Why are you crying? >> Because I want to go with my mom. You want to go with your mom? Yes. Well, you're going to jail. No, please. I'VE NEVER BEEN TO JAIL. THIS IS all my life. She doesn't even know that she's doing anything wrong. >> Okay. That's the problem. So, were you walking? Were you driving? Like, what happened? Ma'am. No, no. He needs to go elsewhere. >> He doesn't have to go elsewhere. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I do not. >> Stop. You better sit down. Sit down. Not every adult has their life together. That's typically okay until their childish nature gets the best of them. Some people need to learn that throwing a toddler tantrum in public because things aren't going their way is not okay because it's so embarrassing when cops put grown adults in their place. We're all adults here. Why are you acting like a child? I'm not acting like a child. He's a piece of Okay. He called me out. I was just walking down the street. Okay. On September 6th, 2025 in Key West, Florida, officers responded to a scene where a woman named Jenny had an altercation with a parking officer. She claimed that he disrespected her, which was obviously not his intention. Can I speak with you, ma'am? Yeah, come on. Uh yes, her. Either way. Okay. All right. What's going on, Jenny? Her mom has just recently passed and it's her birthday today and there's just a lot of emotion going on and I think that it just kind of came to a head and I don't know what happened with the with the interaction and whatnot, but it just kind of just came to a head. And so, she's just very emotional today. Today is her first birthday without her mom and she's obviously been drinking and so, there's kind of that. Okay. Okay. Who is she to you? My wife. Your wife? 28 years. 28 years. Wow, congratulations. Okay. >> So, she's never done this. This is like a random outburst and I mean, I can see that No, it's like on the down end of the other side, so. But, that's kind of where it's at. Okay. All right. Uh did this get physical at any point with No. Nothing got physical. Nothing got physical? >> No. It was just an argument. >> Yeah, it was just like words and you know, it was just kind of an exchange and it's I think it's just emotions. Emotions? A lot of emotions, and but it just that's just kind of where it's at. It sounds very stressful for both of you right now. I The officer noted an abrasion on the wife's chest, but confirmed that there was no physical abuse whatsoever. She then directed the woman to present her ID. After that, Jenny began her loud antics yet again, screaming at a male police officer. Okay. You don't scare me, mother Get away from me. We're going to arrest you. I'm just a human being. >> Listen to me. I'm Officer Lopez with Key West PD. >> Oh, I'M SO SCARED. >> UP. STOP. >> DON'T YOU [ __ ] SCARE ME. You You're going to arrest you if YOU DON'T STOP. >> DON'T touch her. Miss Anna, can you You touch her, I'm taking you to jail. I wouldn't touch anybody. I'm not a monster. They're going to I'm 10-30. Take me to jail. I don't give a [ __ ] I'm a monster. Don't do anything right now. I don't care. She's lost Yeah, take me away. She just screaming and That's the way she's acting and talking. Stop with her and if she could just stop. >> to go anywhere. Get him. Jenny, stop. Get him. Enough. We're all adults here. Why are you acting like a child? I'm not acting like a child. He's a piece of Okay. He [ __ ] freaked out on me. I was just walking down the street. >> Okay. Are we raising our voice at you right now? >> No. Do you want to judge me? I'm going to judge you. No, they're talking. JUST TALK. I'M GOING TO SHUT THE [ __ ] THE male officer tried to talk some sense into the suspect by explaining that police officers don't wake up in the morning and decide they're going to arrest people. The suspect completely ignored his explanation and began shouting at the parking officer again. So, you wrote a ticket? >> Mhm. I wrote her a hustle on the bar. Okay. She comes to me. Are you American? I listen nothing to her. She could say a lot of bad things. Oh, you American, why you write ticket for blah blah blah. And then she tried to come to me. And and the girl with her tried to keep her just calm down. What the guy Yeah, American. Yeah. She He's doing his job. Why you come to like And another girl from the store come in, hey, why you try to do that? She say You You're American. And it wanted the girl from the store tried to fight her and she run inside. She run inside? No, not her. Another girl. The parking officer explained that Jenny had not physically touched anyone, including himself, but she did attempt to fight another female while her wife held her back. It sounded like Jenny was upset about the fact that she perceived the parking officer as non-American. Jenny, stop. Look at me. Please, just stop. For me. For me. >> There are some people that deserve it. But, that laughing at you doesn't Jenny, please stop. Please, for me. Please, for me. We got to go home tomorrow. Please, for me. Let's just stop. Okay. Do you have children? God, no. Four dogs. Thank God I don't. Yeah. >> Cuz I wouldn't want to raise them in this world. >> 28 years we've been together and she's never done this. And so, I'm just I'm I'm sad. She's lost so many family members in the last few days [laughter] or few days. >> to empathize. I don't like that guy. He's like going to laugh at me. Look at me. Look at me. >> He needs to He needs to shut the Jenny, stop. He's laughing. Like, that's not cool. JENNY, STOP. HE MADE MY LIFE BETTER FOR A PIECE OF STOP. Stop yelling. Jenny. Because then they you're going to be looking at another charge. Look at me. Look at your dogs. >> I don't need any charges on me. You know what? I can't tell you. You are selfish. You are being selfish because you have no >> Okay, you don't know how to judge me. No, I am telling you right now and everybody here, you don't care about her because you are being selfish. You can't even act right and do this for her. You can't do this for her. Try to keep it together for her. Not for yourself, but at least for somebody else. The officer, as well as Jenny's wife, made a fair point about how she was being selfish in an attempt to get her to calm down. However, Jenny was too far into her ranting to listen to them and she continued screaming. Stop. Stand up. >> Jenny, stop. Stand