on October 6th 2024 officers identified a stolen vehicle and confirmed its status after running the license plate they discreetly followed the car until it stopped at a residence when the vehicle was parked multiple juveniles quickly exited and fled on foot the officers determined to apprehend them began a foot pursuit while ensuring the stolen car was secured stop running I'm not running that's me you black two [Applause] now come here stop dud on the ground now go secure the car he's 14 I don't give a [ __ ] it's a stolen vehicle it's not have it the juvenile scattered toward a nearby house with some attempting to access the property through side doors shut up it's a stone vehicle I literally watched him jump out of the car it's not there shut up stop walking towards me you'll be arrested [Laughter] no [ __ ] it's not there it's a stone vehicle all right stop walking to control the situation officers established a perimeter and called for backup a drone was deployed to monitor the backyard and surrounding areas while additional officers positioned themselves strategically to block any Escape Routes yeah I'm going to find my key that's her right there seven the two drivers were black mes and all black one had an afro one had a white strip down the black pants black hoodies a cruiser stays over here at wil to hold the perimeter I'm going the Drone house check backyard yeah they kept uh running all towards the house not so if someone could go sit in front of the house there's a side door that they can get to hey that's the mom that keeps driving trying to during the commotion a woman arrived driving her neighbor's vehicle she claimed she was looking for her son among the juveniles who fled ignoring officers instructions to remain calm and distant the woman engaged in a heated exchange with [Applause] them y'all really got I hope y'all know that why is that because they wasn't mother driving that's why why they get out run why because they're in a storm vehicle the felony traffic it doesn't matter if they're wasn't wasn't driving liar no want to shoot my somebody was driving how JP out driving how J it be a supervisor over here in a minute you can talk get here you can talk if he in a stolen car jump out so he wasn't dve if you keep following us cousing you going to jail too going to jail too that's what's about to happen that's what's about to happen about to happen I'm tell you you can't out here and be dis you can't here and be dis she repeatedly accused the officers of unfair treatment insisting her son was not driving the stolen vehicle and had only run from it go to jail city property city property iwear God why my this [ __ ] to you I don't give a bro they lame as they can't wait to do this [ __ ] the woman's Behavior became increasingly confrontational despite being warned to step back and allow the officers to conduct their investigation she approached them and shouted objections she argued that her actions were protected by freedom of speech dismissing their orders as unlawful yo B rest guns though but you ain't resting the mother guns though piece of [ __ ] every pie of [ __ ] man [ __ ] just let with a gun okay you talking about okay yeah all right yall lame as off of me bro meelon tell you tell you what's happen get in the car snatch side get in that's I don't care bro get as the situation escalated she accused the officers of excessive force and unfairly targeting the juveniles referencing a previous incident involving a firearm where she claimed they had failed to [Applause] act yes ma'am look what they did in my leg bro trying to push me in his dumb ass car all right well first I'm not bro at this point you think I care me for what for talking for talking but you didn't arrest a boy two days ago with a gun quit playing with me man all right what did you need a supervisor for ma'am because they H me they arrest me for nothing for talking I'm allowed to talk I can say what the I want a freedom of speech I didn't threaten nobody I ain't do none of that the officers noted her repeated interference which obstructed their ability to investigate the St stolen vehicle and locate the fleeing juveniles her refusal to comply with their orders disrupted the scene and hindered their efforts she returned multiple times driving her neighbor's car to different locations further complicating the investigation have I talked to you before yeah I haven't threaten nobody I ain't did [ __ ] with these mother they couldn't wait to do something they won't even arrest with a gun they just let a boy go two days ago with a gun you arrest me in front of my house for okay is that all you wanted to tell me look at my leg I see it I ain't this [ __ ] to nobody all right is that all you the situation the woman argued drawing attention to herself and the scene she accused the officers of causing a disturbance and insisted she was within her rights to speak on her property her continued Defiance left the officers with no choice but to place her under arrest okay who's your sister the one that they got cuffed up in there oh the one's under arrest yeah oh okay well she was on her