Trying to figure out what happened. I want to talk to you. Okay. Have to talk to me. People, you Spanish. Get the house. Okay. You want to send a line to a law enforcement officer is prime. I understand. Okay. You're under arrest. You're lying to a law enforcement officer. Okay, one last. Are you serious? Domestic violence is an inexcusable crime, and to make matters worse, it often goes unreported. However, sometimes officers are in the right place at the right time. And when domestic abusers are busted on camera during their crimes, they have nowhere to go but straight to jail. Was trying to kill me. He was trying to laughing about Y'all seen it. Y'all need to take him to jail. I'm pressing charges. He got to go, bro. He messed my whole On October 6th, 2024, police officers responded to a residence following reports that a woman was engaged in a physical altercation with her parents. Were you inside when all this was going on? Yeah. I think you're in here like right now. Tell me what's going on real quick. They're fighting. They're fighting. I need you right now. Excuse me. All right. You're standing. Who's fighting? Where? What is going on? Yes, sir. Okay. We hold her down. Okay. She's going to go out. Get out. Get out. Let her go. What? What's going on? What's going on? Why? Ain't nothing wrong with her. It was a chaotic scene. The woman, Treasure, was so unhinged that it required both of her elderly parents to restrain her. While the officer tried to calm the situation, the mother fired off a laundry list of items Treasure destroyed around the house, including their TV. Get up. Get up. What are you doing? Sit up. Sit up. Now, she's saying she can't breathe. All right, we're going to have EMS. So, sit on the bed. There we go. Sit on the bed. Scoot back. Stand up. Kane, I keep telling Kane. Yeah, but you're intentionally falling back down. I can't. What's going on with your mouth? He was He was holding you. He was holding her down. Nuhuh. He was in my mouth. I don't know. All I saw was him holding you down. I swear to God. Let's go outside. Let's go outside. We're going to talk so we can separate everybody and talk. He was hitting me. He was joking me. We're going to go outside. Where we have more room. He was joking me. He was trying to get your side. He was trying to see where do you think? He keep messing with me. How did this all start? Treasure's girlfriend, the woman in the car the officer initially encountered, told the officer that Treasure's parents were antagonizing them, causing Treasure to lose her cool. But as the officer explained, that didn't give her the right to lay her hands on them. Next, officers spoke to the parents. She came in here and called her something. Your wife, her mom called her. Okay. Then she hit the hit the TV. And she hit your guys' TV here or in there? Right here. Okay. Okay. And then what happened? Did you Did you see what happened? She broke that TV. Sound like she called Was this your mom in here? Yeah. She called her name, punched the TV. She did that and left. Then she came back in and then when she came in here, she tried to break this one. So I just start holding her down. We all trying to hold her down. Yeah. I was in here trying to feed my son and make sure my cousin eating. Then I went in there. They trying to hold her down. But she did break this TV. I don't know why she broke the No. At first, nothing else happened. She just broke it. Yeah. And then walked out and then she came back and went upstairs then saying, "Where's her stuff? Where's her stuff?" And we like, "We don't know." Scratching her down. She was like trying to move for her down. She just got kicked. She got kicked. I guess she got she fell over. Did you get hit in the face too or scratch? Yeah, he got hit. Does she live here? Does Treasure live here upstairs? The wait. Yeah, she her and her girlfriend. Treasure denied breaking the TV. She claimed that her father wasn't trying to restrain her, but that he was actually trying to her. Next, EMS arrived on the scene to render assistance to everyone involved. The girl in here said they were the I mean, it's bias. Keep this on your finger already. Is that a girlfriend? Yeah. was saying that they got up. They were brushing their teeth. They were getting their stuff to go and then the mom dad kept saying stuff to him. I'm like, they didn't touch her. She's like, "No, they just kept picking on her, picking on picking on her." And then she went crazy. Yeah. Broke the TV and she's trying to hit him with a dumb. Yeah. I didn't hear that. She didn't mention that either. Medically for this. Yeah. Yeah. You guys don't need all this stuff. I know. What TV was broke? That one. You see it? What? She hit it with just punched it. She punched it. Yeah. And then she took that one thing right there was about came in my room. Yeah. How did she get into the room? My room. I know. She just ended up going over there. What is she doing in there? Trying to break the other TV with that. I'm not paying my car. Come on. Let's go get the evictions. I'm not paying my card. I got the money right now in my Sunday. Here's what you can do. You can you can get online and do the 3-day, right? I know. I just want to make sure the 3-day, put it on the front door, right, with her name and whoever else she has that lives with her. And then if she's still here after that, then you go to court. Treasure's sister was sick of how she treated their parents. She said she feared for her parents' safety and wanted Treasure out of the house for good. And judging from the scene when officers arrived, she had every right to feel that way. I'm not going to lie, I don't make threats, but I'm not taking no more. Not to where I got to clock out of my job and come check on my mom and my dad. She's getting checked and then as long as she's cleared, she's going to the county. Oh, she is? Yeah. Okay. And that girlfriend, she can't come back up in here either. I don't think she wants to. She she she shouldn't. But either way, I'll be here back in a minute. I'm