try to make a traffic stop on somebody in a marked car what the he was going to kill everybody on the road what's going on with you dude he was going 11 on the road went in front of three other people I'm off duty right now I'm going home all I got all my gear in the back you show my credentials and everything uh he flipped on those red and blue lights is he in front of you at this time in front of me okay almost took out somebody on a in a car okay SW sideswiping them mhm so so here's the deal man forward so here's the deal right now you one charge what's charge the person a police officer you no I don't want that no thanks some people just have a bizarre fixation to play cops but when fake cops meet real good cops they quickly learn that in some states their crazy Antics are considered serious felonies and you'd be shocked to hear the sentences some of these imposters got you don't have any weapons in the car or nothing like that right I have a weapon on my right but that's my concealed okay want me if you want I can step out and get his army if you want uh okay yeah that'd be perfect just don't wait for your gun okay on June 15th 2024 the cops pulled over a really peculiar suspect over a supposed road rage incident the moment they approached the man they quickly Got a Feeling something was very wrong the suspect's story didn't make much sense and his body language was way off here's how one of the officers described it uh I don't know if you noticed but this dude's got all the Blue Line stuff on like he wants to be a cop he's got radio in the car does he not I thought maybe he would no he's not a cop he's from California and he's got a pistol on him M I kind of want to check the car to see what kind of stuff he has as far as we know the history of what's going on this so supposedly he has no business getting involved in this car initially he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about okay and then he said that it was you know I asked if there was like a road rage incident and he kind of played stupid initially and then he's like oh you're talking about this car well I follow all the way from 725 North Southbound on 75 from Austin they were kind of going back and forth and he supposedly hit his lights on his SUV you know like dude I mean look at him he's got sure it's like odd yeah no definitely the officer explained that supposedly the man was following another vehicle flashing his lights and trying to pull them over they eventually ended up in this parking lot while the suspect said he was going to Walmart he never entered the store and didn't even live in the area the store just doesn't make any sense whatsoever so obviously it's not a crime to have a pistol but I'm curious to see like what the lights look like on the car and he said he's got a dash camera the car is not used at all for work or anything like that it's just a personal vehic okay so it's very very shitty all right and just the one just the one weapon in the car yeah okay uh do you have a problem with me checking the car real quick just make sure all right appreciate it yeah so do you have these lights put on these were I I'm going security officer from California when I lived out there with one of our utility vehicles So and I've just had it ever since and took them off okay they're only they're they're read and Amber so they're not okay not red BL all right the suspect claimed he was a security officer from California then the officer inspected his car unloaded the pistol and noticed the radio with a siren installed 41 I'll be in the lot of do your siren work uh yeah your question just push the manual button yeah it'll just it'll CHP I never hit that you know how odd this is Dennis you want to 45 I mean I've had this truck I've lived in Ohio for six years now never had an issue with it I see you guys all the time right I'm not stupid enough to try to do your gu it's not that you're Dennis the problem is this okay and it's not necessarily a problem but you have to understand where we're com from okay the officer then confronted Dennis about his delayed responses false statements and the fact that he' just been involved in a road rage incident with a minivan supposedly the altercation went on for miles and according to the officer it really got rough if I'm being fully transparent with you all right it's extremely odd that when I come up here and I ask you about the car all right you were delayed in your response were like um oh you're talking about the minivan yes the car that you have had issues with for the last 2 or 3 miles when you guys were going south on 75 well no that was because I was in store me out for a all right so you were kind of delayed in that which is no big deal okay but then you're this whole situation goes all the way from North of Austin coming south and they're claiming that you're were trying to Ram them off the road and then I come up here and and I appreciate you know you loving police and stuff like that and The Thin Blue Line stuff I respect that all right but you have light you have a siren on the car you have a pistol on you you have Spotlight you have a handcuffs what's the handcuffs for I said I used work security they just been hanging there ever since FL light doesn't even work okay I mean I I totally understand it from your perspective I like I said it's on video you can you will clearly see that I'm not ramming them or trying to get behind them at all I'm trying to get as far away from them as possible and they started following me and that's why I pulled off okay Dennis let the cops take pictures of his vehicle like he had nothing to hide but the man's story just doesn't add up the cops had no other choice but to dig deeper and what they found confirmed their