I'm not I'm not leaving like y'all got me okay oh I'm scared I'm scared I'm scared on August 3rd 2023 an incident occurred at an airport that led to the involvement of law enforcement due to a woman's disruptive behavior this woman who lacked proper identification reportedly caused a considerable commotion that ultimately led her to miss her [Music] flight ma'am can I help you I'm trying to help now this s the police here somebody's going to help me now he's mad because they not doing their job I just paid $189 to skip TSA I just missed my flight my flight is at 7:00 I've been trying to get to my flight nobody's helping me she said go down white dud the white dude left ain't nowhere to go all I'm trying to get is Direction and his punk up here getting mad at me cuz I'm trying to get to my damn flight you ain't get to your flight I'm not your daughter don't talk to me crazy he going say said I was going to slap you that wasn't directed towards you the shoe F wear it it I wasn't directing it towards You' ma'am come on let's you could get SL let's walk over here let me help you on what airline Ma I'm trying to go to my flight I got to get you missed it you missed it we're going to come here ma'am you need to step out here aun or what you don't scare nobody I wasn't talking to you do your job you don't like your job quit ma'am I'm here to help you okay love it with a smile ma'am step out you know me ma'am step out here please what's your first name what's your first name yall know somebody's going to me or I will be happy with a smile on my face going to jail listen to upon arrival at the scene the officer observed that a woman was causing a significant disturbance at an airport terminal her behavior was highly aggressive and disruptive as she screamed loudly and directed her anger at the airport staff she continued to use abusive language and offensive words adding to the commotion and drawing unwanted attention recognizing the potential for the situation to escalate further the officer attempted to calm her down by approaching her and speaking to her in a measured tone asking her to cooperate and assuring her that the situation would be handled appropriately okay that's the last thing you that is the last thing you want to do is the last thing y'all want to do and nobody helping me at I'm trying to help you but you're yelling stop yelling talk to me let me help you I pay if you don't let me help you okay you don't got to scream at me if scream at if I'm frustrated it's not good for you to be frustrated I don't care don't none of y'all scare me that gun and that badge don't scare me the so you can stop screaming at my face I'm the passenger okay now let's calm down what airline will you flying fr Frontier you want to go to Frontier and let's see if we can rebook you yeah where you going you know where you flying to Philadelphia Philadelphia do you know do the um cuz you already missed your flight fine go ahead Gonzo you're you're at checkpoint what's that you're at checkpoint you in front here no we're just to I just you know we're going to Frontier 38 count referen now we calm down okay I am sorry the TSA to the way you know um you need to be treated but this attitude is never $189 and you you got go over there ver and know nobody helping you I asked the lady my son I asked I said can you help me she looked at said no what kind what kind information to you don't have your you don't have your driver's license no I don't I lost my driver's license but I got my card everything else so what they do is they make you do what's called secondary did you do the phone thing and I was fine with that but they didn't help me they didn't tell that I'm like where do I need to go where do I for the phone thing no when I had just PID they P took my car she swiped her car boom then she said go over there I said go over nobodying I asked old lady said can you she said no really huh you have to pay for the secondary screen no no no you should not pay for the secondary what they do the second y just literally it's on camera literally me asking everybody can I can y'all help me nobody is helping me like discrimination I'm going to get my money back I don't care what none of y'all said I'm getting my money back going to go west checkpoint I'm going to handle the eventual wait for someone El to get y said y was helping me y stand yeah Frontier right ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am let me ask for real quick okay let me ask for real quick so who did you pay the1 something dollars whatever whoever I PID she took my car she Swip it all right so just let you know she um doesn't have ID she was trying to do a secondary ID in in an effort to proceeded in a structured manner the officer decided to bring the woman to a counter within the airport where they could conduct a more formal investigation there the officer began collecting accounts of what had transpired from airport employees who had been involved in or witnessed the incident at this point additional airport security staff joined them and corroborated the officer's observations the security Personnel confirmed that the woman's Behavior was problematic disrup and even worse than initially described as she had been making it difficult for both staff and other passengers despite the officers continued attempts to calm the woman and conclude the situation smoothly she remained uncooperative apparently TSA supposed toly hurt cuz all she does is yelling um that's obvious