packing up all that. Go. She can come get her clothes while I'm here. The girlfriend, but she cannot come back in here. I don't give a sleeping under a bridge. Let them. She took her clothes off, didn't she? She not back. She was packing most of her stuff. We had to go yesterday. Yeah. What happened yesterday? She was trying to make that. She called police. My mom changed. You can call us back. He just signed right on that line. Well, if it's in your name, you're allowed to. Your parents tired. My parents think they Oh, too much stress. His heart run off electricity. The entire family was understandably stressed out by the events of the day. With her father's heart condition, it was downright dangerous for him to be put through that kind of mental and physical distress. All right. Make sure you call tomorrow morning at 9:00. Domestic relations. Oh gosh. I thought it was a big Oh, this is a smaller one. We do have a big back one. Mhm. Uh but that's for like multiple people. Oh, multiple people. Usually I I put uh when you do get out, when you go back to get your stuff, I'm going to call. Don't do any kind of drama. Try to get see if an officer can come out and help you with the situation. do your things. Okay. And the good thing about that is so they can't say, "Oh, she did this. She did that." You know, back. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. So, thank you so much. Cover your That's basically the the what we want you to do. Thank you so much. Yes, ma'am. Treasure was arrested and charged with domestic violence. For her parents' safety, we hope she was evicted from their home permanently. On November 19th, 2022, police officers were dispatched to an apartment following reports that a couple was engaged in a heated argument. Skooki police. Skooki police, open the door. Go, go, go, go. Open the door now. [Music] Get on the wall now. On the wall now. Are you okay? What happened? He checked. Okay, we got we got we got an ambulance coming. Okay, where where where you where you hurt? I just Oh my god, I'm having a panic attack. I'm having a panic attack. The woman was hysterical, struggling to breathe, let alone explain to officers what was going on. While one officer tried to calm her down, other officers questioned the man. Why is she screaming for help today? You're trying to kill her. Don't be sorry. Because she's a very angry person. Why is she Why is she terrified seeing that you're trying to to my knowledge? We had had a conversation and she tried to call someone else and then she came back in still talking to that person and was being very disrespectful and aggressive towards me and I didn't like that. So what happened when you didn't like that? I just said, "Hey, like dude, you Stop doing something rude. Okay. How did it escalate to her crying in the corner saying that you were trying? To my knowledge, it escalated towards the fact that I just didn't want her talking to that person. Did you put hands on her? No, sir. From the sound of things, it appeared as though the man was highly intoxicated. And unfortunately, as is often the case in domestic violence situations, the woman immediately said that she didn't want to press charges. Visibly scared, she shut the door and stopped answering the officer's questions. You got to tell us what happened. Okay. Cuz we You were screaming when we got here. We had to forcefully open the door. What happened? I don't know. No. Because you guys I don't know. I'm sorry. I don't know. You know, we can't keep doing this, right? I know. You know, how many times have we been We just want to know. I know. So, you understand that when you're screaming, he's trying to me. He's trying to kill me. He's trying to We are going to break in your door. You get that, right? So, if he's not actively putting hands on you, you can't scream. He's trying to me. He's trying to He's trying to My bad. So, you want to arrest me? No, we don't want to arrest you. We want to make sure that you're okay. Yo, baby, let's go to sleep. Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ. Yo. Hey. Yo. Hey. Can we take Is anything happening? No. Yeah. There. There are some things happening. Governor, we've been called over here. So, I'm going to say how many times I'm going to say respectfully. I'm going to say respectfully. Go ahead. Please leave. Please leave. We're still investigating what happened because she was screaming that he's trying to kill me and she called the phone. Stay over there. Stay over there. No, you're going to stay right there until we're done. The officers were more than a little familiar with the couple. It seemed as though tearing these two off each other was a common task for them. And it soon became apparent that they didn't just fight with their hands either. We've been over here countless times when I twice. Once in the neck, once in the chest. Baby, are you okay? Yeah. So what I'm trying to get these guys to do is let me come towards you so that we can let them know that we're okay. Absolutely not. Right now and move on from there. So you guys can call us again in 2 hours. So she has just responded to that. So you guys can call us again in 2 hours cuz you guys have called us every 2 hours for the last 6 hours. I'm not going to call you in. This is the third time you've called us tonight. I'm not going to call you in 2 hours. She has you twice. She's tried to you twice. She stabbed you in the throat and she stabbed you in the I understand. I'm not saying that. I'm saying you guys are trying to each other. Whoa. When did she call right before we got here? That's why we came here. You think we just magically appeared? No, she didn't. Yes, she did. I have called from her phone. I did call you stupid. Yeah, I did cuz you were strangling me. you [ __ ] Tonight, I'm not going to press charges on your like get your whole like pull your officers noticed that the man had visible cuts on his hand. However, he refused to say where they came from or let the officers get a closer look at them. And after spotting marks