suspicions can you contact Middletown PD and ask them if they are familiar with the subject break it's going to be in reference to a Dennis me like got a white Tahoe with Thin Blue Line stuff all over he's got a light bar now they're Amber lights and Amber and red there's no blue he's got a pistol on him he's got handcuffs on a spotlight light bar radio um siren so on and so forth just relax just me I'll take we'll just have a seat in my car real quick have you ever been arrested before or anything uh years ago in California for what uh last time was uh carrying a concealed weapon on ra you might have noticed how Dennis paused when the officer asked him if he'd been arrested before he wasn't telling a complete lie but he wasn't being completely honest either as they were searching Dennis relieving the man of pocket knives and other trinkets the other driver stepped out of Walmart just in time to give his account of what happened so all this happened obviously in Franklin correct no my name is B on the highway coming this way okay all right so what where did it all start I was getting so I pulled out of like I work at erand and I ran up there to pick something up okay so I went out to get on the highway and he about rearend us he was looking at me in the mirror I went like that like hey back up dude you're too close and then he tried to hit us two or three different times on the highway he kicked all his lights on swerved over to get behind us again and then followed us all the way here so these lights like on right now there anyue did you see any I see any okay so he was almost trying to make a traffic stop on you yeah pretty much okay I wasn't going to stop cuz I know better that's not a cop car right the driver here was pretty sharp and he could definitely tell a cop car from a utility truck since all this started in Miamisburg one of their officers was called to take charge of the case in the meantime as the cop kept chatting with the victim the dispatcher had some new information to share about Dennis and I was like I was just trying to get away from him okay he literally followed me all the way here okay okay all right when he was like tailgating yet I mean like that close he B offic California yep that figures all right uh I'll just wait for myburg officer to get here I appreciate you yeah so basically uh he's going to be arrested for impersonating a police officer uh he's got a pistol on him so that's automatically a felony so that'll be the charges that we'll pick up on him impersonating the police officer he can't have a he's got handcuffs pistol He's Got The Whole Nine like he is a cop and he's one of they and they really pray on women pull them over well that's what's that's what's very scary as things turned out Dennis's prior arrest in California wasn't just for unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon he was also charged for impersonating law enforcement no wonder he was reluctant to say that earlier as the victim pointed out a major concern here is that these types of people generally on women and the suspect here was definitely giving off that serial killer Vibe you're under arrest my man for well you have multiple priors for impersonating a police officer s uh you have a pistol on you that you're not allowed to have why not you trying to stop him by turning your lights on and and so on and so forth I never attempted to stop him at all you can't turn your lights on behind him with everything that you have going on in the car I you're not an emergency vehicle whatsoever okay I you have been down this road before okay all right this dude's got freaking like traffic vests I mean he's got handcuffs got pistol on him like did you imagine if he pulled over your wife what is your wife going to do maybe she's smart enough but my wife isn't searching Dennis's vehicle the cops found a bunch of weird stuff but luckily nothing that would imply he was guilty of anything else but playing a cop and the female officer had a really interesting way to explain what this whole thing was no not this bu this is like uh what you read about on Netflix series yeah you and this is like uh like you know how little girls play like dress up and stuff this is that yeah this is like totic St certificate of cremation that brown liquid the suspect was later identified as Dennis me he was taken to jail and charged with impersonating a police officer as of this time he's awaiting trial Dennis had some very weird serial killer Vibes but this next fake cop was a different kind of criminal this guy developed an elaborate scheme to justify his actions here's how his downfall started he was trying to enact a felony stop on an inexperienced driver and he then asked a Columbus Police Officer for help this immediately made the officer suspicious I that's real know I mean this is not going to be a felony stop I'm going to go to three with some more information okay thank you it's real i c on them yeah no I I waved them down he was going to kill everybody on the road what's going onong with dude he was going 11 on the road went in front of three other people I'm off duty right now I'm going home all I got all my gear in the back are you show my credentials and everything yeah all right we checked everything what's up uh he was going to I mean real problem the guy obviously didn't sound like a police officer however the man's black SUV was registered to an address with the Columbus Police Headquarters and was related to a nonprofit called Ohio fugitive apprehension program still something about this just wasn't sitting quite right with the patrol officers try to make a traffic stop on somebody and on mar car what the that's a do you have a bad jum I I flagged down the first smart car that I saw yeah