Is everything okay? >> Yeah, I was trying to get my my fiber card. >> Oh, yeah. I just noticed that you hit the curb. I just wanted to make sure you weren't having a medical emergency. >> no, I'm good. >> You're okay? All right. Do you have your driver's license? Yeah, no problem. How's your night going so far? Oh, that's good. Awesome. Are you the registered owner? Do you have your insurance and your registration card? Cool. And if you have a copy of your insurance on your phone, that works for me, too. >> I'm not sure about this one. Okay. So, I I paid for my registration, >> Okay. >> but it hasn't come in yet. So, >> Oh, that happens. >> Yeah, okay. So, but I I did pay for it. >> Okay. >> It's not there yet. >> Usually, if you pay for it, it's updated in my system, even if you're still waiting for the sticker. >> Yeah, I haven't had the sticker yet. >> Okay, cool. Oh, progressive. That looks >> My thing. >> Yeah. If anything hasn't changed, oh yeah, you're good. 7 to 23. Give me just a second, okay? Nicole. She uh hit a couple curbs. All right. All right, Nicole, would you mind stepping out for me real quick? I'd like to talk to you further out here. So, I'm just I'm noticing a few signs of impairment. I just want to make sure you're good to drive, okay? Would you mind if I take a look at your eyes real quick? All right, I'll have you come to the front of my cruiser, all right? You'll just stand in front of my grill right up here, and then I'll have you turn and face me, all right? I'll have you stand in a very relaxed position, your feet together, arms to your side, okay? Um do you have any blindness in either eye? >> A little bit this one. >> Do you wear contacts or corrective lenses for it? Okay. Do you see my blue light? What I would I'd to do is you to do is look at my light with your eyes only. Don't move your head. I'm just going to make several passes in front of your field of vision. Just look directly at that light for me, okay? Just follow my light, okay? Try to keep your head straight. Just keep following my light, okay? >> Sorry. >> It won't be too long and you can blink as normal, okay? Yeah, just keep following my light, okay? >> Okay. >> This is going to go kind of slow. Just continue to follow. I'm going to go up twice. Just continue to follow as I go up. >> Can I hit that? >> Yeah, yep. So, I'd like to verify all of your information is correct on your driver's license. >> stuff? >> I see your um out of Polk County. Are you still living out there or have you moved to St. Pete? >> No, no, no. >> Oh, you live in Okay. So, the Davenport address is good? >> But I I I have my um my Polk County stuff, but my registration I just did it. So, like >> Yep, I saw it. It's good. It looks like it's good to go. Your first name's Nicole. Do you have a middle name? >> Lynn. >> All right. How do you pronounce your last name? >> Noble. O U G L. >> When is your birthday? >> 4/18/88. >> About how tall are you? >> 5'2". >> And how much do you weigh? Just ballpark. >> What do you want to weigh today? 180. All right. >> Okay. >> good day. >> Where were you born? >> Where? >> Yeah. >> Uh Queens. >> Okay. >> New York. >> And what's a good phone number for you? >> You just ask for it. >> Um so, after I just get some basic information, I have two additional field sobriety tests. So, it's a walk and turn and one leg stand, okay? So, at this point I'm obviously conducting a DUI investigation just to make sure you're good to drive, okay? >> Okay. >> Um what do you do for a living? >> I work for a uh contract auditing. >> Okay. Um and you are the the registered owner of said a Sportage. Okay, what year is your Sportage? >> 2008, I think. >> Okay. Are you feeling sick or injured this evening? >> No. >> Do you have any physical defects? >> No, ma'am. >> Are you diabetic? >> No, ma'am. Thank God. >> Uh epileptic, like a seizure disorder? Are you seeing a doctor or dentist outside of routine care? >> A dentist? >> Yeah, doctor or dentist. Anything that you consider to be outside of the norm. >> I'm seeing a like a regular dentist, but not like out of norm. No, ma'am. >> Okay. Are you taking any medications? >> And how would you rate your overall health? Good, fair, or poor? >> Fair. >> Do you have any injuries that affect your day-to-day activities, like going to work or grocery store or anything? Okay. >> So, I do have two additional field sobriety tests if you'd like to participate. Follow me over here. I'll have you start at the end of this yellow line over here and turn and face the line. So, let me explain and demonstrate the exercise, okay? I'll make sure you don't have any questions and then I'll have you go ahead and participate, okay? So, to get into the starting position, the very first thing I would like you to do is place your