I'm ask you a question, [ __ ] you're drunk. >> Are you drunk? >> No. >> Positive? >> Yes. I'm positive that I am certain. >> Influencers should be good examples in society, but that still doesn't stop well-known online personalities from acting foolishly and irresponsibly. >> She crossed over. >> Hey, relax. Hey, relax. >> Get off of me. >> Relax. Hey, relax. >> Get off of me. >> Stop. Stop. >> Get her out of here. Put it all on video. >> Unfortunately for them, their influence does not exempt them from the law. >> Don't Don't touch me. Don't take my picture. >> Don't touch my face. >> I don't I don't I don't >> Don't touch my Don't touch my face. >> Don't Don't touch my my face. >> And there comes a time when cops finally have enough of entitled influencers. >> 911, they're freaking me. They're trying to freaking start >> That is the last thing that we will ever do. On February 28th, 2025, officers responded to a call made by hospital staff in reference to Jay Bae, a self-proclaimed fat body advocate and influencer. Jaylen, as her real name was, was there after she had suffered a mental breakdown as a result of her ex-boyfriend's infidelity. When the officers arrived, a hospital staff member briefed them on the situation. >> I've seen very unruly people. >> So, I apparently Did she How did she get up here? Did she come from Catholic? >> Mhm. The corner right next to Catholic. She called 911. And um resident fire was like like we can't take her anywhere else. And I was like, "No, that's my in-bringer here." And she was fine for a while, but now she's getting amped up and just being very verbally aggressive towards the staff. >> So, uh uh Ramos has dealt with her before and has a number to her dad. So, basically she needs to cry like crisis is aware. She needs criteria, but no one can deal with her because of her size. >> Sure. >> So, he's going to try he's calling here her dad on the way up here to see if he's apparently he came and picked her up once before. And we'll see if we can go that route, but and she she has the ability to go to to crisis, but they don't have any place that they can handle her. So, that's the problem. >> And then this lady with the gray sweater is also getting verbally aggressive and she's trying to deal with one situation and then she started yelling at me as well. She's quite angry, but also saying that we are harassing Jaylen. >> After listening to the hospital employee, the officers quickly formed a profile of the suspect. A privileged influencer who behaved rudely toward the staff and was getting verbally aggressive. Soon they approached her. >> My name is officer Lay with Kennerwick PD. >> Hi, I'm I'm Jaylen. Um IGR well, my birth name is Jaylen IGR >> Okay. >> born on >> Okay. >> Um unfortunately, I I found many reports well, I've been trying to find many reports. Well, actually what started here when they hired a fake actor that was really cool to come in and stuff, but I could tell you all about it down at the police department if you want. I don't want I thought I was being called here cuz I thought I was having a mental health crisis cuz they made me seem that way. >> Okay. >> Um but they don't know what they're doing and unfortunately these paid actors are now involved. I've tried to let them know that they should have left, but >> Okay, so what's going on today, Jaylen? >> Uh I called the FBI. I needed crisis. I had my SAR stuff that was getting done at um Cadillac which I figured out is where I was kidnapped from the first very or I was born there. >> Jaybae had convinced herself that there was a conspiracy against her, that the entire hospital was putting on some kind of performance targeting her. Of course, the staff clearly doubted her story and didn't believe her. >> Uh so, what's the whole situation right now? >> Just waiting for SARC. >> I've been trying to get a hold of SARC. >> You're trying to get a hold of SARC. >> But yeah, but somehow people kept coming to me that were like were Cadillac and you guys thought I was faking and then I was thinking I'm crazy, so I haven't seen a single thing on TV and I knew something was wrong when they kept playing Fox 11 and then it would start you know, something wrong you know, it's a a baby left me naked though like this. I literally thought I was coming to get help and I thought maybe God really did bring me here. And then when Lords was weird, I was like, okay, this is weird. And then when all not all, but certain PD members were there threatening me and extorting me, that's when I was like, [ __ ] it's weird, dude. I'm I'm not crazy. Um do I feel safe in this Tri-Cities? Absolutely not and I need to get the out, but that's why I wanted you guys to arrest me earlier. >> Oh, so what's your plan to get out of Tri-Cities? >> I don't know. I was going to wait for SARC, but they're they told me they can't. They would need to get me to one of the places they gave me an evidence bag. >> Okay. >> Um they went through my evidence bags thinking they could find my laptop and my phone, which were supposed to be with Jerome. Probably in prison now. >> Okay. >> Um I haven't watched a single bit of social media news since the 20 ner I don't know, since my phone and all that started going wonky. >> Mhm. >> So, I was trying to go to the police station so I could tell people like this, what Cara and all these fake actors are doing and how the hospitals do what they do and I thought they were literally treating me as a patient, but I was I'm tired. I haven't slept in literally 20 days. >> The hospital no longer wanted to keep her. The problem