I mean here a real problem on the road see he's going 11 milph he was going 11 down here he tried to drive into two other cars the one person got a little bit Road rag on him yeah and was following him like real close and the one guy that was going to like I think going go fight so I just H the lights on him real quick and I waved the Columbus Police Officer over I said you need to get him right now pull him over who who the do he work for he's The Fugitive task force guy but he's the one that calls in all his stuff he stopped right here in the middle of the other section I gave him commands 11 times on my on on my radio with the lights on turn right turn right turn right get off the road get off the road he didn't follow any instructions I wasn't getting I I I got no gear on right now everything's in the back right I saw the Columbus officer right here I said hey weip around and then that's where we're at okay cool thanks a lot the suspect clearly impersonated a law officer and detained someone what he failed to realize was that the real reason the Columbus PD stopped in the first place wasn't the erratic driver it was definitely for him the cop noticed someone in civilian clothes playing a cop so he had to investigate we thought it was you guys that's the main reason we stopped we like some civilian out here making traffic stops are we good yeah I appreciate it it's uh no Ops and language line he just can't can't drive just yeah it's not his car uh do you want my card sure why that dud make a traic stop he did Mar yeah I'm that's why I'm not pushing this at all but yeah so you guys never dealt with him on seconds he's kind of popular I've seen the car but they were all lined up here like felony stop I'm like what in the world do he just drive around whatever he wants to do and like yeah I gu he reads like plates and he hits like locations of people the cops later learned that the Ohio fugitive apprehension program was actually hiring sworn officers and licensed agents but this guy wasn't any of those in fact they also discovered he had a criminal history including OVI disorderly conduct and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle naturally they decided to arrest the man hey hey what's going on hey you remember me from last night yeah I do what's going on so we had a couple more developments about that traffic stop come I and talk to me yeah yeah yeah let me get a talk she on actually you're under arrest why am for unlawful detainment and impersonated police officer I hav done none of that you have the right to remain silent for what anything you say can used against you in the court law you have the right to an attorney and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned you have the right not to answer any questions or make any statements until that time you understand I do what what has happened you arrest her for person police officer how did I impersonate a police officer I never impersonated any police officer all that later this fake cop got caught in his own Web of Lies he went to incredible links to mimic law enforcement using counterfeit documents police gear and even a fake badge number yet now he claims he never impersonated an officer what's even stranger is that his wife was in on it and didn't see anything wrong with the man stunned last night about 15 after 12 there was a trap in stop your husband initiated that traffic stop with red and blue lights and stopped a car and detained an individual he's not a licensed police officer in the state of Ohio and that is unlawful detainment and impersonating a police officer okay he admitted that he made that traffic stop he had his red and blue lights activated and based on the evidence that we have right now he's not and never has been a police officer he can't do that okay but I know he only did that for the good of he felt like that was necessary I understand however okay the the significance of this goes a little bit beyond just the criminal law and there is a constitutional violation of fourth amendment that happened somebody's constitutional rights got violated during this and they were unlawfully detained and their Liberty was taken from them so that's why this is happening okay while this officer tried to explain the gravity of the situ ation to his wife his colleagues checked out the vehicle and the more they looked the more things became apparent this guy went to incredible links to create this police officer Persona dude how was an average Sy I would think that be that badge is what he had in should see that's a uh that's a federal badge that's not enough like a state badge that's what all the federal officers carry he just put those words on it that United States bill go anywhere and get any of made you can orderline you can have just like this made again right yeah yep he could I mean just like how they made ours mhm for our cars it's no different and although they I mean and that it returns to a real thing but but it's not the state issu plate so you can't use a non State issue plate and he doesn't see what the problem is something like no sure he doesn't he thinks he did nothing wrong there was nothing right about this situation from the federal badge to the fake license plates the more the officer discussed the problem the more it became apparent that this Ohio fugitive apprehension program was most likely just a smoke screen there was no real organization there it was just this guy playing cops and robbers well and I'm wondering if he's not the one in terms of this that this because if you look if you look up it it has a West box and me and Allan called the number that's on the website last night and it's just his voice on the recording it's probably his home phone or just a like a digitaling