well she just got battery resisting and she spit on me move on here on January 17th 2024 officers responded to a call regarding a restaurant disturbance involving two siblings refusing to leave the restaurant management had asked them to vacate the premises due to disruptive behavior still the woman and her brother continued arguing and refused to comply with the request [Applause] [Music] these two are refusing to leave what me no don't listen management wants them out okay so we have one or two options here's your option woman can talk no I don't I don't care okay you have two options are you ready you can get up and walk out of here cuz you've been asked to leave or I'm going to I'm going to ask you one time to leave okay if you do not leave I'm going to arrest you for trespassing okay so will you please get up and leave ma'am oh God okay you have the same option the situation escalated when the officer arrived on the scene the officers informed the woman and her brother that they had two options leave the premises voluntarily or face arrest for trespassing the woman reacted aggressively shouting and using foul language in front of other customers which created a disruptive and uncomfortable environment are they want to them trespassed or okay hey ma'am that you are going to be trespassed you just say I can leave let's go then okay do not come back here touch down and the officer reiterated the consequences she was informed that she would be arrested for trespassing if she didn't leave her brother was also involved acting belligerently and refusing to cooperate the officer gave both siblings a final chance to leave the premises without further escalation but their behavior only worsened [Music] let's go I was trying to be really coopertive with you the two come up some guests were coming in and they were like harassing like no you guys ain't going in there and that's how the situation became more tense as she became increasingly defiant shouting insults at the officers the officers attempted to calm her down and reiterated that she would be arrested for trespassing if she didn't comply when she failed to leave she was arrested the woman's arrest did not calm the situation and her brother who had been shouting and obstructing officers was also arrested for his involvement how many times did you ask him to leave okay um I asked him to leave I gave her the opportunity to leave um she was in here using pretty foul language in front of customers do you want to be definely trespass yeah okay do you want to be a victim for disorderly conduct um so so I'm I'm the new GM and and I'm cleaning all this up I don't want no more you know if they're you know slightly even smell like alcohol I don't let them in yeah um we and they haven't came in this is the first night in about a month so you said either trespassed she's getting trespassed she's also getting resisting battering CU silly she spit on me so yeah there's yeah that that's enough I just I just don't want to get them trespassed and taken care of I just wanted to see how many times that you asked them to leave so and and I actually said hey let me get you something E I
