby's mom you know I mean so she seemed to be pretty straight pretty head up I mean I really don't got I'm 53 you know what I mean so I really don't [ __ ] around with me I can't afford to get in more trouble man I can't time prison man so that [ __ ] so but I don't I she doesn't see well I mean when when she was explaining like stuff to me like her lip was like kind of quivering like she was not being completely honest with me she just probably just scared you know all a sudden she gets to tell him this is a felony go what am I going to do she goes I don't want to get in trouble I said I don't think you will I me he being real respectful I think you're being real respectful I think you mean from the gate I said listen man there's a big difference between a state officer and an APD officer I said she can tell the difference he's just more respectful he talks to you more manually you know I mean she said yeah I said just don't stress this you know I've done this a lot of times you know what I mean so it doesn't really stress me out I've been around no and cops all my life you know what I mean 24 and a half years of penitent so I don't I don't you know what I mean I don't really stutter I guess that's what you call a convict the convict's really fast on the feet that you know what I mean that's the difference between convict and an inmate so I you guys don't get me nervous okay all right well thanks hon all right I'm going to call my supervisor real quick just cuz see what's not what's make it's not making sense to me you got all your stuff in the car okay it is my car I'm sorry I just it's cuz I don't have I didn't get it registered I didn't sign the title because I didn't know I was supposed to sign it and I've had a lot of problems with it and I was just going to sell it anyways I bought it off a guy on Facebook so then how did this get on there I you put it there well I didn't but I didn't make that somebody made that for somebody made it for you and you put it on your vehicle CU I didn't want to get from the see I knew you weren't being honest with me cuz your cuz your lip was quivering you had all the indicators that you were not telling me the truth I'm sorry but I just I haven't had the money to register it and then it's all [ __ ] up it's not even pass missions like it's like I basically bought a limit C like it's barely running right now I know but now you know what position that puts me in please please I I mean like I when I go to court I I'll have it I mean I think I think it might have been different if you were just upfront and honest about it in the start but you want to give me the run around and run me through a loop and then you finally you you knew I was kind of questioning and questioning it and I I your lip was like quivering you kept breaking eye contact even though I could see your eyes through the through your sunglasses Sor s so I mean after gathering information from both suspects the officer decided to proceed with a search of the vehicle the situation took a dangerous turn when the female suspect suddenly declared that the car was hers and that she had a gun warning the officer not to mess with her most likely it'll probably just be an RO interview so it'll probably just release you cuz it is a traffic offense but this is this is one of those things I don't can't it's I can't let you go for technically a felony offense but that's not like I didn't know that that was a felony I again and I really thought I thought that it was 546 I'm 10 here so go ahead and turn around put your hands on your back okay no dude come on come on don't resist don't her uh for a felony fraudulent uh registration um can I please get a drink of my soda please I'm so thirsty and my phone's right there can get my phone yeah there's a male in the car he's been cool so check that out I'm so thirsty I'm going to [ __ ] die yeah is that it yeah so where's your gun you said you had you're just messing with me you want to go to jail man a I just tighten here hold on hold on get up I got sweat in my eyes shouldn't have resisted taking yo now you just picked up another charge resisting arrest so how small was that I'll get I'll bring it to you so you are under arrest okay you have the right to remain silent anything you say can be used against UN in cour law you have the right to talk to an attorney and to have them present during questioning if you cannot afford an attorney one will be provided for you at government expense for any questions if you wish you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements this alarming statement significantly escalated the tension despite the threat the officer continued the search and discovered a discarded camera and other items inside the vehicle given the escalating situation and the threat of a weapon the officer ultimately decided to arrest the female suspect if you decide to answer the questions you may stop answering questions at any time to consult with an already do you understand what I told you yeah okay is this the right bin uh it's I put it in the cab the correct B yeah damn RI my pants the Mee what's up yeah all right 23 yeah it's clearly false evidence of registration she said she got it from somebody put it on her vehicle first she tried to BS me and say it wasn't a vehicle but G the V back no I came back here let me see yeah you're right it's not huh it's not coming back hello you got AET on you huh you got AET on you oh you know what it's I Ted to there it is so it's not stolen it just doesn't belong to that yeah or it's not no it belongs to her she said she bought it she just has the wrong and then she put this on her vehicle which it's fake cuz look supp to be a for so once I told her that told her to put her hand your back I need he's cool yeah he's cool tell him to kick Rock to it okay everything to me stupid that it was it was her it's her car she put that on her on her vehicle that a got nothing to do me I know so you're free to go we're going to tow the vehicle okay nothing vehicle mine except what I got right here yeah get all your belongings and that's all I got that's all I got like I said man she grabbed her and then we kind of scuffled over here and then just ended right there I'm going have to use Force no gun no gun did you use Force yeah yeah I put her to the ground I'm scared well you're walk you're walking in the middle of the scene so you should be I definitely uh like I definitely put her put her to the ground so thank you sir I mean I tried to do it you know cuz we were on the pavement so I try to do it nicely and I kind of did but there such Nic somebody's resisting a rash just handle business yeah yeah yeah yeah do your B yeah you're uninjured no I'm not injured going to be a make sure you do a photograph over to document still take this with she resisted but after placing her in custody the officer secured her in the patrol vehicle and transported her to the police station for further investigation yeah good of the day I got your $20 bill right here okay what's that hold on on her seat like in plain view is there a blue on it I just opened it but yeah right right on the okay gotcha on the driver see yep right she was the driver she be sitting on top of it okay got you what's up to be mad me am I mad no you're going to be mad why not it's not oh dang what is it okay so what's yours dang four okay so she gave me this one not that one ex gave me this one with wearing of glasses you stand for dress only 546 in 56 in 546 I have uh two DLS out of New Mexico in it clear this going to be my well 15's uh identity she tried to use and then her actual identity the first one is going to be the identity you should try to use and that's next this is going to be their actual identity and then I have another uh DL out of New Mexico when this was the passenger he's been releas go with it it stand by I'm trying to find it I have it it's social going to stand by for a second dress test dress test only yeah I knew some was up but I I didn't think she was using somebody else's identity it kind of L through her the glasses and stuff but job bro I'll meet you at the office okay cool I'll get this thing to take off oh you going to do it okay later the female suspect was brought before the court to face charges of disorderly conduct resisting arrest and
