She was having an episode. >> Who lives here? >> Her, her brother, her mom. >> So, this is their house? >> Yeah. >> Do you stay here or you visiting or >> I was visiting. I was spending the >> Good. Okay, what's your first name? >> Alexis. >> Alexis? >> What you want? >> It's the police. Okay. Where's the other half? What's her name? >> Rosa. >> Alexis and Rosa. >> Yeah. >> Rosa. >> You have Rosa, step out. >> No, she's in here. She's crazy. She's right now crying because she's crazy. >> We got to talk to her. Just ask her if we can come in or if she can come out. >> No. She's right now in not in her right mind. >> Well, that's not up to you to determine. We have to talk to her. And I'm the police. >> Okay. >> There's a domestic battery that was reported. You cannot interfere with that. We have to talk to her and make sure she's safe. >> literally hit me in the wall. >> to her. We're going to talk to her and you. >> I was separating you two because you were both fighting each other. >> What's your first name? What's your first name? >> Alejandro. >> Alejandro, arguing with her is not going to help anyone right now. Let us talk to the two of you and we're going to talk to her separately so we could get the story separate. Make sense? You want her to come You want her to come in or you want her to come out? >> Get in. Get out of here. >> You're going to do this outside? >> Yes. >> Okay. Alexis, why don't you come down here with these guys? >> All right, get down here. >> This is girlfriend. She's here to >> I'll talk with her or you want to talk? >> Okay. Rosa, I think is the other half. >> Rosa's your sister? >> Yeah. >> Okay, we need to talk to her. So, step aside. You can go in or you can step to the side. >> I'm going to stay here. >> You got to move out of the way. >> Rosa, come here. >> You have to move out of the way. >> worse, okay? >> Okay. Just >> accept this situation? >> an issue with her, right? So, stay apart from her. >> can you step out? He doesn't want us coming in for some reason. >> Because of all the dogs. >> There's a dog. >> Yes, I don't want her to come out here. >> Just Yeah, no. >> her to come out here first, so I can >> If you step out there, I can talk to her. >> Rosa. >> Rosa, come here. >> Can we come in and talk to you or do you want to come out here? Pick We can come in and talk to you so that nobody has to see what's going on, none of your neighbors. For nothing. >> I think that's better. >> You want me to come in there? >> Let her come in and talk to her. >> Thank you. >> Rosa. >> Let her talk to the officer, okay? You can tell your side in a second, but let her do the talking. >> All right, so what's going on? >> Does she Do you have an ID somewhere? >> Hey. >> Can you start with that? >> What were you trying to do? What were you trying to open? >> What's your first name again? Dude, what's your first name again? >> Alejandro. >> Okay. Is there anyone else here? >> No. They're at work now. >> It's all right, bud. >> [crying and laughter] >> No, no, no. Calm down. >> Okay, how did you guys fight? Were you guys You guys were physically fighting each other? Okay, what How did that So, you guys were arguing with each other and then it became physical? How did that become physical? >> I'm she's 19 and her ex is like 20-something. Her ex was being in your room and then what happened? He sat with you and I'll talk to you. Maybe you can give me a a version of what happened. I don't know much other than my sister called to get her ex out. Her ex was using because she had her sweater here. My sister is looking for it. It was in her room. So I told my sister No, at night they never had any problems. And right now my sister is having a um >> What type of medical issues does she have? >> I think it's schizophrenia. I'm pretty sure that's >> Does she take medications for that? >> No. >> Is she supposed to? >> Um for I don't know No. >> Okay. >> She hasn't been She has not used it in years. >> She hasn't taken any meds? >> Apparently they said it's schizophrenia, but I have no idea what's happening right now other than she's mentally unstable because of the >> So she called you how long ago would you say? Half an hour, an hour ago? >> No, 10 minutes ago at most. >> called because she wouldn't leave? >> She Yeah, and she I got her to look for her sweater. She got her sweater. She gave it to her and she said, "I'm not leaving because I don't have my phone." She had her phone in her pocket. And then my sister said, "Get her out. Get her out." And I said, "Get out." And I couldn't >> Who called 911? >> I called them, I'm pretty sure. >> Okay. >> Because I saw her on her phone when she was outside and she kept on circling the house. >> Okay. >> And apparently they got in a fight earlier and my sister bit her. Don't know Can you show me where this this took place so I can see if there's any signs of it? So this is your sister's room? >> Yeah. >> All right. So when Alexis spent the night here, this is where she would have been staying? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And also when she got here the bed was moved this way but my sister pushed it back and yeah, it's not pretty. >> Okay. Have they had physical issues before? >> Yeah, it's way before this. >> Like years ago or >> Years ago when they were still together, there was a fight so loud you can hear it a block away. >> How long ago did they break up? >> Um I don't remember. >> A day, a month, a year? >> More than 3 years ago. >> Does she live around here, Alexis? >> Um I don't know where she lives. >> Do you know if it's in Villa Park? >> Yes, it's in Bullard Park. So, they've been on and off for a few years? >> This is the first time she came back in a year or so. >> But, your sister invited her to spend the night here? >> Um I don't know. She let her. Yeah. >> Who else lives here? >> My mother, me, my brother, Remy, my mother's husband, and her. >> But, they're okay with her spending the night here? >> Not really. >> Okay. So, they didn't know she was >> I We didn't know, but they didn't want her to stay. >> Okay. >> Because of her problems. >> Let me get your info real quick, so I don't forget. >> That's fine. >> Can you give me your last name? >> Vega. >> Vega? >> B E G A. >> And it's Alejandra? >> Uh-huh. >> I spelled it right? >> Yes. >> You got a middle initial? >> R. >> What's your date of birth? And what's your phone number? When you When you heard from your sister, had they already gotten into this fight, or were they fighting when you got >> on the couch on the bed. Who was she? >> Um Alexa. >> Uh-huh. >> And where was she at? Sorry, my throat is sore. >> You're all right. >> I think everyone is I guess. >> She was sitting >> She My sister was looking in here, she couldn't find it, so I told her to look downstairs. And when she went down, she found her sweater, she threw it at her. Then she got up and started leaving, like she said she would, then she grabbed my [ __ ] then she said she wouldn't leave. Then they got into a fight again. I had to pull my sister Yes. And I had to pull my sister out and then bring her down from each other. Like separate. Then she Then I got her towards the door. I pulled her out towards the door like I hugged her and threw her outside. Yeah. But then she started dropping down start pulling my shirt and pants. >> Okay. You need an ambulance? >> And then she said I am assaulting her because I can't throw her out of my house. >> That's all right. That's all right. >> Two first plate Clear valid your town white 21. >> Three dogs total? >> I'm Clear valid. >> Brother sister doggies or >> Um tiger. >> There's three. >> Clear valid on the white Mercedes. Clear valid. >> I want Yeah, my sister has one. I have one. My dog has two. It's my mother's. >> Private property accident. What's her name? Rosa. >> Rosa. >> And >> Well, why are you so emotional right now? What's going on in your head? >> Um >> Negative. Tom? >> Okay. Give her a water. >> What's that thing on the wall? >> Oh, that's [snorts] uh that's supposed to be a security camera but it never activated. >> What's going on? Why are you emotional right now? Where are the dogs? >> I'm doing it. I'm doing it. >> All right, Rosa. Huh? You just want to forgive her? >> No, that's uh [ __ ] sake. >> I feel it open. >> This is why you shouldn't bring people in your past back. >> All right, so where did she hit you? >> She grabbed me in the face. She grabbed >> Um let her answer. >> She was pulling my hair. >> All right, I'm going to take some photos right now. Do you have anything on your Put your hands out like this. >> Can you lift up your sleeves? >> I'm not hurt. >> We got four washing stations. >> All three or no, Stacy? >> No. >> 10-4, Stacy. >> All three or no? >> All three, both. >> We got one, me too. >> Both? >> Hello. >> Okay. >> 331, you guys good? >> 31, we're good. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's happening? >> I'm mom. >> We are Alexis's mom. Okay, did they tell you what happened here? >> Kind of. >> Okay. >> I know that Rose bit her. >> Okay, well, there's There's going to be some issues here because people can't fight um without people getting arrested for it. So. We got to figure out >> Okay, but she was hit first. >> She did it in my house. >> It's okay. Your Your daughter's right in there, you can talk to her. >> Okay. >> Ma'am? What were you saying? >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> I was saying though, if someone puts their hands on my daughter, she has every right to defend herself. >> Sure, but she also doesn't have a right to stay somewhere she's not welcome. >> Uh she was invited over here. >> But when she was told to leave by both of them >> She went back in to get her phone. >> Don't care. That's irrelevant. You can't enter somebody's house without permission. >> Whatever. >> I'm not saying that's the issue, but if that's their issue >> Okay. >> So. That's when you call 911 and we get things for you. >> How could we call 911 without a phone, sir? >> Well, you can get sarcastic with me. Neighbors have phones. The police department is two blocks away. Magic happens. That's how you do it. >> This is my mom. >> This is my >> Hey, Mom. All right. I called the medics just to see if they have a long time. What's up? >> Um Blake was saying that she has >> This is >> visible, yeah, all over her. Um and that it looks like she got beat up pretty good. >> Mhm. >> She was saying that she kind of went crazy and start and slapped her. >> Mhm. >> So she slapped her back and then she >> Victor 31 at the building uh delete suspicious incident at the Robert Hotel. Caller found a receipt in his car that is in his >> Okay. >> She's saying that girlfriend started it, but it looks like girlfriend has a lot more. She just has bruising on her nose right now, but >> Okay. >> is it okay to double or is that >> You can if you don't feel you can determine who the aggressor was. The problem that you have here is you have a witness who says what she says, which is expected because they're really angry. Um this one may or may not be going to the hospital. Um so really the purpose in the double 03 is to keep them away from each other. But if she's going away anyway to the hospital or something, they're going to be away from each other. >> Okay. >> So it's up to you. If you if you don't think you can determine who the aggressor was, it should be double. If you think that she's the aggressor then you get her. It's up to It's whatever you feel comfortable with, what you think is appropriate. >> Okay. And when you talked to her, she was saying that she started it. >> It started It started So she came over last night to spend the night and then in the morning she said that this lady has multiple personalities in her head and that one of the personalities didn't like her. So it started fighting. >> Okay. >> I'm sure bite bitter. >> Mhm. >> She has no There's no injury on her hand from the bite, but and then she made a comment about like an hour ago or whatever she had welts on her neck and she wanted to commit suicide. This one. >> Okay. And that's what she told me as well. >> did that to herself? She did that to herself. She said she tried to commit suicide. So, that's why the medics are taking her. >> This one told me that she made suicidal statements and then went crazy and that's when she struck her first. So, right now I cannot determine so I think I'm going to do >> So, what you can end up doing with this one is getting a warrant for her >> Warrant later. Okay. Right now take care of her. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> What is the what what is the witness saying? I mean witness says the sister said the sister. Sister, so it's not a biased witness, right? Not a biased witness, so Does she have any marks on her? Hang on. Let me make sure she's breathing. Denise. You're take you're taking the girl? Elmhurst? No. Huh? No, this one she's probably going to end up coming with us. This one and this one later. >> I said call now. The baby is not good. >> Yeah. It'll be all right. They're going to Elmhurst Hospital? >> Okay. Thank you. >> Just so you know, what's going to happen here, or at least half of it right in front of you is this one here is going to be taken into custody. >> Which one? >> But she Rosa, but she, the officer in charge here, is going to end up getting a warrant for Alexis. Okay? Because they were both fighting. Now, the problem is we have no way of knowing who's being more truthful than the other, okay? But because she's it's It's important for her to get looked at right now. We're not doing this right now. >> Okay. >> Um so, what should happen is it is if she dis- if they talk to her and she's fine and they release her today, it's in her best interest just to come to the police department. >> Which police department? >> Glendale Park, right up the street here. >> Okay. >> Um if they're going to keep her for a minute, check her out, maybe get evaluated because she made some comments about herself. >> Okay. >> Um maybe she'll be there for a day or two, then >> Okay. >> um the warrant will be out there. So, if any officer comes across her, they're going to take her in and take her to jail. >> Just bring her in. >> Yeah, that's the best bet. >> Okay. And I apologize for >> No, it's all right. I I get it. I get it. Um it's got