on the 18th of May 2023 officers responded to a disturbance at a local Tiki Bar in Sebastian Florida where an intoxicated female was found lying in a prone position in the parking lot near the figure out what's going on there yeah she needs she appeared heavily intoxicated and had trouble standing Her speech was slurred and she repeatedly said that her wrist was broken despite this she was talk it's a misir okay hours she's going to have to sit until she's no longer drunk and she going to be um she well she won't have to see the judge she'll have a $500 bot so it's not like it's not a big deal but the the biggest deal is that she's going to have to sit until she's not intoxicated anymore right right okay and that is like a minimum of eight hours is like the rule if it takes like 10 or 11 hours then it takes 10 or 11 hours right but they can't let her back out if she's intoxicated whatever the case Okay so and I'm sure you don't want to press charges for the assault because she
