So, get your report ready, write it up, and then let me know what you gather after. Okay. Thanks. I'm gonna say DC no matter what. Thanks. 100%. Okay. Thanks, bro. I'm getting kicked out of the store because I'm white. It's a black person's word over a white person's wear. No, I'm because that's illegal. Oh my god. I won't say it in a different way. Not today. be nice today. Cops are trained to keep a straight face, but every now and then a suspect pushes them to the limit. When someone goes full Karen mode, even the most disciplined officers can struggle to hold back a reaction. It's hard to blame them for cracking a smile. When good cops can't keep a straight face with super psycho Karen, don't worry. I got an attorney. A good one. A damn good one. Kenneth L. $5,000 he costs for attorneys whooping my I suggest you slow down, sir. I'm in the car. Can you have a little respect? No. Can you be quiet? On August 2nd, 2024, police in Ohio approached a woman who had returned to a liquor store from which she had already been trespassed earlier that day. According to reports, she had caused a scene by demanding the store sell her some Come here. Come here. Come here. I'm going to tase you. Why are you tasing me? Why are you resisting? Help me. Help me. Help. Help. Help. Help. Help me. I need to call 911. Help me. I need to call 911. I need a paramedic. I need a paramedic. I need a paramedic. I need a paramedic. I need a paramedic. Get off me. Get off me. Get off me. I need to call 911. I need to go 911. Help me. You're under arrest. Stop resisting. You're under arrest. Stop resisting. Please don't breathe. I'm going to please yourself. I don't give a The woman appeared to be experiencing mental health issues or was under the influence of a narcotic. While being restrained by police officers, she began speaking incoherently. Help me. Did you get him? Did you get him? Get who? Help me. Help me. Did you get him? Hold on. Did you get him? She's in custody. Help me. Help me, sir. Help me. Help me, sir. Help me. Roll on your side. Hey, please. Here. I can't I can't breathe. Here. I'm so heavy. I can't breathe. Just get off of me. I want to get you out. I swear to God, I have a dad. He has blue eyes. Okay. Get off of me. Lean up on that side. Lean up. Get off of me. Get off of me. Pick up that side. I'm hurting. Get her out. I'm hurting. Okay. I'm hurting. Okay. I'm hurt. Since officers had already dealt with her earlier that day, they had little patience for her attempts to plead innocent and play the victim. During the initial disturbance at the store, she had reportedly made other customers fear for their safety. Eventually, another woman stepped in to try and help calm her down. Help me, please. Help me. Help me. Help me. I need an ambulance. I need an ambulance. Help me. Let them let anybody first in my life. I've never hit anybody first in my life. You didn't just take I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Please. Please get him off of me. Get him off of me. We're not on you. It's okay. Get off of me. You're out of my way. Get off. Nobody's on you. Get off. How about you sit up and just help me? Please help me. Okay. Yes, I can. Please just let me put my back against that building. Of course. Please. Yeah, we will. Come on. Okay. Okay. She continued to appear distressed, but police believe that she was exaggerating. The officers were fully aware that if she genuinely couldn't breathe, she would not be able to scream loudly about it repeatedly. A witness spoke to police about what happened earlier in the same apartment. That's her. Mhm. So, what can I do for her not to come around me? Because she said some as she was leaving and I didn't get it on video. I started recording it, but I basically told her I said, "If you come around me with some like that Yeah. My wife will handle that because I I work for the city too. So I know certain things I get away with, certain things I can't. Um but she's very obviously mentally unstable. And what happens now if when she gets out now, she's going to try to retaliate against me because I'm not I I'm the one that told her now and I'm the one that causes, right? Yeah. Um obviously try to contact her. Not she's start apartment. Um if you're able to pull out your phone, just start recording her nonsense. Yeah. All my whole house. You could also try and get a uh civil protection order down at the courthouse. House, right? Yeah. Um just you'd have to go down there, explain the circumstances and what whatnot, what she's doing and all that. Gotcha. Uh I can't say if they'll grab one or not. That's up to them. The fact that one of her neighbors felt threatened by her was further evidence that she was currently putting on an act for the officers. Although the body cam footage doesn't capture her exact behavior, a nearby restaurant had also been affected by her antics. Police even asked a staff member if they wanted her trespassed from their property as well. I think we just want to know if you wanted her trespass from like charge her with trespassing or just No. Like so like from now on? Yeah. From now on if she steps foot on the property again, she could be arrested for criminal trespassing. You know what? I've never seen it before. Yeah. But I think Joel has had multiple issues with him, so we might as well just cut ties, too, probably. Okay, cool. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm a personal lawyer. Yeah, I have my lawyer. Let me get the sobriety test, sir. You want a sobriety test, sir? N exactly. She's going to take you to jail. What are you taking me to jail for? You don't even know. Inside the police vehicle, she continued to plead her case that she was innocent. In fact, she continued to say whatever she could to further antagonize the officer driving the vehicle. What she didn't expect, though, was for the officer to actually fire back at her nonsense. Don't worry, I got an attorney. A good one. A damn good one. Kenneth Loop. $5,000 he costs for attorneys. Whooping my I suggest you slow down, sir. I'm in the car. Can you have a little respect? No. Can you be quiet? Stay on earth. Okay. Okay. Maybe you can just stop talking and being annoying. How about that? I didn't do anything wrong. That's too bad. Can you get these off of me? No. I'm going to throw up in the back of your car, sir. People do it all the time. Guess I'll have to clean it out. Take it easy. Take it easy. You're going to be saying that when you're yourself when you got how many guys on you? Guess you shouldn't have resisted arrest, huh? I didn't resist arrest. You arrested me for no reason. What was the probable cause? Trespassing. Trespassing for what? It's a drive-thru. Indian land. It's not Indian land. It's not Indian land. Whose land is it? George Washington. Are you a historically buff? The woman was charged with assault on a police officer, criminal trespass, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. When she appeared before court, the assault on the police officer and resisting arrest charges were dropped, and she was ordered to pay $613 in fines and court fees. On June 1st, 2024, police were dispatched to a hotel where a woman named Sierra refused to check out of her hotel room and became aggressive with employees who tried to enter her room. The police first spoke to the hotel employee involved in the incident. Hi, how are you? Oh, great people. Great. She is I don't know what's wrong with her, but she's just screaming at us. She's And she's supposed to be checking out She was supposed to be a gunman. Yes. And she was hiding in the And she was hiding in the the sheets. Sheets. I was thinking I'm going to go ahead and kill him. And then she stopped yelling at me. She told him Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, I need you to open the door, please. Please. You guys have that deal for the dead folks? Yes. Can you ask Okay, thank you. It was unclear why Sierra refused to leave the hotel, but she may have been desperate and without anywhere else to go. Officers tried reasoning with her from outside the room, but if that failed, they'd have no choice but to force their way in. Don't attack me. Last time this happened, I had to call the cops because a woman don't do it again. Ma'am, we are the cops. Can you step away from the door? Can you step away from the door so we can go in? The last time this happened, they didn't they didn't answer the question properly. Okay. So, what are my Miranda rights? Can you open the door till my grand Can you open the door, please? Can you close it to open it? Can I close it and then I'll open it? Okay, let's talk about the question. Miranda rights. Do I have them? What are they? Oh, what are my Miranda rights? Do I have Miranda rights? What are my Miranda rights? We're not asking. What are my Miranda rights? No. What are my belongings? You need to come out. Miranda rights. Do I have them? So we can't. What are my Miranda rights? Can someone read me my Miranda rights? You have the right to take it against you law. You have the right to a lawyer. I'm with you. You're being question. You cannot afford a high lawyer. We'll be repositioning your fees. You decide any time to exercise these rights. Answer my question. You understand these rights. I read them to you and explain them to you. Yeah. Cool. Understand these rights. You wish me? Yeah. Cool. All righty. Well, we're here because you need to leave. Oh, okay. Cool. Can you get your longies and so we can step up? Sure. Cool. Thank you. Do you guys want to watch