to be hard to see this. >> relationship these two girls. >> Right, but >> It's like the fourth time that >> Right. And that's actually kind of what the brother said that this it goes down this route more often than not. So, >> Maybe this is the wake-up call that both of them need. >> Yeah, but yeah, if you can make it clear when you go to the hospital and talk to her that this is what happens. >> Yeah. >> Okay. It It doesn't end well. >> No, it doesn't. She's seen it happen with me and >> it's happened before with the brother and >> Did she Did she give you a call when when this was over? She called you? >> She called me when she was outside the house. >> Okay, cuz that's when I pulled up was when she was standing outside. Okay. So, I apologize if we got off on the wrong foot here, but because we have no way of knowing which way and we have a witness, but he's related to her. We have to just kind of split the difference and do what we got to do. >> No, you're doing your job. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right, so you guys should obviously not come back. There's no reason to. She's going to Elmers Hospital. They explain to you So, you So, basically you uh They're both going to end up getting arrested for fighting, okay? Uh because it's domestic related. We're We're required to arrest to make an arrest. The problem is >> You don't know what happened. >> We don't know exactly what happened. She says the other one jumped on her, or other one says she jumped on her. So, we have no way to see if there are signs of violence cuz they were both Earlier, this is just a minute ago. So, but when that's all said and done, she too will be arrested. So, it may not be today, it could be tomorrow, it could be next month, but there's going to be a warrant for her to be held accountable for that. You know what I'm saying? >> They've been This This happened again >> The mom says this happens a lot, yeah. >> Yeah, they they they they were they were together before. >> Alejandro told me that you guys might have been aware that Alexis was here. >> I was aware of it. >> But it sounds like there's historical problems between the two. >> Yeah, she last last year when they last time were together, she she gets upset and when Rosa wants to break up the relationship or you know, call it you know, a a break for whatever reason, the other one gets upset, the other one gets kind of violent with her and they start yelling and screaming at each other. The other one and last time it was my older son that got involved in this >> Okay. >> in this type of argument, but they were under age, so nothing really happened. >> It's It's just my opinion, it's your house, but it's my opinion that these two should not be spending time together. >> Well, they weren't. We I mean, they weren't supposed to. We their mom and their grandma and and my we were we were both in agreement they're not supposed to be together. We We agree upon in that. We talked about it, but it's like we separate them and they come back together. We separate them, they come back together. >> That's hard when she's old enough to kind of do things, so. >> Yeah, and for me it was like it was better for them to be here or be there and then you know, to be separated or you know, go wherever they wanted to go and then them have to say goodbye. >> Two three transport one female in custody back to >> police department right now. We will process her and because it's domestic related, she's got to see a judge. The judge will set a bond for her and then she'll be able to make any calls that she needs. But >> Can you give her a phone number because I don't even know if she knows her phone number or not. >> Your phone number? >> Yeah. >> Why wouldn't she know her mom's number? Okay, that's fine. What's your first name? >> She's also an addict, so we're having problems with that. She's been diagnosed with um um psych >> Schiz- schizophrenia? >> Schizophrenia. Um she just was out of a rehab a couple of months ago. So we've been dealing with that for >> What type of addict is What is she struggling with? >> to do [ __ ] Put on something. Go. I'll break your >> She just wants to talk to her. >> I'm just going to ask her to Thank you. >> Um she um >> Yeah. Real quick, what's your phone number? What's your first name? And what type of issues is she having? >> Um as far as I know >> 2476 2476 uh 1133 >> Um she's supposed to be taking medications which she's >> For the schizophrenia? >> She's refusing to. Um she got kicked out of the program she was on because they found out she used again so they kicked her out of the program. I haven't been able to get her back into a program. Um we're waiting for her to ask for help again to get her into rehab again. >> Okay. >> But this time like out of