on the woman's neck, the officers decided they had seen enough. Turn around. You're under arrest for domestic violence. No, I don't care. Doesn't matter. No, I'm not. I am not pressing charges. No. Get the out of my way. Like seriously, I am not pressing char. No. This is from me. I did this. I put these marks on here. When it's domestic like this, we don't have a choice. Yeah, you do. No, we don't. The law says that we The law says we should. My dad's a lawyer. Like then you can call him. But the law says that we have to arrest and if you don't want to sign a complaint, we will sign on your behalf. Are youing kidding me? You want to grab me or sir towards me? You will never arrest me strongly. You know why? Because she is literally saying no. I'm the one making the decision. Deon, I'm the one making the decision, not her. Exactly. Not her. Okay then. So I should not be Don't grab my clutch. Don't grab. Don't grab me there. Don't grab me. Don't watch. Help me. One on each arm, one on each leg. Help me. Watch his hand. Help me. Help me. The man had to be carried down the stairs and out of the building like a toddler. It's crucial to understand that although a victim of domestic abuse may not wish to press charges, officers have the power to do so on behalf of the state. However, this was a concept that the suspect didn't seem to understand. Sit down. So now you're going to be arrested for aggravated battery police officer as well. Aggra for grabbing him in the crotch. Excuse me. Pick him up. Can you guys please back in first? Yeah. Can you guys please show to me that I have done aggravated assault? No, we said you committed a domestic battery, please. Sit in a seat. Not that strong, bro. There are marks on her neck. That's what she told us. That's why. So, bring her down right now. It's already on audio and video recording. Can you sit? Well, sure, sir. Please show that to me. You can see in court. Sit in a seat. Deir, have a seat or we're going to get a different car to put you in. So, just sit in this one. You can't do that, man. We can. The law says we can't. You can't. The law says that we have to. She was literally screaming upstairs that she doesn't want me arrested. She was also screaming upstairs that you were trying to her marks on her. Sit back, Deonir. Gentlemen, sit back. Until she comes down here. She's not coming down here until the proof of my knowledge. Sit down. I'm saying this as your friend. You're drunk right now and you're being stupid. All right, I'm saying it as a friend. You have to sit back. Regardless of Deir, we have to take you back. Please take a seat. Regardless of what you guys are saying, I am not going to accept this. The suspect, Debonire, was charged with aggravated battery to an officer and domestic battery. In court, the domestic battery charge was dismissed. However, he was found guilty of aggravated battery to an officer and sentenced to two years probation. On April 14th, 2024, a man called the police claiming that a woman jumped in the back of his truck and began breaking the windows. Got lights on you, Red. Yeah, I got my man. Stop. Stop. Stop. No, I'm not listening. Listen, he already was told last night. Hush, hush. You did like How about we start explaining on Okay, this is what happened last night. The officer already came last night and told me that I can stay because I stayed there. My u address is not dead at all. So, are y'all together? No, listen. I was um at the back of the truck trying to get something out the back of the truck and that's when he started to drive drive off and straight leg happened and I was trying to tell him to stop the car cuz he was speeding the whole way down here and that's what happened. So you've been in the bed of the truck the entire time. The whole entire time he was speeding the whole entire time I was telling him to stop. He he didn't want to listen. That's not I'm not a liar. How you speak the whole way down here? So I tried to call y'all. Please help me man. Stop listening to women. Help the man sometimes. It seemed as though it was a lover's quarrel. The woman claimed she lived with the man. However, he said it was his house and she didn't live there. Next, the officer read the woman her rights and continued questioning her. He jumped in the back of the truck. Just on the back of the truck and that's when y'all left. He thought I don't know what he thought I was doing, but he got in the truck speeding off. Okay. So that's on the back. So when did you do this? Why? Why would you Why did you damage the window? Because I was trying to tell him to get his attention to stop. He's speeding the whole entire time. Okay. So I'm pretty sure you can't hear me, but I'm just begging him with my hand and stuff like that. So he was just But he's really mad about last night. He lied to the officer last night. All right. She hit the window with J. What did you hit this window with, Mom? It was a vegetable. A who? A vegetable can. A vegetable can. Did you say vegetable can? Yeah. Okay. All right. Damn you back for me. Listen. Stop. Stop. Stop. I didn't even do anything. Stop. While she was being secured in cuffs, she claimed that the reason she broke the window was because he was holding her against her will. After she was placed in the back of the squad car, the police had more questions for the man. I've been dealing with that so long. So, are y'all I've been crying for help together? No, man. I'm a truck driver. When I'm I'm here, I work six days. I'm home two days. When I come home for two days, she come over sometimes. So, who is she? Your girlfriend? She was my girlfriend. For the past month, I've been trying to get rid of her. I' been I'm from Swani County. Okay. I've been So going to help me. So I br her home like I told her. She damaged people. I'm telling you, man. I've been dealing with this. So I'm trying to make sense though. So you s you drove from Let me I would show you on a camera, but she must have unplugged my Wi-Fi. So when did the window damage come happen? Just not in Columbia. Okay. You know where it's funny. No, I told you she still damaged it, but like you know where the you know where it harvest at on if I'm going this way, it's a that's where she actually did it on 249. Okay, that's 249. But yeah, she can't go. While the officers were hearing the man's side of the story, the woman slipped out of her cuffs and began throwing a tantrum in the back of the police cruiser. If she wanted to come across as the reasonable party, she sure was doing a horrible job at it. [Music] Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. I'm not even doing anything to you. Your hand. My wrist. I already told you my hand is hurt. Okay, stop. It's too tight. Stop. Help. That's not back in the car. Stop it. Stop it. Damn. Let go of me. Don't put your hands on me. Do not put your hands off. You put your hands on [Music] me. Stop it, Kelly. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out, Kelly. Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's get crazy. After rescuing the woman, the officers tried to piece together what had happened. While doing so, the woman continued to scream and whail in the back of the cruiser. So, did she stay with you last night for her to be at your house? She was outside. I locked my house up so she can't get in my house. She been outside since last night. So, she been outside? I got my I got it boarded up so she can't get in my house. So that's why she's telling you about the cops. So 7:00 a.m. you got home, you find outside your uh property. Mhm. She was still there going back and going around. You say tearing up your RV still. I didn't do nothing. So I went and talk to the landlord. Okay. Talk to the landlord there. So you got to talk. Bring it. He said bring the RV over here. So cuz I like I just showed her I got to go to South Carolina tonight. So he was like bring it over here and I'll watch it while you gone. I told you I'm gone for six days. I'm home for two days. Okay, that's it. Um, you was about to hit sister. That's when she jumped in the bed of your truck and then you just left your house. Came straight here. Came straight here and she broke your window when y'all made it to there. So, she didn't do no damage to your truck other than when she got inside. Oh, no. She was banging on it the whole ride. Yes. Okay. But eventually she hit it hard enough it shattered. Okay. Yeah. The whole ride was she was banging on it. But once we got here, that's when it it shattered. And I that's when I called I called I said, "Let me call and let them know I'm on the way." So when I get to the police station, I wanted to sit outside and they like, "What's going on?" I want like just like when I pulled around and met you, I wanted something like that to go on so I can pull up and show y'all what's going on. Okay. Yeah. All right. Well, go ahead and work on that for me real quick. Put on that exact everything that you explained to me. The suspect was charged with resisting an officer and criminal mischief. Let's hope that next time she gets dumped, she takes it like a [Music] grownup. On July 20th, 2022, police officers in Wisconsin were dispatched to a residence following reports of a domestic dispute between a husband and a wife. When officers arrived, they were greeted by the victim and her sister who came to provide support. I'm Officer Manuel. Street. What's going on tonight? Um her husband, she came home from work and her husband, I guess, was going off on her over something. Yes. And he took care of my kids drunk. So, and then he started send I knew he was drunk cuz he started sending me m messages. Okay. So they're mean and vulgar and just so I came here to get her so we can go to the park to get her away from that. And she runs out of the house to tell me to get out of the driveway cuz he's pulling off and he was going to hit my car. So I pulled over and as he's driving off, he looks at me and he calls me names and then he's off. Okay. I didn't look in which direction he went, but Okay. So he's driving back. Um could I talk with you for a second? Just as the officer began questioning the woman, her husband pulled into the driveway. Typically, people want to avoid making a scene in front of police officers, especially when they're obviously drunk and were just behind the wheel. However, it appeared as though the suspect was too angry to care about what the officers thought of him. Should I get Yeah. Hello, sir. You mind talking to me for a sec? You mind talking to me for a sec? I don't want to talk to you. Why not? My house. Okay. You don't want to talk to me? No. I love to talk to you. No one's in your house. Get the my property. You need to calm down out my property. Yeah. I pay taxes. Okay. Get the I just want to go sit over there. You need to calm down. No, I got my right. I'm American citizens. I hear my property. Get my property. Are you going to calm down? What? Are you going to calm down for us? No. You got the my property. I begged us. Get my house. You got a PC on me. What? You got a PC on me? I don't know what that means. Oh, you know what it mean? PC. Nobody calls. Get out of the house. Get out of the house right now. Get out of the house. Okay. So, what what exactly happened? I was working and he was watching the kids. Okay. And I knew he was drunk was from the messages. What makes you think he's What makes you think he's intoxicated? Huh? What makes you think he's I know him already. And he's an alcoholic. And did you see him drinking though? I Yes. And then um before I left to work. Okay. I only have a part time job. We was them during the day and then I seen him. He was done with SW. They sent him home early and I know he drinks every day. So I knew the message he sent me just by the messages I knew he was. The woman had told the officer that when she arrived home, she told her husband she was going to leave him. As a result, he flew into a rage. Scared, she called her sister for support, but unfortunately that only made the suspect angrier. Get the properly. Get up. Get up. Stop. No. No. I