was that she couldn't leave on her own and so far, she hadn't found anyone willing to pick her up. >> So, do you have any family near Jaybae? >> Yeah, my dad, Jerome. >> Where does >> Seven >> I have I couldn't tell what was real and what was fake. >> Would you want dad to come and pick you up? >> I sure would. >> Do you have a phone number for dad? >> The uh he has my phone so you call it should work. >> Oh so what's what's your phone number? Okay. What's your phone number? >> My phone number is 564. Wait, no. I need a mental eval. 653 >> The officer, however, learned from his colleague that the influencer's father did not want to come and pick her up. His colleague also explained what the suspect meant when she said she wanted to contact sexual assault response coordinators or SARC. >> She said something about SARC. I don't know what SARC would be doing to help her but >> So she filed uh an allegation that she was sexually assaulted but it's it's I read the report yesterday and it's unfounded. She's just going on and on. It was referred to CID but there's no evidence of anything. >> Okay, so >> It turned out she was a repeat offender at medical facilities and soon she shared with the officers her strange previous hospital experience. >> I yeah. I need a mental eval though but clearly all the hospitals are now shut down in the Tri-Cities. Is that what I'm getting at? Or they at least have all trespassed me because they've done really bad things to me. >> We've got like two hospitals here. >> Two more two more left? >> No, I mean there's Kadlec or Trios. That's one of them. >> Well, I've been trespassed from all of them but Kadlec I was actually really safe at the eval all of a sudden though. Thought I was going to sue them and then they started acting crazy. I don't know so I think we should probably go to dad's house. We should probably go to dad's house. Let me talk to dad cuz >> Yeah, I already called your dad to see if he can swing by and pick you up. >> Uh I guess let's see if he's legit, you know. >> The staff wanted her out because of her entitled behavior. She was informed that she was no longer allowed to stay in the hospital but instead of packing her things and leaving Jayme tried to move that the officers would not tolerate. >> Is that one like an emergency for a sexual assault? >> Yes. >> Well, that's not what's occurred right now so we don't need to bother them with that. >> Oh, okay. >> You need You need some type of housing. >> Oh, housing. >> Unless you want to just go out and walk down the street, that's fine, too. >> Yeah, I'll I'll I'll do that. I'm just not naked. I don't feel comfortable doing that. >> Well, you have blankets and something covering you. >> But just who is here with me? I need to get arrested at this point cuz I have a lot to tell you about them. This is Jaelyn. J A E L Y N N I G R C H O. They're hanging out. >> All right, let's go. >> No, honey. They're right here. Do you want to talk to them? Do you want to Yeah, here. They don't want to talk. They gave me a ticket though. Criminal warnings Oh, they're disconnecting the phone. Oh. >> All right, you're [snorts] good. Let's go. That's your trespass warning. You're trespassed from the >> not leaving. I'm not leaving. >> No, you're not going anywhere this year. You're >> No, you're leaving the property. I'm not leaving. Hey, witnesses? I need a witness. Everyone on camera. You guys know that. So, if I rip this off, it's it's illegal? >> That's fine. You've been advised. Yes, 99 years if you come back to the property, you'll be arrested for trespassing. >> I want to get arrested, so I'm going to rip it up. >> You can rip it up all you want. That's not going to change the fact that we gave it to you and you know you're trespassing. So, >> The officers forced her to grab all her stuff and leave the hospital. She tried to stall by saying she was going to call her dad, but the cops reassured her that he wasn't going to come, which irritated her more. >> We don't have to worry about >> Hey, I'm not leaving. I'm naked. >> You're covered. You have all kinds of clothing. >> [music] >> Hey, no, this is my evidence. >> You got to go now with you. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> That was This is why I came to Trios. This is cuz I knew you guys would do this. >> That way. You've burnt the bridge, [snorts] unfortunately. >> If you think Trios, please. I'm sorry. This This why I was trying to talk to you politely. Please don't let them do this. You guys know what you're doing and I'm literally naked. >> We're trespassing you from private property that they don't want you here. >> Give me Give me those. >> Yep, we'll give them to you. >> Yep, trespass me. >> We've already done that. >> You threw my naked on it. >> You ripped your paperwork You ripped your paperwork up. That was your formal trespass notice. >> Jaybay hoped the officers would take her to jail, but they stated they would simply help her get out of the hospital and return the wheelchair to the staff. However, under no circumstances did she want to be left to walk away on her own. >> That doesn't matter. You don't have to keep that paperwork. >> Will you arrest me? Will you take me? >> Sure. >> Help! HELP! RAMOS KNOWS WHAT HE DID. KPD hands up, don't shoot. I'm naked and they shoot me. 307 just try to save me. The FBI is watching. So yeah, do what you're going to do. Destroy the evidence. Destroy the evidence. Ramos! Ramos! Ramos! Ramos! KPD! KPD! Almost police watching me. Where are you guys taking me? >> Taking you off their property. >> Oh, oh, oh. All so