When he came in, he came around this loop right here to go that way and he had his windows down music playing said I'm like that's probably enough for the teachers to hear that and back up the story that he's threatening right here on the school public. >> Cuz you're acting >> cuz you're acting out. >> What's your name? What's your name? I have everywhere. >> Get away. Get away from me. My car I'm not touching. >> Well, get away. You're under arrest. Open the door. Mike, Mike, stop. Use this end. >> You're under arrest. Open the door. >> Step out. You're getting hosed. Step out now. Step out now. >> Step out. >> You're under arrest. Step out of the vehicle now. Step out of the vehicle now. OC. >> Being a good driver means not only navigating the road, but also being courteous to traffic enforcers and fellow motorists. But for drivers who lack emotional control, every speed bump or hiccup triggers violent aggression, and they turn into road ragers who think they're untouchable. [Music] >> Did you pull the gun? >> No. >> So, how does anyone how's someone saying that they seen a gun if you >> Because he ran me off the road and I said, "If you endanger my life, I willing shoot you." That's why we knew. On April 18th, 2023, in Altoont Springs, Florida, a man named Vinnie Rosa was picking up his son from school, he became enraged after another parent allegedly cut in front of him in the traffic queue, causing him to take out his firearm and become iate. >> Where the car park for me? >> Listen to me, sir. >> You have a firearm in the vehicle? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Where's the firearm? >> It's next to me between my seat. Now, listen to me. >> It's in between your seat. Where? What I want to do is separate you from the firearm and then we can have a normal conversation. You see my hands officer. I can pick up my fine that's fine. >> I put it in no threat. You're taking the word of >> I'm not taking I'm not taking anyone's word. What I'm telling you is we have we have a complaint that a firearm was presented okay at a school. You understand? >> Did I present it at school? I just pulled in. Look you guys have cameras. All I need you to do is step out of the car, >> sir. >> And this guy can run me off the road and drive away. Where's he at? Where is he at? >> Where is he at? He drove away already. >> You're not listening to me. >> At first glance, Vinnie smacked of being a rageful guy. Being cut off by another driver may be annoying, but it's not a matter of life and death. Beyond that, it's up to parents to model good behavior for their kids, especially in a school environment. By flipping out, Vinnie was not being a good example to the students. >> How can I be calm? >> I know you're upset. I know you're upset. >> No, you don't understand. Listen. Listen. Listen. I don't even know. I'm officer. I'm a police officer. Before we go any further, what I need to do is >> You're going to make me look like a criminal in town. All these parents trying to make you look like anything. >> Yes, you are. >> What you're doing is you're elevating. What I need to do >> I am elevating down. Why would I not elevate? >> If someone ran you off the road, would there be Can you answer that question now? >> There does not have to be a scene here. >> Vinnie was right about one thing. He did look like a bad guy in front of the whole school, but the officer contributed nothing to that. It was all on him. No good guy would go around a school zone waving loaded guns at other people. >> Okay, I've answered all your questions. Can you answer mine? >> What I need to do is remove traffic >> and then we'll discuss it further because I need to remove the fire. >> I'm pushing the button. Okay, I know I'm brown and you guys like shooting us. God damn it. I want to get my son and go home. That's what I want to do. >> What I need you to do is relax right now. Okay. To prevent getting yourself in any trouble. >> Okay. >> Trouble for what? >> For what crime? >> Doesn't need to elevate. >> For what crime? She just doesn't need to elevate. We can bring it down a couple. Can >> you go get that mother ramy off the road? Are you going to do that? >> Did you call anybody for that? Answer my goddamn question. >> Listen, sir. >> Answer my question. >> You're going to force me to do some things I don't want to do. >> What are you going to do for what? Am I threatening you? My hands are behind my back. >> I need you to calm down. >> Just calm down and we'll figure it out, man. Things happen. If you get frustrated, it's normal. It's a normal. >> He can commit a crime. >> No, he can't. >> He just ran the red light ram me up the road. You haven't done >> We'll We'll We'll figure that out, man. Oh my. You're not going to figure out. You guys never figure out you quit me and criminals drive away. >> Okay. Listen. What's your name, man? >> My name's Vinnie. Vinnie. >> I have a license here. Can I reach for it or you going to shoot me? >> If there's anyone there who was threatening to shoot someone, it was Vinnie himself. The officer did a great job keeping his composure in the face of Vinnie's uncontrollable temper. Being on the receiving end of an emotional outburst is never easy. But given the fact they were in a school zone, the cop prioritized deescalation above all else. >> Listen to me. Listen to me, sir, for a second. I'll let you talk. I've got parents screaming at school that someone presented a firearm. >> Show me. Show me my accusers and teachers. >> Multiple accus show me my accusers. >> That's what I'm responsible. >> And people told you that? >> Multiple people. I didn't say >> I want to see my accusers right now. That's that's the law. I took criminology. I can see my accusers. Who are they? >> We will get We will get to >> I want I want that information. >> You got You got to calm down. >> I am calm. I'm calm as This is how I talk. I'm from New York. My This is how we talk. >> If this was really the calm version of Vinnie, then the angry one must be truly terrifying. Contrary to his self assessment, to everyone else, he looked in desperate need of anger management classes. Did he honestly think his son would be proud watching his father act this way? this vehicle with this gentleman on 1025 speaking now if I can get some units to speak to the complaining parties which are multiple staff members of the school code red man >> you guys are all brave until some real happens you stay outside besides the guy correct >> I want to see my accuser right now so he can tell you what he did. That's what I want. >> Okay. There's multiple people. Okay. >> Okay. I want to see these multiple people who can see me driving. Get the You guys are liars. >> Multiple people. >> I am not a liar and I want to hear these liars lie to my face. Or the multiple accusers. >> Can you Can you secure the firearm in