up. They're They're arresting you. Put your hands behind your back. Yep, arresting. I can't believe you would choose him. I'm not going to have somebody laughing over there at me. I work my I've been through hell. It's my birthday. I can't believe for me. Grab my phone, please. Oh, God. This could have ended in a nicer place. I can't believe you would do that to me. Walk with me. Up against my car. Okay. Place your feet apart. Yep. Place your feet apart. Thank you. Do me a favor and sit down sit down until I get back. I just need an elevator. You know what? I'll talk to you. You and I are family and agree that we are at that age that if somebody's laughing or somebody is acting like that, we shouldn't. Like, who are you? Right? You Can I tell you something? That woman right there, she really cares about I know she does. But, can you let me finish? Let me finish. Because again, I'm just trying to have a conversation with you and I want you to see what I can see from my perspective and my point of view. I'm I'm very curious about this. I want to ask you something. Does it bother you the fact that he's a black man No, I don't know. working out? Stop. Well, why are you yelling? Can I It doesn't matter if he's black or white or Mexican. My whole life I've been friends with everybody. >> I just wanted to know because I'm not a prejudice I'm not saying you are. I was asking. I would never do that. Does it bother you that a black African-American male is >> [clears throat] >> working doing his job? No, never. You see me doing that? Do you think that he should be treated that way just because of what he's doing as his job? >> No, cuz he laughed at me. It was me. That's So, >> like So, you are telling me I don't. You are telling me that just because somebody was laughing at you, you won't you will allow that to ruin this. What you have with your >> Whatever. I don't want to be I am not a bad How is he How can he be in charge of something? He is in charge of everything. This is his job. The officers finished searching Jenny. She was then placed in the back of the car and taken to jail. Her charges are unclear, but she was likely charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. On August 18th, 2025, officers responded to a residence on a rather strange call. A woman, intoxicated and furious at her neighbor for parking too close to her yard, decided to trash his car with toilet paper. Witnesses said the suspect was wearing a full hot dog costume when she threw a tantrum. Stand right here with us. No, I'll sit down. I'm sorry. He I tried to apologize. I was like, "How can you be so offended? It is my fault. Do what you want to." Hot dog costume? Hot dog costume's not a thing anymore. Oh, that was all I crawled out of it. But you were in a hot dog costume? >> I've known him for a year. He's been harassing me for a year. I was like, "I'm so sorry that I put cheap all these toilet paper on your car." I was like, "What if I just like you and I want to be your friend? And you stop harassing me verbally." So, no, it's okay if it's my Second, we were here like >> Okay. It's actually literally okay if it's my fault. But he's been harassing me for a year. He called the government on my lawn. And I was like, "What if What if just for once we can be friends?" And he's like, "What are you doing?" I was like, "I'm decorating with toilet paper." He parks his car in front of my house on purpose. He's done it for a year. I was like, "What if for once No, he kept parking on the street. He's not your Oh, no, no, no, no, no. I've talked to him about it. >> can park there. I know, but I've talked to him about it. He's done it intentionally. So, he's I know. So, imagine I've talked to him about it and he's done it intentionally. And he called you guys on the court. He's like, "I'm so mad. Why did you do it?" I was like, he told me he was doing lawn work so he could then park his car. And he didn't do any lawn work. So, he put this 10-ft ladder up. And he was like, "What are you going to do about it?" I was like, "Well, I'm going to gently dust all these cheap toilet paper on your car." The woman explained the feud to the officers. The neighbor had been allegedly harassing the suspect for over a year by parking on the street in front of her house. He was legally allowed to park there, though, but the woman was upset because she'd asked him to stop. How old am I? Well, I walked in front of your tree and I said I I I wish that we I said I wish that we could have a You're not listening. I'm not asking how old you I said I wish that we could have a relationship that goes past whatever you're trying to do. But I'm asking how old you are because what the the It's my fault. It is very childish. You know what I mean? No, it is. You're not wrong. No, you're not wrong. So, You're not wrong. I'm just asking. I'm just asking. >> wrong. I have many text messages with him. He reported me to the government when I first moved in here as a single mom with no money. I couldn't afford to cut my lawn. He reported my lawn. All I was trying to do was ask him. I was like, "What if we could just like fix things and be okay with him?" So, it's okay. Well, let me be the bad guy. This is a little tantrum. I was like, "What if we could just like make up for it?" It's not about being bad guys or good guys. She claimed that she threw the toilet paper onto her neighbor's car in order to defuse the arguments they had going with each other. However, no one in their right mind would think that that would be a proactive solution to their problem. I'm sorry that I threw the toilet paper on But what was the purpose is what I'm still asking. The purpose is that I've lived here for a year. Okay. And you've cheated me the whole time. I don't know why. Look what you're doing. I deserve it. Look what you're doing. No, I've known him the whole time that I've lived here. And I'm a single mom and I need personal harassing. What's your personal name? Huh? Do you have an ID on you? Nope. I do deserve it. I deserve to be disrespected. I've lived here for a year. No, I'm sorry. What's your personal name? Well, I deserve this. What's your name? What? You don't know what he did. Okay, give us your name. I'm not going to tell you what he did. Because I don't want to disrespect him in his neighborhood. I won't tell you what he did. The suspect refused to