Look, I was in DCFS care. I'm tired of [ __ ] saying that's my mom when I'm with her. Like, just because I'm with her doesn't mean [ __ ] She didn't raise me. >> On April 25th, 2025, officers in Illinois were dispatched to a hotel room in reference to a verbal argument. >> Hello. >> What's going on? >> This morning, can you please have her go out for her go out? Separate yourself over there. >> Have her go. She need to go. >> I need her to go. >> Can I grab my other things first? >> What you need? What other things? What you need? >> She brought me out here. I got my own apartment on the west side of Chicago. She brought me out here to call the police to me. >> Who's Whose name is it under? >> It's under my name. >> Okay. She can >> She can put you out. I know she can put me out. What I'm saying is why would you put me out at 3 in the morning? >> I have a real bad anxiety and I just need her to go. >> She has a mental illness. She has bipolar disopia and anxiety. She do this to me all the time. >> First of all, stop screaming. It's not going to solve anything. Pump the brakes for a second. I don't know who you guys are. >> I don't know what the [ __ ] is going on. You guys are just screaming. >> She has I understand what you're saying. She has the right to put you out. Period. End the story. You don't have to rationalize it to me. She doesn't need a reason. >> You are not on the road. It's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is she br me out here to do this to me. Why would you bring me Why would you come get me from my apartment? That's not a police bring me out here, right? It's not. So why would she call you? >> Even if it's wrong, it's not illegal. >> You didn't have to come out here. >> Okay. She has a right to put you out. So grab your things. >> Because of her mental illness though, I'm grabbing my things. I still have stuff in her car. I have a jacket in her car. Why would you put me? I don't have >> That is a civil issue that the police do not handle. >> I cannot force her to give you the stuff. >> So, I can't get my jacket out her car. So, I have to >> If it's her car, she has to give me permission to go in the car. >> Can you get my jacket out the car? >> I offer her a ra. >> You don't have They don't even have to pay and I ask her. She keep going in. She keeps going in. That's why we can't even be in the car. Copy that. >> What? >> That's the reason why I got her barred from my apartment cuz she do stuff like this. I'm ready to leave. I don't I don't have a problem with leaving. But why would you? I'm 9 months pregnant. Why would you put me out here at [ __ ] 3:00 in the morning? Why would you even bring me out here? >> All right, step outside and talk to them. I need to talk to her without you. >> Like, this [ __ ] doesn't make sense. I I don't understand it. I I She has a mental illness. literally just said she has anxiety. She has anxiety. She has bipolar. She has schizophrenia. She do this [ __ ] all the time. >> What did What did >> Nothing ma'am. I got up this morning. I went to the bathroom. It was like 2 something, 250 this morning. And I went and I used the bathroom. My stomach is hurting. I had to do a bell movement. And she got up and was just like, I got to hurry the [ __ ] up like out of nowhere. And you know, I just went up in there and had to do a bell movement. And then you now she's sitting up in there some more. Yeah. Get the [ __ ] out, [ __ ] You better get the [ __ ] out. Just calling me on my name for no reason. I don't I don't like [ __ ] like that. She does this [ __ ] to me all the time. She has did a lot of [ __ ] to me. Like, honestly, >> I get you. I get you. Um, but you're feeling okay. And how how many months pregnant are you? >> I'm n I'm 36 weeks. >> When do you when are you doing? >> May 22nd. >> Okay. >> So, she has a mental illness first of all. that >> and you guys came here before for us cuz she bust every window out of my car. >> Okay. >> Um >> I asked her, "Can I use the bathroom?" First of all, we started arguing about a blanket. I have a throw blanket. She wants to come here because I have the money. I buy her things. If you can see, the room smells like weed because she's 9 months pregnant. She still smokes. Okay. So, I asked her, "Can I use the bathroom in my room this morning? and she wanted to put her up. She wanted to um argue about it and I'm like, you know, I just need to urinate. You can continue to do what you need to do. It was a big argument with that. So, I asked her to leave. Like, when she gets like that, I need for her to get out of my presence and she wouldn't. She started recording me. She started calling me out of my name. I offer her a ride home. She didn't want to get up. She wanted to sit here and make a thing and just keep bothering me and she does that all the time and I still fall for her. >> Did it get physical at all? You just were just yelling. >> No, we