an auto parts box inside the officers would find a loaded syringe and a bottle of methamphetamine according to messages between Jeffrey and the undercover officer the suspect asked if he should bring entitlement as if they own their victims and they always convinced themselves that it's a consensual relationship in his perverted mind as he disgustingly puts it this 12-year-old child is his woman health issues maybe even a little bit of both at this point the officer has many questions on his mind and there's no way this guy is walking off scott free so what what is your long-term goal here so apparently according to dispatch we've been dealing with you in this capacity for a couple weeks now I would leave forever if that's what's in her heart that says that I do not want this guy I would leave forever and 5 years has been one girl has been a long time five would you agree with me that at 12 years old she's not I do not agree okay so well I'm I'm telling you that you're not to have any type of relationship as little children right she's going to be old one day and die so cuz I will live forever and I will kill myself that I will kill myself okay so are you making threats to harm yourself no I'm not are you sure cuz you just said I'll kill myself without her I will die one day well and well we're all going to die one day right and I hope my day is soon the officers tried to keep Timothy as almost as possible but I'm wondering why he's not in handcuffs yet it's obvious the suspect is extremely unstable another officer's just pulled up to the scene when dealing with someone like this things could escalate very quickly and backup is always warranted I tried to build this church one one church is all that's left is because God has never died he's always living he's a living God and he has never died he escaped that death when he came back and he was like crying he said what you guys doing all sleeping let's go that's God for you and he drives the biggest ship for Cofe or something man most Predators will try and downplay their Crimes by stating they had no bad intentions they forgot however that in these situations there's no way to make themselves look better it's not always easy to spot a predator which is why it's so important to continually monitor who your children are interacting with thankfully this girl's parents knew right away U but he said he came from Portland so I'm like where are you staying he goes well I was downtown Cleveland but Portland's way nicer I mean so so he's homel I mean these parents like I guess he found out Mom's cell phone I guess he called Mom cell phone a couple weeks ago and like now he knows where they live so like they're they're petrified so there's no way the mom is on the internet in some capacity this guy's after the mom no it's definitely the kids it's definitely the kids I'm fearful this for this little girl safety apparently the FBI got involved like 5 years ago and like apparently this agent and I mean I don't have all the details about it we just talked briefly um but apparently you know all the uh they were involved said it's a mental situation you know but yeah but the FBI guys like he basically told the family he goes he lives in Oregon I wouldn't worry too much about it here he is on their front porch now remember when the dad said earlier that the FBI was involved turns out that 5 years ago Timothy stumbled across the girl's YouTube page and that's when the parents found out about his incest and harassment Timothy tells the police that the girl's address wasn't hard to find and here he is now in front of their house this whole thing is like something straight out of a horror movie listen I told you I would do you one favor um I I I did speak with the 12-year-old and I know while you said that you don't care if they're 6 years old 12 years old it's what you feel in your heart uh she wants nothing to do with you do you believe it came from her I talked to her I talked to her specifically do you believe it came from her she wasn't under distress at all well no she's not under duress how do you know cuz I was in the house how do you know she's not under dress right now okay how do you know she's not under dress huh put your hands on your back Put Your Hands by we're not we're not going to have you act enough like this that's Ric step this way it doesn't matter yours is probably easier to get into I've done nothing I I hit nothing again it's surprising that he wasn't placed in hand handcuff sooner but finally he was taken to Medina County jail he was charged with two counts of menacing Vice talking and one count of importuning Timothy was sentenced to 4 and 1/2 years in prison and 5 years of post-release control in addition he'll be forced to register as a tier one offender predators are everywhere and those were some of the most disturbing cases I've ever seen this serves as a good reminder that we need to take every precaution to protect our children make sure you watch your surroundings and Report any suspicious Behavior to the police because you never know the danger lurking around the corner in the meantime be sure to hit that