identify herself. She instead deflected their questions by insulting the neighbor repeatedly and making fabricated accusations that the neighbor was drunk. Next, the officers turned their attention to the neighbor, Jason, who explained his point of view. I have stuff all over my hands. So, obviously, she's already done it once. I just threw the garbage threw the excess. I just don't know what else to do. I apologize for So, what what happened? She came back out and she's like wrapping your car in toilet >> goodness. So, let me show you the video cuz you're not going to believe me. It's truly unbelievable. That's earlier before you called. She was out here for 30 minutes or so. There. She's literally dressed up in a hot dog outfit. You hear the outfit? She took it off. She went back to the back and took it off. I'm like, "What That's why I said, "You're not going to believe me if it's a hot dog outfit." And I all I did was when you guys were here, I left to go to Home Depot to get chain. So, I got the chain. Did say, "Please get her off my car." You want to see if there's any damage to your car? >> Yeah, I did. I'm going to see. She came back wrapping this way. She was parking on She was just leaning on it. Just leaning on it? >> Yeah, leaning on it and then throwing bits of toilet paper on it. Oh, okay. Just to antagonize. All right, sir. Uh is Jason Clark. All right, sir. We'll see what we can do. Jason explained to the officer that the woman had been dressed in a hot dog outfit while she threw [music] the bits of toilet paper on his car. She then went back inside to take the costume off, which contradicted the suspect's claim that she tried to settle the dispute. What am I getting arrested for? He harassed me. Okay, good. He harassed me. You know what he harassed me for? >> Are you Marshall? He harassed me. Are you Marshall? Right now you're the subject of official detention and you're legally required to tell us your name. What is your name? Okay. He He hurt me and I called you guys for help. But okay, whatever you want to say. I have video. Huh? I have videos of what he did. Are you serious? We're going to go to the alley somewhere. Stay still. Do you have anything on you that's going to cut, stick, or hurt us in any way? Lean up against the car. He ruined my whole life. Do you have anything in your pockets at all? Lean up against the car. Spread your legs. The woman continued to resist the officers. She tried to use her fake tears as a weapon [music] to gain the officer's sympathy, but it wasn't going to work. She also changed her story by claiming that she had been the one to call the officers, which was another blatant lie. You want more charges? I'm doing nothing wrong. I asked for help. Imagine if you asked for help and this is what I get. Imagine. Lean up against the car. I'm not trying to hurt anybody. But I could have hurt everybody in the car. >> Stop. I asked for help. No. I have a bachelor's degree and I'm intelligent person and I'm a mom of three kids and I just ran over there. No, you will not. Yes, you will. I want a lawyer. You can have a lawyer when you get to jail. Oh, I'm going to jail. He hurt me and I asked for help. No, I'm not getting him the ass for help. Do you want us to lock your front door? No. You want us to leave your front door open? I asked for help and he hurt me. Just when the officers thought the situation would be done and over with, things took a turn for the worst. Not only did the woman fail to comply with all of the officer's commands, she failed to identify herself and was obviously intoxicated. Tonight, I have like 10,000 guns in my pocket, by the way. 10,000 guns in my pocket and a knife and a shiv. Can't wait to stab you in your neck. Oh, you think I'm funny? He's so happy right now. I'm a single mom. I just wish I could have fixed my hair before. It's one of my favorite country songs, by the way. Yeah, turn up. Turn up. If I feel to jail, I'm going to listen to my favorite country song. Let's go. Ready and it's ride mine. What a left turn. >> [screaming] >> What did I do wrong? He wins. Please. My ex-husband will take my daughter away from me. He will take my daughter away from me. My ex-husband will take my daughter away from me. All I did was threw all the toilet paper on his car. I can't imagine that's the worst offense that he has ever done. He's He's He's retired military. Won't talk to me again. I'm sorry. I just swear to God I'll do better. I know you've heard this from a million people, but like what did I do wrong other than put toilet paper on his car? In the end, the officers charged her with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence. Pretty light for a woman who was obviously intoxicated and harassing her neighbor. On January 30th, 2025, officers responded to a Walgreens on a call they got quite often. Benjamin, a local troublemaker, had been spotted on the property after having been banned from there previously. What's up, Benjamin? All right. What's uh Hold on. Come here. Okay. No. All right, Benjamin. Come here, Benjamin. He led the officers on a foot chase, recklessly running through the busy street, parking lots, and intersections. The officer was able to keep up with Benjamin, who seemed adamant to evade arrest. However, when they reached the bus stop, the officer caught up with him. All right, let's get on the bus. All right, let's get on the bus. Sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for Get on the bus. Yes, sir. Get on the bus. Wait, I'm sorry. Get on the ground. Get on the Wait. Wait. Give me your hands. Wait, can I talk? Nope. Roll over. Wait, I'm so Benjamin. Listen. Roll over. Let me talk to you. Please. Can I have another Just let me talk, please. Okay? I got him on the ground. Roll over. Wait. Wait. Hold on. Hold on. Wait. I just talk. Give me your hands. Wait, you said Wait. Sir. Give me your hands. Yes, sir. I just want to talk. I just want to talk. Give me I want to talk. No. Wait, I just want to I just want to say about case. Can I Yes, sir. Give me your hands. I I know officer. I know officer. I know officer. Wait. Stop. I know I know I know officer. Listen. Okay. What's your name, man? Huh? I'm just trying to do my job. Hey, stop. The officers managed to handcuff Benjamin after quite the struggle. They got him to his feet and walked into a squad car parked on the street nearby. The whole time, he pleaded with the officers and apologized to them for his actions, but that didn't do much. I'm sorry. Thank you, sir. I'm sorry, Mr. Rosenberg. Stand right here. Don't get in. Mr. Rosenberg, I apologize. I apologize. I just Is it okay I drink my beer? Okay. Can I have another chance? No. Please. I won't do it again, okay? No. I I apologize for resisting. No. Okay? I apologize. We're done, man. Okay. