Hello. Yeah. She'll be up in just a minute. >> Thank you. >> Hello. How you doing tonight? >> I'm good. About yourself? >> Living the dream, you know. >> All right, my heart's pumping. Okay. That's so what what I called on is because they were repeat offenders. They have been here multiple times. They hit us, Cherry Hill, and Voorhees. >> There's a ring. They literally ammo as they come out. They load up a cart and then they head out the door. So, they start with handfuls and they start doing carts. We were alerted probably about like 7:55 that a guy walked out from our men's doors with a full and went back on video. I followed him out on video, and he got into his car. I watched the car. I watched the car. He's not pulling out. He's not pulling out. I'm like, "What's going on?" I'm like, "Shoot. They're in here." I came out of the LP office. I saw her. I immediately called you guys cuz we were alerted to call LP and LP. Please let me see what's in their empty cart. >> Okay. >> She saw me. She bolted out. That's when I was on the phone with dispatch. I was trying to get pictures and stuff. Um then they took off. They bolted behind the building. >> Okay. >> They took off that way. Let's put it that way. In the midst of all that, I was out there. Um third one comes out. She was one that had this cart. >> Okay. >> She came out. The car pulled around to the front of the building, and then she got into it. I was able this time to get a license plate. Last time that you guys were here, I was not able to get the license plate number. >> Okay. >> Um so I do have a license plate number. >> Awesome. All right. Um were you able to get any >> You know what? It happened last time they were here, too. Someone else held the door for them being polite polite last time they were here. No. Listen, the next time you do it though, it might actually be a legit person trying to get through that door. >> It's how it always is. >> Enjoy [laughter] your holiday. >> All right. So nothing nothing was taken today. >> Oh, no. Crap ton was taken today. I can actually show you >> Okay. >> um on the video. >> All right. Yeah, let's let's go take a look at that. >> Um this is what they tried on one of the attempts. >> Okay. >> So that was the third one who walked out the door. >> But the first two already had stuff? >> Yeah. He is loaded, and I don't know what's in his cart. >> Okay. >> Um again, we were alerted by um a fellow customer. >> Okay. >> But yeah, the same car as last time. Cuz I want to say 2 weeks ago, um it was Black Friday is when I know they were here. >> Okay. >> Um >> Such plate 288? >> 288? >> There's a confirmed shoplifting here. Um Can you just document New Jersey registration whiskey 58 Sierra Alpha Zulu, New Jersey? >> 180? >> 180, okay. >> That vehicle on the subject? >> Repeat your code. >> Are you out of the vehicle on the subject? >> Negative. >> [music] >> It's a Chrysler Sebring, silver or gray. >> Okay. Um, pink steering wheel? >> [laughter] >> I'm like, that does look like pink or purple. It's got something hanging from the rear view license plate, rear view mirror. She kicked the steering wheel. >> look. The headlight's not working. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, I love it. >> Oh. [sighs] >> Should have left headlight out. >> Okay. >> And then you said it was three >> So >> one black male, two black females? >> Yes. So this is his car. >> It's hard to tell in the picture. >> I know. Um You can kind of see him coming up this way. >> They didn't even try to hide it. >> No, [music] they don't. They're at this point they're they're not. Um, and then I don't have her. Um >> So, how long would it be till we can get a um like a receipt for what for what uh for what they had? >> Uh >> I I know it's tough to tell cuz we can only tell so much from the from the camera. >> I want to know if I'm going to have her coming out yet um cuz I don't know what time Uh it's 23. It's Uh black hat. Mine was here was like 7:55, 7:56. black knit hat. >> She's 8:07. >> Yes. >> So, 8:07. >> 100 bucks. >> So, >> Two individuals are still on location with the narrow cap. >> I just want to call back. >> The good news is that nobody seems to hold the door for anybody anymore, so that should make it easy. >> [laughter] [gasps] >> Oh my Atlanta, I'm like where is the manners these days? >> Like courtesy is no longer a thing. >> Oh. >> Yes, once we find her we'll we'll go back to the male. He