me leave because Okay, that's okay. Based on what she said first, this may not have been the first time she refused to leave a hotel. Having been surrounded by police, Sierra agreed to leave her room and began packing her belongings. However, she continued to say some rather shocking things to the officers. Hungry. Oh my god. I won't say it in a different way. Not today. I'll be nice today. I'm nice today. Can we do this? What's your plan to do after this? I was trying to get a Verbbo, but then Verbbo stopped working. What's Verbbo? It's an app. Okay. Is it like a car app? No, it's like an app to get a hotel, but it's better than a hotel because Airbnb blocked me. Oh, okay. Oh my god. I got to assume you have a place like that. What's the question? You have a place to get food and stuff like that. No, I don't. No. Nope. I already got food. Okay, good. You already fed yourself? No, not really. I didn't really eat. I took like one bite and I was like, I'm not hungry. Did you guys eat today? Interestingly, Sierra was highly abusive toward the female officer while relatively friendly with the male officers. She regularly use sexist slurs used for women despite being a woman herself. However, the female officer remained professional and did not react to these provocations to watch me or can we get her out of here? She has. Oh, okay. Oh, those are the bad ones. The last time a woman cop came, she said, "You have no Miranda right." And then she was like, "You're going to prison." And she sent me to prison. I got a dungeon and it was all over. I hate women cops. E, why do I hate women cops? Oh, because my ex-wife was like, "I'm cheating on you with your mom." I was like, "That's He was like, I'm 15. She molested me. What do I do about it?" I was like, "Don't break up with me." He said, "You break up with me, Chris." I was like, "You're my protection right now." I'm going to do both. Not you. Don't look at me up and down. I need to do I hate when they look at me. God, if a woman looks at me again, I'm going to get scared. You need to stop. Okay, stop. Throw something at her and go. I was throwing it at the wall. Okay, just understand that. Understand what? You throw something at this. Okay, you have 5 minutes to get the rest of your stuff. Sierra appeared to be experiencing some form of mania. She spoke graphically about sexual assault, which could be linked to a past trauma. Her deep-seated hatred of women could also be linked to a woman who wronged her in the past. Got scared of what? Little old Sierra. Why? You're disgusting and filthy. What's next? Okay, good cops. I'm back. Any male cop. The a woman going to breathe on me and think I some of that. Okay. I don't like it when women breathe around me. No. Or sniffle around me. Okay, that's fine. Oh, damn it. It always happens like that. Okay. Everywhere. Scared. Why? Okay, she you have to learn how to speak respectfully or you're going to in your own coina coina coina the open kitchen who has an open kitchen. Aside from the police officers, the hotel worker should also be commended for remaining professional when dealing with the suspect's attacks. It's possible that Sierra was under the influence of narcotics, but no evidence of drug use was found in the hotel room. Sierra continued to spout nonsense in the elevator, but eventually crossed a line on the way out. Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt. I actually didn't mean to hurt. What? You got Oh, okay. Arrested for what? warrant. No, I have a peace officer. Oh, what's a battery? What's a battery? Don't throw things. People get mad. Let's go. What about all my stuff? No. Specifically, when you throw things at Oh, I didn't know that. But they threw things at you. Is that Lasus? I don't like I don't like going to jail here. But are you are you were you born here? Born in Los. Yeah. I was born in Cincinnati, but I got my passport. It's going to the trespassing. Okay. Do Do you have uh any family here in Los? No, they're all from Cincinnati. Where? Where does my parents live? Yeah. Houston. It was later discovered that she was homeless and her living situation was a combination of living out on the streets or in hotels or temporary accommodation. Her scheme of booking accommodation and then overstaying likely stemmed from her unstable living situation. Did you sleep? Did you sleep at all? Have you slept at all today or yesterday? I didn't sleep for a couple days. So when's the last time? When's the last time you slept? covered for like an hour and a half. When was the last time you ate? Well, you actually twice. Okay. You know what? What city you're in? You know what state? This is the first place I went after rehab. You know who the president is? Just making sure. Okay. I just want to make sure. All