that? It's in between the console and the driver. >> My firearm is legal. >> Okay. >> And you guys have no right to take my >> Okay. not chambered, holstered, and safe. >> Okay. >> Where's your ID at? >> In my pocket. I told you that 10 minutes ago. >> Can you have that, please? >> Did you pull the gun? >> No. So, how does anyone how's someone saying that they seen a gun if you >> Because he ran me off the road and I said, "If you endanger my life, I willing shoot you." That's why he knew. >> School shootings are a major problem in the US. Even in Florida, gun possession in a school zone is against the law for everyone except authorized security agents. In light of this, Vinnie's behavior was ignorant and a slap in the face to every parent who worries their kid might not make it home one day. >> Is my accuser here or did you let him go? You're not under arrest. I'm securing you. You're not putting that on. I'm putting it on you. And if you resist, >> if I'm not under arrest, you're not putting that on. >> I'm securing you for safety reasons. Okay. You're >> safety. >> Okay. Until we figure out what's going on. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> If you're not I am >> You're detained. Okay. You're not under arrest. You're detained >> for what? >> Until we >> What's my crime? Godamn it. >> We don't know yet. We don't know yet. >> You don't know yet. >> We don't know yet. But >> we don't know yet. But while I figure it out, I'm detained. >> Does it seem right to you, Mr. Barnett? >> It does. Detainations. >> Can you turn my car off? >> Hold on. I'm going to move your car so we can get the the car. >> Are these your deputies here? >> Over here. >> Man, >> I can't relax when I'm being detained for noing reason. You're not putting me in there. >> I am not a You're not putting me in there. >> Bring me another car. This This right here's too tight. >> Where's your car? Oh my [ __ ] >> Can you please get the deputy that works here, please? >> Just put him in a car. >> Why are you going to put me in a car, man? >> Why are you guys putting me in a car? >> Why are you putting me in a car? What is my crime? >> You are obligated to tell me my crime, sir. >> I told you. >> What is my crime? >> I'm not on They're guiding me. How the am I? >> Back up off of me. >> If Vinnie really was studying criminal justice, he should have known exactly what investigative detention is. With reasonable suspicion, officers are legally allowed to detain someone briefly to confirm or rule out their involvement in a crime. While Vinnie was being detained, other officers tracked down the victim. >> Would you be able to say you drove by, they couldn't see you? Um, would you be able to be like, "Yeah, that's him or no, that's him." You do you have any type of confidence in that? >> He has sunglasses on and you know, he's covering his face the whole time. I had my windows up. I just saw him walk the driver when he when I passed him like saying like just person me out. Then even when he came in here and I stopped the teachers there at the bus ramp and I just waited there. When he came in he came around this loop right here to go that way and he had his windows down music playing said I'm like that's probably enough for the teachers to hear that and back up the story that he's threatening right here on the school property. Vincent Vinnie Rosa was charged with aggravated assault and displaying a weapon at a school, both felonies. He agreed to a plea deal of 36 months probation and anger management counseling. As part of the plea, he also forfeited his Smith and Wesson. Moving on to another part of Florida, this time in West Palm Beach on March 2nd, 2020, where an officer was approached by an iate woman at a gas station parking lot after a traffic accident had occurred at the intersection out front. >> I'm coming from work. I'm right here in the turning lane. I turn. >> They're coming from this way for the light. >> Yes, ma'am. Come look at my car how he swapped. >> Watch out. You're about to get hit. Watch out. >> Come look at my car how he swap my car. >> Okay, but you're not telling me the full story. >> I'm turning in the turning lane. He was behind. I blew my car. He wasn't paying attention. I went in the other lane, switched over, came back over. He actually came on the wrong side of the road and spot swiped my car. Don't knock. Don't even Okay. I just let you start talking. >> But I'm saying he's >> I just let you talk. I just let you talk. So now I got to go on the other side. >> No, but you're going to lie. I wouldn't stop you. I don't have lights. I want to stop you. >> Okay. That's your car. >> That's my car. >> You go stand by your car. Thank you. >> The woman had her narrative, but the female officer was skeptical. It was probably because the angry lady had confessed to illegally driving without a valid license. And unsurprisingly, the other driver offered a different version of what happened. But it didn't mean he was lying. >> So basically, she caught me off when I was in this pain. >> Yeah. >> Pulled down the window while it was going up. >> Your car? >> Yes. That that one over there. >> She puts on a pepper spray. Pepper spray me between my car. Come if you make Can I Can I show you where she pepper spray me? >> So I try to like avoid getting pepper spray and >> I'm going one second. You pepper spray. You pepper trade him, right? >> Okay, I'm gonna go look. >> Stand by. >> Yeah, I'm turn, but I just need another unit. >> Sorry. >> Okay, perfect. Perfect. >> Go ahead and give me your driver's license. Where's your sideswipe? >> Right here. >> He took his car and went car. He's mine. He took his car and ran into my car. He's gone. >> Okay. Where did you pepper spray him? >> I didn't pepper spray him. Search my car. >> Emotional control is not easy to master. But being calm under duress can do a world of good. As for this lady, instead of emotional mastery, it was more like an emotional train wreck. The last thing she needed was to get on the officer's bad side. But that's exactly what her over-the-top screaming was doing. >> Okay, let's not play the lion game. >> I'm not playing the lion game. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> I don't I I'll call somebody else. No, you're not calling nobody else. >> Call somebody else. >> I don't know who you call another officer. >> Okay. Well, they're already on the way. >> Well, I stopped for >> Okay, but you're not listening, right? >> I'm not going to do this. >> You're not listening. >> I'm going to call somebody else because you're pepper sprayed and I'm coming. I can't. >> No, you went to him first. >> Okay. Because when I told you when I told you he sprained him. >> No, I did not. >> No, you didn't. Don't worry. >> I don't have a pepper. Really? >> You literally just came back to your car. I'm sure to hide it. >> Where? You want to search? >> Search my car. >> If I did anything wrong, I would have stopped you. I don't have license. >> Another law enforcement agent soon arrived on the scene to assist the female officer in her investigation. He determined that the woman hadn't used pepper spray. Rather, she sprayed the man with her perfume. It didn't make sense. But then again, road rage rarely does. >> I apologize again cuz I was upset. >> Yeah. You see my mirror? He just He just came and I'm not going to lie, I blew my horn cuz he wasn't paying attention. He got mad. He came and hit my car. He almost got hit by a big semir. >> Yes, sir. Everything is my address. My address. That's my address. This is everything. >> All right. Hold on a minute. Okay. >> So, I'm going to Is there damage? >> You haven't even let it. But maybe you see something that >> he's not going to go to jail for roadway. That's wrong. He's not going to go to jail for roadway. Like I want to press charges on him. >> I'm not the officer. >> I really want something to happen to him. I want to press charges on him. >> Listen, this is for my not attorney, you know? >> Yeah. cuz it's like I don't know what's going on. It's like he's getting the easy deal of the the deal and I'm old. You're going to get tickets for driving without license for 10 years. You didn't pull me. So you can't give me no damn ticket. You didn't pull me. He should be arrested. I wouldn't press charges on him. He had that man car. I want to press charges on him. >> Pressing charges wasn't on the table. With no dash cam footage, there was no way to determine who was at fault. At that point, it became a matter of exchanging insurance and treating it like a minor traffic accident. However, because the woman had been driving without a valid license, she was issued a citation and given a court date. >> The driver's not signing It's not an admission of guilt. I'm just saying that you will show up at this court at this. >> I'm not going to court because you didn't pull me with the driver. Nobody told me. I stopped for help. Nobody did not see me behind the wheel of a car. >> Behind the wheel of a car, but you told me you were behind. >> I didn't tell you anything. I spoke with her. >> You spoke to me as well. You said you were in. >> Okay. But then you told me behind the wheel of I know my rights. I've been to prison. Okay. I've been to prison. I I read my book. I know my rights. I know the law. My cousin is a chair. If you did not put your siren lights on me and pull me and you did not catch me behind the wheel of the car, you cannot write me a ticket. >> Contrary to what the angry woman thought, having a prison record does not equate to having legal knowledge. Neither does having a cousin who's a sheriff. It looked like she was going to have to learn the hard way that refusing to sign a traffic citation is a criminal offense. >> I know my right. I know my >> eyes on the biker. Are you ready to go to jail? >> It don't matter. I tell him, "Sir, I'm not scared to go to jail. >> Been there, done that. I'm not scared if I wouldn't have ever stopped her for help and told her I didn't have license. I'm not scared. Arrest who can't arrest me." >> No, I won't be arrested. >> You can't arrest me. What are you arresting me for? Cuz I won't sign. You can't arrest me for you going to sign anything. I don't have to sign anything. I don't have to put my certificate on anything. You can't arrest me for not signing anything. >> No, you cannot. I I've been through this before. You cannot arrest me for anything. >> I don't even hang out. You We called the sergeant for you. >> It's truly shocking how often citizens like this woman are willing to go to jail over simply refusing to sign a legal document. The signature is not an admission of guilt, just a recognition that a mandatory court date has been scheduled. >> Right. But we're not leaving because we called the supervisor and he's going to come and see you. Okay. And plus, you can't drive because you don't have a driver's license. >> Okay. So, why y'all tell me I need to get somebody to drive the car with? >> Well, we're not leaving yet. I'm telling you that right now. We're not leaving. So, don't put the car in drive. >> My car is not in my car. >> You don't have to be in front of me like something. >> Okay. But you're acting like you're leaving. Excuse me. Excuse me. Get out my Could you please get out my way so I can get out the car? >> Go ahead. Step out. >> Could you please get out my way so I can step out the car? >> Excuse me. >> Where am I? Y'all got to come. >> You can't do nothing to me. Why do you arrest me? Leave me the alone. You got the car. You're on the ground. >> On the ground. >> Are you kidding me right now? Are you kidding me? >> Hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Help me. >> Hands behind your back. >> Help me, sir. You see what I >> resisting? The lady thought the public would sympathize with her, but was hit with a harsh dose of reality. It's just sad when folks can't get their lives together and stay out of jail. At some point, the consequences catch up. One bad decision leads to another, and before long, it's a chain reaction you can't undo. >> I'm sorry, ma'am. I didn't try to do that. Flip your hands like you're praying. Put them like you're praying. There you >> I ain't doing nothing. I'm just relaxing. What is the problem? >> I'm not going nowhere. What is the problem, sir? You just keep doing this. Come on. What's the problem? What's the problem? I stop y'all for help. And this is the treatment I get. >> I stop y'all for help. And this is the truth. >> This could have been if you would have just signed the paper. >> The woman received charges for driving without a license, resisting arrest with and without violence, and refusing to sign a citation. She was sentenced to one day in jail, 3 months probation, 50 hours of community service, and a 4-hour anger management course. Moving north to Cleveland, Ohio on June 20th, 2024, a road rage incident led to a chaotic brawl inside a police station. According to the people involved, one party honked at the other, to which the other party responded with a middle finger. Feeling threatened, a scared woman drove to a nearby police station for safety, but was followed. Come on. [Music] >> Oh yeah. [Music] Imagine [Applause] being one of the officers inside that police station sipping your cup of coffee when all of a sudden a full-blown rumble erupts in the lobby. While it made sense for the larger woman in the gray shirt to seek protection if she really felt unsafe, it was definitely stupid for the three of them to throw down like it was Friday night at a boxing stadium. >> I'm not understanding how she went when she just came in and punched her. So, I'm not >> I'm not understanding that. What is it? The color. >> Yeah, it got to be