property talking to them because she know who it is okay all she was trying to do is talk to him like hey y'all didn't have to pull guns out and all that other stuff that makes no sense is she a police officer or something your your who's it your mom or your sister that's my sister oh you can't take my [ __ ] you can't take my phone man you cannot take my phone that's my get you can wait the rest of you beat your ass I swear to God I'll beat your ass take that gun and badge off swear up yeah is she a police officer is she like a a lawyer or something so she knows police tactics and all that stuff what's going on law but like you arrest her on her property though yeah she's under arrest for what I I can find that out from the officers if you'd like I got y'all I'm going have these kids give you a hell get your sergeant hey get your sergeant I want the sergeant right now I want the sergeant right now you I want the sergeant right now bro so yeah she's under arrest right now she's going to be charged then I ask the key I them for my keys to my car and they tell me no okay which which keys to this car right here that she had on her person so that was the car she was riding around in I guess trying to find her son the one we're trying to apprehend who's in a stolen vehicle is is that the one I'm not 100% sure well I'm going to I'm going to tell you that that's what's going on okay because he was in a stolen vehicle and he's he's being under arrest if we find him okay during her arrest the woman resisted accusing the officers of using excessive force and deliberately tightening the handcuffs to cause pain she loudly voiced her objections claiming she was being unfairly targeted and arrested for merely speaking out that's perfectly fine they do what they do they wrong for what they do they they going to pay for it that's how it is uh the keys is this your vehicle is this her vehicle no this is her neighbor's vehicle so what's she doing in it she was using it okay well where's her neighbor at who owns the vehicle she lives at the end well if the neighbor wants a keys and she can come and talk to me I can't get them no it's not your vehicle so why was dude being disrespectful with the glasses on his head he allowed to talk to anybody any other all the officers have body warn camera sir okay so so I just call down there and get it yeah if you want to that's fine I mean the officers were trying to do their job and apprehend some criminals here who have a stolen vehicle which is a felony in the state of Ohio so I mean sometimes things may be said which you may not like and it's unfortunate I don't mind but they antagonized her on her property well she's under arrest well they didn't Ane anybody she's under arrest and she's being charged okay listen just because you're on your property you can't just say anything you want that's not it's not fre no incorrect if you're obstructing the officer's investigation is different she wasn't obstructing nothing she was well that's why she's under arrest how was she obstructing she could go to court if you disagree with it you could go to court if you disagree with it you could be her witness and we'll call it a day how's that sir she pointed out that other serious incidents in the neighborhood including cases involving Firearms had been ignored by law enforcement okay okay so she's she's being under arrest okay mhm all right anything else you want for me so I'll take care so if that neighbor wants her keys to her car she could come down and talk to one of us and I'll get her her keys to her car okay if it's her car just let her know that ma' can I get a picture of your name man I want to talk to the sergeant cuz y'all ignorant as I am the sergeant well why do I get arrested for telling them my kids wasn't driving why are y'all chasing a for with a gun why am I being arrested for that in front of my mother house you man y'all man y'all couldn't wait to arrest me custody further investigation revealed that she had her neighbor's credit card without permission this discovery raised suspicions of unrelated criminal activity adding another layer of complexity to with the officers right cuz they're always pulling guns on kids exactly but they no offense they don't never want to do anything guns and then they want to take their good all time and of course pull the kids over in front of their house of course they have time to go in the house and hide yeah that's not fair yep and then the one got mad after he arrested me cuz I said you won't even arrest the kids around with guns that we keep calling matter of fact the last one who pulled the boys on the guns is sitting in the county right now on three murder charges no offense but if y'all would have did something then those people would still be thank you you going to offend me no I know I'm not saying you sir I'm just one of the officers that's because I said you want to arrest them they was even driving bro leave them the like you need to shut your mouth I said I don't have to shut up it's a freedom of speech oh yeah yeah we're getting you I said it's a freedom of speech and he said oh yeah