right. The woman was charged with criminal damage to property and battery on a police officer. On June 6th, 2022, police officers in Georgia were dispatched to a Kroger store where a woman was behaving in a disorderly manner towards staff and customers. I say y'all got to hurry up and get this crazy out. All right. How you doing, ma'am? All right. So stop stop this right here. So they're asking me to ask you to leave. And do you have any grounds for that? That's bought legal. So they are banning you in front of the store. So you are going to leave. Well, can you explain a legal reason why? So no, you didn't. I don't want a legal reason, please. I don't have to explain anything to you. So put your stuff back. You're legal. Get away from this way. Get away from it. I'm calling the police. I am the police. No, you're not. You're not. Oh, you're going to stop right here. What is your name? I don't give I don't give um strangers my name. Stop. Is there another police? Can I What is your name? Can I please talk to another police? Wait a minute. What have I done? Okay, let me explain to you. Have I stolen? Have I hit anybody? Have I done anything wrong? What? Okay, you're going to let me talk and explain. I'm waiting. All right. Don't interrupt me again. Go. You don't give me any type of orders. Okay. So don't inter interrupt me when I'm talking. [Music] What is your name? I'm asking you what is the legal reason? So they want you out of the store. Okay, but what is the legal criteria? As a private business, Kroger has the right to trespass a customer, provided it's not any form of discrimination. Although she was highly concerned about her own rights, the supermarket staff also had the right to a safe work environment free of harassment. So, the call that we got was you were in here causing a disturbance. No. Cursing people out. I didn't curse anything out. I never said a curse word. Can you put that on the video so I can see it? I don't know. You're You're going to You're going to have to ask. I need concrete evidence and I'd like to talk to my lawyer, please. What is your name, ma'am? That's not I haven't done anything wrong. And you don't need to give anyone anybody your name cuz that's been called the privacy act. The privacy act under the federal law is called obstruction. Privacy act. The privacy is if you have not committed a crime, you don't need to give any officer. You are the same level as me if I haven't committed a crime. I have not cursed. Can I see it on video? Can I please see some concrete evidence? Excuse me, but what crime have I committed to warrant you guys um coming in here like a army to shoot me or something? I'd like to know in legal language what crime I have committed. Disorderly conduct. All right. What is disorderly conduct? Please define it. And I'd like to see it on video. the disorderly conduct. So you have proof. It's their word over mine. They are citizens. I am a citizen. So we are equal. So I need a video camera to see what I have done. I want concrete evidence on a video camera to see what I've done. You're choosing their word over my word. Disorderly conduct covers a wide range of behaviors and in this case referred to the woman using profane and abusive language toward people in the store. The obvious issue with requesting to see the video was that supermarket CCTV rarely contains any audio. So what we got is a supervisor coming here. You can speak to the supervisor when they get So who's the supervisor? He's on his way here now. Is he a police? Yes, he is. Okay. Well, all I'm asking is in concrete language tell me the legal thing I have done wrong. Okay. Let me explain to you ma'am. I've just explained it to you just minutes before. So they are asking you to leave. They say you are causing a disturbance store. I'm going to get my lawyer. What's your name, please? My name is Officer Carter. Okay, Carter. And what is your name? Can I have your cards? Zinnman, I'll remember. They want you banned from the store, right? And I'm going to talk to my lawyer and get you fired. So, don't touch me. You I didn't break any law. I have a right to defend myself under the Constitution, Freedom of Speech, Privacy Act. If I have not broken the law, you are equal to me. The only time a police can apprehend. If you don't have a video, let's go outside. If you don't have a video to prove to me that I broke the law, you are breaking the law because you are obstructing the Constitution of the United States of America. Once again, she spoke confidently about her understanding of the law, but was incorrect. The police can rely on the testimony of a single eyewitness for small charges like disorderly conduct. Officers soon spoke to the member of staff who called the police who proved to be a much