further you are now being asked to submit to a test of your breath which consists of two separate samples of your breath that can independently to determine alcohol concentration you are now advised that you have the right to refuse this breath test and that if you refuse a your driver's license permit or privilege to drive will be revoked or denied by the Department of Licensing for at least one year and B your refusal to submit to this test may be used a criminal trial I have read or have had read to me the above statements so I have to get like the blow go thing or or no license at all is that what it is so say those that those are options in the future that you can do but that's not that that is my license taken away is that what I saying um cuz I have work so I don't I don't know there's like a way for me to do whatever I have to do for that so for this cuz I can't explain in my own words I'm going to try to find the section that explains that that answers that I'll I'll read effect for another I believe it's 90 days that can't drive for 90 days so your license won't be suspended for 90 days so you you have 90 days until that anything happens um like I said that's all determined way past all this that that gets determined down in in the future so it's not set now not right now not right now so it's not so I'm just trying to figure out if I can go to work or not yeah like so so everything further will be discussed after depending the results of this test and stuff everything will be discussed after this um unfortunately it's not in my position to discuss that as far as the suspension it's not my job um my job is just this part of the initial arrest but but for the time being yes we'll still be able to go to work drive to work does that make sense at least