cuz she just came on camera. She attacked me out there. >> So then I said I ran. I don't know. I ran red light. She ran right. You know what? Excuse me. She's outside with my grandmother. >> This wasn't just a fight between two individuals. It was more like a family feud with kids and grandparents also in the vehicles. It should have been even more reason for the road raers to cool down their tempers instead of treating the police station like a battleground. >> I was trying to record her car because I was going to come do it myself. Come here with us because they always had traffic like trying to swerve and make us hit her car and hit my car. So I said, "Okay." >> No. So when we walking up, this said something about son. So I said, "I don't give a [ __ ] about you or your baby." Her look in 2016 walked her big humpty dumpy ass in here and just put her hands on her. So she got lined up. Did you Is you okay? You just with me outside. They got everything on camera. You all right? Now you're next. >> You have to wonder if the orange shirt lady thought cops would be impressed by her explosive temper and fighting spirit. Why is it that these overgrown children need law enforcement to teach them how to behave like civilized adults? It's truly ridiculous. We'll probably need to get a report from you just so to press charges on her for the assault. Okay. >> Hi, baby. >> All right. So, you guys, where did this initially? This >> Why did she get to go? Cuz she was hitting me, too. So, why isn't she in handcuffs? >> I don't even know who that is, honestly. >> No, that she was hitting me, too. So, is she not supposed to use handcuffs? >> I don't know what they ended up, you know, I know one of them is in the back seat. I don't know what is going on here. So, where did this initially start at? You said it was you guys were in the car as we were getting waved through traffic by just a regular citizen. No cops, no nothing. >> The lady was beeping, so then I flipped her off and that's how it started. >> Okay. [Music] >> Where my girl at? >> Where my girl at? >> She's in the car. >> When she in the park, I'm not understanding why she the only one in handcuffs. Nobody else is in handcuffs. When this [ __ ] just came in and clapped her, I'm not understanding why the she the only one in handcuffs. >> I don't figure it out. >> How is y'all figuring out when she the only one in handcuffs? Nobody else is in handcuffs. Y'all keep saying y'all going to figure it out. What the? >> So what? They about to get they get getting let go. >> Oh, the officer figuring out like they got to do their investigation. >> Like you come up here, bro. Like [ __ ] why you standing like that? I beat your ass. You fat [ __ ] You doing? >> Ma'am, I'm going to advise you not to threaten anybody. >> I don't give a She's standing there. She the only one. She just came in here and cut my [ __ ] >> I'm doing >> I'm asking you to calm down. If you're not going to come down, I'm going to ask you to leave. >> I got to leave. I'm about to leave. >> That's probably a good idea. >> Let's face it, for most sane people, the police station would be the last place on Earth to scream verbal threats. With only one female in cuffs, the complaints about some of them not being in handcuffs were coming from both sides of the conflict. So, the women weren't ready to settle down. >> She just said to me, "I don't want to do a report. I want to go home. I don't want to mess." That's what she just said. >> Okay. Can I go? Can I am I charged that? arrested. >> I got hit by both of them. >> But we told you both of them. They seem like she said, "I changed my mind. I would like to press charges now. Can you arrest her?" Cuz they were both hitting me. >> She We thought you were checking what was going on. >> No, she just said to me multiple times. She didn't want to press charges again. Now, can you arrest her? >> Well, she's going to jail cuz they were both hitting me. >> Okay. That my sergeant said he saw her. So, you have to talk to him about it. Okay. I was not here. You guys are getting upset with me when she said she wanted to go home. We're taking her to jail regardless. Judging from the surveillance footage, all three women involved in the altercation could have faced assault charges. From the looks of it, there was no good guy or bad guy in this fight. Just three idiots. Meanwhile, the thin woman in the orange shirt managed to slip out of her handcuffs. >> She wanted to just like this in my face. You tell me I'm going to jail. She just put her hands on me first. >> You're still going to put your handcuffs. Okay. >> Okay. Why they not in handcuffs? They just put their hands on me first >> because we're dealing with you. Otherwise, we will be dealing with them. >> Okay. Please don't deal with them first, too. >> Nope. Come on. >> Don't keep hitting me. Stop. Grab me like that. You don't have to do none of that. >> Come here. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. Get off of me. >> Stop. >> Get off of me. Stop. Get the off of me. >> Stop this [ __ ] >> I swear to God the way. Get the off of me. >> Her wrists are going to slip right through doing that on purpose. Now >> I'm trying to tighten the car. >> Stop. Stop. Is wrong with y'all? There's a camera right there. >> Stop, man. >> Get off me. I don't want to talk to y'all no more. You're hitting me and you're hitting me. I'm not doing nothing. Okay. You right with me. >> Just get inside the car. No, I'm not scratching me up. I don't want to touch you. >> That's you. I just you push me up against the wall. You resist. Stop touching me. >> Then get in the car. >> Perfect. That's all. >> All right. Tell them they had assault cuz she kicked us. >> Oh, okay. All right. >> Resisting and assault. >> The woman in orange was the only one who was arrested. She received two counts of assault and another of resisting arrest. At the end of the day, absolutely nothing positive came out of this immature and pointless road rage incident turned police station brawl. On April 8th, 2024, a 22-year-old man named Bryson Gregory in Peoria, Illinois was tracked down after a scared woman notified police that he had been tailgating and driving alongside her in a screaming fit of rage. scaring both herself and her young daughter. >> Hey, man. How you doing? >> You can stay right over here. >> All right. [Music] >> Stay right stand right there. I just need some information. >> What's your last name? >> Bryson. >> Or my last name Gregory. What's your u initial day of birth? >> 422. >> So what's going on, man? So lady came here. >> I just came because I I didn't want to get arrested. I just got out. >> So >> well, she stated that you were following >> Okay. >> You were following her closely. >> Yeah. You're behind be behind her on your bumper >> and you drove to the side of her and stated that you'll