more credible witness than the other woman. She came and stood right here and I was walking towards her. Oh, I don't want you crapping me cuz you look like you got HBO with that. You got that mask on. Then she turned around and told another customer. No. Uh-uh. And that's not the first time she done did that in here. said everybody that we may pay has you plus a customer and it's done happened before. So you're not providing your name? I haven't. First of all, you've got to provide me with the uh thing I've done wrong in legal terms. I told you disorderly conduct. All right. Disorderly conduct. I need to see the video of that disorderly conduct. You're in the store, so you know what you've done. You're accusing me of cursing. So can I please see it to see if I cursed? Because you're taking her word over mine, which is illegal. Because we are equal. We're both citizens. Okay. Here's the thing. They want you banned from the store. Ma'am, who's they? Can I have the name of the management? Can I have his name, please? You're going to You're going to get the name. You're going to get a form. So, I want the name of the manager who's banning me so I can take it to my attorney. You will get that. And you will get a letter from my attorney, sir. What's your name? What's your name? And you will, too. That's fine. Because I have no I have done absolutely nothing. And that's called discrimination against white people. You are a racist. You are discriminating against a white person. How dare you? The woman took serious issue with people wearing masks and believed they signified that the wearers had a contagious disease. And while she had every right to have her beliefs, she didn't have the right to harass anybody for not sharing the same beliefs as her. I don't want to talk to you. You are racist. So you're being racist. No, I am not. A racist is somebody that kicks somebody out of a store for no reason for just being white. I I will talk to my lawyer about this. So, and you're causing disturbance right now because you are not letting me walk. That's not a disturbance. That's called self-defense. You can't go badgering people around that haven't broken a law. Give me the law I've broken in in concrete language. Let me understand. Disorderly conduct. Let me understand something. I want to talk to him. He was Why do I have to talk to him? There's two people I'd rather talk to you cuz he was the first one here. I relate better to people of my own race. I relate better. They always hit me, push me, throw garbage in my yard, push me around, cheat me, lie to me, steal my money when I do stuff. I want to talk to someone that I relate to. What happened next? What was that? I I told my manager and he came up here. He was like, "What?" But then he went to help somebody else. And when I seen him go this way, I said, "You know what? I'm going to call the police and get her out of here." Can I talk to you? I don't really I can relate better to you because he's telling me that he's not going to give me a legal explanation for why he's bullying me, asking for my ID. Under the Privacy Act, a police officer cannot ask for ID unless the person has committed a crime. The woman was so entrenched in her views that it seemed unlikely the officers could change her mind. She clearly had an inflated ego that prevented her from admitting fault. The officers have remained incredibly professional up until this stage, but eventually one of the officers was no longer able to keep a straight face. I need to get the manager's name so I can go call an attorney. I'm going to tell the four guys in my house who are going to ask for your name and call. He worked on the crime commission for 35 years. The guy I live with, he's going to call your boss and ask what the hell's going on. My guy I live with worked for the crime commission for 35 years in this town. He knows every single person in town. He's gonna raise hell. Okay. What is your first and last name? I don't give that because I have not committed a crime. It's private. Private says the ma'am. As of right now, you are trespassing right now. No. No. Ma'am, you are wait. You have to warn somebody they're trespassing so they can leave and then you leave. That's all. You're breaking all the laws. Not that I know of. There's no hair. Hearay. He doesn't like me. Get out of the store. Get out of the store. Why are you blocking me? Are you refusing to give your name? That is the question. No, no, I'm asking you right now. Are you? Yes, I am. Take me in. Yeah. Take arrest me for not giving my name because I want to have a word with my lawyer as to why four bully policemen come in here want personal information about me when I have committed because you're going to get banned from the store right now. Right. But