left foot at the end of that yellow line and place your right foot in front of your left with your heels and toes touching and keep your arms down to your side, okay? I would like you to stand in that position until I tell you to begin, do you understand? When I tell you to begin, I would like you to take nine heel-to-toe steps down the line. It's going to look just like this. One, two, three, and so on until you get to nine. Once you reach that ninth step, keep your front foot on the line, remove your back foot from the line to make a series of small steps like this to turn around, and then take nine heel-to-toe steps right back down the line just like this. One, two, three, and continue all the way until you get to nine, okay? Once you reach that final ninth step, you can step off the line. The exercise is complete. While you're doing this, well, before you get started, I have a couple more instructions, okay? No, you're fine. Uh while you're doing this, I'd like you to look down at your feet, count each of your steps out loud, keep your arms down to your side, and then once you start walking, don't stop. >> Count? >> Yeah, do you have any questions before you get started? >> I count and then when I get to nine, I go reverse? >> Yeah, so nine, make sure you count 1 2 3 4 all the way up to nine. So, nine heel-to-toe steps. Just a second, okay? >> Do you have >> Do you have any other questions? >> No. >> Do you understand? So, if you can get back to the beginning, all right? I'll have you get back into that starting position. So, left foot at the end of that line, and then right foot in front of your left just like how I'm standing, and you may begin, okay? Yes, just like how I demonstrated nine heel-to-toe steps back. All right, I have one more exercise for you. If you want to come over here, you don't have to worry about the line. It's the one leg stand, okay? So, I'll have you stand over here. You'll will with your feet together, arms to your side. When I tell you to begin, I would like you to raise either foot, whichever one you feel most comfortable with, okay? It's going to look just like this, approximately 6 in off the ground. I'd like you to keep your foot parallel with the ground, leg straight, arms down to your side, and you're going to look down at your foot while you count out loud, 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, and so on until I tell you to stop, okay? Do the best that you can, okay? If you happen to put your foot down like this, which I don't want you to do, raise that same foot back up and continue counting where you left off, 1,004. Until I tell you to stop, okay? While you're doing this, I don't want you to hop or sway or use your arms for balance, okay? Do you have any questions before you get started? So, I can't hop, can't sway. But you know I can't hop. Make sure your arms are down to your side. Do you have any Understand the exercise? Okay, so I'm on your time. Whenever you raise your foot, I'll start the watch. You're just going to Yep, uh-huh, it's not a secret. It's a 30-second test. Yeah, I'm just keep looking at your toe, okay? You're almost finished. All right. You can relax, all right. I'll have you come to the front of my cruiser. I have a couple questions I would like to ask you, okay? Um my questions are very direct, just to kind of better understand this evening, okay? Um before I ask you any questions, I do need to advise you of your rights, okay? Um you do have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Not at this point, but in order for me to ask you questions, I need to advise you of your rights, okay? You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you. You can decide anytime to exercise these rights, or answer any questions, or make any statements. Do you understand each of those rights I explained to you? Having those rights in mind, would you like to speak with me? So, um I see your your uh Jeter t-shirt. >> Yeah. >> Uh were you coming from the game? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. I walked to Bacon [ __ ] And Bacon [ __ ] and then from there I walked to a Korean place. And then from there I walked to the game. >> Oh, okay. All right. Um, how often do you drink on a daily basis? >> I don't know. >> Or, let's say like a weekly basis. >> Is this like a normal question? >> What's that? >> Is it a normal question? >> Yeah, I'm just curious to see your normal alcohol intake compared to what >> Weekly? >> Yeah, on a weekly basis. >> Only on uh only on uh like normal stuff. >> Would you say you drink once a week or twice a week? Are you a social drinker? Social Okay, so twice a month. >> Twice a month, yeah. >> Okay. Um tonight, do you feel like you drink more than you typically have like when you do drink socially? Okay.