be both heard and doing >> Bryson let it slip that he had just gotten out of prison. And here he was again at the center of a police investigation. Some people can go their whole lives without getting in trouble with the law. But for people like Bryson, they can't seem to make it a full week. >> What did you say? Why? Why? Why did you drive? >> She's an idiot. >> She's an idiot. >> I came about to arrest you. >> Why? What? What makes you think my mom >> What makes you think that she was an idiot? >> What? >> I'm driving this bought this car. >> Why did you drive inside of her? >> Cuz she's an idiot. >> Bryson had nothing useful to say when asked a straightforward question. The officer wanted to give Bryson a fair chance to explain himself, but the only explanation he had was, "I just bought this car and she's an idiot." Obviously, those excuses were not going to help his case. >> What makes her an idiot? Wait, what do you mean? >> You think I drive on the side of her for no reason? Come on. >> Either way, it's illegal. You still shouldn't do that. >> It's It might be illegal, but come on. >> Why'd you do it? >> Cuz she's an idiot. >> What made you do it, though? She don't know how to drive. >> You think I was just going to turn myself in? >> That does not make you >> Okay, let me cause you to do that. >> Come on. >> Even if you >> What was she doing? >> How was she? >> I knew she was going to call the cops. That's why I came. >> I just bought this car, bro. Come on, bro. >> What difference did it make that Bryson had just bought the car? Whether he owned it for a few days or a few years, it was completely irrelevant. If this guy couldn't understand something so simple, then he obviously lacked basic intelligence and common sense. >> You said you came down here. Why did you come down here? >> Why did I come down here? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> What do you mean why did I come down here? >> Why did you come down here? >> Because it was in pure >> What do you mean was in >> I bought the car out of >> Why did you come here today right now? Because I called because I knew she was going to call the >> so I don't get arrested. I just got out. Bro, >> come on. Where'd you get out? >> Battery on a cop. >> Evidently, Bryson had learned nothing from his recent time in jail. We can't go through life erupting in explosive anger every time we encounter something we don't like. He's not the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto, just a guy with no self-control and a bad attitude. >> Yeah. And I don't have a license, so you guys are going to arrest me. >> You don't have a license? No. >> Come on. You >> got any plates on your car? >> Relax. >> Because I can't take a seat on the curb. >> Take a seat. >> Stick your feet straight out in front of you. Cross my vehicles. >> No, cross your foot ankles. >> Your foot. >> I'm not. >> So, you drove in front of her because she was an idiot. >> Was she >> Was she driving too slow? What was it, >> man? Come on, bro. >> What was it? >> I've been to jail 100 times and you guys think I'm just going to come here to lie to you? No. >> But you also say to us that you do not have a license. So >> there's a license revoked or suspended. What is it? >> It's revoked. >> It's revoked. Okay. You're driving a revoked license, which is >> I didn't say I didn't I never said that. >> Your license is revoked. You just pulled up. >> Okay. You were driving this vehicle, right? >> No, I'm not. No, I'm not admitting anything. >> Come on, man. Having a revoked license is more serious than having a suspended license. For a revoked license, it's a permanent ban, and the driver needs to get legally reinstated by applying for a new license and meeting other rehabilitation conditions. Bryson had just bought a new car, but had no legal right to drive. Not only was he driving, he was road raging. I don't give a >> I can't believe I can't open >> stand for this. >> No, don't don't don't stop. Stop. >> You got him. You want your arm out, bro? >> Get your arm out of there, bro. You ain't going to win. There's four of us. >> Despite being outnumbered four to one, Bryson decided resisting was the best thing to do. It was as if going to jail over and over again taught him nothing at all. Despite his efforts, the cops were still able to put him in cuffs. Gary, can you get this? No. Perfect. Gary, hold on. Yeah, make them too. See if they can bring one stupid right here. [Music] Put them in your [Music] >> This is my car right here. with the other. [Music] >> The officers then conferred with each other about the charges they would be pressing against Bryson. They didn't think he was drunk, but suspected he may have taken some other narcotic. Nevertheless, he still talked a real tough game while in the back of the cop car. [Music] >> Scratched up. My car is throw my car. Luck. I'm about to smack the out every single one of you. Come on, bro. I know you understand. Let my mom get that [ __ ] spider. That's not >> bleeding everywhere. >> What you got? >> I'm bleeding everywhere. You What do you mean for what? >> Idiot. What do you mean on the side of my head? I'm spitting blood out. What do you mean where? >> You guys are idiots. >> You think I'm going to come turn myself in? You guys are idiots, bro. >> I didn't think Fury was this bad. No, I didn't pay him. I'm sorry. >> Bryson Gregory was charged with improper use of registration, driving on a revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Well, you might not have been totally surprised by the road rage of a repeat offender. You probably wouldn't expect the same type of attitude from a retired grandma. On January 29th, 2023 in Charlotte County, Florida, police were dispatched to investigate an allegation of assault in the parking lot of a commercial shopping center. >> Hi. >> So, what was going on? >> I was in the handicap spot and I went to back down. that was leaving and this car just came fast and I found and she she went over there at the table. So as I came out her boyfriend got out of the car. I said, "Why would you cut me off like that? You saw me pulling out." and she's proceeding to take pictures of me. >> Mhm. >> Which I was, you know, the windows are dark, but I was like over like this and that really was it. So, I don't know. you know, she never responded, but it annoyed me because I mean, she just zoom by and then as I was trying to get out, she was like, "Oh, >> and they're gone." >> What? >> And they're gone. >> No, she's over there. >> Yeah. It just seems like you guys had a verbal thing and no crime or anything. All right. So, you're good to go. Let me go talk with them. >> All right. At first glance, it seemed like the situation wasn't too complicated. Even the officer assumed the little old lady was telling the truth. But when he interviewed the other driver, he