we need your personal. No, I don't want to give my name because it's private. If they want to ban me from the store, take a picture of me. I will be out here. But they will be hearing from my lawyer. They might be shutting down as far as I can tell. The woman continued to claim that she was being kicked out of the store for being white despite the many other white customers experiencing no trouble whatsoever. Another inconvenient fact for her was that the manager who was banning her was also white. I'm being kicked out of the store because I'm white. It's a black person's word over a white person's wear. No, I'm because that's illegal. What's your name? I don't give that. Now you're being disorderly because I'm trying because you're breaking the constitution. We're just trying to figure out what's going on. Well, let me go. That's what you can figure out. You just told me I'm trespassing. So, leave me alone by police for a person shopping. Where's our tax money going? And secondly, my my the guy I live with works for the worked 24 five years on the crime commission. And then my argument is give me the camera so I can look at the reason they're banning me because that's concrete evidence. the legal argument. You called me a disturbance. All right. Now I am because you got five police bullying. Okay, man. You got customers that have been complaining about you. Okay. I have the names of the customer so I can tell my attorney. Okay. That's that could be the mafia because they don't like white people for all I know. Hello. That could be the mafia. I don't know. Ma'am, focus on me. I'm Sergeant Mustafa. I'm here. Wait. Can I have your name, please? In writing. Sure. Your name? I'll give you I'll give you that later. But you're going to listen to me right now. Okay. That's That's not polite language. That's fine. You're not being polite to these officers. So, here's the deal. Under Georgia law, when they ask for your name, you're supposed to provide it or you could be arrested. No, my boyfriend works for the CIA. I don't care who your boyfriend tells you go to jail. With a boyfriend in the CIA and a roommate at the crime commission, the woman was certainly wellconed. That is if her claims were true. Inside the police car, she claimed to have experienced discrimination because she was of British descent. She also claimed the Irish were also part of this highly elaborate scheme to get her kicked out of a supermarket. Can I file a discrimination report against British by Irish? Irish people discriminate. Black and white Irish mafia discriminate against black and white British. I'm British. I'm 100% British. So I would like to file a thing against Irish people discriminating and spitting on me. So you're going to be sent a subpoena. So when after the subpoena is sent towards then we'll go talk to a judge. But so you don't have to go to jail today. You're just we're going to take you home and release you. I can't be getting kicked out of grocery stores or see my money stolen from them at the cashier register. They don't put all my groceries in the bag. They steal them and then I get home and find out my groceries are missing because the black mafia keeps doing stuff to me. My boyfriend's Swedish. He gets treated badly by blacks because he's Swedish. All I'm trying to tell you, the blacks are using reverse racism and they're teaming up with the Irish against British whites. The vent, they're venting on us because the Irish whites are helping them vent on the British whites. So, the British are getting spit on for no reason. Unsurprisingly, this was not the first time she had been kicked out of a store. And once again, she described a situation where she was clearly in the wrong, but she saw herself as the victim. You want to know why I got kicked out of Parkers by a black? I said, "The price of the egg salad sandwich is preposterous. What happened? Why did it go up a dollar? You're never allowed in the store. We're saying the egg salad sandwich price is preposterous." It's preposterous is a British word and she's Irish and she doesn't want British people in there saying preposterous. All right, so this is getting ridiculous. I want to talk to a judge. This is your ban form with the manager. Oh, yeah. Now I have to starve because the Irish mafia doesn't want me in their black store because the Irish blacks are paid by the white Irish to keep us British people out. Miss Birdie, we got to go. All right. Bye. I got another thing for you, too. It is an illegal. I've never said this in the store. I call them when they pick on me, I call them low breeds. I call them low breeds. But out in public, I call them whites and blacks. Okay. So, that's that's why you're getting kicked out. The woman was charged with disorderly