I can >> Perfect, now you can walk. Go that way. Go that way. >> Arrest me. >> Go that way. No. >> Arrest me. >> No. Walk that way. >> to go to the hospital. >> No. Walk that way. >> 911. >> Walk. >> I'll kill you guys. >> Walk. No. >> Yeah, cuz I want to. Cuz I want to. >> You need to get off our property. >> Oh, you're taking me to jail. Hell yeah. >> Oddly, she seemed entirely aware of the consequences and wanted to be arrested and taken to jail. It's almost as if she was sure that her arrest would backfire on the officers. >> 911, they're hurting me. They're trying to hurt me, stop. >> That is the last thing that we will ever do. Do you have a name or something? >> Ready to go. >> Will she fit, I think? >> Oh, she'll fit just fine. >> Yeah, but I'm a good cop. 911, 911, help me, 911. Are you trying to kill me now, or kill me? >> Nope, I'm covering you up cuz I >> Cuz you had your cuz your dash cam didn't just get all that. Cuz your body cam didn't just get all that. Cuz this wasn't the goal the whole time. >> Jbay sat in the street, repeatedly throwing false accusations at the officers, [music] but they didn't care. They had a more serious problem, and that's loading her into the patrol car. >> So, we're going to do a twist once on her back, and then she'll be face down on this. >> I need to go to Tri-City Hall. You know what, I need >> So, get her on her back, and then we'll kind of make sure we have it set where we need to. >> Okay. All right, perfect. One more time. >> I can't. >> Bring that >> In God I say, in God we trust, and they and not move me at all. And they cannot move me at all, because I am 550 lb, and I am a disabled woman. I am a disabled woman. And they're trying to hurt me. Tri-City Hall has it all on camera. So does the FBI. >> Yeah, we need to get her more towards the >> All right, now the inevitable crisis. Aren't I having a mental health crisis? >> Perfect, all right. Um, if to if you want to focus on just that we'll do you too. >> Woah, WOAH, WOAH. I CAN'T BREATHE. I can't Hey, I can't breathe. Hey, I can't breathe. I'm not What the [ __ ] are we wearing? Jay, let's change. Jay, when I start changing anything 8675653 [music] 3 3 3 Oh, thank god. >> Jaydae was eventually transported to jail. She was charged with two counts of criminal trespass, [music] misuse of 911, interfering with the healthcare facility, resisting arrest, obstructing law enforcement officers, [music] and assault. She was later deemed mentally incompetent. On November 21st, 2024, in Florida, the Cape Coral Police Department received reports that TikTok star Marlena Lind Velessa was suspected of multiple retail thefts. Soon, the cops arrived at her address. After they had knocked on her door for several minutes, the influencer finally came out. >> Hey. Are you Are you the only one home? Are you Are you Are you the only one home? >> My kids are home. >> Okay. Is anybody else home? >> No, it's just my kids. >> Okay. Do you mind if we talk to us real quick? So, uh I want to talk to you about a certain incident, okay? But before I do that, I'm going to ask you to turn around, okay? Put your hands behind your back, okay? >> Okay, um what are you going to do with my kids? >> I I will figure out arrangements for your kids. >> I Can I just call my >> Yeah, you can. You can. >> Okay. >> So, we'll give you that opportunity, all right? >> Can I change? >> No, no, not right now. Why is this locked? Let me see if it's locked. >> It's hot. Like I'm literally freezing. Like I'm not allowed to change. >> Like my kids are really babies. >> I understand that. I saw them on the security video footage. >> What security video footage? >> Okay, I'm going to I'm going to bring you to my car. >> Marlene and children were ages 3 and 1. For their safety, [music] one of the officers stayed in the house until a family member arrived to take care of them. After that, she was brought to the patrol car. After they read her her rights, the cops gave her the opportunity to talk. >> Do you know why we're here? >> No. I just asked you that earlier. >> Okay. I know you had said something you thought it was something to do with Walmart. On the phone. Okay. Why do you think that? >> Uh-uh. I don't know. You said something about security camera footage. >> Okay. >> And I remember I was only out on my yesterday, so >> Got you. All right. Well, um do you shop at Target often? >> Um Walmart. >> Walmart? Not Target? >> I do shop at Target. >> Okay. Um do you remember an incident in October? Okay. Um >> I don't remember the exact date though. >> Okay, that's fine. Um so I'm going to be real with you, okay? So, there's security video footage of you um stealing from Target. Okay. Um you go to >> Walmart? >> Yeah. Tell tell me if it, you know, if I have it wrong or or what. Or correct me if I have a if you have a different point of view. Um you go to a self-checkout. Um you have a separate little barcode scanner. You scan multiple times, brings up for a dollar, and then you take the merchandise past the scanner and put everything in a bag. You do that multiple times to multiple items. >> The officer had also seen how Marlena had put all the stolen merchandise in a cart where her kids were already sitting. Unfortunately for her, all of that was recorded on video. But there was something even more concerning for her. That wasn't her only shoplifting experience. >> I would just be careful because there are other cases open, okay? You didn't just steal from this Target on this particular day. You also did it multiple other times, okay? So, there may be other charges