state. She was in Wisconsin a couple of months ago. >> Okay. >> Um she was released back to us in um mid-November. >> Okay. Well, you collectively you guys are just going to have to figure something out if these two girls are going to keep >> No, they're not. >> coming together. >> I mean >> I mean it's it's explosive and it's going to get worse. I mean, if somebody had grabbed something and hit them with it, I mean, these are hospital visits and you know, injuries. So >> I know. >> Um so anyway, I don't think there's going to be time today. I'm not 100% sure for her to get in front of the judge cuz they do it at certain times of the day like 8 8:00 a.m. and like 1:00 p.m. Uh but I don't know if they do one a little bit later, but as As they they're able she'll be able to give you a call. I'll make sure she has the number. >> Yes, sir. >> And let you know what the what the bond would be. Normally, unless she's got some type of significant history >> Well, she um she like I said, she just got back from rehab. She did have another history where she was high and she got um she got arrested for that. >> Okay. >> We haven't been able to go back in front of the judge because I we've been trying to get her back on track. >> So, I'm not sure she'll have a lower bond, but nowadays they tend to release people on their signatures anyway. Um they just want to kind of admonish them and tell them, "Hey, stay away from each other until we go to court." That kind of stuff in the court. Um but she'll give you a call. >> Is there any way we can get a restraining order so they can get separated? >> can and you should do that if you go to to the courthouse to get her like today or tomorrow whenever you're she's able to get out. Um you can get orders of protection. But for the next from 3 days from the time she gets released from the jail, she can't have any contact with Alexis at all. And that's kind of the problem because even if she calls her and they're friendly, as soon as Alexis hangs up the phone, she can call 911 and say that Rosa violated the emergency order of protection which is in place right now for 3 days until after she gets out. But she also can't have contact with her because she's going to be arrested for the same thing. So, it's kind of a catch. During those 3 days, that's when you're supposed to go and get an a longer order of protection to stay away from each other. So, that's what you guys should do. But she's got to do it. You can't do it in her name. So, as soon as you get her from the jail, go right to the next building and say, "Hey, I need information on order of protection." You know, she may not want to do it, but you got to remember she's now an offender and if she says or does something to Alexis to try to stop her from going to court on this, that's a felony by itself. Just trying to stop a witness from going to court. Same thing applies to Alexis though cuz they're both offenders. >> Like in 44 states Okay, so they really need to stay away from each other cuz the other one can just call 911 on them in a heartbeat. And they're both offenders. Victims and both offenders. Okay. So, whenever you go out there, just try to make time to get over there and try to get that. It would be in her best interest to get her a order of protection to keep Alexis away. And I'm We're going to tell Alexis the exact same thing. >> Got it. >> To keep Rose away. >> Because it's not it's not it's It's not us as parents. It's them that need to understand that they're they're toxic to each other. They're very toxic to each other and they've been in toxic to each other ever ever since they were in high school. They This is a relationship that has come since they were in high school, since junior. So. >> And I wanted to let you know, too, Alejandro. I know you're trying to protect your sister and I didn't mean things to go, you know, salty in the beginning. But we have to be able to to talk to victims and offenders cuz we have to make sure nobody needs a hospital, nobody was hurt, they've got signs of injury. So, we have to see the people that were involved in the assault. So, that's why we have to talk to them. Okay? >> How long ago did this happen because I left around 8:40 8:50 >> 15, 20 minutes ago now. Is that right? >> So, it just recently happened. >> Mhm. Okay. Uh if you guys need something, call, but uh they'll probably be be done processing her in an hour or so and then they're going to take her out to the jail. >> Got it. >> So, then she probably won't get out till tomorrow. >> Probably. I don't think they have one later. I'm not 100% sure, though. But it'd be first thing in the morning tomorrow if they do. Hey, Breanna, get up there. >> Outside. >> You want her to come in or you want her to come out? >> Rose, uh Get in. Get out of