[Music] oh on March 25th 2023 officers responded to a domestic battery incident the caller reported that his ex-girlfriend had arrived Uninvited and assaulted him he said she pushed scratched and slapped him preventing him from calling 911 she was reportedly drunk and making threats refusing to leave the premises and she was threatening and it was at 9 and I called they had a Rove I just wanted her to leave the premises she was standing here and she was threatening it was like around 10 10 9 in the afternoon and then today she came in and we had problem like discussions like hey don't come to my to my house we don't have anything between us anymore like we're done and she made that correctly and she decided drove here she lives all the way in for all she doesn't even live anywhere near her 30 something miles or anything she drove all the way here without my consent parked up and everything tell me she's inside my house I came out respectively hey what do you what do you want like I don't want anything against we're done right the man told officers that the suspect did not live nearby but had driven over 30 mil to his home without his consent he tried to end the conversation calmly but she blocked his path and physically attacked him he showed photos and videos of his red face and injuries from the AL I'm like hey look please do not touch me or anything we done talking what what else do you have to say what is the point of this conversation what are you trying to achieve because clearly we cannot be together because there's lines that you cross boundaries and boundaries that you cross over and over again there's no point of contining the relationship she understood that that yet she still want to get in her way hugging on me and everything but I'm just like y like get away from me I even have videos photos after the slap I mean photos face is red and everything try to so that that on your face is new yes like right now I just she just pooke me in my eye she just missed the eye barely but then she slapped me over here she SL me before and I'm like hey why you SL me before she have long nails huh she have long nails um no she has no more Nails that's how that's how like force of I just like hey like all right you call her because she keeps on bling games she's acting like she can't hear me can you call her she texted me saying me he's going to call from his phone he's going to call from um phone okay officers attempted to call the suspect but she ignored their calls eventually an officer used a different phone to contact her she agreed to speak with them all sh be so we're here because you know he called us right yeah and he said some things okay again alleging that you did some things against him all right and because of that um before I ask you any questions I'm going to read you your rights okay this doesn't mean you're under arrest no okay so Farah I'm required to warn you before you make any statements that you have the fen constitutional rights being said you wish that talk to me talk to you yeah yeah okay all right so phah what happened today so today was having a uh like a talking about the future right we was talking about the future as if like okay if we have kids in the future he said he's going to make our kids have a DNA test and I was like baby that I like that's not something I agree cuz to me it looks bad as a woman if I'm dating you making our kids go through a DNA test that's not good that's not good cuz you make it seem like I'm the bad woman here like [ __ ] I haven't cheated on you I haven't done anything in the past why would you want to put our kids into like in a DNA said to see if that kid is yours and he was like oh he's like got he has big attitudes oh I'm the man of my own I do what I want I could I could do if I want to do that I would to put my kids I like it's nothing like that but to me you got to understand my feeling to how do I feel about thing I said you got to understand how do I feel about it and stuff and he's like oh do you want to break up do you want to break up I was like okay you okay fine we could break up since my feels don't matter in this relationship because if I say okay I don't like I don't want my kids to go through DNA test like I If we haven't Che on if I haven't done that when officers arrived they read her rights and informed her about the allegations against her she agreed to talk and shared her side of the story like pinching me pinching me like hit like hit me when his arm like get off and he push me push me and I got mad at back and everything he he like like pushed me and he slapped me like I was like wait why you doing this for why do you and I was like why do you why you did that I think my one of person I just because he was got mad like all calmed down and and Creo he speak Creo he said he like I feel like I would slap you right now just because you came to my house to go talk to my there I just didn't even I I didn't even say anything I just ignored it I just gave hug just like hug him tight and stuff just kept huging him tight and he was like pitching me look get the [ __ ] off off me I was like why are you doing this for why are you doing this for I see all you doing all of this just because of what argument that we both can't agree to each other he oh get the [ __ ] off me get I'm going leave and he started hitting on me and everything and then he was like okay let's talk I was like no I don't even want to talk and after what you just did Pinch Me pushed me to the ground everything took my airpods like my airpods on the ground th in there ke tag like he just threw it all I'm like why are you doing this all for he like got any girl like all mad and everything he think he like I was like and he just like went like this and I was like so he slapped you yeah he SLA so right yeah okay he I was like why are you doing this for I'm trying to get into him like why are you doing all of that for for what why are you letting your angry getting to you for what it's like he's controlling or something if he if it's like if I don't agree with something he feel like the suspect agreed to speak and explained that the argument was about future children the suspect disagreed with a potential DNA test believing it implied mistrust and made the suspect look bad the suspect stated that cheating had never occurred so testing was unnecessary you something I it's not like that if relationship it's two people it's two head sticking together you can't just be like you want this and other like I'm just like that's me being controller I want to know why why is for and you doing all of that getting offset anger like hitting on me like everything oh get the [ __ ] out my house and I was okay I'm going get out but I just need to let your mom aunti cuz they just call me and everything I said you need to let them know what's been going on just in case if you break up relationship okay right in a situation where somebody batters the other somebody hits the other okay after the breakup the suspect called to inform the caller's mother following cultural customs the suspect described attempts to deescalate by offering tight hugs but the caller forcefully pushed away cursing and demanding distance of that happening okay someone has to go to jail the primary aggressor will go to jail okay whether the victim wants to press charges whether they want to um cooperate whether any of that okay okay I just want to let you know that he didn't want to cooperate with us but we're here and our investigation concludes that you were the primary aggressor in this situation understand what I'm saying you understand what I'm saying I understand what you're saying but listen listen I don't want to start any problems all right we're going to go down to the jail for T you're going to go downtown you're going to get booked okay you're going to see uh during first appearance you're going to see the court they're going to set a bond I'm not sure if they'll even set a bond I don't know that process from here on now talk to you you can talk to the judge when you get there that's the same thing we don't have an option anymore we don't have a choice in the State of Florida we cannot walk away at this point he has injuries consistent with the story he told us about unfair treatment the suspect continued resisting while being handcuffed questioning why the caller was not also being arrested officers warned about additional charges we're going to have