conduct and providing a false name to officers. She was also permanently banned from Kroger. In Monroe County, police were dispatched to a hotel where a woman named Morgan was fighting with others at the bar and breaking glasses. When police arrived, Morgan had been taken to the kitchen where a member of staff unsuccessfully tried to calm her down. Are you okay, Sheriff's Office? Put your hands behind your back. [Music] Now you got yourself a felony. You're under arrest. Fabulous. We're all Yeah, she keep yelling. I don't know what's going on. I don't know. Yeah. So, make sure you charge her battery and LEO. Get up. Get up. Hey, that's that's loose. What the Get up. You're ridiculous right now. Where's the quickest way out of here? To the front. Wow. Why are you so difficult right now? Literally, I'm a girl. Sheriff's office, you're under arrest. Morgan made life much more difficult for herself by refusing to cooperate. She now faced further charges of resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. The gravity of the situation was clearly lost on her and she was still deeply intoxicated. When officers placed her in the police car, that's when Morgan really began to crack. I did not I did not assault officer. Get it. No, I'm not. Get it. Hey, stop. Okay, [Music] come to the front. [Music] Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Just hold up. Go. Go. The officer still did not know the full extent of what happened at the bar. Morgan was with her boyfriend George at the time, so the officers soon searched the area to find him. Where's the boyfriend at? He ran away. Did he do anything or no? Not really. No. Okay. I don't think so. What's up? So, he didn't do anything. Yeah, it was just the cop. Huh? So, who saw everything go? I don't know. We saw what you did. Has anybody got your ID? Her ID? The boyfriend? Yours? Mine? Yeah, I have my ID in my car. Okay. Were you able to get that in my car away? Yeah, I can get it. I have a picture of it as well. That's fine. Officers had secured the scene and thankfully no one was hurt in the incident. The officer's task now was to interview as many witnesses as possible and gather enough information to determine what charges to file. as well as witness accounts. The officer also looked to see if anyone had video footage of the incident. She was in like the kitchen and then she was sitting down. My manager and my other manager got the dress down. So then I try to I'm like, "Hey, sheriff's office, put your hands on your back." And then she and then it was on. Oh yeah, 100%. Is that video of something before or just Well, can I see it? Yeah. No, no [ __ ] no. I I kind of Yeah. Let's see. This is like down. She was guarded like that. I mean, she was fine. She got worse. She got worse. Yeah. As the night went on, she got worse and got louder, but uh wanted broke the glasses. Ma'am, he was a cop. With all due respect, please don't touch me. Okay. Yeah. Give me Well, he's not in trouble. So, can you send that to me? Yeah. Got air drunk. Yeah. Calm down. Calm down. There's no There's no calming her down. The video footage showed Morgan pushing a member of staff who apparently tried to calm her down. Police soon spoke to the staff member from the video and asked if she wanted to press charges. Um, I saw the video of you and she was kissing you and stuff. Um, you want to press charges on her? No. I I was just trying to prevent her from leaving, hurting herself further. Um, so I just kind of put myself, if you saw, I just kind of held on to the rails and prevented her from going in. And by that time, what had she done? Um, she had taken the rocks glass full of alcohol and literally smashed it on the stairwell from up above. So, she was standing above at that glass rail and absolutely smashed. Do you know why she started doing this? There was some form of an altercation that had occurred with her, the lady in the blue shirt. Um, so there was some kind of an altercation. Everyone was kind of joking around in the beginning and then scene would change direction. She became a little more vulgar then whereas now they would like her to leave and that led to her being more angry. She had stood up about the same time Rachel, our short security guard, and she started just cursing. And then she went a broke laugh and just absolutely and then you were just standing the stairwell like, "Hey, when that occurred, I was out on the the floor kind of picking up other tables when I heard the shatter of the glass." You were downstairs. Oh, no. I was like right here in the middle. Aside from assaulting the staff, her general behavior constituted disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. However, for the officer to press these charges, he needed confirmation from those