heard a completely different story. >> She pulled up next to us as my husband was exiting the vehicle and said a bunch of derogatory stuff to to myself and my husband. And I told her, you know, just go, lady. >> And she pulled right in front of my car and blocked me in, proceeded to get out of her vehicle, come over to my door. I recorded the entire incident >> um and yanked my door open, scratched me all the way down my arm. >> Show me the video. >> I'm still shaking. >> I yanked the door back and walked it as fast as I could. I had two small and everyone came out of the big store to see if I was okay. >> I was just trying to get anyone's attention from inside the store and she just thought it was hilarious >> from the beginning. >> And just like that, the sweet old lady didn't appear sweet anymore. The truth was much different. The suspect was no harmless grandma, but an aggressive bully who harassed an innocent family. And since it was all caught on camera, she no longer had a leg to stand on with cops. >> Hi. You lied to me. >> Me? >> Yeah. I just watched a video of what you actually did. >> What did I do? >> You went up to their car and opened the door and reached in and grabbed her. >> I did not grab >> I just watched a video. Don't call me a liar. >> I did not grab her. I just watched a video of you opening her door and reaching. >> I don't have to show you the video. I can just take you to jail. Step out of the car. >> I never grabbed her off a set ever. >> She's got a scratch in her arm and you you opened her door. >> I never >> You opened her door and then reached in. >> I never ever >> I don't care what you have to say at this point because I just watched a video. The verbal testimony was no longer relevant as the cell phone footage became the indisputable evidence. Granny thought the victim was just taking photos, but she had actually been recording the whole thing. Granny still tried to squirm and lie her way out of trouble, but the officer wasn't putting up with her nonsense. >> You never said any of this occurred a minute ago, right? >> Because it didn't happen. >> I just watched the video. >> Well, it never happened. I never ever touched her. I then why did you break into her car to commit a crime? >> I didn't break into a car. >> Opening a door is is breaking into a car. >> I did not. >> You didn't tell me any of this when I just talked to you, did you? >> Because I didn't do it. >> Okay. The video shows me different. >> Okay. So, now what? >> Stand over there. >> Um, what >> is there a pet in the car? What is that? >> Oh, that's my uh Okay. >> All right. >> Groceries. No, >> stand over there. >> I have groceries. That's it. I don't care. >> So, it's your choice. Do you want her to go to jail? Do you want to pursue charges? >> Yeah, I do. Okay. Because no one should have to do that with their kids in the back seat. My children witnessed this. >> I need Can you email that video to me? >> Yeah. >> The parking lot was massive and mostly empty. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around. The incident was unnecessary and extremely childish. You can't help but wonder if the old woman had been like this her whole life or if she just recently began to lose her marbles. >> You know, someone who you think was older than you would have a little bit more sense. And I said that to her. I said, "I have kids in my car. Please." >> She does want to pursue charges. >> She does? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you have any reasons for your actions of opening her car door and reaching in? I I >> don't say you didn't do it again because that was a lie the first time. Okay. So, I'm going to give you a chance to tell me the truth. It >> I opened the car door, but I never >> It shows you reaching it. >> The video shows you reaching in. >> Pulled the car door. >> Yeah. Which rightfully so, cuz you were reaching in. >> No, I wasn't. I watched a video. >> I never reached in. >> She pul You reached in and she pulled the door shut. >> Never. I would never grab a a car ever. >> Okay. And you would never open a car door either, right? >> Okay. >> Which you lied to me about to start with. >> Okay. All right. >> Right. >> Okay. >> This is my first day. Okay. And when I watch a video, it's that simple. Right. >> I apologize. And it was just a moment of >> No, there's no apologizing. Her kids are in the back of the car and everything else. You You doing >> children in the car? >> Yes. Well, the windows are so black. I didn't see anything. >> Well, maybe you shouldn't have done any of that to start with. >> Absolutely. >> Over over a simple parking lot beef. >> Confronted by strong evidence that proved her bad behavior, the grandmother tried to shift to a more apologetic tone, but it was already too late. Her manipulation tactics were not going to work. She would have to face the consequences. And being an old lady won't make a difference. You do realize how innocuous this whole thing seems and your actions are just way over the top for what occurred. >> Well, when I think someone is just >> You're going to go to rear ending me. >> You're going to go block them in, open their car door, and assault them. >> I got anxiety and >> there's no anxiety. Anxiety would mean you left. You got anger. >> I'm sorry. I It wasn't meant to be that way. I'm absolutely sorry. It wasn't meant to be, but you did it. >> Can I speak with her? >> No. >> What? >> No. >> Why? >> No, I don't have to let you go talk to her. You just assaulted somebody. I'm not going to let you go talk to her and assault her again. >> I didn't assault her. I mean, you make it sound like >> make it sound like I, you know, >> I'm not like that at all. I you know you you're making it sound assault like I >> assault is touch. >> The legal threshold for assault or battery is not very high. For example, even threatening to hit someone can be considered assault in some jurisdictions whether or not there is physical contact. If the threat to physical harm is imminent or likely to occur, it can meet the legal definition. And besides, the old lady definitely laid her hands on the other woman. >> Right. No. No. No. Back up. Tell me. Tell me I'm wrong. >> I can tell you. >> You You're telling me I'm wrong. You're making You're sounding like blocking a car in, opening the car door, and going after the person is is somehow acceptable. >> Where are you from that that's acceptable? >> I can go in. >> Where are you from that that's acceptable? >> Well, it's not acceptable. >> There you go. Answered your own question. >> They say you can't teach old dogs new tricks, but the lecture she got from the nononsense cop might have been exactly what she needed. The old lady now had to pay for her poor anger management skills. By her age, she shouldn't have been surprised that there were consequences for totally