number we ran the number to Le NEX us it doesn't come back to anything like a burner phone or something well it's just like a a third party like yeah voicemail box first questions first do you have the original license plates that were issued to that car yes I do okay and where would they be in so cuz here's what we don't want to do those plates are fictitious okay they're not the original High plates that came on it correct so that being said that vehicle is parked illegally without real license plates okay I i' I've talked to the state all of that is in process I I I think that there's a miscommunication here okay again this guy just kept lying through his teeth he was now trying to paint a picture that he was just a bail agent and not a cop but nothing here explains his fake plates his fake badge or his unlawful use of flashing lights my intention is never to impersonate law enforcement I've never identified myself as such I am licensed with the state I am a fiure recovery agent I every interaction I've had with anybody I've had all you guys involved asking for your assistance and I have uh registration with the Attorney General's office and working on the process with the state for the plates it was a safety issue on the plate just because of the nature of the job right it's the same reason that my driver's license comes back to right and it's a safety issue it's not to impersonate anybody it's to keep my family safe like that's impersonating a police officer it wasn't the intention it it was public safety and it was to wave down a Columbus Police Officer which exactly what I did I never approached the individual I never got out of the car I never went to them never identified myself as anything I did it to wave down the police officer and had him go talk to them I did not detain anybody I used the lights to signal for them to come because they were going to do harm to other people on the car okay which I do have the videos along with that how they on how they were driving okay and asking them to stop in the other cars that were waving me down MH and so I got a mark nothing that I did was to overstep the boundaries of anything I understand our separation here but that person was going to hurt somebody okay and so I wanted to get you guys involved which I did right gave you my card you did I everything I thought was above board if there's an education here if I cross I don't think that this needs to be an arrestable situation we can figure out a way that I can say okay did I misstep in this action but my int my intention here was not to do anything that you guys are saying regardless of what his intentions were he still stepped over the boundary and violated someone's rights he was charged with impersonating a peace officer unlawful restraint and number of Lights permitted and in our following case we'll soon find out why impersonating an officer is such a serious matter reportedly a man was trying to pull people over in East Texas he was using an unmarked vehicle with flashing lights he'd been doing this for a while but the cops hadn't been able to catch him yet but eventually on January 7th 2023 the cops pull him over for speeding and he made a mistake morning sir morning I'm officer Stewart with the Tyler Police Department the reason for the content your speed sir sir is your speed that's the reason why you been stall today yes sir okay you have your license proven chance thank you he been foll me since chanler he tried to run us off the bridge or whatever I do volunteer fire department and stuff and I I hit my lights on cuz he ran up on us or whatever I got a r dog in here on the bridge coming over that last bridge I got you I was like why is he still following us who knows man who knows uh do you mind if I open the door that looks good by the way scan the barcode inside your door come on that's all it was I've been trying to figure out while he following us or whatever he been running up on us and then right here at the P Maro M right here P Maro one second we try to get over was that traffic for me as the officer proceeded with the traffic stop a sheriff's department Cruiser slowly entered the park paring lot they were looking for the suspect and he just got served to them on a silver platter but even if they hadn't pulled up this sevvy police officer immediately noticed something wasn't quite right hey I know you got some lights back here what are those lights for Volunteer Fire Department volunteer fire department palestin Palestine okay why do you have a Michigan plates in if you don't mind me asking it's a rental it's a rental car yeah so you're a volunteer firefighter yes sir with what agency uh Lake Palestine Lake Palestine agency who's your chief uh Gary Canon Gary who Canon Gary Canon interesting okay all right just hang talk with me a little bit okay do you have proof that you're a volunteer firefighter you mom ask not on them not on you no okay will you shine these lights for me real quick and everything you got them all plugged in yeah just like just all do you know they shine red and blue uh you did okay cool deal we just hang time for me okay the officer certainly knew that a firefighter had no right to use red and blue lights on a personal vehicle let alone a rental but he didn't get the entire story until he was approached by the deputies what up man how you doing sir so I this is our complainant yeah and he says that while they were in Chandler um this guy got in front of him and activated those back lots and M we'll be with you in just a second same um he activated those lots those lot strips of his back window that were red and blue I just he just flashing for him and they do sound red and blue and so he got in front of him to try to get him like to go