pending, okay? But right now, me and my I'm investigating a certain case. I have found probable cause to make an arrest for my case. There are other cases right now that are being investigated. I'm just giving you that heads-up. So, right now you have a misdemeanor charge with me, but you may have a felony down the road coming. Just letting you know. I I I I don't >> So, there's other ones open? Like, what does that mean? Is it >> There may be. I I don't know. I'm not saying that you're >> how there may be. I only go to one Target. >> Well, that's that's not true, you you know, because we have you on security video footage at others, okay? >> What others? >> I'm not I don't know specifics about other cases. All I know is this case is my case and I like I said, I found probable cause to make an arrest, okay? >> Marlena was clearly in trouble. She called her grandmother to take care of her kids, who eventually arrived. But before she could tend to the children, she passed by her granddaughter first, handcuffed in the back seat of the police car. >> You know, she stole something at Target, like something something had to be scanned. >> Target or or or Walmart, which one? >> She said Target. >> Well, you better figure it out. >> Um I have to keep I have to call people so I had to cancel my doctor's appointment. Okay? I'll text you and tell him. >> Yes, but don't tell anyone else. >> I won't. I won't. I won't. Yeah. >> [music] >> Anastasia's not going to pre-K today, right? Oh, no. I'm not going to do that because then I have to get back to school. [music] I say I have to. Okay, she wants to cancel. All right. Love you. >> Love you, too. Remember what I said. >> Bye. Don't worry. Don't worry. I got it. >> Marlena was taken to the county jail where she was booked. But 9 days after that incident, the officers had to go to her house again. This time, it wasn't her who opened the door. It was her boyfriend. >> Hey, looking for Marlena. Just got to follow up with her. >> Okay, yeah. She's getting ready. >> Appreciate that, man. Dude, she's here. You might You might cause a problem. As soon as she steps out, I'm clocking. Yeah, if you want to come up front. >> After a minute, the boyfriend told the officers that Marlena was getting dressed. >> [music] >> Her dressing took a while, so the officers had to wait for her. Finally, after several minutes, [music] she showed up at the door. >> Hi. >> Remember me? Just got to follow up with you. That's all. Can I talk to you? >> [music] >> Sure. In here? >> It doesn't matter. Wherever you need. >> [music] >> What's up? >> [music] >> You want to in there? >> It's going to be quick, so I don't want to come out here. >> [music] >> Yeah, Or can go in there, whatever you want. >> [music] >> So, you know how I said that there was going to be some follow-up investigations the first time I saw you? This is one of them, all right? So, I'm going to need you to put your hands behind your back. >> Wait, what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Wait, jeez. >> Don't fight it. Don't fight it. >> I have to put shoes on. >> talk to you in a second, all right? Just give us a second. Just give us a second. >> Bro, this is why I told you. Call Call um Sydney. Call Call my dad. Call my grandma. Tell them to call my lawyer now. >> Marlena's boyfriend felt bad that she was being detained again [music] right at their front door. While the officers were placing handcuffs on her, he tried to defend her. Despite that, she still managed to put some blame on him. >> I said that you guys were just coming for a follow-up. >> Yep, this is the follow-up. This is a follow-up right now that we're doing. I told her this the first time I saw her. >> Well, I don't understand why you guys are putting on handcuffs. >> I'll I'll explain it. >> Can you just call someone? >> Here. >> You need shoes? Do you have shoes? Do you have shoes at the front? >> I'm going to get her a pair of shoes. >> [music] >> Yeah. >> I told you I told you not to open the door. I told you not to open the >> The officers explained to him that the arrest had nothing to do with the previous one. They had a new reason to arrest her, and it was another shoplifting incident captured [music] on camera. Soon, a female officer arrived to pat Marlena down. >> We're going to have a female search you. And we'll go back inside. >> Okay. Okay. I'm going to turn this stuff off. Please don't. I'm going to turn it off. >> And change. >> Excuse me. No conditions in there, right? Kleinfelds. >> State Kleinfelds. >> Yeah. >> State can make it a felony. >> Marlena was transported to jail. For this second shoplifting attempt, she was charged only with a misdemeanor because the price of stolen merchandise was lower than $750. On January 14th, 2025, police in Orlando responded to a call from the airport. There was an evolving altercation between a passenger and a staff worker. Soon, the officers arrived on the scene right in the middle of a fight and stepped in immediately. >> Right over here. >> She crossed over. Hey, relax. Hey, relax. >> Get off of me. >> Relax. Hey, relax. >> Get off of me. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I have it all on video. >> Right over here. >> Everyone is talking to you. >> Oh, no. She was over here. >> You're taking pictures. You can handcuff me if you want to. >> Can I have a 45 to the A side? >> I have it all on video. >> All right. Give me one second. >> And she just put her hand on me, too. >> Will you just lay down? >> But they put their hand on me. >> Yeah, just lay down right there. >> Wait, why did why did you want to breach on this side and come take the last girl? I have it all on video. I have it all on video. >> Drop your jacket. Drop your jacket. >> I have a 20-minute video and a lawyer. >> You're not supposed to breach her. >> And she put her hand on me. I have a 20-minute video and a lawyer. >> [snorts] >> Whatever video you have. >> I have a 20-minute video. It's okay. >> You breached. Breacher, you came over. You attacked her. >> Oh. Don't you uncall. Now you uncall. Try it again. Now you uncall. Now you uncall. Now you slapped her head. Now you slapped her. No, you uncall. Now you uncall. Now you uncall. >> That is it. >> complained that the airport worker had put her hands on her. She argued with some of the airport employees threatening them. Soon, she explained what she had done to make them angry. At the same time, she became concerned about the officer's condition. >> All I did was go back there and press the space bar on the computer. That's not illegal. They might be able to trespass me, but that's all. >> Do you have any injuries? >> She hit me first. I have a lawyer on the phone. >> I understand. I'm trying to ask if you need paramedics here. >> Oh, I know. >> No? Okay. >> Do you have a lot of anxiety? >> Okay. >> Do you? >> Do I have anxiety? >> Yeah, cuz you're shaking and you're breathing four times. You breathe out four times. >> Oh, no. I'm I'm completely fine. >> You're still shaking. >> The officers ignored the suspect's attempts to convince them not to take her to jail. As soon as she realized her situation was bad, she switched to her special baby voice. Maybe she meant to be seductive, but it only came off as annoying. All right. Which one is too tight? >> This one. >> That one's too tight? >> Yeah, it's cutting me. See, look at my hand. >> So, leave it like that. Don't move it up and down. >> But then it's stuck on my muscle. But this one could go up and down like this. Look. This one goes up and down like this. >> as I can get two fingers in, our policy is that's fine. >> But this one is like super tight. >> I understand. So, just don't move it up and down, okay? It's I double locked it, so it won't get any tighter on you, okay? >> But it's just supposed to hurt, no? >> I said not to be a part of the party. Yes, so there's an employee who was >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, when I came up, a bunch of employees were in a gaggle. She was She was on the ground like laying around with one of the employees, and the other employee was trying to get to her, and yeah. I don't know exactly what happened. >> And then she smacked me after you after you got me. >> She smacked you? >> While I was in your hands. You know that. What the heck? Well, I don't know if you actually know what's going on and what I was going on, but she smacked me while you were holding me. >> The officer sensed there was a reason for the suspect's [music] frivolous behavior. She was privileged by nature, but maybe some amount of alcohol contributed to that as well. So, the cop asked her directly. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> I've had a shot. >> Only one shot? >> Yeah, it doesn't really take a lot for me, though. >> Okay. >> I drink here, too. Everything's on camera from the entire time I came here to the time and time I'm going now. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Look at that. I'm here. Well, why do I have to be handcuffed if I'm not a threat to society? >> You're just being detained. >> I'm not going to attack anyone else, just the lady that hit me. She hit me. >> I think that's the one in the back. She said no to paramedics. You good for a second? >> Yes. >> This is hurting me. This is hurting me. >> Yes, ma'am. So, they're not built for comfort. >> The officer didn't pay attention to the suspect's attempts to charm them. Soon, she got tired and sat back down on the ground. Then, she started an interesting monologue using her trademark baby voice. >> For the president, this is so I wanted to go home. And the lady hit me, so I had to She thinks I'm pretty and I'm smart, so I'm not going to [ __ ] touch you. I'll [ __ ] you up. Don't touch me. You bought these flights. The what? >> The 23-year-old detainee again directed the officer's attention to the video she had from the altercation. According to her, it would change their understanding of who attacked who. Soon, the officers watched it. >> The entire video. I missed my flight. >> Okay, and as I've been going to tell you >> I'm going to tell you again, I did not miss my flight. I was here on time. I bought business class, which is 147 on top of the Frontier class, which means I have two bags. I sit in the front, and I get to board early, right? They told me that they could not bring that up on me. And once it got brought up, they said, "Oh, well, you're late now." Okay, well, I was not late cuz you still did not bring up my stuff. So, now I need to get another flight. You cannot make charge me for another flight and try to make me have a flight tomorrow and not give me a voucher. That is completely illegal. >> I did I I paid for another smart flight. You understand that, right? >> And I can continue >> Continue to say what? >> Continue to say what I have to say, what I have in front of me. >> Okay, but what about the voucher? >> All right, number one, there is no voucher when you miss your flight. Number two >> Okay, I did not miss my flight. I was here on time. Do you know what miss Do you know the definition of miss? >> Do you know the definition of miss? >> That's what I told her. That's