unacceptable behavior. [Music] I'll go with you to the jail. And I know you think you didn't commit a crime and that everything is just fine, but uh you did commit. All right. All right. Nothing else on your >> personal missile started because of what? >> So, I'll tell you, I don't have to tell you. >> Uh, a what I told her was a trivial parking lot argument where they cut each other off in the parking lot and she felt she had to go serve justice on her own. Yeah, it's unacceptable. >> So, can I have a car key in her car? >> No, the car is going on the tow truck. >> The old woman was charged with battery. And because she technically opened the car door, the zealous officer also decided to charge her with burglary without a weapon. She spent the night in jail and was bailed out by her daughter. The following morning, sheriffs in Broward County, Florida, had to deal with a road rage incident on February 5th, 2021. It all started after they received multiple 911 calls about a black Dodge Charger driving around with only three wheels. They quickly tracked the car down. >> You guys live in uh >> Port St. Lucy. >> Port St. Lucy. >> It's my birthday. I was here on the celebration. What I got to do so I can get this situated? I'ming >> I don't know. Somebody hit me. My [ __ ] [ __ ] is done. What I got to do? Like it's my birthday. >> The woman's tone with the police was absolutely unacceptable from the get- go. If she wanted help from law enforcement or anyone else, she needed to ask politely. None of this was their fault. Even though it was her birthday, that didn't give her any right to be rude and demanding. >> Hello. Who's helping me? >> He is. >> So, the person just left and run? >> Yeah, that's what we're going to figure out. >> So, now what am I supposed to do >> now? I got to hit him with nothing. Nobody's talking to me. >> Give me a second. All right. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> Listen. Stand up. Your car. >> Okay. Okay. Somebody communicate with me. Can somebody talk to me? >> Calm down. Listen, >> this isn't your car. >> Somebody need to understand to me what's going on. >> Okay. Okay. You want me to talk to you? >> No. Okay. >> Nobody said nothing. You're freaking out. Leaving me out on the sidewalk. Talk to me. Do nothing to you. >> Anybody get a situation? brand new 2020 and everybody just walking around looking like it's just a >> Heybody [Music] and 2020 putting in cops. I'm just let you know right now this putting her in cuffs. So you the controllery, >> it's my birthday. >> I'ming pissed. >> Leave me alone. >> Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> The woman was screaming for help and also asking to be left alone. Her emotions were spiraling out of control while she imagined herself as some helpless victim. It made no sense for her to continue screaming at cops who had nothing to do with her car troubles. For what? >> Cuz you're acting. >> Cuz you're acting out. >> What's your name? What's your name? I have every right to get away. Get away from me. My car. My car. I'm not touching. Get away. My car is upset. You're not talking to me. You're just leaving me out in the open. >> I have every right to be upset. Every right. >> Every right. So, what's next? >> What's your name? >> What's your name? >> It's four letters. >> What's your name? I know it's four letters. 1 2 3 4. Wow. How do >> yourystal me? I have a 2020 car. That's damaged. >> Ma'am, we're trying to sit you. >> You're not trying to do nothing. Nobody's talking to me. >> I'm your right. I have every right. >> Can you sit down? >> That's not your car. >> Sit down or I put you in cuffs. Sit down. >> Don't put me in cuff. >> Okay. Turn off. >> No. >> Turn off. >> Put me in cuffs. Detain me. >> I am going to detain you. >> That's fine. >> Turn off. >> Cuz I didn't do anything wrong. Detain >> anything wrong. >> I know. >> I know my rights. >> I You're not in >> You don't have >> Come on. Come on. >> I have a dress on. >> Okay, that's fine. She kept saying she had every right to be angry. But let's examine that point for a moment. What gives her the right to be angry? Absolutely nothing. Not to mention there was no benefit from being angry. Her rage was working against her and moving her closer to jail. >> You're going to sit in the back of my car till you >> You can just hang me and keep me right there. I got my purse. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Add a dress. >> Sit down. Sit down. Listen. Sit down. Sit down. I have a dress on. >> Sit down. >> I'm going to get you. >> I have a dress on. >> It's as simple as sit down. Sit down. Sit down. >> Like somebody hit me in a hit and run. >> Okay. >> And you're treating me like a criminal. >> Cops were not treating her like a criminal at all. She was the one who demanded to be put in handcuffs and literally requested to be detained. Maybe she was lying about the hit and run and her subconscious was betraying the fact that she had actually done something illegal. Like I'm a college graduate with a criminal justice system. Sit down. >> I know what I'm supposed to be doing. >> Sit down. >> Anybody would be upset >> and you're treating me like I did something wrong. >> Put your legs inside. Put your legs inside. >> If I'm not If I'm not >> nasty. If this behavior is what the lady learned from her time studying criminal justice, then it really is a sad commentary on the state of higher education. Her idea of criminal justice was being a princess who needed to be catered to because it was her birthday and she was wearing a dress. >> This is a simple car accident that this is going to turn into like this. A simple car accident. We do thousands of them a day. >> You're going to jail. Stop. We got warranties on this. You know what I'm saying? Such an easy fix. You have it towed and then you get it fixed. >> We're taking it a four pier and get it fixed. [Music] >> No, I'm not opening that door. Look, I'm going to get I'm going to get kicked in the face. Don't open that car. Don't open it. There >> there is no talking to this right now. >> Stop. Simple car accident. >> Simple car accident. This is >> why she's doing this. >> Call game for shackles. Yeah. >> If the lady's boyfriend couldn't even calm her down, what hope did the cops have? But it was really no big deal. Her car was under warranty and needed to be fixed. That could have been the beginning and end of the story. Instead, the entitled birthday girl acted as if the whole world was coming to an end. >> Like, come on. Let's get Let's just get it towed. >> Exactly. [ __ ] >> You would have been You would have been sleeping by now. >> Like it was like a pick up a car. >> You're uncomfortable. >> If she acts up, >> I promise you this. She's going to jail. >> Hey, man. Whatever. >> Okay. Just so you understand, do me a favor and stand over there for me. >> In