said he was at uh 7:55. >> I believe so. >> Okay. So, let's wait for her. >> I was literally I followed him out I I personally I watched him on video. >> Were they in the men's bathroom? >> I was sitting there I was watching him. I'm like, "Why is the van still here?" And then I went live and I'm like, "The van's still here." And I'm like, "Oh, that's the silver van. They're still in here." Um that's when I said on the team I said, "Guys, there's still other team members here." And sure enough, that's when I went out and they all knew at this point. There she comes. >> Oh yeah, she got a definitely a build. Camo jacket. There you go. So she left. Love how she's playing it off. Musky camo jacket Yeah, that's a good It's a good photo of her. Uh glasses What glasses? >> Black pants. >> slash shirt Okay. >> And she left at 8:09. >> 2:01 a.m. Okay. So let's go back to uh you guys got her photo? >> I got hers. >> perfect. Uh so what's what we'll what we'll what we'll do at least for now is I'll have you email me the photos of them that you that you took. >> Yeah, cuz that's her getting into the car. >> That's caught red-handed. >> [laughter] >> That's her getting into the car. >> See So yeah, so that actually work work work works out beautifully. So I'll have you send them to my email and I can at least put them in the evidence for now. Um and then when we get the actual surveillance, we can put that in also. So he was 7:57-ish, would you say? >> Uh he might have been 7:53. Okay. Um all right. Now he is >> And he went out this door right here. >> He's actually out the men's side. So he's on the opposite building on the other building. This is our front entrance which this is. Um >> So, they went out the main one that I just came in. >> Yes. >> Okay, and he went out through the through through the side closest >> Correct. >> to um to like Shake Shack. >> Yes. Um okay. Yeah, I'm impatient. Come on. >> These These cameras are remarkably clear. >> That's him. I just happened to see him inside. So, he's That's him. Um >> Actually, if you snag a picture of that, that might not be a bad picture. >> Um let me see. >> It'd be even great if he looks at the camera by accident. Oh, man. >> [music] >> Is that good enough? >> Yeah, that looks That looks good. >> Um >> So, if you zoom in any further, it's going to start blurring. So, black male, beard, >> black hat, black jacket, black jeans. >> Did you see who who was driving? >> He was sitting in the car. So, I >> Yeah, he was >> Honestly, I don't know cuz he is the one who went out first. >> So, he's probably driving. >> So, and I do I typically most guys drive. >> I you know, I listen, I'm not going to discriminate against these people these days. >> No, definitely not. >> [laughter] >> That would be the common trend. >> Um >> Call it a guy thing. And if we could figure out what time they got here, that would be great. >> I don't know if they're allowed. So, they're going to pull in here. >> Okay. So, they pulled into the parking lot, too. >> [snorts] >> Okay, so 7:44. >> So, typically they're not here too long. >> 7:44 they're in this spot. Um >> [music] >> How did you guys go about de- de- determining the items? >> in, so they came around this way. >> Okay, so they came >> But, wait, hold on a second. That might not be them. >> [music] >> Cuz they pull in this way, so that may not be or unless they're going around. >> Yeah, it looks like he thought about backing in then. >> Okay. So, then he comes around and pulls in. So, 7:42. >> 7:42, they come in the parking lot. Yes, how do you guys go about trying to figure out like the itemized list of what they took? >> Um Like right now, her cart that she left, we'll scan that into our systems at the registers and we'll get a price total of that. >> Okay. >> What we'll have to do is kind of look at his cart and her cart and kind of determine what's in there and kind of guestimate it. >> Okay. >> Um I don't think I saw them get out. I was talking, so I don't think. >> So, what I'll also do is um I'll give you my my email with the with with with the case number. Whenever you guys figure out exactly um for each individual person what they had, if you get like an itemized list for me, um we could we can look into doing the um we we we can look into doing the charges then once they're identified. Um but I just need a some a somewhat itemized list of what they got, so basically I can figure out what