didn't do nothing wrong. Okay. Well, that's what we're trying to house. Get the house. All we're doing, all we're doing is talking to you guys. Trying to figure out what happened. I want to talk to you. Okay. You have to talk to me, people. You Spanish. Get the out of the house. Okay. If you don't want to talk to me, don't talk to me. I don't want you here. No one's in it. Who call you? She did. You? No, I did. This? Yeah. Why? What? What I did? What I did? No. You go to the police station and get the the house. Okay. Get the house. You going to pay for this. Get the out of the house. with the husband inside the house. The officer took the opportunity to explain the legal aspects of the situation to the man's wife. She told the officer that she knew he was drunk as he began accusing her of cheating on him via text earlier in the day. And keep in mind, this whole time he was supposed to be babysitting, but instead he was drinking. You don't have anything. It sound like there was a verbal or verbal discussion between the two of you that Right. can get heated, but there's nothing illegal in that unless it doesn't sound like a crime's been committed, if that kind of makes sense. Yeah. Well, he was driving intoxicated, though. I have to be able to prove that. And unless we have I I I can't just say that he was intoxicated. To say he was intoxicated, I have to have things that would show me that he's intoxicated. You know what I mean? Just because he's upset and angry and you say that's how he gets when he's intoxicated, that doesn't show you anything that in the in in court, that wouldn't give me I can't just arrest him for driving while intoxicated because he's upset. You know what I mean? I'd have to be able to articulate how he's intoxicated, which I can't yet. While the officer was busy giving the woman a law lesson once again, the man emerged from the house. However, this time he was visibly more agitated and began arguing with the officers. And that's when things really got out of hand. You me again. You need to stop. Put it down now. Put it down now. Put it down right now. Put it down now. Put it down. Drop it. Drop it. Put it down. You need to put it down. Stop where you are right now. Stop walking. Stop and turn around. Stop and turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. What? Turn around. Turn around. You're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. Turn around right now. Get out of my house. Yeah. Okay. What I did 917. Yeah. You mother you racist against Kevin. They mother racist. Do you see this Kevin record this is racist mother. The accusation that the police were arresting him because they were racist was absolutely ridiculous. If he hadn't gotten drunk and gotten into a heated argument with his wife and her sister, then the police wouldn't be bothering him at all. And unfortunately, his tone didn't change while at the police station. No. Why not? So, two big signs behind you, if you can read that, says do not remove handcuffs. Sit down on the bench. Okay. Mother. Yeah, I don't like you. I don't like police. That's pretty apparent. Yeah, mother. You don't like Spanish. I know you Spanish and black people. That's why I don't like you, mother. I'm You don't like Spanish. I know. You racist mother. You want to pay for that? Yeah. You got family? You got children? I got children. I got family. You? Yeah. What about your children? What I going to say about you when they grow up? Oh, my father, he's a mother. Used to know Spanish. Yeah. What about that, man? You feel good about that? What about your children? No. That's not good, man. For a piece of What a piece of Yeah. What about children? Oh my god. He Spanish. He I'm proud of that. About this guy. He's a piece of too mother. You too Chinese. The irony was astounding. There was only one person acting racist in the room and it certainly wasn't any of the officers. If this was how he acted toward law enforcement, just imagine how he treats his wife behind closed doors. You can take those Hello. Hi. How are you? Oh, real good. Same. What do you want? What size shoes do you wear? Seven. Seven. Go ahead and have a seat. Take those off. The man was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening a law enforcement officer. Hopefully, this will serve as a wake-up call for him to clean up his act. On November 9th, 2024, police officers responded to a home in Armond Beach, Florida, following reports that an elderly couple was being threatened by their grandson who was damaging their property and refusing to leave. He's on a trip with his mouth. Everything's a negative and uh against me, but he won't touch me or his grandpa. Okay? He may insult the hell out of me when he and and pick on me or in other words, he'll tell me this house is his and that uh I don't own anything. And right now, I've had to disconnect my stereo system cuz he's in there like a damn idiot playing stereo system doing the booaloo. Okay. I didn't appreciate it. It's my stuff. And he and he said it's just as much his stuff as it's my stuff. What's he doing? And they threatened. Well, he told me I had never worked a day in my life. I probably worth. What's up, buddy? You all right? Where you heading to? I don't know. I like What's going on, man? I don't like I just want to talk to you. I'll tell her you here. I don't like you standing behind me. Me either. I don't like that mother stand behind me either. Okay. Goes both ways on that. What did you say? I don't know. I ain't done. So, can you follow me? I don't appreciate that. The officer told the grandmother that he couldn't arrest her grandson, Andrew, as technically he hadn't committed a crime. However, as the officers continued to speak to her, Andrew became increasingly hostile. What's your You got a boy? Get the off my property. You got a war? What's your name, man? Please step out of the house. And you are under arrest. Step out of the house. 