grael gra on April 1st 2023 officers responded to a 911 call about a family dispute upon arrival the suspect was seen arguing with the grandmother the suspect shouted about being independent using offensive language the situation escalated as the suspect exhibited aggressive behavior and admitted to breaking her aunt's car window an officer asked which apartment the suspect lived in but the suspect denied staying there the grandmother confirmed the suspect had no respect you're doing this on your own yes you are I'm just trying to my own [ __ ] just make M you're doing stupid [ __ ] where my right I don't know if it's you're going to somebody names R how am I going to joil you broke your Auntie's window cuz she deserves it no you're going to jail oh I'm going to j y wherever they suspect gave a false name before correcting it the officer asked about the damaged vehicle and the suspect pointed to the windshield the officer assured a follow-up conversation but told the suspect to wait the officer asked why the suspect had broken the ant's window the suspect admitted to throw a rock out of anger but seemed uncertain about the reason the officer then instructed the suspect to remove personal items including a purse and vape shut up finish your cigarette there okay no cuz what AM cuz I'm not leaving I need to leave my rides on the way how much how much you had to drink two shots that's it I had two shots of smar on that's it I'm okay they're tripping cuz they think that I'm drunk Okay and like I don't do drugs either the only the only thing I do is just smoke you know suspect dropped to the ground resisting further restraints were applied and the suspect continued to yell and cry asking for help from the grandmother the suspect claimed difficulty breathing requested an inhaler and begged for help but the officers instructed compliance an officer collected statements from the caller the caller confirmed reporting the suspect and that the vehicle had been the caller explained the suspect had entered the apartment taken car keys from a bowl near the counter and attempted to get into the car this was the second time such damage had occurred the officer confirmed the suspect would be jailed the caller requested a case number for insurance purposes that's a joint not no looks like it cigarette sorry those are my son's Keys as well where those said she was so yeah she just problem 26 let me see if she wants to take any stuff otherwise I'll just give it to you cuz most of this she can't really taking jail if she wants her phone though I'm going to was like don't come back to my house cuz she was planning on from my back or said don't come back you're not allowed back here you know this second time she's broken my window um so so she got your keys from inside your apartment came down to your car Tred to get in your car you saw her yeah I saw her and then she up pissed to you after you said don't come back to the house I said don't come back and she was like I won't and then I said no you know what and then not she I came inside and I heard the I heard the loud noise and I just knew it okay and she's done it before you said she has she's broken my um driver's side window okay okay well she obviously going to jail um if you guys have any questions give a call did you want a case number or something for insurance yeah okay give me a second I'm going to just do this paperwork for heck here and yeah uh I guess you hang for the officer agreed and proceeded with the paperwork meanwhile the suspect continued crying pleading to go home an officer reassured the suspect but refused to remove restraints when the suspect was instructed to step out resistance continued followed by more complaints about pain the officer tried loosening restraint slightly but maintained control the suspect continued apologizing J listen to me real quick jine are you listening to me you are breathing one of my tubes are hurting in my throat
