on September 9th 2023 after discovering their car had been involved in a crash the individual faced increasing distress the car had struck another vehicle and a telephone pole leading to significant damage realizing the car might be total only heightened their anxiety that what color car is that down there are you missing a car yes what color car is it is it a gr Chevy I'm not too sure what color it's darker colored what what was your car stolen or calm down myter work so hard who who would be driving your car ma'am Ariana who would be driving your car Ari tell him what happened a friend alive what's your friend's name Ariana it's listen look at me if this is your car it's not snitching her out you see it to steal the car they began suspecting that their friend who had been drinking before the accident might have been driving which led to feelings of betrayal the individual understanding the gravity of the situation turned to Law Enforcement Officers for assistance in investigating the accident how did the individual feel about seeking help from law enforcement you need to be well we we have a female in the back of an ambulance so I'm just trying to figure out I don't know my officers have her but's my [ __ ] car bro I need you guys to stay over here though because there's wires there's wires across the road right here so I need you guys to stay on this side of it okay I hate this [ __ ] bro how you do that calm down is it AR yeah it's your car it's your car put the [ __ ] out do you guys know what happened upon arriving at the scene officers began their investigation which included examining the damage to the car and Gathering witness statements Ariana come here she crashed into another [ __ ] car oh yeah you dumb ass [ __ ] bro how you do that drunk drunk as [ __ ] Ariana I'm going to tell you right now in front of this officer I'm going to tell you right now I'm going to beat the [ __ ] out of that [ __ ] I'm going to beat the [ __ ] out of her I'll gladly go to [ __ ] jail you work too hard for your [ __ ] [ __ ] to let that [ __ ] ruin it insur what I don't even have insance right now what was she doing driving the vehicle I'm assuming you L it to she was supposed to go right up the road to BEP but she didn't know she was drinking this [ __ ] Dro all the way to Speedway cuz I had the location she took my card mhm and spent it spent something at uh officers typically assess whether alcohol or drugs were involved and they could use evidence such as breathalyzer tests or blood alcohol tests to determine if the driver was under the influence at the time of the accident Speedway was she's supposed to go to BP she's supposed to go and get a [ __ ] mile so what I don't understand is how what she went was she coming this way Friday to 177 what's happing was she Ariana stop for a minute was she coming this way yeah she's heading that way she tried to say someone stole so that's so she came this way up over and hit that car oh yeah a parked car yes and a telephone pole oh my [ __ ] god with wires so the wires are down see that one all the way she about to go to jail what's up she about to go to jail well she's going to get sighted tried telling us that she got carjacked and that they had to I know listen we're not done my friend in-law bro but that's not [ __ ] she told me happened I spe she said water how total is the car did you see it if alcohol was a factor the friend could face charges of driving Under the Influence which is a serious offense in many jurisdictions you said she you said she called you what you called off of an unknown number she said that someone tried stealing my car at Speedway and she tried stopping it and they ran into a big pole and she said that it was to the point where she couldn't pull off is there no how how damaged do the car total bro like total the car that the car that she hits going to be to so both cars are total I can't you can't walk over there with me and just let me see it like we can be careful we could walk a little closer but not going to go I don't want to go I don't want to go near the wires because it's going to turn into a safety issue okay so when am I allowed to look at it before I just want to Ohio Edison Ohio Edison's going to come back okay once they determine that the lines are not charged anymore we can go over and you can get some stuff out of it in addition to the possible DUI charges the friends actions leaving the scene of the accident could result in further legal consequences okay but but but for right now but for right now it's kind of considered a crime scene okay so we kind of have to leave it as is I'm busting my ass for this car bro mom Ariana trust me of all people I know I still on it what is my I walk calm the [ __ ] out please okay so Edison's here can you guys hang tight for me till I can figure out whether these lines are safe to walk through okay I hate this bro saying cuz while I was going through the truck I seen all her rur stuff in the back with her schedule and everything so like I get it I don't even have inss on the [ __ ] car right now bro I I still owe on this I don't know what the [ __ ] yeah she just pay she Ow like 15,000 left on officers were likely to investigate this aspect as well as leaving the scene of an accident also know known as a hit and run is illegal if the individual's friend fled the scene without providing their information or checking on the damage they could face felony charges depending on the [Applause] jurisdiction how the [ __ ] you do that yeah honestly I don't know