31. If we can get a unit to block off Shadow Lane and Cone Road just to prevent people from coming down. Out of nowhere, the situation was rapidly unfolding into a standoff. Hours passed and it soon became night and after several failed attempts to get Andrew to come out peacefully, the homeowners provided the officers with a garage door opener so they could go in after him on the floor. Is he sheriff's office? Where is lay on the floor right in front of me? Put your hands in the air. Don't move. Don't move. Don't move. Come on out. Hold him over. Be quiet on us. Don't be spitting on us, man. Knock it off. Kyle, stop. You got a spit mask. Here, I got to find one. Trump. Trump. Trump. Trump. Trump. At this moment, whether or not Andrew truly believed that President Trump would appear out of nowhere and save him was unknown. As requested, a spit mask was placed over his head to stop him from spitting on the deputies. Trump's got my back. You Trump is okay. Trump is my back. Not now. No. No. You have any complaints? Your mama. General Evo. Your mama has a complaint, dude. He has no complaints. Okay. Yeah. Get away. Get away. Get away. Get away. Get away. Get away. Get away. Get away. Just relax. You're going to get yourself hurt, man. Okay, so the man definitely loved Trump. Next, EMS examined Andrew and although he refused treatment, they determined that he was fit for transportation. As a result, he was picked up and placed in the back of a police cruiser. Surprisingly, without further incident. Guys, again, Andrew, we're going to go in the car now. Okay. Try to be nice. One, two, three. Who's on the other side? No, buddy. That would help. All right, stop. Stop that. He's coming to you. I'll tell you pulling through. My mom is watch this. My mom's hat. My mother. Put Put your tootsies in there. There you go. There you go. Since he refused medical treatment at the scene, he was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. As expected, he bered and verbally abused the deputy who remained calm and professional throughout the journey. Hey, you're going to go to the hospital, man. Your mom is But listen to me. Seriously, make sure you get looked at. Okay. You just lost your badge, sir. Say good. You just lost your badge. Why? Ronda Santz is my brother. Is it? Yes, sir. He's a good governor. Say goodbye to your wife. You understand me? We're about to say hello to him. Actually, say goodbye to your wife. Say goodbye. Say goodbye. Go ahead and say goodbye. Go ahead and say goodbye. The fact that he was capable of threatening to kill the officer's family is a telltale sign that he's capable of sinister things. At the hospital, Andrew continued to act aggressively and made multiple attempts to spit on deputies. Officers were hoping he would cooperate and walk inside, but unfortunately he had other plans. [Music] Oh, that was again that was I don't know why we have to do things this way, Andrew, but because we'll do them your way. Guess what? It's the third time that some [ __ ] you harassing me. You go off this car. Swan diving out of the chair is not going to help you, right? At the hospital, he refused treatment again. He was charged with trespassing after warning, resisting an officer with violence, obstruction without violence, burglary of an occupied dwelling, battery on a law enforcement officer or emergency personnel, making threats of or bodily harm to a family member or law enforcement officer, and criminal mischief over $1,000. On August 20th, 2024, officers responded to a residence after a man called police, claiming that his girlfriend went ballistic after he attempted to break up with her. At first, it might sound like a lover's quarrel that didn't need police involvement. But the damage she caused was anything but minor. Look at my Look at my dog. She set my car on fire. Got her on video doing it. No, I just got the car. Look. know I got this on video though. Listen to this. You can hear a horse in there. Who is she to you, man? [ __ ] with you got a protection order. No, she got one on me. Okay, because it's No, I ain't going to lie to you, Officer. Right. I ain't going to lie to you, right? I don't I know it's complicated. I don't have a good history with and when the police come, I've been raised to not be here when the police get here. So, so anytime something happened and she call the police, I just leave. So, when I show when they show up, all they got is her side of the store and they demonize me and I get warrants and I go to jail. I just got out of this jail yesterday. I just got out of jail yesterday. I got a order. I can't I can't even be around this. She [ __ ] on my [ __ ] [ __ ] out of jail. She blowing my phone up. She [ __ ] [ __ ] She on my door. She keep doing that. I got hella videos of her doing. You know what I'm saying? She come to my house, bro. If she banging on my door, I won't let her in. She mad as she car. Although the man didn't have video evidence of the woman vandalizing his property, the officer observed a can of flammable liquid, taking note of it for fingerprint and DNA testing. In addition, he claimed she also spray painted his door. There's the lid. But you can see this this video is Look at the time on this video. Oh yeah, dude. That's still This is 7:55. That's still sticky. Okay. Don't Don't take the lid nowhere. So, was she baming on the front door? Yeah. And then and after you after she stopped, you didn't hear anymore. No. And then how did you hear this? It just started popping. Oh, there go bust this window out. [ __ ] that. I heard I heard glass busting. You want to go inside and look see if there's a brick or rock or something in there? When I looked out the window and see the fire, I knew I could not put it out myself. No. So, I had to call somebody. This is crazy. This is crazy. Talking now. It's a total loss. And if you see the tires is already flat from when she flattened my tires and flattened my brother's tires. The man claimed that her behavior was routine. According to him, she would go crazy, destroy his property, then call the police and play the victim. He claimed he was raised to avoid police