your bed well I mean I was at another store so I came here okay that was at Dollar Tree is there something from Dollar Tree that would be in your bed probably what would that be on August 2nd 2024 an officer approached after staff raised concerns about possible theft the officer mentioned that the bag needed to be checked and a response was given that another store had been visited earlier I that she has things in her Pur okay um they've been in and out before they've walked out with bu bags they're very sketchy they just one hangs out up here the other one hangs out in the back and okay she keeps her way close to her and yeah okay anything with the guy huh this guy have no I wouldn't be able to tell you for sure cuz I'm more worried about the big okay hi I'm officer Jensen um staff is concerned that you might have placed some items in bag we just checked out okay do you care if I check your bag well I mean I was at another store I came here okay that was that Dollar Tree is there something from Dollar Tree that would be in your bag probably what would that be um body wash or I don't knowbe I'll get there would you have receipts for it um oh somewhere probably um do you mind have to take a look can we just step over here would that be the receipt from the other store I'm looking okay I have a couple of them when asked about a receipt there was hesitation and multiple receipts were checked the officer suggested stepping aside to review them a receipt was presented but the officer needed to confirm its validity identification was requested and it was mentioned that other receipts were in a truck while checking the bag the officer noted some items and asked about them the bag contained multiple phones but only one was functional watches were also found the officer continued checking and asked about a payment method a response was given that an extra dollar had to be paid with a card oh I need paper what I do but yeah this is came from Dollar Tree Dollar Tree let me find we a lot of chopping okay give me this one dad I do need to take okay I don't know you have any idea with you that I could open and down thank you mhm my other re are going to be a Tree we do carry that I would have to watch the camera to see if she was over by there okay I was I was looking at body wash and shampoo and the officer inquired if the store's item had been seen before a response was given that it was not recognized the officer asked for a receipt and a response was given that it might not be there the store confirmed the item belonged to them and asked about pressing charges the officer urged honesty and an admission was made that the items had been placed in the bag the officer asked if there was any intention to take them and hesitation followed the officer asked if there was anything else stolen and another item was pointed out body wash shampoo okay can I see your receip I don't know if you seen anything like this in there but this is in the [Music] area here okay um not looking for restitution but do charges yeah okay my do is I person sitting there and throw everything in well you understand it's weird for to have items randomly just fall into your purse but I just had it sitting here and I was grabbing and putting in like I said when I first came in I hit the corner thing there and there was a lady crouched out looking at something and I almost hit a pair of uh toet Clippers came up almost hit her okay I just okay surle it's going to be a lot better if you're just honest with me okay yeah I put them in there okay there two yeah okay you're intending to take them no well I'm not intending to like you know okay I just spend a lot of money okay you didn't have money for this um we we just had to pay an extra dollar off contact um just wait here I'm going to have you hang out with my partner quick have back surgeries so I'm are you a medication for the back surgeries no I don't take pay medication at all okay because I I was I was an addict and so I quit taking everything okay and then I was in the hospital last week okay and I had um infected kidney so okay they gave me something in the hospital and I didn't pick up the bottle of P medication that they gave it I don't want to swing back into my the officer inquired about medications and it was confirmed that anxiety depression and blood pressure medications were taken the officer noted unusual behavior and asked if everything was okay a response was given that it was hot and the desire to go home was expressed the officer verified personal information and asked if a probation agent needed to be informed a response was given that a call should be made the officer then confirmed that the agent would be contacted okay is your back hurting right now that's why I keep leaning over like this that's why I'm always leaning backwards I can show you the scar that I believe you I don't need to see the scar all right so here's the deal Shirley what happens with these is you're going to get a city ordinance Citation for theft um we have them so we're not requesting restitution but I do have to take you down to the jail get you booked in and then you're released it's a book and release process um your back hurts what I'm going to do is I'm going to go get a transport belt keep your hands in front of your body so that you'll be more comfortable as we transport you to the jail or B are you getting that okay I should have passenger side door front door okay you take more stuff yep and I take it out soon we can walk out there that's fine don't worry here take this St home take this St home I got to go booked into the jail I'm going to get do you have any idea with you that I could see as well I'm being me too so like I told her it's a book and release book her in she's free to go there's no bond or anything like that that you got to post it's a real quick process um I'll get you a ticket you'll have a court date you um actually I don't think it's even mandatory since there's no restitution but you have a court date with the ticket all right load that stuff surely yes do you know where the jail is are you going to go pick her up yes sir okay do you know where to go uh the one off of the I name of the street yeah I think I know uh off Royalton going out of town you guys right in town we are our PD is but the jail is the county okay so big one going out of town glass windows across from the car dealership on Royalton Street yeah okay oh right by the the place with the good potatoes potatoes like the mobile or whatever is there oh yeah yeah the chicken um Chester or whatever yeah something in Munch a yeah they just switched their name yeah okay yeah Place awesome okay yeah what an awesome day do you have anything on mentioned back pain due to excessive shopping a signature was required and the officer confirmed that the suspect's agent was not present a question was asked about going to jail and past violations were mentioned a call was made and the officer informed that probation had been placed on hold the officer confirmed that jail staff would handle the next steps so I'm oh it's St look at this stupid [ __ ] yeah I got some soap at least and it smells like peppermints so okay I'm I not paid for it so yeah nothing but I'm or if you want to yeah all right that's all I got it'll take uh the booking process I don't know probably 20 minutes or something it's not long so copy that thank you got to take her picture get her entered into the system and then she'll be on her way yeah all right I General issued a trespass order and the officer warned that returning would result in further charges the officer provided paperwork ensuring it would be given upon release anything else perfect and then I appreciate your cooperation and I get that moving as quick as possible um I do not know it this time but the cooperation will make it move a little FAS all right we're going to head back out to