what That's when she was like, "Yeah, I'm I'm going to pull my power, and I'm not going to give you this flight." >> The video was long, and it showed the suspect speaking to a couple of employees. While the officers watched it, she insisted she had not attacked first, but that the female staff had. Soon, the officers spoke to a witness who gave them a different version. >> So, I didn't see the girl when I first walked up, but I standing like at the very front of the line, and then I heard, I don't know if it was her or the other ticket agent telling her, "Ma'am, you can't be there. You have to move." And then like that woman there was was walking up to her and the girl just like kind of came over the counter at her and the swinging started and honestly I can't say who swung first. I'm sure there's video, so I don't want to give any misleading information, but then like she got her by the hair and they went down. >> Who got who by the hair? >> I the the young girl got the employee by the hair and she like had her and took her down by like the hair. And I jumped in because I was like holy crap they're on a conveyor belt and I've actually I'm a flight nurse. So I've actually seen people lose their hands on these things. He didn't know I was coming and I pushed him on camera and told him you know, I'm going to beat your what's up, you want? Bro, you hear and you can't believe it, right? >> The arrest of West Watson sparked a wide public debate. We're canceling your ticket. You're not flying with JetBlue. >> You're not what? >> The airport employee explained that the suspect had acted entitled toward him. He had also cursed at the staff and made rude gestures towards them. That's why he wasn't going to catch his flight. But this really angered the suspect. >> So that kid I can't go home? >> Yeah, because he he calls the shots. So you're >> the shots? Excuse me? >> Hey, listen, man, you're you're disrupting the flow of traffic. >> He's JetBlue? >> Yeah, he is. >> He's JetBlue? >> Yeah, man. Listen, I mean, you're free to go. I mean, if you want to cause a scene, we can trust that. Yeah. Yes. You're free to go, man. >> Okay, I want to go home. So >> Go walk Go walk in this way. >> I'm I'm I'm on the airport right now. So if it's not because of him, how do I go home? >> I don't know. You're going to have to >> That's on him or on somebody else? >> You're going to have to book another flight, yeah. >> Okay, so then can I have a flight after that? >> No, he's not going to book you. >> I don't want him. Call somebody else. Book me a flight. >> They're not going to book you. JetBlue. You're free You're free You're free to book You're free to book something with a with a different flight. >> Okay, so then I expect y'all to take me somewhere else where I can >> We can tell you where to go. >> Oh, you can tell me where to go? >> you. >> The suspect demanded that the officers take him to the other terminal because JetBlue wouldn't let him fly with them, which frustrated the man even more. It turned out he was an influencer and he, right there and then, shared the story with his online followers. >> I can't go home with JetBlue. >> Listen, man. It's in your best interest to get on the escalator and go up. >> 100% 100% >> So, go up. >> Yeah, I am. >> Why Why are you still talking to us? Congratulations, bro. Get your lawyer. Have fun. >> The furious influencer stopped at the exit. He was still complaining about JetBlue refusing to let him board and took it out on the officers. At one point, the cops lost patience and made it clear that his minutes at the airport were numbered. >> You're being trespassed. If you come If you come back to the airport, you're going to be you're going to be arrested. Just letting you know. >> For what? >> You're being trespassed. So, if you don't leave, you're being you're going to be arrested. >> I'm about to leave then. >> All right, then leave. >> I'm leaving. >> All right. >> Yeah, I'm on the phone. Me, you >> All right. >> Mom >> All right, get out. >> Go ahead. I'll treat you all in. Yeah, grandmas and grandmas grandmas And then as soon as y'all pull y'all go to jail. >> This kid's here? >> Yeah, every time, sir. >> Yeah, so keep it up. >> Yeah, I'mma keep it up. >> Unfortunately, the suspect wasn't going to leave that easily. Instead of exiting the airport, he stopped by the gate. [music] Then he started filming the officers with his phone. And on top of that, he dared to insult them. >> I'm going to pull my face, bro. You're a ball head. >> Yo, are you going to leave? >> Yeah. >> Let's go. >> I'm at the gate. >> Let's go. >> So, what? >> Let's go. Leave. >> So, correctly, what did I do wrong getting on to the flight? >> You were trespassing. >> I was intoxicated. >> JetBlue JetBlue >> Oh, let me hear how you determine that. >> So, JetBlue made the decision that they >> JetBlue >> JetBlue >> Or one of the persons that's boarding people to flight. >> for JetBlue. >> One representative >> Where is your ride? >> It has nothing to do with you. >> It does because you have to leave. [music] And if you don't leave, we're leav- you're going to >> a I'm having a question with you and your officer. >> That's it. We're done answering questions. You're trespassing. You can't be here. >> Answer. >> You got to leave. >> Answer. >> Are you Are you refusing to leave? >> No. >> All right, then leave. >> You want to come outside and answer my question? >> You can leave. >> Are you going to come outside and answer my question? >> No, I don't have to answer your question. You can leave. >> Okay, so you don't want me