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. But Mr. Rosenberg, can I just take my case? They said I [snorts] can sit down for the while, okay? No. They said I can sit down for the while. No, no, no. Mr. Rosenberg. They said I can sit down. No. Well, I won't come back to the store. I'll get on the bus and go home. Okay, can you take me to Harvey at Wait, Mr. Rosenberg. Nope. Wait, please. For another chance. Get him out. Sit down. Get him out. Sit down. Get in. Yes, sir. Mr. Rosenberg, can I talk? Okay, yes, sir. Thank you. I'm sorry. Mr. Rosenberg, I'm sorry, okay? Trespassing, resisting and I'm sorry. I'm sorry. The officers discussed the case amongst themselves. The backup officers had a hunch that Benjamin would try to run, so they headed over as quickly as possible, so they were able to place him in cuffs successfully. You're making me angry. You're not listening. You're not listening. Can I have another chance? Can you take me to Harvey at least so I can go home? No. Why? Why? They said I COULD GO. I didn't know. You scared me, okay? I won't do it again if you just drop me off at home. I live there in Harvey. Please. Okay? I'm serious. I just I won't come back, okay? If you give me a chance and you drop me off before, I promise. It won't happen again, okay? Please. You're not listening, okay? Is that okay? Is the radio Mr. Rosenberg, I'm serious. If you could take me to Harvey, I won't do it again. Okay, so can I So, what are you going to do? We're going to arrest you. Okay, can I get out though today? No, you're going to go to Markham. Can I call my mom? You can call your mom, yeah. And see if she can let me out. Your mom doesn't have a choice. You're going to Markham. Why do I have to go to Markham? Because you refused I didn't mean to. I said I'm sorry. Can I have another chance? So, you are going to Markham. I said I'm sorry. No, that's not how it works. Okay, really, why? Because you know you're not supposed to be there. Benjamin pleaded for another chance, despite the store having called 60 times about him being there without permission. His whining didn't stop even when they arrived in jail. He claimed he didn't want to go to jail, didn't want to go to court, and wanted to go to the hospital for a supposed heart attack. Yeah, I need to call my mother. That's fine. She needs She going to say let me out. You have to let me out. That's my mother. It's not happening. Uh-uh. Yeah, right. I'm going to call my mom. Yeah, me too. I'm going to call my mom. That's b- I don't Yeah, what what's I'm never this I hate them. I'm angry. I need to call my mom. That's fine. You can call your mom. This is illegal. You can't You can't do this. I'm telling it. Okay. I'm calling my mom. You I'm calling my mom. You have to let me out. You have to let me out. If she If she said you have to let me out You have to tell my mom. You have to talk to You have to talk to my mother. I'm not going to court. All the way down into what, then? Okay, I know where you're You're going to talk to my mom, okay? Okay. I'm not talking to your mom. All right. You have to stand I'm going to search you one more time and I'm going to take your cuffs off. He was booked into Markham Jail on charges of resisting arrest and trespassing. Not even a week later, authorities were called yet again because he was trespassing at Walgreens. That time, he kept up his childish mindset that his mother was somehow responsible for him being there. I was about to leave, I was about Yeah, I was about to leave. No, I was just about to leave. Wait, wait. I was about to leave. I was about to leave. Get down on your face. No, no. You want to go on your face? I was about to leave. Get on the ground. Wait, my mother told me to Nope. My mother told me My mother is in the store. I can confirm my mother is in I don't care. You're under arrest. My mother is in the store. I promise. I was about to leave. She told me to wait. She told me to wait. Stop it. Get your hands behind your back. She told me to sit down. I can confirm. Get your hands behind your back. I can confirm that my mother is in the store. My mother is in the store. I promise. My mother is in the store. She told me to wait. That's all. She just told me to wait. The guy The guy said Put that hand up there. My mother My mother is in the store. She told me to wait. That's all. She just told me to wait. My mother told me to Excuse me. See, the The people up here said They said it yesterday that that you police keep messing with me. So, they they kind of keep confirming. They can confirm that you guys keep messing with me. My mother is in the store. Put your hands behind your back. My mother is in the store. Benjamin. She knows me. Yeah, she's one that's had a problem with you. >> He insisted that his mother was in the store, which was not only a lie, but incredibly irrelevant. After a long struggle, the officers managed to handcuff him yet again. MY MOTHER SAID WAIT for her. Your mom ain't here. And people And the people at Walgreens said that you guys keep attacking me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I need to Excuse me. I need to talk to my mother. She told me to wait for her on the side of the wall. My mother's in the store. I can confirm. Stop it. Wait, wait, wait. She told I have something I have to tell you. I have to tell you. I can tell you something. My mother knows that I smoke marijuana. Yeah, we all know. Okay, but I need to talk to my mother first. She said if the police come up here, call her. Yeah, we'll call her at the station. I need to talk to her. Yeah, well, hey, guess what? What? You're on the Markham again. You're doing it all over. I need to talk to her It doesn't matter. Your mom's not at the wall. She told me Your mom's not at the wall. Excuse me, I need some help. Hello? I need some help. I'm sorry. I NEED TO TALK TO MY MOTHER. GET IN THE CAR AND I'LL TALK TO HER. I NEED TO TALK TO HER. YOU'RE NOT You pushed ME IN THE