around uh and then once once our complaint it went around and he gunned it going down 31 going excess of the 100 and where he got caught up was at the loop at 31 and okay got okay um so we have person the police officer across he says he's a volunteer firep volunteer fire department he's got a he's got a like a sheriff's badge sticker in the back window too yeah and but it's a Michigan plag because he says it's a rental so it tells me he put all that on there correct it's weird even though it's a rental yeah my supervisor get here um okay here shortly in the meantime they did a background check to see if the man really was a firefighter as he claimed but little do they know this case was about to get much more serious as it turned out I wnab be cop is hiding a very dark secret what do he say he said he is a volunteer firefighter with I believe it's the pal schem volunteer fire department and that's why he put those red and blues on his car but why was he using he didn't say he put volunteer all he wants the issue is he's not an emergency vehicle operator during the time that's needed but apparently he's been doing this stuff around because he's also registered seend after checking the man's history the cops found out he was Jason Bradley fears and he was a high-risk sex offender they already knew they could arrest him on the spot for impersonating a police officer but at this point they wanted more information first he tried to justify the use of the lights and he even called his boss up to try and confirm he was actually a firefighter hey can you step out so talk for a keep window red and blue is kind of the reason maybe should did it but hell I just did it like a war like I a get off know CU he try to run us offu the road you don't have any certifications on you or anything to verify that you're with that agency no sir you don't okay I work out of state a lot or whatever I just got back in town my car what state do you work out of I work all over the United States all over the United States okay do you have certifications in other states right what what other states do you have it in uh no I do I don't volunteer anywhere I uh merchandise on Depo okay but when you're with the volunteer aspect of it and everything like that are you certified in the state of Texas to do anything like that for volunteer fire department yes sir uh ENT certified any kind of fire certification Penal Code certification I work em uh BST BST at headquarters where's headquarters at uh Overwood over unsurprisingly Jason's so-called Lieutenant was unable to confirm his employment he was running out of excuses and slowly but surely his Web of Lies was crumbling a firefighter of course should know all necessary certifications for the job yet when asked about it Jason looked confused like a fish out of water hello he doesn't have any sort of well not identification his verification that he works for a volunteer doesn't have it at this time he works at a headquarters off can you hear me can you verify this Jason Fierce can you verify with officer Stewart with Tyler PD I just need you to verify I know can you just verify can you just let them know that I Department that's all they need those need verification right piece of paper something that says that you do that his keep breaking up out there he CH so it's kind like I takeing out of my than everything for y I mean he saying he get paid because of his past or whatever so he said all he does is show up grass fires so that it just says Texas Secret Service on the back of it that there too ultimately the cops decided to arrest Jason saying he'd used his vehicle to to impersonate a public official the definition of a public official is any person officially recognized by the government the town or an agency to perform duties and just when they thought it was over in a last ditch effort Jason sneakily tries to pin it all on the victim my mom was wondering if if y'all take me to jail is she going to be able to take my rental car that's a good question how long how long have you had this rental car I haven't thought heart I just picked it up yesterday for I mean I don't see why we wouldn't be able to release tour yeah that's fine with me am I going to jail that way let my mom we're trying to still figure that out a little bit okay we're still trying to figure that out got I telling her my mom and like why don't you tell me if the guy was pulling a gun out on know did he pull a gun out on you yeah had a pistol did you see the pistol yeah he was so he that's why he went he put us the back out of the car he why didn't you tell me that earlier the officer then questioned the girlfriend about the road altercation but the girlfriend said she was distracted on the phone and couldn't confirm anything about a gun at that point it was clear Jason had to go to jail okay when that guy pulled up beside y'all and everything what did he do the guy the guy on the white truck beside us MH I wasn't really P attention I just know like when he uh was behind us he was really close and then we were driving and he just kept following us okay yeah I was singing the music did he pull a gun or anything like that um not I I didn't see you didn't see it all right Mr F you want to set your phone down real quick go ahead and turn around put your hands behind your back for me yeah can you get it back yeah I'll get turn put your hands behind your back at this time you are being placed under arrest for impersonating public servant ni personated well we've got multiple reports of you activating your overhead lights you said that you're with a volunteer fire agency we checked you dispatch and all the surrounding areas where that you're claiming it to be around Lake Palestine East and nobody's saying that