the meantime, I got to go through my show. >> Yeah. You going to contact them. Just >> put the air down. >> Do you want to get on? >> Can you put the air down? >> Here's what I'm going to do. >> I cannot breathe in. Open the door. >> I know you don't care. >> You better turn around. smoke black normal when you come out here. >> And I'm look at my >> I want you to look at my >> I want you to look at my >> I want everybody I'm embarrassed. >> What do you mean? >> I want What do you mean? >> You want to go? >> What do you mean? >> Just relax. We're taking the haircut. You need to relax. >> He's looking for it. Okay. >> My bracelet. I don't understand why you had to act like this. Seriously, he's >> Are you serious? >> Yes, I am. I showed up on scene after. >> My name is >> Okay. >> I am a county employee. >> Well, your job could be in jeopardy right now. Your job could be in jeopardy right now. Okay. Based on the behavior that you have. >> Somebody hit me, right? >> Okay. And there's an easy way to deal with it. >> She was a city employee and still acting like a common drunk with no class. Her boyfriend might want to come up with an escape plan if he doesn't want to deal with a lot of drama his entire life. >> Give me my bracelet. >> Give me my bracelet. >> Take her away. Take you to jail. >> I want my bracelet. >> Take her away. I'm telling you, man. Please take her away. Okay. >> I want my bracelet. >> Let's call Dodge. >> Give me your >> I don't have your bracelet. >> Give me your car. >> I don't have your bracelet. Give me the bracelet. Dodge. >> Grab her. No. Grab her. >> I'm trying. >> You can grab it. >> Give me a card. >> I don't want to fight. He has a card. >> I don't want to fight him. >> Give me a card. No. >> Godamn it, girl. >> Grab her and take her, man. >> Grab her sick. >> Grab her and take her. >> I hear you. I hear you, dog. I hear you. >> So do it. >> I am. I am. >> I want every I don't want her fighting me. And then we have >> I don't give a She's fighting you. She fights me. She's going to jail. >> You all right? I feel >> I want everybody to >> just keep going. >> Walk away, man. That's it. I don't know how many chances I got to give you, man. >> I know. >> So, if you know, do it. Come on. >> Goddamn piece of man. >> All of you. >> It's kind of amazing. She hadn't been arrested after such an outburst. Certainly, her behavior met the legal threshold for drunk and disorderly conduct. Perhaps the cops wanted to give her a break because it was her birthday. Or maybe they just didn't want to deal with her rage back at the station. Unfortunately for them, that was inevitable. [Music] >> Hey, grab her and take her. How hard is this instruction? >> Do you have it up to David? >> You do that to me. >> You want to go to jail? >> No. >> For what? >> Now, put your arm behind your back. >> For what? lean up here or what? >> For what? >> For what? >> We're deserving the peace. >> I'm telling you right now, let's go. >> You got it. >> You had enough chances and now this >> you cared about your job. >> It's in jeopardy now, ma'am. I'm tell you now. to the front. >> Somebody >> for what? What am I being arrested for? >> Have a seat. >> What am I being arrested? >> Have a seat. Otherwise, we will set you down. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Have a seat. >> What am I being arrested for? >> She was charged with disorderly intoxication and spent the weekend in jail. There was no proof found of the hit and run that she claimed had happened. The officers also lacked proof as to who was driving the vehicle, so they couldn't charge her with DUI. The last case of road rage brings us to Lancaster, Ohio on January 15th, 2023. Two vehicles got into a minor accident. The male passenger of one vehicle pepper- sprrayed the driver of the other vehicle, then fled the scene. A cop witnessed the whole thing and sprang into action. >> You can see they're not identifying themselves. She rolls her window up, refused to talk to me. He tells me, "Forget you. I ain't identifying myself to you." And that's where we're at now. >> Okay. >> Damage on that vehicle, >> just a mirror, touching mirrors. Um, sheriff's deputy, I'm not sure where he he came from. He must have been behind me or close to me cuz then he comes down here. >> They refuse to identify and then he calls supervisor. >> So, she's refusing to identify herself >> as well as there's a passenger in the back. He's they're recording as well as the gentleman in the passenger side. >> That's on her plate. Right. >> Correct. So, she's refusing to identify herself, >> right? He's refusing to identify himself. >> Okay. As far as him right now, let's not worry about him. Let's worry about >> she's being the driver. She Yeah. >> No plate on the vehicle. >> No plate on the vehicle. Yep. That's what we got. >> The couple identified themselves as so-called sovereign citizens or individuals who believe that they are not subject to certain laws or government authority, whether it be national, state, or local. Their belief system is based on a misinterpretation of legal concepts, the US Constitution, and historical documents. >> Hi there. My name is Sergeant Thirsten. Ma'am, I'm talking to you. You're the driver. Ma'am, I'm asking you to roll the window down to speak with me. You're the driver of this vehicle. Can you open the door so I can talk to you? Open the door. >> Open the door. >> Ma'am, I'm trying to speak with you. >> Okay. One second here. Ma'am, I'm trying to speak with you. You're the driver of the vehicle. I'm trying to talk to you. I'm asking you to make contact with me on the other side of the vehicle so I can talk with you. Okay. He was talking about his constitutional rights, but those rights only exist in a legal framework that was established by the government he says does not exist. His brains are scrambled eggs. >> Do you not understand that? >> Ma'am, I'm asking you for an identification >> and protect now. >> Open the door. I'm going to break the window. I'm going to break your window and assist you out of the vehicle. >> Sergeant Thirsten was trying to prevent the situation from reaching a point where he had to break the window and drag the woman, Judith Jordan, out of the vehicle. But there was no way Judith and Brian were going to cooperate because to do so would run against their core sovereign citizen beliefs, which they follow like a religion. You guys want that right into the window? It'll shatter. >> Perfect. >> All right. What is it? Like a little clicker? >> I think so. >> 45 99 traffic. >> You're under arrest. Open the door. >> Stop. Their car was towed, and inside, investigators discovered a knife, a can of mace, and a case of beer. As today's episode shows, the consequences of losing your cool while on the road can be quite severe. But staying calm shouldn't be too much of a challenge.