to leave because of what? I said I was intoxicated. You said I was too intoxicated because one of the other whatever whatever representative of JetBlue said I was intoxicated. Believe me. >> The influencer continued teasing the cops, but they were uncompromising, which agitated him more and more. The officer warned him one more time that he had to exit the [music] building. The suspect went out, but moments later, he went back in unnoticed by the cop. And that was the straw that broke the camel's back. >> There he is. >> There he is. >> Hold back. We'll meet you out front. >> All right. >> Hold on. >> Come on, man. >> For what? >> You were trespassing. Let's go. Put your hands behind your back. >> No, Daniel, I'm getting arrested. >> All you have to do is stay outside, bro. >> I asked the officer, can I go inside and talk to my people? >> With the officer. >> I asked that officer. >> He He wasn't involved. He didn't know you. >> He literally said I can go back inside. >> He didn't know you were trespassing. >> We're watching. >> Yeah, I got you. >> But I did nothing wrong, and you guys are arresting me. >> What do you want to do? >> The suspect had tried to outsmart the police by entering from another entrance. Unfortunately for him, his plan failed, and he ended up in a patrol car. Soon, a friend of his came to pick him up, but the police disappointed him. >> He just called me and said you couldn't get on the flight. >> He was too intoxicated. Uh JetBlue denied him. Yeah, so we told him, "Look, you have to either book another flight or you have to leave." We escorted him back out here. And then he wasn't being very nice. He was carrying on, cursing, doing all kinds of things. So, eventually, the management for the airport said, "You know what? We're just going to do a trespass." So, you kicked him back. So, he came back out. And then, after uh being understanding that he can't return inside, he did anyway. And that's when he was under arrest. So. We We gave him We gave him like 10 chances. >> He went back in to try to get another flight or >> Yeah, well, after your trespass, you can't come back in. >> into the airport. >> Yeah, his only option was to get picked up or leave property. And we told him, we said, "If you come back in >> If you cross the doors >> which he did. >> And at that point, that's the that's from the airport itself. That's something to do with us. We just enforce it. So. We gave him like 10 chances. Like, we even told him, "Look, dude, we We're not trying to rush you. Just get a Either get a ride or fly with somebody else." >> And that's what he called me. He was like, "Hey, I need a ride." And I was like, "Yeah, for sure." >> So, but unfortunately, he's he's so intoxicated that you have to keep telling him >> I I can't just take him home. >> No. No. >> In the patrol car, the detained man caused a scene. He still didn't accept the arrest and insisted he hadn't done anything wrong. His friend, who had understood the officer's reasoning, had to knock some sense into him. >> I came outside to go home and you guys caught me. Danny, please. Please, can you talk to him? >> I'mma let you talk to him. >> Okay, that's fine. My hands are back here. Bro, I I was literally just I was trying to go home. This is my my big brother. >> This is the airport. They didn't trespass. He came back. We have to >> I was just trying to go home to Newark. Then you guys said I couldn't go home. >> Listen, you're already in the car, okay? You want >> been arrested, okay? There's no going home. So, I'm tired of hearing it. All right? >> You know what? I called the >> you home. >> Cuz I called the scene. >> We're taking you to jail, okay? >> Cuz I called the scene? >> Yes. >> This suspect was brought to jail. He was charged with disorderly intoxication and trespassing in the structure or conveyance. >> [music] >> On August 12th, 2024, the police in Palm Beach, Florida, responded to a call from a female Amazon driver who claimed that her vehicle was being blocked by a resident's car while delivering a package. Upon arrival, police immediately talked to her. >> Did she touch you? >> Yeah, she did. She pushed me and then she tried to snap like slam my phone out of my hand, grab my hand. >> The blind lady. The blind lady. >> He's the one that's blocking me. No, they said this is private property. >> Like I'm just trying to deliver. >> The blind lady, it's in my house, okay? She hit She pushed She hit the lady. >> There's no >> I just parked and went It's like a literally 2-minute delivery. By the time I came out When I was walking in, he was yelling and screaming at me, but I kept delivering. And then when I came out, he was parked like this and >> One of the two residents who had confronted the driver also came to talk [music] to the police. His problem was that the driver had taken his spot, which enraged him and led him to confront her. >> I don't understand, right? This is my parking spot. >> An Amazon delivery driver did this, right? >> I don't care. At least you can say "Hey, please I'll be right back in 1 minute." Something. She just look at me >> Okay, so what happened after >> and walk away. She has to show show some respect. I live here for 10 years. >> Okay, and just like >> Sir, I deliver pizzas. You know what I do? Please, I'll be right back in 1 second. You know I try to do You I know how this works. I know. >> So, don't talk to the other lady. >> But, she she doesn't have any respect. That's why I decided to remove my car. >> Actually, the Amazon driver's real altercation was with the wife of the male homeowner. She