what degree of a crime it is cuz >> Okay. >> with shoplifting, it goes off of money value. So, for like a disorderly, it's anything from from zero to 250 or 500. And then it starts going into your fourth degree, your third degrees. But typically um it's like 500 to like 20 grand is like a fourth-degree. Like it jumps drastically. Um so, that's why we need like that itemized list. So, whenever you get a chance, um I'm back in Friday. Um and I'm also in all weekend. >> Okay. >> So, whenever you guys get a chance, if you if if you don't, just shoot me an email whenever you have it ready, and I'll come pick it up on my next day I'm in. >> Okay. >> And I'll definitely let you know. Um >> So, I don't know if we'll have it here. Again, we have to reach out to our remote operations center. >> Okay. >> Um so, again, they can actually have it ready. Um and I forget how they work 100% with given everything. But, as long as you have a case number to give to them >> Okay. >> That's how it works there. >> And then, just let them know that if if they want to shoot me an email directly, that's fine. If they want to go through you, which whichever's easier for you guys. So. Central 2028. Can you [music] give me my case number, please? >> I do 188. Incident number is 6 62358. >> Thank you. >> Okay. >> See if I can write this as neatly as I can without watching it. Okay. Just be careful if my pen smears. Um That's as neat as I could possibly do. >> Okay. >> I I know it's atrocious. >> For Duchy? >> Yep. So, it's for Duchy D at eushampd.org. >> Okay. >> Um so, if you could, just send me the pictures that you have, that way I can put them all in the evidence. >> Okay. >> Um and that and that at least gives us something to work with. Um and then, at least for that, I can check and see um What what are the emails again? I'm sorry. >> He left the doors at What did he say? 7:55, 7:56? So, I know he was like 7:53, 7:54. >> 7:53 to 7:54. I mean now we got a description, it's pretty easy to find him. Not too many people are wearing like quite literally all black. >> Long hair, shaved eyebrows. I mean, I don't know. >> So we can let that go a little bit more forward so once she's out the door cuz like exactly that gets a pretty close picture once she's at the door. >> She doesn't really give us a good >> Yeah, that's probably as close as we can get but that'll work with something. I can at least if the car's in her name, I could definitely make out that it's her. That works. >> Okay. >> And I killer nails. >> Thank you. >> I've never seen that before. >> Um it's the fan style. >> Is is that something >> they call them duck nails. Um that could be the other one, too. Um >> Cuz they got the wet look. >> Yeah. Um do you want the pictures of the license plate? >> Yeah, that's that's that would that would be great. >> So I also sent you the one of her getting to the car, too, at the same time. >> Perfect. Yeah, cuz basically what would happen is is if I was able to charge one of them based on that, they'd be like, "Well, how did you know what the car it was?" So now I can say, "Well, I got this." So that's exactly how I made out the plate. >> Okay. All right. And then case number or no, don't have that yet. Oh, that's right there. >> Yep, right there for you. >> All right. >> And that's 62358 in case you can't make that out. >> Okay. >> So um So yes, what what we'll do is I'll put those photos in evidence for now. Um and then when you speak to your loss prevention team, just let them know um if we can get the surveillance and just an itemized list of each individual cart that walked out, um, then we can look into doing the charges for them. >> Okay. >> Um, until we have that, we can at least have it documented and then whenever they [music] get it whenever they get a chance, I know it's probably a pain to try and look at these and figure out what's exactly in the carts and everything else. >> Yeah. >> And then you got to then you got to go find it and figure out what the prices are for everything, so. >> Um, thousand percent understand it takes time. But, um, so you say you say you say you got my card. Do you have any questions or anything, feel free to shoot me a call. >> Okay. >> Um, Sorry, uh, I just got to grab your name, too. >> Yes. >> Before I before I forget. >> [laughter] >> It's just such a busy night already, so my mind's in like 20 different places. >> We had a we had we had a burglary over in King