Her refusal to calm down made the process more difficult and stressful. Upon arriving at the station, her behavior continued to deteriorate. She became increasingly agitated and disruptive, yelling and making a scene in the processing area. To mitigate the chaos and ensure a controlled environment, the officers decided to place her in a cell. My dad's a city manager. I'm going to get you. I I I It's in her wallet, I think. I'm just going to search her wallet real quick. Just going to get some air started for her, and then I'm going to search her property. There is a camera. You're right. I'm not. It's on camera. They've taken a whole backpack here before. For a deputy, they will. I'm a city officer, miss. What's the difference? I'm a municipal. I have to stay within the city boundaries. The county jail is ran by county deputies. Like they will take county deputies property for their arrestees, like a big bag. But for a city officer, they only take up to a wallet. Okay. So, I'll have you hop out, please. I can't get out. I can't move. I'm like stuck. I No, I have the seat belt off of you. You don't have to help me. I literally Okay. If you just stand right back here, I'm just going to close your door, okay? I can't believe you did that to me. I can't I can't believe you resisted arrest. Later, the female was brought to court where she faced charges including resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. The court proceedings addressed her disruptive actions, resistance during the arrest, and her refusal to leave the store leading to these legal charges.
