driver immediately pulled into a gas station and exited the car tag sit in the car Alpha Romeo Z 2 XLF white off that's all he's trying to do no I'm [Music] T out no sit in the car no no he's tell me turn off the car okay you need to sit in the carom sit in the car or I'm going to put you in handcuffs see sir I'm fre no I don't 57 got the driver running to the Shelf gas [Music] station he's running out to flea Masters this spanic mail black shirt black shorts he lost his slides the officer observing this instructed the driver to stay in the car and turn off the engine however the driver ignored these orders and began to run away on foot which prompted the officer to call for backup the officer reported that the driver was a Hispanic male wearing a black shirt and black shorts the driver continued fleeing towards a nearby store while the officer instructed him to stop backup officers arrived and the pursuit continued as the driver evaded capture for a short distance stop running what car is it took [Music] off get the get on the ground get on the ground what happen you got multiple un running to [Music] [Music] you what kind of car was I got okay that's a light hondai San beat up the tag is the corre tag supposed to be on just old m going West on approaching for yeah proba to be it remember the driver I have the driver the front posture is going to be a black female there also could be kids in the back seat vehicle's about to go southbound South right what did you have on this car traffic all right everybody the officers eventually apprehended the suspect and confirmed the vehicle involved was a white Hyundai sedan the car was now stationary at the scene and a black female was sitting in the driver's seat with three children in the back seat officers carefully ordered the driver to exit the car and checked that all passengers including the children were safe the woman was visibly upset and requested to see her children which the officers allowed reassuring her they were fine put your hands up your hands 53 the vehicle G point for and Douglas hands up everybody get your hands up it's only me okay get your hands up it's only okay it's just it's just you okay okay okay hold [Music] on currently at Ford and Douglas vehicles at gunpoint giving commands ma'am do me a favor step out of the vehicle keep her hands up step tell everybody who tell me driver stepping out of the vehicle still occupi time three children you're fine you're fine keep walking towards me keep walking towards me you're good 53 drivers ATT 10 we're get to comeand to the front passenger at this time he's 13 sir he's 13 hang out right here with me okay I just want to look at my kids please my kids touch me go ahead I just want to see okay contact down okay why what is going on okay we'll explain everything to you a second just hang out okay I just want to look at my kids please okay who go with you my kids just the kids yes yes can you let me see my kids that's give us a second okay okay how many kids are in the vehicle four okay it's going to be all kids yeah it's going to be all kids we're securing everybody we have this over no yeah so why the hell would you do that stupid because his wife told him not his wife told him to run is my wife sh stop turning moving in the car oh someone give me a ride can you give me a ride back thanks the officers were cautious ensuring the situation was carefully managed to avoid sudden movements or surprises after securing the situation the officers informed the woman that her driver's license was invalid explaining that she would receive multiple citations they also observed that the children in the back seat were not in proper child safety restraints which was another violation Additionally the woman was told she would likely be charged with resisting an officer's authority to leave the scene after the officer had initiated the stop all right nobody running code at this point oh my God my babies what the hell you 7one out of the vehicle why is this thing smok I have no idea I'm going to turn this turn this car off it's smoking up a storea um if you can cut off the switch what's up to cut it he's asking how to turn it off yeah how you turn it off cut the the switch on the bottom that that switch right there that toggle switch it's hanging down that's two one no no underneath here switch right there it's already off let it no no it was on still it's a toggle switch everybody's good grandma is coming for them we've got to get there is that your friend Grandma who's coming to get the kids Grandma okay so unfortunately yeah you have no license your license is not valid I don't speak Spanish but I speak you speak English perfectly I do you're understanding just fine listen you don't have a license your license is invalid okay plus I don't know why I I'll look into it to see EX exctly why but your license is not valid okay plus you got kids in the backseat of the vehicle that don't have proper restraints so you're going to get tickets for that as well okay okay and then you're probably going to get hereit with resisting also because an officer does a traffic stop your boyfriend husband baby dad whoever takes off running and then you get in the car and you decide to leave I was never I was nervous I didn't know what leave also does a traffic stop the car stop the car and stop the car and all the occupants are detained and now free to leave you leaving is resisting that officer's Authority okay okay I I wasn't driving do you have anything on you that you shouldn't have you want to search I got perfect whose car is she going in this one mommy all come come stand right here face the car you don't have anything on you it's going no no I don't s Grandma's here she's going to take custody of the kids once we're done do you want to just get her name for me I already got her ID I'll get her phone number in a second way you can contact DC I already told her she's going for no license she's um also go for resisting do you want me to start writing citations 1 2 3 four citations five citations got it perfect all right nothing I didn't find no okay cuz it's an extra charge if we get to the jail and it's you got I get myid my kids you got you got to wait okay take a seat and I'll let you at the end okay okay take a sit there the charges the woman faced included driving with an invalid license improper child safety restraints and resisting arrest without violence for attempting to flee the scene additionally she was issued citations for the