had confronted her even more aggressively. Now, the driver was persistent and wanted to press charges against the wife. >> Yes, I want to press charges cuz she She I was just standing here. I thought, "Okay, I'm I was trying to describe the car to the 911 operator." She came up and she's like, "Get in your car. Get in your car. Get in your car." And I'm like, "Can you That That's when I got my phone and I'm like, "Okay, let me record you." And then when I put the phone up, she's like, >> No, no, no. >> Yeah, I have it on the camera. >> I know. You were You were too close. >> I have it on the camera. >> You were rude. >> She came up to me. I didn't >> The driver and the man didn't stop arguing. The man's wife was already in custody, cuffed by the officers inside the house. He tried to defend her, saying she hadn't touched the driver. But, the officer didn't buy this. >> Let me ask you Let me ask you Let me ask you a question, right? Cuz the entire time you want to talk over me, so I'm going to talk over you, right? If you're holding your phone, I come and I hit your phone, are you going to be upset? It's It's a yes or no question. Are you going to be upset? Can Can I hit you? >> No, but she Okay. >> If you're holding If you're holding your phone again, I don't need to talk to Move your car. Move your car. Okay. >> close to her. >> I've tried to explain to you that you Right? Move your car because you can't prevent somebody from leaving. That's called false imprisonment. That's another charge. >> I Sir, >> All right? Move your car and then we can talk. >> Okay. >> The man was trying to convince the police that his wife was not guilty. Luckily for the officers, the victim had recorded video of the incident, >> [music] >> which the police reviewed to determine who the aggressor really was. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. >> Stop. Don't touch me. >> Don't stay in my big toe. >> Don't stop biting me. >> I just want to make sure that Well, that's what I was saying. No. So, you you parked >> I parked. >> I parked. >> I went around there. When he was standing right there when I parked, he saw me backing into the spot. He said He got out and said, "Hey, can you not park there? I'm going to park there." I would have parked over there, but I parked right here cuz you're supposed to back in. >> Right. >> It's easier for me to do it this way and then go out. And I went It was like 30 seconds. I went around there, came back. When I was walking there, he was like, "I don't give a [ __ ] This is your Amazon. You need to This is my parking spot. Da da da." So, I kept going cuz I'm not going to engage. That's just going to >> Right. >> make it worse. I went there, I come back out, and he was parked there. He said, "I'm not going I don't give a If you're going to stay here, you're going to be stuck here." >> [music] >> And then I said, "Okay, well, I'm just going to call 911." And I called 911. >> So far, the police had spoken to two of the people involved in the incident. The third, allegedly the most aggressive during the altercation, was the wife, Agnieszka, who was already in the patrol car. >> All right, ma'am. Can you walk me through what happened? Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> So, I I went to the parking lot. My husband called me on the >> Okay. >> Okay. And I had just uh see that this girl just leave the car the car. >> Okay. >> I parked. >> Right. >> So, then she was very rude. >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. I was very rude. She was very uh She just was >> Right. >> And then I I And then Yes, I know she go out. Okay. But she was taking picture. Like police stuff. Like her stuff. Like her and me. Uh her and police. So, I just [music] go out and say to her, >> Right. Right. All right. Right. Now, I understand. >> Agnieszka claimed she hadn't touched the driver, [music] but the officer was quick to make it clear that the video showed the opposite. >> Right. Right. Right. All right. So, so the the problem the problem is the video she has shows that you hit her, right? I understand that it's a parking space, right? And but Oh, but I understand it's a parking space, but the thing is it's not worth hitting somebody else. It's just simply just a call us, like now and now we're here, we could have mediated. And Amazon, everyone knows Amazon, stay for a few minutes, they do whatever they got to do. They'd be Right? So, that's kind of the that's that's kind of the discrepancy we're at because the the issue is the video she has is more justifying than what you guys have. Right? And he had her blocked in and that's another issue. You can't force somebody to stay somewhere, prevent somebody from leaving. Right? That's That's That in itself is is another issue. >> [music] >> Right, but you hit you came out and engaged her. She didn't come into your house. >> Agnieszka's husband repeatedly tried to defend her and begged for leniency from the officers. They remained firm in their decision. Agnieszka herself, however, was not so composed. On the way to jail, the arrogance that had earned her handcuffs turned into blubbering tears. >> I want [snorts] to ask you, you mean tomorrow? I I receive that and and then is >> Yeah, so tomorrow tomorrow you see the judge. Basically, the way it works is the judge basically reviews everything. Um and they determine like if you're a super dangerous person and you shouldn't be let go or you're not that dangerous person and it's okay to let you go and it's not. >> Agnieszka was eventually taken into custody and charged with battery.