so he never defended himself. But his girlfriend went too far this time. The officers then confronted his girlfriend who lived just a block away. [Music] Hello. Hi. Hi. Are you Mr. Yes. Yes. What? What? What's going on this morning? No. What do you mean? Were you Were you Did you get into it with your boyfriend or something like that? I don't have a boyfriend. Were you just uh Have you been home all morning? I've been Yeah. I just I'm getting ready for work. I just woke up. Okay. So, okay. Um, so you were never over on this morning? No, I've been here since yesterday. Okay. You weren't you didn't get into anybody over there today? You don't you don't do you know anybody who lives over there? I do know somebody I haven't talked to him in like maybe a week or so. Okay. Well, just just for the time being, ma'am, go stand up for me. We're going to detain you temporarily. Okay. Stand up for me. You're not under arrest at this time. You're being detained. Okay. Take your phone for me. Break your hands on your back. Detained for what? Um right now, suspicion of arson, but not 100% sure. So, we're suspicion of what? is going to come out. We're they're we're investigating it. You're not under arrest right now. Oh my god. Wow. The officer smelled alcohol on the woman's breath. So, she might have been drunk when she set her boyfriend's car on fire. She continued to act like she had no idea what they were talking about. And once she was read her Miranda rights, the officers explained the situation to her again. Um, somebody over there was saying that you had lit their car on fire and they had No way. Well, if you've been home all day, they knew exactly what you're wearing, your clothing description, and how your hair was today. Um, but if you haven't left your house, they had a perfect clothing description and and what you're wearing today. I have been had these clothes on since yesterday. I just I went to sleep with these clothes on and woke up. I You see, I don't have a bra on. I literally just woke up. Okay. And got right. I was getting ready for work. Um, on Vic is Thomas. He's weird. He's been stalking me. If you look at his name, we got a protection order and everything. He's been stalking me, harassing me, and doing weird to me for months now. Yes. I've called the police on him plenty of times. Many of times. If that's who y'all talking about, y this can't be real. Video footage right now from the neighbors um to see if they if it matches you and everything like that. And if not, then we'll be on the way. We'll we'll get you out of here. If it is and you're lying to us, then you do have additional charges. Okay. With that in mind, are you sure it wasn't you? I'm just I'm just asking. I never said nobody's anything on fire. That's crazy. Okay. You weren't over there today. I'm just saying because they're pulling video footage right now. You were not over there today. The woman said she was 100% sure she wasn't there. However, with the threat of jail looming over her head, she changed her tune when the officers gave her another chance to come clean. If ever she was lying after knowing there's video evidence taken by the neighbors, there's no point for her to keep denying what she did. I didn't set anything on fire at all. Period. Excuse me. Um, what happened last night, this morning, and last night is I was at my friend's house. He came and got me with his friend. The the spray paint's still wet. Did you do the spray paint on the door? Yes, I did spray paint his door. You did? I did. 100% honest with y'all. I don't know why he would say I said his car. He don't have a car. But the car that's there. You had nothing to do with that car that's there. The car that's I don't I didn't No, I have nothing to do with that. I'm not gonna lie. I was mad. I can't tell you no lie. No. Well, you can cuz you did and then you didn't. So, you you did at first, right? Well, okay. But then you're like talking to me and you got spray paint all over your glasses. Yeah. He made me so mad cuz he keep attacking me. He keep doing stuff to me and we was over here. But but you but but you made your own decision this morning to go with him and then to follow him to his house. So, I'm not saying I'm not saying he's not antagonizing you, but you need to make better decisions in your life, too. You know what I mean? So, it's it's a two-way street. You know, you're an adult that makes your own educated decisions and you made some poor decisions. Maybe he does, too. That's that's fine. I'm not negating that fact. But well, I just feel like I just I guess it's just when I don't know. I don't She keep doing stuff and know nothing happened to him. The woman was taken into custody. To no one's surprise, she was captured by CCTV buying a canister of flammable liquid from a local store before a neighbor's camera recorded her lighting the car on fire and running down the block back to her home. The charges are currently pending as she denied a plea deal for probation. On November 26th, 2022, officers responded to a call from a woman who claimed she was a victim of domestic battery. Yeah, I've been out here once. Uh they get 22s all the time. Last time I was out here, either she or he threw the car keys on the roof. What happened today? Me and my boyfriend got an argument and I wanted him to leave and he wouldn't leave. Like he's living here. He stayed here. Not living, but he's paid rent the past one month. Where were you at in the house when the argument happened? In the house. Where in the house? In my living room. Okay. Did he hit you? Yeah. Okay. Where? He didn't hit me. He just went like threw me. Okay. How? Just like threw me on the ground. These are questions we have to ask, ma'am. Okay. So, don't get upset, but we have to know. Did he go Did he Did he go like this and then throw you down like this? Did he grab you by the front of your shirt? like me like trying to defend myself, like trying to tell him to just leave and he like pushed me away. The woman claimed that she and her boyfriend were both