on October 23rd 2021 the Orlando Police Department was called to Universal Studios in Orlando Florida to respond to a report of a potential battery incident at the theme park officers quickly arrived at the scene to assess the situation and were left to deal with a heated argument CH Chicago are y'all are y'all here from Chicago yeah how long yall live together 3 years where y'all staying at uh Rob I got her too what happened in there dude nothing happened WR your lip kind of like hit me a little bit not not like badly but thought was like pH okay that's her ID that's my IDE that's her IDE you got her ID I got her ID it's might why did she hit you she didn't really hit me upon arriving at the scene the officer immediately gathered information from the witnesses the area was chaotic filled with noise and commotion making it difficult for the officer to conduct a thorough investigation despite the challenges the officer focused on identifying the real suspect and understanding the cause of the disturbance the officer was extremely shocked by the chaotic scene and the intense reactions of everyone around the atmosphere was tense with people visibly Disturbed and agitated as the office officer navigated through the crowd he finally encountered a highly aggressive woman accompanied by a man their hostility stood out amidst the confusion immediately drawing the officer's attention recognizing the Potential Threat the officer carefully approached them as they approached them they found that the male's lip was bleeding and there were conflicting stories about how it attempted to question her she stubbornly refused to provide any information responding with silence or dismissive remarks her uncooperative Behavior hindered the investigation process forcing the uncooperative she provided very few few details withholding important information when the officer asked her to calm down her frustration only intensified and she became even more aggressive her escalating Behavior made the situation increasingly difficult to manage she began using abusive language and offensive words repeatedly telling the officer that she wasn't answerable to him her Defiance and hostility created a tense atmosphere as she refused to cooperate and continued to disrupt the scene ask St you're not part of any of this they're with them they're like be in the middle of it oh okay I I'll keep them you know what else they're battery and it's probably SC to be domestic battery simple battery that point seems like the aggressor they were in Rising Star so they saw it it is already Saturday I don't know if she's going to get Saturday or snd so all right does that answer a question why is she arrest then I told you Witnesses identified her as a primary arer that's why she's in handcuffs right now whether or not she gets transported to jail I don't know yet cuz I'm not the primary investigating officer I'm just we're not going to interfere with the investigation that's why I'm here preventing you from talking to those individuals you're not going to interfere with the investigation I want to interfere with the investigation I want to know but you can't cuz the officer warned the woman to calm down and explained that she could face additional charges for disorderly conduct if she didn't despite the warning the woman ignored the officer's instructions and continued her disruptive behavior only worsening the situation for herself her actions and attitude made it clear that she believed the law didn't apply to her acting as though she was above the rules this disregard for authority and the law complicated the officer's job and put her in a position where the consequences could become even more severe the situation had escalated to a point where further attempts to reason with her seemed useless with that the officers moved in to arrest her understanding that her continued Defiance and aggressive behavior posed a Potential Threat to Public Safety as the officers attempted to arrest her she began resisting using abusive language repeatedly this is a big deal because if it would have been us on the other side they would have arrested US process more challenging after finally securing her they placed her in the police vehicle and transported her to the station however throughout the entire Journey her Behavior remained unchanged her aggression only intensified becoming increasingly offensive and aggressive the officers had to remained Vigilant and composed managing her outbursts while ensuring she was safely transported to the station her continued Defiance and refusal to cooperate left them with no choice but to secure her behind bars for further processing and investigation get up don't do that all right bring me a little