either I was trying to figure out myself same went over all that [ __ ] and a [ __ ] park car yes yeah you guys don't mind me saying this but uh I'm beat her ass I'mma beat the [ __ ] out of her look and I'm allowed to say that because I I raised her so I'mma beat the hell out of her I don't care take her to jail do something I I'm tired her I don't know who's going to pick her up cuz that was my next I aing her you [ __ ] her right down the road you see I the hospital she stay with y'all I can't I picked her out of my house a long time ago I don't play that [ __ ] I don't play that my kids work too hard for their [ __ ] as part of the investigation Law Enforcement Officers would have also checked if the driver had a valid license at the time of the crash if it was determined that the friend was driving without a valid license this would add to the severity of the charges how she get her call if you don't want me ask the [ __ ] was supposed to go down the road to BEP literally I usually let her take my car to BP all the [ __ ] time no literally right there she lives in she lives in car apartment you live in Carie yes she okay she said she went to the speedway on Main right and the dumb [ __ ] was not supposed to go there she was supposed to go to BP right up the road 2 minutes away she goes through all the time I check her location [ __ ] all the way at Speedway she not here my phone call already knew like what the [ __ ] was going on like something had to have been going on she she don't never do that hospital I'm good all right give just home I will so listen I know it suck I'm going to give you the same I get my brother it's suck for right now it's going to suck for a little bit longer I ain't going to try to sit here and try to see CLE to you like it's going to be all and stuff like that but this is my word advice now on do not let nobody drive your [ __ ] not even your mama these legal concerns prompted the individual to seriously consider whether they should press charges or allow law enforcement to handle the matter through formal channels at the end of the day insurance doesn't follow yeah I don't let so like if you let me drive your car and I get an accident with it and I I 20 grand on my car you just [ __ ] out of luck so like right now yes you are you [ __ ] out of luck still going to have to pay for the car but I mean no I'm not my credit is going be [ __ ] who the [ __ ] got that much money to pay on guard like I mean I'm pretty sure you can still make your payments if you want to but that's just my advice like I mean it suck for right now you got insurance on it noo it's just like I just stopped paying that [ __ ] Bro CU literally like it's about five months ago but like I literally she just started a new job and she's getting her foot in the door doing nursing and yeah it ain't the end it just it's going to suck for a while that's it that's all but don't make it worse for yourself by not paying like if you're still working you can get to in front work I mean I the involvement of Law Enforcement Officers is crucial in these types of situations not only do they investigate the facts of the case but they also ensure that legal procedures are followed and that those responsible for the crash are held accountable I me that's what my brother doing my brother got in an accident he a have insurance on his stuff you still paying you still got to pay for what you got to pay I mean suck but you don't want to [ __ ] up your credit because once you [ __ ] up your credit it's hard to get it back good years I I'm going to get another car like how am I supposed to get another car well if you mess up your credit now you don't pay it you're for sure going to seal the deal on not getting one you know what I mean you you can get another car you can get another car just like I said it's going to suck for a while want to probably have two car payments you can get two car have two car payments you have pay me for that that you got finish paying off like the one that you got now you going to sck but don't mess up your cred I mean it's your sister at the end of the day like if she work I got my need to sit I have a conversation with her and tell her like hey you pass my [ __ ] I need I need least half she's a bomb she's a [ __ ] bomb she ain't got none of her kids she's young she got three kids they all got witnesses at the scene described hearing a loud impact and seeing several individuals fleeing from the car running into nearby houses their accounts directly contradicted the driver's initial claim that the car had been stolen at gunpoint I kep trying to tell my kids stop hanging out with so what I scrapped it where did it go what do I do I got to B to get it out of toe getting that out of toe you ain't getting that out of toe honestly so you know have to pay if I want get p what do you ain't nobody going to get about insurance that unless you want to pay out of pocket first step dad is her my son father does I mean if hean yeah that's even better for you beyond like he knows how to do all that [ __ ] and that's what you got to do get it out of toe and you know get your mechanic to help you out cuz all you got to do is pay it and get it move from one place to another if you can do that when officers arrived they secured the area du to the Hazardous down wires and questioned bystanders for more information the driver was later found in one of the nearby houses showing visible signs of intoxication she's still around probably drunk as hell has some some pink Whitney Shooters