King's Grant, then Target had a shoplifting, and then LensCrafters has had a shoplifting, and now here's got the shoplifting. So, I'm like, literally like the every everywhere's getting hit. All All one one time. I'm just waiting for ShopRite to call now. >> They were actually in last night, so honestly, they, um, cuz their loss prevention came over yesterday and they had actually had a guy steal from them last night. Um, and then but again, they all give us a heads-up, too, like, "Hey, this guy was just here." So. >> Yeah, cuz if they're stealing from them, >> Yeah. >> they don't stop anywhere else. So. >> Lindsay, l i n d s a y. >> s e y or s a >> a y. >> a y. >> Long, l >> That's very unique. >> Yeah. >> l o n g? >> Yes. >> Perfect. New Jersey area code, so. >> Oh my gosh, Pennsylvania, um, and then I've been married what, 17 years? So, yeah, 17 years ago I lived in Pennsylvania, but I got my phone when I was working for Acme almost 27, 28, 30 years ago. >> Wow. >> Yeah. >> So, my girlfriend actually [laughter] just My girlfriend now my fiance actually just moved here from, uh, Spring City, Pennsylvania. >> Okay. >> So, we, uh, It's a big adjustment, but I but I really like it. >> Yeah, that's good. >> She doesn't like the traffic, though. >> I don't blame her. >> She has to drive through it. >> traffic in Pennsylvania. I mean, again, you guys are further north, I think. Um or west, I forget where that is. Um but again, I'm in like Langhorne, so I have city. I'm like >> Yeah. >> Philadelphia, but I'm still Pennsylvania where I have like a city. I'm not in the suburb. >> How far are you from the Calvary Christian School? >> Where is that? >> So, >> Is that off of Siloam? >> So, if you go over the So, you know when you go over the the uh toll toll bridge, you follow that straight, you get to the traffic light. >> Which toll bridge? The Route 1 toll bridge? >> Yes. So, so so if you Yeah, so if you go the bridge to the left, the Trenton Makes Bridge. >> Okay. >> So, if you go past that toll bridge, you go straight, you don't veer left onto Lincoln Highway, you keep going straight past Snipes. >> Okay. >> Um you go down that till you make a till you get that traffic light, you make a left. >> 15 minutes from there. That school, that's right off there? >> Yes. Yes. So, that's where I That's where I went to school. >> Oh, cool. >> Till till fifth fifth grade, so I know that area well. >> Oh, yeah. >> And then my dad's best friend lives in the um little cul-de-sac over by where like Saint Saint Saint Joseph the Worker was, by where the carnival >> Oh my gosh. That's >> So, he's he's literally like 3 minutes from there. >> Oh, wow. >> So, I'm I've been all all over that area, so I know exactly what you're talking about. That's why I was like, "I wonder how far?" >> Yeah, no, I'm not far from there. Um cuz again, I'm down New Falls Road, off of New Falls off of Bristol Oxford Valley Road. I'm off of off off Bristol Oxford Valley Road. >> I know exactly >> So, yeah. >> Makes sense. >> Yeah. I guarantee Again, they were in here, and so I'm missing shirts, so they took that. So, yeah, she was coming through here. >> Yeah, it looked like looked like she had a couple pairs of shoes in there, too. >> She's going to come through here. That's what it's looking. He is going to looks like he was down in our men's department. So, I've got to call our remote operations center. So, okay. >> Yeah, so whatever you whatever they they have in terms of a plan, cuz I know they they do this all the time. So, whatever their operation is um just give me a heads-up so I know if if you need me to come out and grab anything or or if not um I'm on nights all this month. So, >> Okay. >> um if you work this shift, that works out perfectly. I can I'll I'll come scoop it up. >> Um honestly, my I don't close the rest Saturday. I'll be here till 7:00. Um tomorrow I'm only here till I'm here till 5:00 tomorrow and Friday. >> Okay. >> So. >> So, I'm back in I'm in all weekend. I'm 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. so >> Okay. >> um if they have it by Saturday, fantastic. If not, just let me know we can work work out a time pick it up. And if I can't pick it up, I'll have somebody else can pick it up for me. And then I can always book out of it once they grab it. >> All right. >> All right. >> Oh, thank you so much >> much. I appreciate your help. >> Yeah. >> Have a good one. >> You too. >> Clear.