here. >> You're going to do this outside? >> Yes. >> Okay. Alexis, why don't you come down here with these guys? >> All right, you can here. >> This is girlfriend. She's here, to I'll talk with her, you want to talk with her? >> Rosa? >> Hey. That's far enough. You're his girlfriend? >> No, I'm her girl ex. >> Ex-girlfriend? Do you need to see medics? Cuz your face is pretty lumped up. It's not going to cost you anything if we call them. >> Sure. >> Sure? Okay. Victor one uh cinnamon works for some uh facial injuries. Scene secure. We'll start by getting your name so I don't have to say, "Hey, you." Right? Here, let's come over this way. Out of eye shot, you know what I'm saying? Uh what's your last name? >> Coffman, c o f f l a n. >> c o f f m a n, first name? >> a l e x i s >> Do you have a middle initial? >> r >> r And what's your date of birth? Okay, and who's the young lady in there? What's her last name? >> Vega, v e g a. >> First name? >> r o s a >> Rosa Vega? >> Yeah. >> Do you know her date of birth? How are you associated with her? >> I'm her ex. >> Her ex-girlfriend? >> Yeah. >> Do you live here? >> No. I was spending the night. >> Okay. What did this all stem from? >> She didn't answer me. I showed up yesterday because I was worried about her, and then I ended up spending the >> you how? Like text message, calls? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I showed up and my grandma walked up, and she answered the door, and she told me to go up, and she told me to stay, so I asked to stay the night. >> This was yesterday? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She was acting all strange telling me how she was possessed and >> Okay. >> taking it out on me. >> What type of stuff was she saying? >> That there's like multiple people in her head and I never know if I'm really talking to her. >> What started the the physical altercation? >> Cuz one of those people doesn't like me. >> One of the people in her head doesn't like you? And I can see you got injury on your hand? No? >> Yeah, she bit me. >> She bit you there? Okay. I can see your face, you got some bruising, okay? And you got a little >> on me so I went like that so I did do something. Yeah. >> There's nothing wrong with defending yourself, especially if she's on you, okay? Um So what I'm going to do is cuz a lot of times just stand like that. Okay. A lot of times if if you don't get the the pictures right away I mean the pictures actually really don't say it. I can see it I can see there's a little bit of purple bumping up on the on the lump on your head so anytime there's a head injury like that you want to make sure you get looked at cuz that's stuff that'll come back and haunt you 3 hours later if you got a concussion, right? Any other injuries on you other than your face? >> Um >> You got a little scratch on your neck? >> I don't >> Yeah, it's a tiny tiny scratch on your neck. Okay. Nothing else? >> No. >> The bite on your hand, where is it? >> This is eczema. >> Okay. Let me see the bite on your hand. >> It wasn't there. >> It was more. Okay, I'm just going to take a picture of it. I don't see anything now but So what you're saying is that you didn't start anything, you didn't >> No. >> What were you guys arguing about? >> Everything. >> Everything? Are you guys >> She was possessed by a kid. >> Okay. >> She wouldn't want to even be near me or do anything with me and I'm like, "Do you just want to leave me?" And then she just wouldn't talk. I would ask her questions and she would just stare at me. >> How long have you guys been girlfriends? >> On and off for like years, but we just got back together like 2 months ago. >> Okay. What's your Okay. So, here's the thing. I had the medics coming for you. That's what all that noise is, okay? >> And I did say one more thing that I want to kill myself. >> You said that? Okay. Well, that's important, too, okay? Um because when you start talking like that, we we have to take everything seriously. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did you Did you say that you tried How did you try Did >> I hung myself. >> Here? >> Yeah. >> When was this? >> Like maybe an hour ago. >> Okay. Well, thank God you didn't pull you didn't do it, okay? >> It's just too much. >> Okay, so Well, I'd say it sounds like they're going away. Okay, 30 damage. Um another one is, you know, making comments about committing suicide. So, both of which I'm going to have the medics ask you questions about, okay? Was the threat to commit suicide based on the breakup? >> And just the domestic and her blaming me for everything going on in her head. >> Okay. All right. Let's walk over here and get you warmed up, okay? They're dealing with whatever they're dealing with inside the house. Hello. >> I'm her mother. >> Hi, Mom. >> What