down there I heard a pal but I thought I was dreaming he woke me up and there was two flashes of light like the Box four people four people got whatever they got ran to that first house this one right here that first one not this brick one but the one next to right no the brick one the brick one the very first house ah nice they kept looking back and then they heard the sirens and they hurried up and ran in the house when questioned she claimed someone had forced her out of the vehicle and caused the crash but her story didn't align with the evidence or witness statements if if you were driving or if like they were with you like or they like they did what you said they did we can work with you okay but if you lie to us right now I just called my sister that the car owns and told her that somebody trying to steal that was trying to steal her car like I said I'm just saying like if Ariana yeah we saw her she had a ticket in your car yeah I got a question why would you call 91 if someone try to steal your car cuz my phone look at it but you called your sister but you couldn't call 911 the lady in there was telling me not to call nobody because she didn't want nothing to happen because she strung out on drugs what that got to do with the people that try to she don't even know you why the hell she don't know me but she turned off her location when I called all right so all hold so did this harle I'm very good friends with the people down the speedway I will go check the story out I don't want to go down there and it be wrong so everything going show they I mean as far as like me pulling out the speedway yes I would hope you would show where did where what point did they get in the car person with the gun at what point did he get he or she get in the car when I was pulling out so they was literally it was a white P black man were you pulling on to man uh excuse me waterl or Maine which one you I went right all right so you was going out to Main and as you were pulling out so you started the speedway the car owner upon learning of the incident was understandably upset she confronted the driver expressing her frustration over the destroyed car which was her primary means of transportation so you did get on Main you start driving down northbound on Main Street and then I turn right here on water so you light water right there mean will I mean sorry wi okay yeah all right so you went all the way down but when did they get in the car at what point was it as I was turning off of itself out of Speedway yeah so the cameras will show that area so you were stopped right there looking for traffic these dudes hopped in the car getting the passenger seat took off yes then they came down took off down wilis how did the car crash happen because they was the car behind Okay and then they was like on us and then I'm trying to like pull the Wheel from the dude that was in the driver's seat in the car just was he still holding the gun at that time yes and the other man that was behind in the uh the financial impact was devastating as the car was not insured leaving her with a significant loss and debt officers calmed the situation and explained her legal options including pursuing charges or a civil law suit to recover damages in the back seat all right all right you continue to talk to these officers partner going to go down here real quick that's that's yes this are the keys to the car careful it's got blood on it does it down here um be careful with that on sorry I'm hour the driver was charged with multiple offenses including reckless driving DUI hit-and run and driving without a license the owner acknowledged the consequence es of trusting others with her vehicle and vowed to avoid such situations in the future even your real sister now you know you got to cut her off just cut her off you uh so she was [Applause] driving drink the night and say if she don't want to come through like you got strong s suit okay so that's an option I could press chares on officers ensured the scene was safe before clearing it leaving a lasting reminder of the dangers of impaired and irresponsible Behavior behind the wheel you can take her silver court and sue her okay I can do that like for real yeah for real like uh she's going to court she ain't got no money then that's when she actually gets in trouble with the law so what call she going to court on the 11 yeah she's going to court on the 11 she got charged an Nobi hit skip and not having the driver's license okay so she's getting those charges uh she's getting license supended um she doesn't have a license okay so through this professional involvement the situation would ultimately be addressed and resolved within the bounds of the law insurance I'm going be honest you Insurance might hand you up on that okay don't even got it yeah so so we got to like I said she drawn did she take the car for your permission we got like I'm not even trying to H you up right like that was she with you and then she took a car she wanted to go get more DRS and then but I was I really didn't even know that she took my car until I D out of my parking lot okay all right and uh yeah like I said you can take your support Ste that way try and get your money um I know you said she might not have money so but yeah that's your best show get in trouble with the yeah so like after a while if she's not staying up with it like the county that's more of a you know County gets involved with all that stuff cuz it's like us city cops like we don't we don't deal with that you know what
