no warrant to enter however this situation falls under exent circumstances where Law Enforcement Officers can enter a property without a warrant if they believe immediate action is necessary when the male subject stated that he had called the police the the officer then had legal authority to enter the property to assess the situation regardless if the homeowner didn't consent despite the officer's attempts to pacify the situation the tension escalates when the Second Officer arrives on scene no get out of my house how are you going to threaten me in my house he does not I do not invite him in he do not going to walk in my house this is he no he doesn't have a warrant he need to get it he's threatening me and I'm no it's a domestic issue I does I did not open that door to him firefighter EML Etc I guess we can say it's a match made in prison down in Florida cops got a call about an armed robbery the victim said his phone and bag were stolen by a man who also punched him in the jaw the officers find a male matching the suspect's description he tries to make a run for it but surprise surprise his girlfriend swoops in to play the hero here's how the arrest played out ma'am a cop and you hear over the radio that police are after what seems to be your own car you make your way to the scene and find your drunk girlfriend behind the wheel with the baby in the back seat Yes you heard that right this girlfriend was caught driving under the influence in New Mexico by her cop boyfriend and his colleagues so she wasn't responding I'm like this is kind of weird like she was on the phone but she wasn't saying anything and so I asked her have you been drinking she didn't say nothing I was like okay tracking the phone tracking the phone I hear a call come out and they described my car I don't know my 28 but I know my car if you describe it to me I'm driving down this way I see Solomon parked down there and I'm like why ain't he doing nothing cuz she was right here where my car is look she was like this she was at this angle facing that way right where the car was resting she was right here so I swing around and I pull up next to her and I said hey man turn the car off cuz I didn't know if she had the baby or not my focus was to get the car stopped to get the baby out Sergeant white provided a thorough account of his arrival at the scene despite the challenging circumstances he appropriately stepped back from the investigation due to his person involvement allowing his colleagues to take over and handle the case this is what the first officer on the scene had to say next door first thing I could smell is strong order of alcohol M from inside the vehicle told her cuz last time we got an interation with her she refused to get out of the car for like 30 minutes I told her uh doe to there be of people there you need to get out of the car she's like I'm not getting out so at that time I pulled her out uh she kind of tussled fought with us a little bit she was place in the handcuffs there was an infant inside the car the time when all this happened grandma has the the child now officer Ock is running the grandma from the sky to make sure the child can get release to uh to Grandma okay okay so she's in touch right now uh obviously it's a complex for us cuz it's a sergeant White's girlfriend wife I don't know significant other I don't know I don't know what the officer strictly followed protocol including transferring custody of the child to a legal guardian and arresting the driver despite her relationship to their fellow police police officer a mod they're tactfully handling the situation regarding the girlfriend but there are more shocking details to this case I don't know if you saw it but she was scratching me did you see that I saw your so she was started digging her nails in me intentional yeah okay take some pictures of that okay then you can't leave yet anybody else get injured the side too this girlfriend likes to bring her claws out intentionally scratching an officer just landed her another charge in this situation the officers need to document the injuries caused by the suspect and include them in the police Ortega and she's out to confront the woman his lover apparently cheated on her with these officers are quickly going to have a change of heart after letting her out of the vehicle me subordinate ready Resort about a verbal altercation between a couple who were on vacation the female suspect was screaming at the male in the parking lot let's see what she has to say for herself my friend he doesn't know sorry I don't mean to swear at you but that's what he was saying to me swearing I don't care about screaming at me I'm sorry I'm just so overwhelmed this has never happened to me my head hurts hands hurt everything why does your hands he hit me my back look I'm don't I do not mess with that if you're going to hit me I'm going to hit you what do you mean and already hit you my mou looks like she's already digging her own grave her hands and swollen lip are indicative of a physical altercation she confessed to assaulting her boyfriend while citing his extreme intoxication and memory loss thin both suspects are clearly intoxicated but while he's calmly avoiding answering questions about his injuries his girlfriend can't seem to keep quiet I bet she's about to Spill the Beans about some he doesn't like that I don't know what I did I don't know what happened I don't know anything all I know is that I walked to the car trying to get him to come inside like I I'm I will be honest with you I'm only 19 years old but I will tell you he is 33 I will tell you before you accuse me of fake ID anything I have not been ided once while I've been here that's all I'm going to tell you ah yes Shifting the blame on someone else first she says her boyfriend is the one who can't remember what happened but now it looks like she's the one who can't remember punching him in the face the officers aren't buying her story since it changes every time she opens her mouth it seems like the male suspect is the true victim of the altercation I'm the one that get hit in the face I can tell you that for if you want to arrest me or whatever that's fine I am the one that actually threw punches and hit him I don't know how I got f with I cannot tell you I know I got shoved I know I got pushed to the ground all I know is I threw first punch I was repeatedly hitting him in the head but you wouldn't have thrown a punch at all if you hadn't been pushed and then smack in the face yes Paris yeah can you be honest with me yes do you remember getting pushed or no I can't tell you I don't remember a single thing all I know is I went to try to wake him up that's all can you do me a favor yes can you stand up yeah hands behind back why am I getting l i just really couldn't tell you what happened first all I know is he wouldn't want me arrested and I don't want him arrested and I appreciate you and I appreciate your honesty I believe cuz like I told you I don't get set off unless somebody puts hands on me first understand so like the lip cuz I can feel that my lip I can I can see some redness there yes he definitely put hands on me first that's all I know they arrested the 19-year-old girl since she admitted her violent Behavior regardless of her claims of self-defense assault especially in a public setting like a resort or a bar is a serious offense that warrants law enforcement intervention to maintain Public Safety the calculating tactics she so far used are nothing compared to what she's about to pull once arriving at the police station me hell now here I am in jail for his because I didn't want to tell you guys that he hit me first because I care about him and now here I am in trouble for what for protecting him okay let's get out and let's get upstairs so we can get through this come on I want to go sit up regul I can't she's getting resisting too at this point like this is just ridiculous I mean I this is she was perfectly fine over there no problem at all not you but it's just it's nuts I just kind of know him I know no no no I understand not you always been great it's just ridiculous like this is a big act it's a big act now but now we got to go take her and put her over there and she's going to do the same thing and her panic attack had her transferred to the hospital where she was eventually medically cleared the officers were able to see right through her and recognized that all she did was put on a show to avoid the arrest this girl was later