I heard her all the way down there yeah so um she said they were not helping they're being racist and you know they're not and stuff so now she wants to cut in front of the line because now she wants her money back she doesn't want to fly she just cut the line yeah she just cut the line just let you know she she's going to be using you need me to stay here or you going going go back to now you can go back we got yeah I go okay she's over there she's cutting a line and I guess she wants a she's demanding um money back and y y y so and Ivan is skipping on on her too okay hey so you're boarding pass for Frontier you had that right yeah I had they took it they took hey guys so yall all just bring the back like 3 hours did you show it to him no they took they got it Dad just paid $189 to go to pass PSA I'm asking cuz I don't have my driver's license I said she said you got to go over there verify your inform I said okay no problem I go over there I'm like can anybody help me the lady said oh my son and she said no so I said okay like I a pay that no M because white people going to be white people so I go over there I other can you help me he said no so I get I just get mad because at this point yall took my money and Y take you got an ID on you you got nothing what about I got got show me anything that I can right is right and that's I'm somebody what FL were you going on Philadelphia this the card they took the money off of $189 up um I just a refund T it was TSA didn't charger right it was you guys yeah we we Reed her you rebooked her she still don't have an ID so when they went to do additional screening is apparently when she became my rate AB so they're going to refuse to let her through so I just gave it a refund refus yeah they called me I just feel like I was situation are you aware that TSA uh well I think they did B they did ban you are you aware that well TSA is like the thing you have to do before you fly in a plane and you've been banned from that I don't know if they let you know that I I how did they ban me well they put you on a list somebody up higher over here that's the airport that's not here that's the airport property do you do you even do that TSA stuff that's not your thing right that's a CSA issue that's not us okay so where's the number where's the where's the where's the person come on over here out the line so they can take I'm call one of the managers over there so where is the person because um listen you can play this game all day if yall want to we won't well I can tell you we won't play this game all day because that ain't going to happen okay okay the problem is I don't know what that's suppos to the problem is that you're okay well let me explain it to you you take me as a thread no yes you do take why do youat you feel threatened you feel threatened about me because I'm standing up for my right what the problem and then y'all supposed to be here doing your duty this gentleman he's he he's been helping helping me he's been nice to me and you the one with the conflict you're the one with the problem that that sounds like a personal problem to me that sounds like you have a personal problem with me it so you say I'm right you said you just said hold on one second you just said they banned you I don't know I know I don't know but and but you was smiling when he said it though you was smiling so it it's it's funny to you but when I said when I said would you like some facts right now when I said oh we can go this all day I'm going to always stand up for my rights and I'm going to speak to somebody I'm going to speak to your higher up you think you you you do you think you the you the boss no you have somebody over you and I have lawyer do you have somewhere to go you're banned from TSA so you can't fly through here you can go to another airport okay I'm not bad from TSA I have not getting any written document it was just verbal it has to be written if yall Banning me for anything trespassing or anything it has to be on documents so you want to go down that trespass road you can you if y'all want to go down the trespassing Road it's not me I didn't threaten y'all I didn't do anything to y'all so for y'all to say y'all going to ban me for for my right then y'all can't then y'all can't I don't give a what you feel like is good for you I'm not scared of none of that I have not threatened I have not none of that I have not Bren this is called freedom of spech so I the officer then expanded the investigation Gathering further details from security personnel and from the woman herself after these preliminary inquiries the officer asked her to leave the scene giving her the chance to comply voluntarily and avoid further consequences however she continued to refuse becoming even more combative and offensive right 2853 63 so you saying you want to ban me they need has to have proper documentation for them baning me and probable cause for them baning me not because I'm speaking up for my right because y'all want to be an [ __ ] his uhid supervisor coming over here okay and I'm going start recording too these these this this officer at the TSA they saying they Banning me for the TSA because $189 off my car Anda what's the address here I can come back I I I I can come back here I have to do because the you have to have this is going to be the airport entirely right something illegal to be track this is not a trass proper this is job I didn't tell you to sign up for this job you I'm a woman I'm