trackers on my vehicle just keep your hands so we can see him some persistent creeps just can't take a hint their behavior could simply appear cringey at first but but when they become persistent and stalk their victims it becomes really alarming even dangerous today's selection will show you times when dumb creeps refuse to leave girls alone so today at 11:15 a.m. so you didn't delete it I was like why are you recording me he like I just think you're really pretty I just like watching you and I didn't think that they were going to get I was going to get caught cuz I was trying to do it on the sneak the police were called to a restaurant where a frequent male customer was being inappropriate again he's made it a habit of taking videos and photos of a specific waitress and is often focused on her backside receiving this kind of attention would make anyone feel uncomfortable and unsafe so this man had to be reported hello how's it going I'm Ray um you mind just running me by I know you're doing the statement and everything um I got a camera so just you want to just run me by everything that you saw yeah I so I was uh having breakfast I seen the girl call this uh man out on the recording she came out and asked him to see the video he then shows her a video he says he doesn't have a video he he shows her a video that he took where was he standing when he took it you see he was he was in front of the counter and she was faced away behind the counter okay so he's filming her ass and he left so I told her call 911 I called and I followed him around and when he's walking that way I guess he's trying to erase it and he's telling me there's no evidence then he tells me he didn't think it was illegal why you raised an Evidence of it you didn't think it was illegal after speaking to the eyewitness the officer spoke to the victim the officer's approach comes across as friendly which usually helps harassment victims feel a bit at ease he hello all right um I just got done talking with him um I'm Deputy Ray I'm just I'm I got a camera so I'm just going to ask you to go through everything that happened so it started last Friday okay a week ago um he was sitting at that table and I was serving him and then I had C him at that table and he was like hey just to let you know I work security I noticed that he's like recording you he has his phone like low here and every time like you walk by it's like always pointing at you and then he came in a couple days after that same thing so me and my boss are watching him and same thing like recording me phone low everything and then he came and say again and he was recording me and my coworker caught him like actually seen the video so we went off I was like why are you recording forting me he was like I just think you're beautiful I just wanted to watch you it's like I promise I don't do anything with the videos um he was just scaming about it he's like please don't press charges Don't Do Anything by asking this female waitress not to press charges the repeat offender probably knows what he's been doing is illegal which makes it even worse for him four times past week yeah four times Friday Monday Wednesday at how old is he 63 yeah he's so right now what happens to him you guys just question him and take him and see how he goes probably arres first thank you thank you guys for showing initially the victim seemed unsure whether to press charges but after realizing the man could also be doing this to other women she decided to do so without further Ado the cops detain the perpetrator and place that would excuse his behavior so it's no surprise that during the investigation he also had lots of excuses and reasons that he thought the cop should let him off the hook she said just you know what just leave just leave just leave so I was like I'll just leave I won't come back anymore you know I worn out my work here so I just came came out started walking that's when the other guy started hey yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah putting the bug in everybody's ear to that you know it was like I was taping him or something like that so then I just I was just like well I might as well stick around and talk to the officer that I could see how they would get upset but right I don't do drugs I'm 60 years old right I had a stroke last year I got you I'm an old man I'm not I'm not threat to anybody I'm help to someone I I shouldn't go it's more of a harassment you know perpetrators like this usually attempt to gain the sympathy of the officers by being honest but usually it doesn't work too well in their favor the man just admitted to harassment I'm like all right I apologize sorry you caught me you know I was trying to do it it wasn't like I was like ahead walk right right right right look yeah I got I was trying to do it on the coy more people do it than admit would admit I bet you that but that doesn't make it right you mind just showing him the the picture the video I'm willing more to cooperate if that's something that you would want to look at what's my standing so far he said he's going to write me up for trespassing that yeah he's filling out a trespass warning right now what I have to do with that you don't have to do anything with it it's not a criminal charge or anything like that I appreciate that very much we're just doing it because they they want no they got their rights they they don't want to have the environment that they want to their Works to be conducive make them makeing money nothing personal or anything like that it's just we're just it is personal I mean us oh no between me and you it's just taking care of business what for them it's their livelihood like with being honest a suspect can also benefit from being considerate and coop operative because it might help them in court but it can also put them in a tight spot when he allowed the cop to check his phone he gave the cop an opportunity to find more evidence that might implicate the man further or lead to more charges do you mind um guiding me to where um you you said you would you be cooperative with us he said he wouldn't mind showing me what all went down over here if the intention is I'm just going to get rid up trespassing yeah he's he's right the if I show you more and you're going to be like oh look at this you know this is more than trespassing we're going to write you up for this that and you got to put them I don't want to incriminate myself and he wrote you up for the trespass I'm just just tring I'd rather not show you then if it's going to because then you'll turn around and say oh well according to the statute this this side and but it's going to go we're not like by being honest and open now I'm opening another door to get you know where where the lawyers pretty much always say keep your mouth shut the Suspects seems to have made his mind up and he seems to know what's best for him but the officer's not giving up just yet and uses