you work for them are you serious you de serious tell me what happened so uh coming down the southernmost Bridge of 315 mhm um he was doing about 30 miles hour over a 55 mph Bridge Okay um I slowed down off we got to the end of it coming up where there's a campground in the church mhm uh he flipped on those red and blue lights was he in front of you at this time in front of me it was wasn't until he started putting his hand out the window and going like this as in telling you to pull over motioning for me to get over okay um I called Henderson County dispatch and asked if they have any undercover units mhm at that point I noticed what I had thought originally was a uh Hampshire plate was till I got closer I saw it was Michigan okay but I read them off the uh the number okay um they told me no okay they don't he started coming this way okay he almost took out somebody on a in a car okay SW sideswiping them mhm uh and once we got around to the 49 overpass mhm he gunned it okay had to have at least gone 120 once we got closer million dollars in the bass boat that's about it I love that one thank y'all I appreciate very very much if those claims were true he should have also faced additional charges for his reckless driving in the end the 36-year-old pled guilty to the charge of impersonating a police officer in Texas it's considered a serious third degree felony so with his prior charge of seual assault against a minor he was given a 10-year sentence by the judge if you thought Jason was weird wait till you see our next suspect reportedly this 59-year-old was flashing his badge at people claiming he was a part of special ops but it was easy to see through his lies due to his bizarre behavior check this out and decide for yourself how's it going man why are you doing that excellent how are you why why you why did you been down like that uh spe Ops okay so what's going on man why' I get called out here for you I I parked here like I normally do okay and they said get out and I got out and now they're all getting huffy and did you flash a badge at him I have a couple of them saying you did I have a badge you have a badge can I see it sure well see we got tacos 20 minutes ago somebody oh can I see it I mean cuz when you go and splash a badge and tell them you're a cop and then you can do what you want sir I would never tell I would never tell anybody I have multiple people telling me you said that though well they can say what they want I he say okay all right do you have an ID on you I work for La fir what law firm do you work for I have all the credentials in my pocket okay can you grab him for me then certainly perfect the moment a real officer appeared this guy lost his coal his body language showed he was clearly uncomfortable and as he reluctantly flashed his badge it was like he was hoping the officer wouldn't take a closer look just watch how he fumbled when asked for ID give me a second I only got one arm I'll good [Music] yeah are you going to grab your stuff for me or you just thinking about it or sorry man I got I got to ask officer Graham I'm one the you guys yeah okay 15 years spec ops okay Delta what's the first thing you want uh let see your driver's license or ID card if you have you have any weapons on you I'm by check real quick me you're saying all that then I I'd assume you would let's do one thing at a time yeah okay the suspect here was reluctant to provide ID and the smiles and shenanigans were slowly fading away but no matter how long he tried to stall things there was nowhere to run and the cop was determined to verify this man's outlandish claims I'm not bad guy I come here all the time okay I'm I'm not saying you're a bad guy I got Prestige so so so I'm not saying you're a bad guy here you go here you go let me see your driver's license here you go sir make apply okay 100% there go so see he's who we got called with earlier has a badge on him fre employees are saying he flashed it to him said he's a cop he can do what he wants I got some of he saying he spec ops works for a firm people put up the million dollar house I'm going to pull my car over here and they are here do you have a Texas driver's license or ID have you ever had one you know I got line officer in you have a do you have a bounty hunter license for Texas say do you have a bounty hunter license on you you said you're a bounty hunter right no I didn't you just said you had somebody who skipped bail and they put a million dollar house up in there in dep you're trying to find I did I'm I'm an insurance provider yeah I work that's my business here that's a business card do you have a license to apprehend people I'm not anybody well then what are you going to do if you find them have people so let me so let let me tell let me tell you how this how I'm not that guy hey I'm me your way team sir while the suspect kept saying he was not that guy it soon turned out that the opposite was true the cops of course spoke to the witnesses who were the bouncers at the club next door I'm sorry to pull you away from that so I have them I just didn't know exactly kind of what he said obviously he's kind of an odd guy like talking to him he's he's he just yeah it was at first he just trying to personate our owner saying this place we don't want here and he they said he's a cop and he can do he wants okay was anybody else there that witnessed this said like I'm a cop said he a cop so when he laid the badge down what what did he say yeah he's a cop he said he's a cop he he he heard it me heard it and three more people heard it three more okay I'm going to talk to all of them Dusty robalino the bouncer clearly had experience with all kinds of weird people Dusty said the suspect was completely off hinting at the very odd way
