on February 24th 2024 officers responded to a disturbance call at 2 a.m. following a report from a resident who claimed to have noticed unusual disruptions in the neighborhood the caller had been woken from sleep by the disturbance prompting them to contact law enforcement howy what's up man um how you doing tonight very well my girlfriend's sitting in the truck I hope that's okay uh she doesn't seem very responsive man um she was I was letting her tring to take us take a breather for a little bit cuz she was get work out 1012 with a male have he's Watch Hey brother can you leave those keys right there what's that can you leave those keys right there so she wasn't driving these are in my pocket all right I understand put them right there during their search they discovered a black vehicle that appeared relevant to the incident inside was an unconscious female IM the driver's seat she was passed out and was not responding despite the officer repeatedly knocking on the window hold on we're we're just going to chill out for a second she's going to fall out dude baby girl she heard her knee tonight so I was letting her kind of take a breather how did you guys find out about her was she making noises or something cuz somebody came over and was beating on your neighbor's garage heyy girl come on alayia what in the world's going on on baby you drink a few beers did someone roof you or something are you okay baby baby girl she knows the code to my truck so she comes and sits out here when she get upet well I mean I saw you pull the keys out of the ignition well no no they were in the cup hold right there because I have this lock on my truck right here yeah so with this lock I just leave this keys in the car so that they're prepared when I leave in the morning for work hi Malia baby can you come inside with me please she's she's uh she can't go anywhere right now brother man sir sir she she was in the front seat she crawled over to the driver's seat when I was inside house well she can't go anywhere I'm going to determine that okay what the what what he woke up the female and helped her out of the car once she stepped out of the vehicle her demeanor immediately became confrontational she began arguing with the officer demanding to know why they were investigating and questioning the disturbance what are you saying what for baby I'm at I'm likeing at and moaning at because like when when she she's drunk obviously let me call my dad I'm sorry let me get a lawyer she's conscious breathing you can get a lawyer involved I don't care she's had keys to a vehicle had access to running vehicle she drunk she was in the front seat sir I promise you this is this is our home we just moved in a couple weeks ago please okay well she's I promise you there was no chance that she was going that can you even like bother some like please be polite to the guy no he's out Alia alayia and I are at our house and I let alayia stay in the truck cuz she got a little upset and I guess a police officer came by and because your neighbors called in the I guess the neighbors called maybe she was upset in the car but the police B she she called over she called over from the passenger whenever I showed up like over here like did you request me that or no like follow me on to being requested by Bome like G like no stop talking sir do that again you're going to jail please baby girl come absolutely get let me take you to bed she's not she's not free to she's not free to go brother man sir we're sir we're home right now she was in the people to pay attention to me it's up she expressed frustration acting as though the police presence and investigation were unnecessary the woman's boyfriend attempted to calm the situation by confessing to the officers that the disturbance had been caused by their actions we got in we got in a fight so she came and sat out shot we didn't get in a fight you guys got in a fight if you want to treat women like a piece of treat women like a piece of and you sure can too I do not give a [ __ ] like I don't understand be nice he's he's he's trying to I'm supposed to kiss people's because annoyed as tensions Rose the woman's Behavior escalated she not only continued to argue with the officer but also began physically assaulting her boyfriend in the presence of law enforcement her aggressive actions toward her boyfriend further complicated the situation I'm annoyed right now I've given you exactly what you want I give you you guys want to be mean to people so ma'am what we're you she's she's harmless she just likes go get her piece for a little bit and I'm having a serious issue with you and I need you to get the out of my face I'm having a serious issue with the fact that made the situation more difficult for the officers but they eventually succeeded in restraining her and placing her in the police vehicle stop pulling away from me you're about to catch charge me the vehicle the officers discussed the situation amongst themselves to ensure they had a clear understanding of what had transpired is there like no chance that you can like decompress in the car for an hour or two man no so unfortunately right State of Florida with domestic violence you we're in a intimate relationship I've never been like I've never had a girlfriend act like this before so I've never I understand yeah so the State of Florida uh we have to do something with domestic violence so the fact that she's sitting there hitting you in front of us and the way that she's acting a shoot kind kind of crazy right no this is the most drunk I've ever seen her I've never seen her like this in my life what what we we had a minor argument earlier cuz she has a daughter she's 22 and she has a daughter and so I'm trying to create a relationship with this girl and I'm telling her you know it's been 6 months I'm like struggling trying to grasp taking on someone else's kid and so we had a real deep discussion earlier about her child and me you know I need her to kind of help me you know I'm doing everything for us to take care of her and her kid and she lashes out like this from time to time not like this but like when she's sober she'll kind of get a little Snappy okay and I mean am I am I free to go inside at least or what's going on here yeah you're good man we shouldn't need information and completed their initial investigation um if she's joing the truck keys are right there yeah the keys for the cup holder clearly drove here not not right now buddy no sir not right now where she can't have anything right now yeah I me clearly drove here straight over the grass yeah so um but I mean yeah if you're only going to do charges that's fine and then we'll just do the D2 okay works for me never done this before I mean it's super simple so all we would do is how do I do this the last time so I guess can I pick her up at 8 sir she will have to go to first appearance uh with it being domestic related she's probably going to have a no contact order which means she can't have any contact with you while the court is proceeding with this is there really going to be this this much of a proceeding yes sir sadly State of Florida uh no no leadway on domestic violence all right out tomorrow or or can someone bail her out tomorrow yes somebody can if the judge gives her a bond um she can be bailed out in the morning all right a sweater to give her so she cannot freeze in jail didn't get and what's her name Alia Alia what Alia Baker that's the lady she own that AI right yes yes sir the officers returned to the police vehicle where the woman was being held her behavior had not improved during the time she spent in the vehicle I'm going to take her out across New Field see she okay her feet are toys that are nobody they do nothing please let me out hey hey hey they're no bodies you guys do nothing I'm not trying to say I'm not trying to be mean but like I did not do anything to you guys this man was nasty to me and I just want to be let out and I'm being punished because y'all want to be nasty good for you that women get treated like you better stop oh when you