acting aggressively toward one another. She had injuries on her hands, elbows, and legs, and the officers wanted to know how they got there. However, the officer felt that she wasn't getting anywhere as the woman was being uncooperative. You have a gnarly scratch in your leg. How did that happen? No, these scratches everywhere. That's to my leg. Right. But I'm trying to figure out what happened so I can investigate this crime that you're alleging occurred. Did you Did you push him and then he pushed you back and now you got your injury? I don't I honestly don't know. I honestly don't know. Erica, right now I don't think you are in a state of mind to give me a sworn statement that you can stand by in court if this ever were to go to court. Okay? So, I'm going to give you a number and a case report because I'm taking a report on what happened today. I'm going to come back in a few hours once you've gathered yourself and I'm going to take a a statement from me, but you can swear to that you can actually account what happened because right now all I have is it happened in your house. You were defending yourself. Just account right now. I've been What have we been doing this entire time? I'll just sit count right up. Please. I'm good. Cuz now I'm about to leave and now you're fine to tell me your statement. Yeah, we're sorry. So, let's compose ourselves cuz right now he's on the way to Sebastian and now he's our chances of stopping him have gone out the window because instead of telling me what happened straight up, you've played a pity part. Okay, start from the very beginning and tell me what happened. It sounded like the woman was willing to cooperate, but again, she went right back to being unhelpful. When the officer asked her what happened, her statements were vague, and it seemed like she was more concerned about covering her tracks than anything. Being honest, being straight up honest, I don't know why he got I c I can tell you that. And I promise you, he can't tell you why. And if he does tell you something why it was because he's a ultimate gaslighter and a liar, he will tell you something that doesn't even make sense that happened just like he did the last two times. And I'm not a liar. Okay. So, I'm telling you straight up that I can't remember. Okay. So, you don't know how you got your injuries? I mean, I do. Like I I told like he was just acting he was just telling me some like all as I know is that he was telling me some stuff from the night before that wasn't relevant and it made me upset and I'm told to get out and he got upset about me. Still doesn't tell me how you got your injuries. I know but I don't The thing is is I don't know what what the argument became of. All I know is that I told him to get out of my house. This is my house. The woman continued to be combative with the officers and eventually they left telling her to call them when she sobered up to explain what happened. 20 minutes later, officers caught up with her boyfriend. Been a stressful morning. Yeah, my girlfriend doesn't want to go to sleep until 6:00 in the morning getting drunk. And then as soon as she's Now, you are torn up. Torn up. I got bit on my leg and all the things that she said is all self-defense. I have videos to prove it. Do you want to see them? Absolutely. I would love to. Here's the first one. I'm gonna hold it just so my body cam can see it. She literally just hit you. Yeah. One of the videos. Can I swipe? Yeah, of course. She called me crying saying that, "Oh, I'm sorry. I called the cops. You're going to go to jail. I don't want you to go to jail. And I'm like, I'm not going to jail. I'm sitting here just trying. It was like I went to sleep at like 12:00 and I wake up at 6:00 in the morning and she's still awake drinking like uh out of her. I can't even tell you. And then I'm just like she just started going crazy. Like she bit the hell out of my leg. Yeah, that's pretty. It's a big She How was she? She just literally swung part on that that part of the video. Yeah. with video evidence to back up his story. It wasn't looking good for the woman. He told the officers that her injuries were self-inflicted as she was so drunk that she kept falling over as she repeatedly attacked him. With evidence in hand, officers confronted the woman. Tell me again what happened. Naked statements. I He Jesus Christ. Now would be the time to tell this young lady. Yes, I understand. Um, we got an argument. He was upset about his tooth. Um, I did everything I could. I went I got him medicine. Um, he said the only thing that would help him was alcohol. I went to the store. I got him a bottle of Captain and he drank it. Just him? Just him? You didn't drink none of it? A a little bit. I did. At any point, did did you hit him, push him, slap him, kick him, stab him? After he pushed me. Okay. He pushed me. He did. Okay. He pushed me. I told him to get out of the house. He said, "You're a fat dumb." Okay. Erica, raise your right hand for me. Yeah. You swear that everything you told me is the whole truth. Nothing about the truth is helping God. So help me, God. Okay. Do you understand that lying to a law enforcement officer is a crime? I understand. Okay. You're under arrest for lying to law enforcement. Okay. Turn around. Are you serious? No. When you called 911 saying he was here, I was with him. Turn around. What? Turn around. Wait. What? What? Are you serious? Yeah. Wait. What do you mean? She was talking to him when you called and said he was here. Okay. But But where? Wait. Oh. And the whole thing with you punching him was on video. Just heads up. The officers played it well. The woman walked right into their trap. So she was headed to jail. She was charged with simple battery, abuse of 911 services, and false report to an officer. Physical violence is always unacceptable, and it's even more unimaginable when it's against a spouse or family member. Still, when domestic abusers are busted on camera during their crimes, it's thrilling to watch, knowing that justice will be served.