CAR. YEAH, you are getting pushed in the car. I need some help. I need to call her. For the nth time, Benjamin was arrested and charged with trespassing, resisting, and obstructing. On March 29th, 2025, Sarasota officers were dispatched to a residential area where they received reports of an out-of-control woman. Apparently, the woman had pushed a little girl off her bicycle in broad daylight. One second. One more second. Hey, I got her. What What's going on? Look here. Look here. Look, I can TELL YOU I NEED SOME HELP. She can't Look at her. Look at her. LOOK AT HER. LOOK AT HER. SHE CAN'T SHE CAN'T SHE PUSHED THE GIRL DOWN OFF HER BICYCLE. She was pulling her hair. I'm not beating your little kids. Look at this God damn it. And this is This is what I'm saying. >> Look at Look at her. I believe This is the Oh my god. >> to you in a minute. God. The officer was met with a crowd of people trying to explain the situation. After another unsettling interaction with the woman who was attempting to kick open the window, the officer decided to talk to the victim. Speak up. I ride my bike on my private Where were you riding your bike at? Over on Orange? Okay. Or you 21st or Orange and what's that? 20th? By the store? Okay. I was outside Red Lobster. I was riding my Okay. Hey I was riding on my bike and she Where did she push you off your bike? But right NOW YOU NEED TO RELAX AND ACT LIKE AN ADULT. THAT'S NOT FAIR. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? >> NO, I DON'T. THE LITTLE girl explained that she did not know the suspect at all, but the woman approached her, put one hand on the side of her neck, and pushed her off her bike. Her relatives decided to press charges. Another witness who called 911 explained what she had seen. Like look at her out. Straight up like Like These kids have ruined every moment that I've had to say the word like They have said like they have ruined my life. And yes, I have kids. I have kids that are their age. So yes, you're right. I'm not I'm not scared to say the word because my kids grow up in these streets. And like And like they shouldn't They should not have >> So what happened today? Like you can see it like I've been to jail in Collier County. Like it's not a sham. I have But these kids >> What hap- What did they do to you today or what happened? Today they just They just They just literally Alexandra did not have a reason as to why she pushed the little girl off her bicycle. She rambled on about how the children were using derogatory language, but it wasn't a reason to assault a child. She continued to plead with the officers to loosen her handcuffs, then went on a tangent about racial issues in the community. I walked up to these kids. >> I came up to these kids and I was like, "Look, like I'm not going to pretend like I'm like, you know, something safe to you like because because is not safe. Like people are not what they claim to be. And like I need you to know that. Like you need >> So you approached them just to talk to them? I approached them like like like I mean like like can be wrong. Do you know these kids? >> know these kids. No, I don't know these kids. And you just wanted to tell them like what? >> wanted to like I wanted to like make a I just wanted to like make a stance or like I just wanted to like make them know that like things things are not always what they seem. Like things are not always what they seem. And like if if your mom is telling you that like everything is right, like, you know, these kids literally came up to me like like I was their their best friend. And I was like, "I'm not your best friend." Like Oh, so they came They approached you to talk with you. Well, I mean I think that they approached me Yeah. The officers had her step out of the car when she calmed down so that they could loosen her handcuffs. The entire time she rambled on about how the kids in the community didn't realize that they were supposedly causing problems, and she wanted to make them aware. These are kids. Look at that girl. Look at that girl over there. She's a kid. >> Everybody's giving her all of the benefit of the doubt, right? Okay. Well, was she the instigator? I'm not going to say her instigator. 12-year-old is the invent- I'm not going to say that. So I'm I'm asking you what happened. I'm not going to say that. But So what happened? But but look at her. >> [laughter] >> Like she's 12. So if I were to sit here and say that she was the instigator, would you give that all of the investigation? I No, I'm asking you what happened. I'm just asking you Can I please just I can't take them off. Can you just loosen them? I already did this to them. I already did. Oh my god. She doesn't even know that she's doing anything wrong. Okay. That's the problem. So were you walking? Were you driving? Like what happened that kids got involved? I don't I I don't know. I don't know that kids got involved. I was never I'm not ever like I'm not ever like an antagonizer of children. >> At that point, with her rambling explanations, out-of-pocket statements, and her slurred speech, the officers pieced together the fact that Alexandra was incredibly intoxicated. The officers finally read her Miranda rights, but she remained uncooperative and claimed not to understand. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? I understand that. Okay. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. Do you understand that? Sorry. You have the right to remain um to have an attorney with you prior to, during, [music] or after any questioning. >> understand anything after the Like I need I can't breathe with Yes, you can. You're talking here and breathing. Okay. So do you understand that you can have an attorney with you while we're asking [music] you questions and stuff? >> This whole time, sure. But can somebody please just like >> loosen them anymore. I cannot loosen them anymore. If you cannot afford an attorney I don't I need you >> that, but I still can't loosen them. conversation. have a conversation with your mouth, not your hands. But you have conversated with me this whole time. I haven't been nothing with you this whole time. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand that? >> So hard. Can you Alexandra, do you understand that? >> Can you please like Alexandra, he's not going to talk to you until after I've done reading this. >> just We can't loosen them. Like it's so hard. Alexandra, do you understand that if if you can't afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you. Do you understand that? No, it's so hard. Okay. Um so here's here's what's happening, okay? I'm going to slide in a little bit for you. >> no kids. You have no heart. >> the car, okay? I want to explain your charges to you, okay? Just slide in for What are my charges? I'd like to explain it to you, but I need you to slide in a little bit, okay? >> You're Yeah, that's fine. I just need you to slide in a little bit for me, okay? Alexandra was charged with two counts of child abuse, disorderly intoxication, and resisting arrest without violence. On February 3rd, 2025, Palm Coast officers responded to a local restaurant. Inside, a man got incredibly drunk and appeared to have passed out at his table. Hi. How's it going? How you doing? Good. What's going on? Nothing. I'm just chilling. Okay. Well, you can't chill in here if you're not buying anything. You definitely can't have an open container of liquor, and you got to put your shoes back on. All right. They don't want you hanging out here, okay? All right. I understand. Where are you going to go? I'm going to stay right here. They don't want you here. He just told me. So where are you going to go? I'm going to stay right here, please. >> You can't stay right here. You can't stay right here. So go ahead and put your shoes on. Huh? Put your shoes on. Mhm. I'm just I'm going to stay right here. Well, you can't stay right here. I understand. Well, but they called us, and he just told me that he doesn't want you here anymore. Well, I'm going to stay right here. I'm going to go talk to him about it, and whatever he says goes, cuz he's the manager here, okay? Do you have your ID on you? Um How you doing, sir? You. Thanks. Yeah, I know. You. I appreciate it. Yeah, I know. Why would you say that? I'm sure you know. Well, He just came up and asked you how you were doing. >> My name is David. Yeah, cuz I asked him if he had his ID on him. I'm sorry. Do you have your wallet? Do you have your ID in it? I don't have it. I I apologize, sir. The officers could tell from David's level of intoxication that he wasn't going to understand anything. They tried to reason with him and get him to leave on his own terms instead of having to drag him out. However, he became aggressive. Okay, spell your last name for him. Kim. No, no, no. He needs to go elsewhere. >> He doesn't have his wallet on him. Yes, she do. >> No, I do not. Stop. You better sit down. Sit down. Listen, stop. Don't you talk to me. Guess what? Stop. Jake, just give me his other hand. Okay. Okay. Let's go. No, I won't go. Why are you fighting? Stop. Okay. Why did you do that? Because this guy is a What did he do? He came over and asked how you were doing. That's it. Let's go. Get up. Yeah, get up. Come on. Get up. You're You're going to pay for this. Oh, yeah? Why are you tensing up? David took his anger out on the male officer. He stood up to punch the officer, but the latter was able to avoid getting hit. As they dragged him out of the restaurant, the group was met with unexpected visitors. Come on. Hi, could you just give us a moment? Yeah. Get out of our way, please. Can you move out of our way? He was with our mother first, all right? What's that? He was with our mother first. Okay, well, he just tried to punch my buddy here, so Yeah, he just stood up and put his hands on me. So, now he's going to jail. >> He's not going to jail. YES, HE IS, MA'AM. He has epileptic seizures. BACK UP. NO. BACK HE RAN OUT OF HIS MEDICINE. You understand? Up. I'll talk to you in a second. BACK UP. OKAY. PLEASE JUST LET my [laughter] my hands go. Yes. All I did was walk in there and ask how he was doing. He said it to me twice. Because he's not listening. Let me finish. As my partner was trying to talk to him, he looks at me says it again, stands up and puts his hands on me. Do you understand what that is? It's called battery on law enforcement. He's going to jail. Sir. What? >> Doesn't matter. He didn't need to put his hands on me. All I did was walk in there and ask how he was doing. Well, he clearly just did. What are you going to do to me? That's battery on law enforcement. Just stay away from him. My kid My kid wouldn't be putting hands on cops. Anything in your pocket or in your No, ma'am, I do not. All right. Back up. Back up. David's elderly parents arrived at the scene just in time to catch their son getting arrested. It was unclear how they learned of their son's location, but assuming he called them with his cell phone, their timing was very unfortunate. The suspect's parents seemed to think that they had control over the situation, which was not the case. We didn't do anything. We were talking to him and he stood up and tried to fight us. I didn't try to do anything. So, please just be kind to me. He ran out of his medicine. You understand? He's got very high blood pressure. He's got epileptic seizures. He even had it work. HE HAD BLEEDING IN THE BRAIN TWICE. OKAY. He's in a business drinking, getting publicly intoxicated. All the business was asking Let me finish. Yes. Okay. Okay. All the business wanted to do because he was getting intoxicated in there was have us come in and ask him to leave. As my partner was talking to him, I showed up again asked him how he was doing. He said it to me twice. I stopped talking to him, didn't pursue any further conversation. As my partner was trying to gain him more information from him, he looked at me, said it again, stood up, and then put his hands out on me. All right. >> So, again, battery on law enforcement. >> the thing. I don't think he I don't think he realized you were a cop. He would not have done that. My partner and I both are in full uniform. We're in a badge. He must He must have He must have went and got some booze. Oh, he definitely did. I mean, there's a big old bottle of it in there. A conversation with a store employee revealed that David had arrived at the establishment over 2 hours prior to the officers' arrival. He had begun drinking and slept on the floor of the restaurant. His [music] parents continued making excuses for his behavior. Ma'am, he got up in an aggressive manner, But he says he's intoxicated. He did not know what he was doing. Doesn't matter. I think it does. >> Even when we're intoxicated, we