I It was just everything just happened so fast. I was just trying to get the like the baby was crying. Okay. So, did you see a gun yesterday or not? I didn't see it, but she was like, "I'm going to shoot you." And she ran back to she got like she got back in the car and when she said, "I'm calling the police." The girl backed up and sped off. Okay. You did see the guy? No. She said she saw the gun. Anybody down there? Baby in the car. So, I'm trying to get to the baby. Let's get um let's get with her. Let's get as much information little girl. Who is she? What's her name? Like I don't even know her. Okay. Description. Yeah, that's crazy. So, you say you saw the gun? She's up there at the store now. Right now. The James just said she's walking up there. She walked into the store. She's at the store right now. She's at the store right now. She has a pink bonnet on her head. She's a little girl. She looks She got pink shoes on. She got two different color socks on cuz I was looking at her. I remember the rings. I don't Yeah, she has two nose rings. Black female, short pink bonnet. She's at the store. Driving a black Genesis. She probably don't parked the car somewhere, but she up there. She at the store. She does. But she Yeah. Well, how you She really trying to hit her up the road. Like for real. What uh what color was the gun? I don't know. I didn't She was in a holster. It was in a holster. So did she pull it out of her purse? Pull I don't know. She went ran back in the car. She threatened her and said, "Oh, I shoot you." So, she ran back to the car, grabbed it, but she didn't pull it out. She didn't pull it out physically. So, it wasn't in a It wasn't It was in a purse or something like that. It was in something black. Okay. But she didn't pull it out in, you know. Okay. But you saw it in the purse. Okay. It was in a small black bag. Okay. We're We're just trying to figure out what exactly happened. um just because we so obviously we had there's there were a couple people over there and there were a couple people that we call like independent witnesses that have no skin in the game. They don't know your daughter. They don't know the other party. They were just neighbors that were outside. Um so the allegation is now that she was involved in some type of verbal dispute with this other girl because of see it started way back when about a year ago. Um I was dating I was talking to the girl baby daddy. Okay. And um like I talked to him first, but I'll make a long story short. Um she was pregnant, had a baby or something, but I was living with him first. She caught me in the car sucking his just to be honest. She got mad. How long ago was this? About almost a year ago. She got mad, tried to spit in my face, try to fight me, all that stuff. So I went to Largo Police Station or whatever, but I didn't know her name or nothing. So ain't nothing could be done. Okay. And so now this is my second time hearing about it right here. I gotcha. All right. Did So after this happened, what did your daughter come home? Um, uh-uh. No, she ain't never come home or whatever. Like, I was in the bed. She went and took my kid to school and she, you know, we we right here. And I guess that's what she see. And I don't know what happened, but like I said, I can't tell you what happened in here because I was in there, you know. So, but I know for a fact I don't have a gun. She don't have a gun. So, I was like, I know you. She was like, no, you don't know me. I was like, girl, I know you from somewhere, but I just can't put my finger on it. I know you. I was like, wait, so you know Elmo? She was like, yeah, I know Elmo. That's my baby daddy. And then I was like, "Oh yeah, so you was the girl that spit in my mama face." And then she was like, "Yeah, I spit in your mom face." I was like, "Well, [ __ ] that's disrespectful as fuck." And I was like, "Oh, if you ever do that again, ho, you should I'm going to put your ass in jail." And all that [ __ ] Me and her ho was just going back and forth. And then that's when um she had told those two girls, she was like, "All right, girl. I'm going to go. I'm going to go. I'm going to go." And she pulled off and I called my mama and mom was like, "Why why would you say anything to her? You should never say nothing to her because now she just called the police. Now the police going to come to my house and now she talking about something that you got a gun and stuff. And I was standing right there when I had called my mama right there. Right there. And um so after over here after the argument, how did you end up over on Kingsley Street with them? Because I walked over there. You were in the car? Yeah, I was in the car. Yeah. So how But how did you get how did you get from here to being with those other girls and that girl over on Kingsley Street? But they drove over there. This little girl in a pink the he called it a pink headband and a pink headband said she was going to shoot that girl and she had that satchel and she was making it look like she was trying to pull a gun out." So, here's the thing. But here's my thing, right? If you didn't have a gun, right? We didn't find a gun, right? All right. It's there's there's no crime of just a threat, right?