somebody I'm somebody but that's my constitutional right I don't they rais their kids how they ra their kids I ra son I ra my son myself I'm able speak I'm frustrated I took my money took my money now Tres from the Orlando Airport okay you have the right to do you have to write do right here okay right here okay you have to have problem CA what is the problem with C of trespassing causing a disturbance that's a causing a disturbance that's why I ask if you have somewhere to go I'm saying okay you like to leave the property on your own or disturbance or is that is that my First Amendment right to to for freedom of speech when somebody said they okay the dude that said I can go in the streets I can take it in the streets so you're no longer trespass from here no longer walk on Airport property so at this point I can call my lawyer and then y'all can talk to my lawyer about the trespassing because I'm not I'm not leaving give a about that you have to you can take me to court you can take cour doesn't mean that it's going to fall through you have to have you have to go to trial are you refusing to leave okay you to to coupled with her persistent disruptive behavior ultimately left the officer with no choice but to take a more direct approach the officer informed her that she was under arrest and proceeded to escort her out of the airport once outside the officer explained that her arrest was due to charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct so is that on your is your recording thing is on okay so that's going to show in court that I'm asking you to stop squeezing my armend you to squeeze my arm you squeezing my arm the only thing hurt is your feelings right now I'm no nothing my feelings can never be hurt I hurt if I would I hurt your feelings I didn't mean to hurt your feelings okay I apologize you got his number uh can I call my attorney yes in the jail ma'am you have opportunity to call okay you'll be able to call whoever you want once you get to the jail we'll give you a bond and all that fun stuff or is it no bond for trespass I forgot nowadays I don't even know it's if it is it's like $250 or something like that it's pretty cheap Florida wait I think she's from Florida if you're from Florida it's 250 and if it's you're not it's like double it's out of state she's out of state it's double yeah I don't know she didn't really give me much so if we get there early enough right let's say you don't have any warrants or any fun stuff like that then you'll probably be back out in the afternoon and you go your child then I will say the Orange County corrections guys if you do this to them they're not as nice as we are just letting you know y'all not nice at all if you think I'm not nice talking about we are kind of compassionate in the city of Orlando this today compion you know so crazy because I graduated from Full University I was going to go to Bar University for LA and it's like I'm not what y'all are going the enemy y'all are the enemies of today's society and people don't even understand that [ __ ] I just asked you we were just in there and I just said can I speak to one person y'all arrested me y'all arrested me this not constitutional Ione of my away I didn't threaten any I just going to do cuz I have to open up two IUS is right for that under the same thing trespass after warning and and it's all under the same you don't have to do two separate things one oh no if you do it if you do the state I think it's a state statute yeah if you do if you do I think you can do wait I got a you're being arrested misser arrested I didn't see the paper I didn't even see no paper not Dr it in my hand that's why I kept saying can I see the paper and so I can video chat my lawyer to V to show him the paperwork I I'm the one who requested the paperwork you cannot say yall handed me no paper can what do you mean is it the copy in her purse yeah gave my i d so get you're not going to in my purse and I'm not even giving you permission to go in my $500 in my you're a lost student he has permission to go in your Pur you're arrested you just said you went to be University yeah you said went to law school I didn't say I went to law school entitlement is crazy like that sh is crazy I have make youle why would I have so no y'all never seen a black woman stand up for I don't care about none of y'all think it's G hold in court y really think they going really charge me and the hell no might as well just let me go let me I just want to go I got a you not in the jail yet it doesn't have to come off there it need to come yeah it needs to come off there I don't know where you think you know what you can and can't do once you're under arrest but you they took me it's on cap they took me he took my arm I said can you please stop grabbing my arm like that they yank me more and then they grabbed me outside like they making me seem crazy but I'm somebody's mother I'm somebody's daughter and the way like I'm like I'm like I'm dog like I'm trash if I was a white woman they wouldn't be doing that to me mother I'm let you know just a mother to Mother the best thing you do is just be quiet and calm down okay okay that's following the incident the woman was presented in court where she faced several charges including disorderly conduct at the airport and Criminal Trespass refusal to leave the court proceedings underscored the the seriousness of her actions particularly because her behavior occurred within the context of an airport where