still have some understanding of what we're doing. >> No, we don't. No, we don't. We forget it. >> Okay, you can argue that with me all day long. If you want my name and badge number, I'll give that information to you. You can also request my body cam footage to see what happened. I can understand this part. I mean, I'm in full uniform. If I was wearing like a t-shirt and shorts and a backwards cap, then I'd understand that. Can I go in there to see if he left the cap there? So, Are you talking about like a baseball cap? >> Yeah. I think if there's something weird in there, my partner's handling that right now, okay? I got to stay out here with him and make sure he's okay. I can get the address for you in a second. So, where did Does he live with you guys? Yes. Okay, well, he's been here for about 2 hours drinking and they keep asking him to leave. So, they called law enforcement and I walked up and I said, "Hey, we got to You got to get out of here." And he said, "No, I don't. I'm going to stay right here." And And he was being sweet about it. And then my partner rolled up and was like, "Hey, man, what's going on?" He's right. And all this stuff. Okay. And then And then we were like, we we got him calmed down again. He was being sweet again. And then he stood up and attacked him. So, Yeah, I'm going to bring these with him. >> While David's father seemed to understand the need to arrest his son, he blamed the liquor for his son's aggressive behavior. The male officer then had a conversation with the suspect's mother to try and defuse the situation. Ma'am, I just wanted to apologize on behalf of what happened here. You don't need to apologize. I understand your job, but I'm just saying we have to have a heart. They don't know what they're doing when they're in that condition. Listen, I've been to my fair share of mental health calls where people are not mentally there, but given what happened, he was being completely aggressive and got up. If they were coherent, they would not have done that. I understand. They don't mean to hit you. And And And that's a bad thing. Now, he he's got two child supports to do. He's got to get to work, get a job. Has he been having issues with drinking? Is that your husband mention something along those lines with him having possibly having a drinking problem? He drinks, but he goes a few months. He's okay, but if he doesn't eat, It makes it worse. He hadn't had anything to eat today. I mean, you know what? I have a cocktail once in a while, once in a while, you know? Okay. All right. Well, I'm We're going to clear out of here then. Again, I'm sorry about everything that happened, but he may be able to bond out tonight and at least go home and then have to go to first appearance and go before a judge. Okay. Uh So, the problem was this. Once he got that, he lost [music] everything. Yeah. That's That's It creates more problems than it solves, unfortunately. That's That's the problem. Before I get going, do y'all have any more questions for me? No, I think that is all. Thank you so much for the address and I'm sorry it happened. All right. Thank you. >> care, all right. At the end of the day, David is an adult who decided to get drunk and attempt to hit an officer. He could only blame himself and no one else. He was charged with disorderly conduct and battery. On January 28th, 2025, Illinois officers on routine patrol noticed a vehicle driving while violating multiple traffic laws. The driver's seat belt was not fastened and his license plate had expired. Do you have Do you have your driver's license and insurance, please? Can I ask what you pulled me over for? >> Yeah, you weren't wearing a seat belt and your plates are expired. >> And your plates are expired. They've been expired since 2022. So, you got to peel off that 2025 sticker that you have on there before you get arrested. Cuz that's a misdemeanor. I had my seat belt on, though. Okay. Find the insurance for the for the car, too, okay? >> [snorts] >> Where's your insurance card? My insurance card I have a picture of it, don't I? I don't know. You got to It's the same officer. He's probably not going to let you send me a picture. Yes, he will. I don't know. Parked by the 7-Eleven. >> Send the insurance. He said I didn't have my seat belt on, which I did, and then he said your plates are expired. Since 2022, ma'am. Since your adult son can't figure [ __ ] out for himself. Oh, now he's swearing. Honestly, officer, I'll be there in a minute, okay? Cuz you're not going to do this to my kid again. What am I going to do to your kid? I'll start recording. Hold on. Record him. I'm recording, too. >> It seemed like as soon as the driver rolled his window down, he had an attitude with the officer. Apparently, this was not the first time he had interacted with this officer and was starting to feel targeted. However, the officer's job was to enforce the law, which the suspect kept breaking. Turn off the car. For what? >> Turn off the car because you're going to be asked to step out because it reeks of weed in here. This is the third time in the last 6 months and you always say this. >> Okay, well This is your lame excuse, man. It doesn't smell like weed. Yes, it does. So, step out of the car. >> your sergeant over here? >> Step out of the car. >> I'll wait for your sergeant, please. >> Step out of the car. I'm not going to ask you again. If you don't step out of the car, I'm going to take you out forcefully. Why are you going to take me out? >> Because I'm telling you it's a lawful order. It's not against my rights. >> It's a lawful order. I'm going to tell you >> over when I had my seatbelt on and you're trying to tell me Yes, how did you see that I didn't have my seatbelt on? >> watching That's what I'm watching for. I didn't even move with my SEATBELT ON. >> THIS IS THE THIRD TIME YOU'VE HARASSED ME. >> It's not harassment. Follow the rules. My seatbelt is on. This is the third time. >> That was the last time. Oh, that's fine. We're going to call him. Okay, I'll wait for my sergeant. No, you're not going to wait for your sergeant without my consent. Because I don't want to get arrested. You're opening the door without my consent and now you're trying to drag me out the car. >> of the car. I'm not getting out of the car. >> For what? Get out of the car. What do I have to get out of the car for? Because I don't need you fleeing on me. Get out of the car. >> fleeing? This is the third time Cuz I've asked you to step Sir, please do not put your hands on me, sir. Sir. Step out of the >> Sir, can you please not put your hands on me? I have done nothing wrong, sir. >> Step out. Sir, I have done nothing wrong. You're trying to detain me for no reason. You want to get arrested? Yes or no? I haven't done nothing. >> out of the car. The suspect, obnoxiously holding his camera the whole time, even though the body cam was clearly recording, claimed he did nothing wrong and continued to be uncooperative. Eventually, the officer grew tired of fighting. Get off of me. I'M UNDER ARREST. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF of me. You have to step out of the car. Get out of THE CAR. HELP! >> [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE HELP! I'M GOING TO TASE YOU. YOU HAVE 3 SECONDS. WHAT? WHY ARE YOU GOING TO TASE ME FOR? >> WHAT? You're under arrest. Get out OF THE CAR. >> NOTHING. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO TASE me for? >> You're going to get tased. I NEED TO SPEAK TO YOUR SERGEANT. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. GET OUT OF THE CAR. BRO, I'M NOT EVEN TOUCHING YOU. WHAT THE Get my phone off the floor, too. This is harassment, bro. The officers discussed the suspect's wrongdoings amongst themselves, noting the fact that he had dropped a suspicious pill that seemed to be an allergy medication. The officers searched the car for marijuana before they took him to the station. To the station? That's where people go when they when they get arrested. You're arresting me for a traffic violation. No, I'm arresting you because I told you to get out of the car, you didn't, and we had to use force to get you out of the car. You dragged me You said you were getting your sergeant [snorts] again. You dragged You can talk to him. He's at the station. You want to grab mom? Where's mom She's probably the one walking up now. Got these with us. What's the charge? Resisting arrest. It's funny that a grown man needed his mommy to defend him for his own ignorance. Next time, he should simply renew his license plate and act like an adult instead of a child. On August 3rd, 2025, around 5:00 p.m. in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, officers spotted drag racers reeking havoc in the streets. All the drivers convened in a parking lot where a helicopter unit focused on a white Chrysler vehicle. All vehicles are coming out the main entrance. P9 is that gray 350 not white Chrysler. White Chrysler is T. Passing a marked unit. Uh number one lane still continuing over the bridge. Uh he's showing >> Real rumble passing 125. Want to stay at San Jose for a little bit following their vehicles in the area. He's at San Jose Boulevard now. And he just ran the red light from straight to the sun sign. He's northbound. The driver of the white Chrysler tried to mislead the helicopter unit, making a false left turn, then redirecting to another road. However, the ground units were not fooled by this maneuver. Thankfully, the Chrysler driver turned down a dead end road, so they were able to close in on the vehicle. Hey, I got you guys on the roof. Copy that. Don't move. Put your hands up. Put them up. Do not Move. Open the door. I am. Undo your seatbelt. GET OUT OF THE CAR. BRO, I CAN'T MOVE. I CAN'T FEEL MY SOUL, [ __ ] STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. >> [screaming] >> DO YOU HAVE ANY WEAPONS ON YOU? NO, I just didn't have any by me. What? I just didn't have any by me. >> Where's your gun? It's in the car. Come on here. The officers identified the suspect as 22-year-old Fernando Martinez. He cried for his mother as the officers had him lean against the squad car to be searched. He also admitted to having a gun in the vehicle that was registered to his name. Mental beans or what is it? Yeah, oh, it looks like pinyon. I saw the gun. That's why I Step out. Oh, stop crying, mijito. Ouch. Well, you shouldn't be driving. I was driving for my friend. Why are you so sad? Because But you can If you If you have a then why are you driving like that? I don't know. >> Causing harm to other civilians on the roadway. You could have just pulled over and we could have talked. But you caused this whole thing. Okay? So, let's let's be an adult about it. Let's stop crying, okay? Where is it? Try pocket. Which pocket? This one. You have any injuries on you? Just your finger? Okay. All right. Okay. Look at me. Straight straight. >> [gasps] >> Oh, you know what? Come over here. The sun's flip positions. Sun's bad. The officer proceeded to take several pictures of Fernando. All the while, the suspect continued to cry dramatically and call for his mother. Based on how bold he drove during the chase, he wasn't quite what they expected the driver to be like. So, you got any other injuries on you? Oh, that's it. Why are you crying? Because I want to go with my mom. You want to go with your mom? Yes. Well, you're going to jail. NO, PLEASE. [screaming] I'VE NEVER been in trouble. I don't like getting trouble. You shouldn't have run. I was trying to stop, TOO. I DON'T WANT NO OTHER CARS to hit me. We're going to ask some questions, okay? Just take a seat in there. I want to be with my mom. Take a seat in there, okay? He wants his mom. Mom. Fernando. Can you Can you calm down a little bit? Can you speak to me? Yeah. Okay. I'm going to read this to you, okay? Before we go any further, okay? We got to search you real quick. Turn around. How old are you? 27. How old? 27. All right, look up. So, you're not going to call your mom today, okay? Why? Because you're in the dog I need her. I have this I have a disability. You guys just threw me to the floor. Yeah, well, that There was a reason why I know you got to take it as such and okay? But, as of right now, you are under arrest, okay? That's my friend's car. Well, it's going to get towed. >> [clears throat] >> Have a seat. I want to be with my mom. Mom is not here, dude. >> [laughter] >> I want to be with my mom. Mom is not here. Fernando was charged with reckless driving, aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. Some adults in this world never outgrow their childish ways. When cops put these grown adults in their place, it served as a wake-up call for them to finally take responsibility for their actions.