was just yelling back and forth but I was trying to get her to stop. So my neighbors I don't you know I >> do you have a reason why I'm detained? Cuz that I don't feel like that's a reason. If she said oh she want to be both arguing. We were called here. I already explained it to you. It's fine but we were I already explained to you why you're still here. >> But I'm saying you said I'm detained. Is there a reason why I'm detained? >> Yes, because we're still following up on our investigation. >> How? She said all she wanted me to do was to get out. I got out. So why is it still an investigation? >> Cuz it's a domestic related incident. >> How is it domestic? >> Cuz your mom your mom. >> No. >> No. Look, I was in [ __ ] DCFS care. I'm tired of [ __ ] saying that's my mom when I'm with her. Like just because I'm with her doesn't mean [ __ ] >> She didn't raise me. >> It's still you you're still with her. >> She still told you that I'm okay to leave. She said she wanted me to leave out of her room. That's what I did. that I left out of her room. So why do I have to stand here with you all? >> Because you still have to stand here until everything is cleared. Okay? And we still have to investigate what we were here and called for. Okay? Either way, you don't have your stuff with you. They're grabbing it for you. The reason that they're grabbing it for you so that you guys do not argue again. >> Can you state your badge number? >> Yeah. 319. >> 330. Inspector. >> And what's your name? I can't see it from over there. And then you Franco. >> Yep. >> Could you get out of my purse? >> Okay. >> I wasn't in your purse. >> Can you let them know that everything is over with? I'm I'm confused because I'm still sitting here. >> I told you >> she said something about she's got a purple wallet or something that's missing. Do you have it? >> I don't have her purple wallet. >> I'm just asking cuz she can't. >> I don't want to search this [ __ ] Maybe >> she has mental because of [ __ ] mental illness. >> Stop screaming at me. >> No, because I'm not screaming at you. I'm not I don't have an issue with you. Just because I'm a black woman and I'm screaming does not [ __ ] mean I have an issue with you. I have a right to be mad. >> You have It has nothing to do with you being blackheaded. You be screaming at 2:30 in the morning. >> You trying to stop screaming at me and I don't have you no issue with me. I don't have an issue with you. She said I stole. So I left my [ __ ] right there. Everything so you can see it. You be considerate person and keep your voice down cuz people are trying to sleep. >> The [ __ ] Why would I take your water? Can you check that? >> Ma'am, it is 3:30 in the morning. >> I I'm aware of that. >> That's why I'm asking you to stop screaming. I can hear you just fine. I'm right here. >> Can you check the Can you check that, please? >> All right, we'll check the mail. >> Like real [ __ ] I don't have no reason to steal from her. I'm just trying to get the [ __ ] back. >> Say that you did. I asked >> the [ __ ] I was going to steal this from her. >> I asked you if you had it. That's it. That's my wallet. The [ __ ] I look like? >> I didn't say you stole anything. Okay. >> I got my own money. >> Check that purse, too. >> Nothing. >> Is this yours? >> Yes. >> Does it have your ID or something in it? >> No. >> Cuz she said her wallet's missing. That was It was purple. >> This is pink, sir. I don't think you understand how to look. This is pink. This is not purple. Can I see it? >> This is mine. >> Can I see it? >> Is this your wallet? [Music] >> Is that it? >> No. >> Exactly. This not her wallet. >> I didn't say you stole it. I don't know why. >> No, but she said I'm stealing it. She's trying to procrastinate this longer than it should be. She wanted me to get out. >> She just asked you where it was. She thought >> Why the [ __ ] would I have it? >> Because she said you were upset and she started grabbing stuff and maybe took it by accident. >> I grabbed my pants. You seen me go over there and grab a pair of [ __ ] gray pants. >> Yes, but you already had a bag >> and it's not in there. So, that issue is over now. >> I found it, >> right? Cuz she was in her car and she [ __ ] cared. >> It don't matter. I didn't have it. >> All right, ma'am. You have a warrant for your arrest. >> You have two actions. >> I'll cop you in the front. >> It's because of her though. Can you turn my Can you not turn his phone off? >> Yeah, of course. Save the battery. >> My coffee in the front. >> My voice is because of her. >> Okay, you still have them. >> This marked the third time her mom's actions led to her being taken away in cuffs. Just weeks away from giving birth, she was arrested again, and it all traced back to the same person, her own mother. It's not the kind of love and protection you'd expect between a mother and daughter. Instead, it's a cycle of betrayal and chaos.