happened? >> It was taking her to >> She hit me. She >> She She to be taken to psych cuz she's [ __ ] nuts. >> Okay. >> And she's off her medication. >> We're We're dealing with that and that's That's probably what the end result's going to be. There's two officers inside. >> all these people inside her head and >> I got I got her. >> First assistant >> She was on the phone. >> Okay, she's Okay, I was >> And she's got lumps on her head. I took photos. I got her statement of suicidal so I'm going to have the medics look at her. She's probably going to need all three so the lumps on this chick's face. >> Okay, she's claiming that she initiated She slapped her in the face. She can't recall which side of the face but she slapped her twice. She's got lumps on her head. She had a scratch here. She said she was bit on the hand. >> Okay. >> You can see the lumps on her head and her face. >> Okay. >> So >> And did she say it was the brother or did she say it was the girlfriend? >> She said it was the girlfriend. She said that she has multiple personalities and one of the personalities didn't like her. They were arguing back and forth because they're on and off relationship. We just got to put those seat belts on you. >> Initially it was the lumps on her face. >> Uh-huh. >> You know, she had good knot on her forehead. We'll call them out. You don't have to wait for us to come back. >> What's that? >> Call an ambulance now. >> Well, I don't know. I don't know. It's like I said, I Oh, of course not. I know there's multiple of you. Yeah, they're dealing with that on the inside. I was just the outside guy. Good luck. This is mom. This is mom. >> Hey mom. All right. I called the medics initially because she had lumps on her, okay? But then she made a comment about how she would try to commit suicide and put a belt around her neck about an hour ago. Your daughter did. >> Why? >> So, that's why the medics are here as well. She's going to take a ride to the hospital. That's Yeah, she's upset with the whole, you know, domestic situation. And you're obviously mom and you care, so >> mom and they're talking about arresting her? >> I don't know what happened on the inside. I was just dealing with her on the outside. So. >> They don't know how to communicate otherwise. >> That's true. >> Everything's >> 100%. We're on the same page with that one. I got a couple young ones at home and I limit the hell out of that. So, but she's in good hands with the medics here, so. All right. It started It started So, she came over last night to spend the night and in the morning she said that this lady has multiple personalities in her head and that one of the personalities didn't like her. So, it started fighting her. >> Okay. >> Punching her, biting biting her. She has no There's no injury on her hand from the bite, but and then she made a comment about like an hour ago or whatever. She had a belt around her neck and she wanted to commit suicide. This one. >> Okay. And that's what she >> That she did that to herself. She did it to herself. She was going to try to commit suicide. So, that's why the medics are taking her. >> This one told me that she made suicidal statements and then went crazy and that's when she struck her. So, right now I cannot determine, so I think I'm going to >> So, what you can end up doing with this one is getting a warrant. >> Warrant later. Okay. Right now to be fair. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> What is the what What does the witness say? Or the male says what? Sister or something. Sister. Sister, so it's not a biased witness. Non-biased witness. You got to move out of the >> Rosa, come here. >> You have to move out of the way. >> things much worse. Okay? >> Can you please stop separating us? >> an issue with her, right? >> Rosa? >> So, stay apart from her. >> Rosa, she Because of all the dogs. Yes, I don't want her to escape. >> Yeah, I'm not opening it. I can see the dog. If you step down there, I can talk to her. >> Rosa. >> Rosa, come here. >> Can we come in and talk to you or do you want to come out here? >> Rosa, come. >> We can come in and talk to you so that nobody has to see what's going on. None of your neighbors or nothing. I think that's better. >> Do you want me to come in there? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Rosa, let her talk to the officer first. You can tell your side of the story and then let her do the talking. >> All right, so what's going on? >> Is she Do you have an ID somewhere? >> Hey. >> I was playing with her and it wasn't working. >> Woah. Why do you How did you come to that conclusion? Did she say it to you or >> She was trying to kill [clears throat] herself. >> She was physically trying to do like harm herself. Okay. And then you were trying to stop her from it. Is that when you guys started getting physical or did she get physical with you before she started trying to do something? >> think it might have been before and after. >> Before and after? Okay. She just has bruising on her nose right now, but >> Okay. >> is it okay to double or is that >> You can if you don't feel you can determine who the aggressor was. The problem that you have here is you have a witness who says what she says, which is expected because they're related. Um this one may or may not be going to the hospital. Um so really the purpose in the double 03 is to keep them away from each other. But if she's going away anyway to the hospital or something, they're going to be away from each other. >> Okay. >> So, it's up to you. If you If you don't think you can determine who the aggressor was, it should be double. If you think that she's the aggressor and you get her, it's It's whatever you feel comfortable with, what you think. >> Okay. And when you talked to her, she was saying she started it. >> It started It started So, she came over last night to spend the night. And in the morning, she said that this lady has multiple personalities in her head and that one of the personalities didn't like her. So, she bit her. >> Okay. >> On her arm, bite bitter. She has no There's no injury on her hand from the bite, but and then she made a comment about like an hour ago or whatever, she felt around her neck and she was like, "This is mine." >> Okay. And that's what she told me as well. >> that herself? >> Did it to herself. She said she did it to herself. So that's why my next step is taking her. This one told me that she made suicidal statements and then went crazy and that's when she struck her first. So right now I cannot determine so I think I'm going to do >> So what you can end up doing with this one is getting a warrant for her. >> Later, okay. >> And then >> Right now take her? >> Yes. >> Okay, all right. >> What does the witness say? >> Witnesses. >> So the sister is the sister. So the sister is not a biased witness. >> Yeah. >> So it's not a biased witness. Does she have any marks on her? >> She just has right on the nose she has bruising and that's started. >> The nose? What's that? >> She has bruising right in the middle above her nose where she She said she didn't know where exactly she got hit but she got hit in the face. >> Okay. Arrest both of them for domestic violence. >> All right. >> Were you guys going to apply for a long one or what? >> He is the brother so I'm going to have her stop the argument. Come on. Hey. >> Hello. >> Hey. >> I want to get the dummies out. >> Back it up. Come on. Hey, back it up. All right, Petunia, back it up. If you could just put some shoes on and step outside for me. Come on. >> [snorts] >> All right. Okay, you can close the door if you want to not put the towels on. >> You got >> I got photos of hands and then the face. All right, just step down. So right now you're under arrest for domestic battery. I'm going to need you to turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> And what about her? >> She too will be under arrest. >> going. >> Turn your wrists. So >> Here are some socks. >> What's that button? >> This what? >> You just pull it so it's not >> Ooh, fancy. >> All right. He's going to bring her socks? >> Yeah. >> All right, I'll give her a second. Should I have her step on here or step up? >> Yeah, have her step on this. >> you could just step on this way. >> Well, there's a couple of us to make sure she doesn't fall. >> Right here? >> Come on down this way. >> Just give me a minute. Let me Can you just sit her down there? >> We're just going to be right down here. >> You got to get away from the stairs. For safety. >> If you want to take her, I'll grab the socks. I'll meet you up here. >> Okay. >> Just hang out here for a second. All right, this way. Make sure that we have one female in custody. Mike? >> Oh, here. >> All right, before you get in the vehicle, I'm going to need to search you, so just stand right in the doorway right here. Do not get in the car, okay? >> Depends on nothing. Ready feet. Are you wearing a bra? >> to talk about weapons out here, you can do it more detailed first before you do it out there. >> Okay. All right. Okay. All right. >> Victor 3 transporting one female in custody back to the PD. >> 10-4. Can I get you something? Okay, I'm just going to add that. I just need to check you. >> Okay. >> And you said you don't have anything on you, right? Spread your feet. Put your hands on the wall. >> Third one. >> Okay, you can sit down. I can give this back to you, but I have to take the strings out. Is that all right? Okay. Actually, you got it sewn in here. Do you want me to keep it on the side for now? Are you okay?
