September 27th 2023 in Florida officers were dispatched to investigate reports of a couple suspected of stealing from a store did the officers handle the situ sitation appropriately are you 100% Ser officer confronted a nervous woman who appeared frightened when questioned she claimed not to have a name and refused to provide information officer officers noted her evasive behavior and observed her trying to hide she mentioned the officers had been chasing her but they denied this and stated she was being uncooperative what are you doing what's going on 10 12 some female scared scared of hands were already in position however her resistance continued and the officers tased her again citing her refusal to cooperate during this altercation the officers noted her lack of identification theft and resisting arrest while the woman fac charges of resisting arrest and shoplifting throughout the incident officers expressed regret about using Force but maintained it was necessary given the suspect's actions do you think the officer's repeated use of tasers in this situation was excessive especially against the woman who wasn't fully Cooperative but didn't seem physically threatening if