the opportunity to point out what he can gain from this no you're opening a door into being cooperative with us so we can help you out well if he's going to just write me up for the trespass he's do he's so the earliest that you seen was Thursday aside from older videos of the female weight staff the officer finds videos of her from this day so that means the suspect didn't really delete them earlier process of random drug tests he was told not to consume any type of narcotic or have contact with the victim or return to the restaurant where the vi victim worked 3 weeks later the ankle monitor was removed he played no contest to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct and was also ordered to undergo treatment and placed under 6 months of probation our next story is about a man who's gone out of his way to stalk his ex going as far is placing GPS trackers on her vehicle to monitor the woman's location me nope I've never been here okay the same situation no it's been going on for years okay so the situation is my ex-boyfriend is currently stalking me and has put numerous GPS trackers on my vehicle he followed me around last night so I believe that he currently still has one on there I I looked under there and I can't find one that doesn't mean there isn't one there I have the The Trackers in my house so last Saturday the police got involved at Target which is I guess City County I don't know different from whatever here yeah that's in the county right so there is an investigation for that but I haven't even been contacted this whole last week over that it becomes clear that this is not the first time they reported it to the cops they weren't satisfied with how the cops from the county police handled it before but this time they're determined to convince the cops from the city police to take more action this is still a situation okay where did we follow you last night like what just kind of give me a walk through what happened we were at UTC my daughter and I walk we were you know shopping walking watching a movie out there mhm I mean I don't know but I know okay like he's always around this is like not I feel like I'm being driven crazy over this so this is like an ongoing thing and now I've got my stepdad here involved and it's like this is Non-Stop and it's not going away okay so he drinks a certain particular beer in if you want to go in the back dit show you all the cans there's cans back there so he's parking on the other side like this is nonstop and it's not going medel okay it's possible this creep intentionally left those beer cans there for her to see just to make his presence known but if it wasn't his intention it was pretty stupid of him to leave evidence of his stalking and and those are the only cans that are back there it's not going this up to our criminal investigations division which we'll go to detectives um this is like getting to be insane like this is not okay and her daughter's boyfriend has video of him saying that he put them on there the boy said we found four trackers you put on there he said no I only put two on there are you able to get that he's on his way here her ex-boyfriend Timothy was called on video admitting to putting two GPS trackers after they told him that they found four to further verify the woman's claims the cops need to see the evidence that they have in their possession we're going to go back here and show them what's going on so this is this is what we're talking about this is the original one that I opened but these well my hands have been on them okay those are what he's put in on your car underneath yes okay so then this was the last thing that was found with no phone in it okay okay and his name is on this like it currently doesn't have any power I turned it on and his name is on here like he's not very bright these are they are they all phones or where did you find them when you found them on your car I different spots I mean there's tape under my car that you can see tape is still there I ripped the head wi the they're all trying to be hidden but not very well with the amount of evidence the woman in her stepfather claimed to have it should be no problem sending Timothy to jail with their permission the officer can take the evidence to help build their case and hopefully speed up the arrest they're going to go into our evidence because like I said I'm going to send this up to um our detective division because what they can do subpoena like I said subpoena his phone records we have Tech guys that can go mhm through these to prove their his and then kind of build your case as far you want to press charges right yes okay so that's what would build your case is getting information off of these uh you never had any tie of these right they're not yours never had a shared phone plan nothing okay but it can be tracked where they yeah that's that's why I want to put him in they have him on screenshot at a phone store after on Saturday on Saturday after I was talking to the police he went to a phone store okay and then you said you think there's one on your car now cuz you know there's some that are very small well that's what they're telling me right so I don't I've looked under there but I don't know I feel I I feel like there there's no way he can find me like now don't you have a device that can detect those we don't uh it's available right it is available to us we don't carry it on patrol and it's not readily accessible given the strong evidence the family was hopeful that the cops could arrest Timothy at that very moment unfortunately it's just not that simple the cops need to build an airtight case and also confirm more details it may be frustrating but there are legal procedures that must be followed based on the elements that you need for the harassment and stalking there's a couple additional well can't you at least pick him up and question him today I mean I'll go talk to him absolutely yeah once I'm done here I'll go talk to him and and you know see what his deal is and tell him knock it off okay uh of why he's doing this but it's like you're going to go to jail for a long time or you're going to be on this property and somebody's going to kill you because he is this is where you guys can't always trespass him from the property if he's around here he whoever told you has he doesn't have to be on the property it's just within the vicinity of the property the officer is making every effort to provide the complainant with guidance and assistance while still adhering to the legal parameters as the cop continues his questioning somebody makes a quick unexpected appear and it's a continued pattern yeah yeah yes that's him he's coming yes that's him oh no he's going to turn yeah that's him crime CRI regarding installing tracking devices and tracking applications on March 10th 2023 deputies in Florida responded to a trespassing report that involved an unruly individual the caller stated