involved that her behavior had disturbed or threatened them. I have a question for you guys. Was anybody offended by her behavior? Did they disturb their peace enough to where she she was okay until a point and then she very quick. But would anybody want to press charges for the press charges, but we do want to set a trespass. So you don't want to. Hey guys, she's going to bring your ID in. You're the on duty manager. Yes, sir. Okay. We're going to have you fill out a nonprosecution form for uh breaking the glass for criminal mischief. And then are we going to have like a trespassing order for her? That way she cannot return to this hotel. The judge is probably going to say she can't go back here regardless. Okay. Um so confirming you don't want to press charges for her disturbing your business. No, that's fine. Okay. So, we're going to have you sign a nonprosecution form. Okay. And then for you as well, we're gonna have you sign one just saying you don't want to press charges for battery because I saw the video of her pushing you and stuff. So Morgan was incredibly fortunate that both the bar and its patrons chose not to press charges. Had she cooperated with the officers, she wouldn't have faced any charges at all. Morgan's boyfriend, George, then approached the officers to find out what was going to happen next. So it sucks. You guys got to do what you got to do. Okay. Well, so she's going to be at the plane jail. So, can I ask for general information? We're supposed to fly out Sunday. Am I able to [ __ ] her up? She's getting she's getting some uh serious felony charges. I don't know. She's getting battery in LEO. She's getting resistant with violence. Those are both uh thirdderee felonies. She's on felony probation. Let her go. Move on. I don't know. She's on She's on a 10ear deferred. Is she so she's on active felony probation? She's on active felony out of Harris County in Houston, Texas. Listen, man. I she she's going to see the judge in the morning. So, can I take her home on Sunday? Yes or no? I don't know. So, my question to you is when I want to talk to you, do I need to book my flight for a solo flight back home? You can call the Plantation Key Jail tomorrow afternoon. I don't want to call them. I just want to know cuz I have a 10-year-old son and I run a business. Do I need to just You guys are just dating. Yeah, we're not married. I don't know, man. I mean, I I really don't know. I don't know. So, I'm not expecting you to tell me yes or no, but what I'm she's on a tenure. She's about to finalize a 10ear um ASO assault. Her significant criminal history showed that this ordeal was not a one-time occurrence, but part of a pattern of anger issues and violent behavior. The officer soon got to the root of what had started the incident. Do you guys know what the argument started over? Were you sitting with them? Yeah. It was over a puppy dog. No, it was because she said she grabbed to Monique and grabbed her and Mo'Nique did not appreciate her grabbing her. Morgan grabbed her. Yeah. So grabbed Monique and took her outside. Where's Mon'nique? In No, Monique's not want to make a statement. You know, Monique doesn't Monique feel bad on her because she knows they were just having fun. But yeah, when she grabbed that, Mon'nique was like, we grabbed Monique outside and then they kept talking in here and then she jumped up and threw the glass. Mon'nique was outside the middle. What is it sparked the whole situation is when he tried to grab her and take it to the room. They escalated. That's when they escalated everything. She didn't want to go with him to the room. Okay. The hotel lady came over a couple times. She was just quiet down, man. She's pretty. He's not not in that way. Listen, people make mistakes, but I really I'm not the judge. I don't decide the punishment, and I don't know what's going to happen with her. This might be the new judge Grady, by the way. Judge, that's my route. So, let me ask you. Let me ask you this. Did you find her naked? She had a dress on. Okay. So, she had her dress on. I'm hearing that everybody found her naked. It's not true. Oh, I didn't find her. Well, George George, just wait until tomorrow, bro. Yeah. Morgan was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence. On November 30th, 2020, police in Ohio were dispatched to a hotel where a woman was harassing hotel staff. Officers would soon discover that the woman was the actress Irene Badard, best known as the voice of Pocahontas. Tars. Hi. Yeah, she just got to go. How are you? Sorry. I just took a drink of water. I promise I'm not. No, no, you're good. What happened? I don't know. I Are you staying here? I am. Here, why don't you grab a seat here? We'll just talk for a minute. I appreciate it. Okay. I appreciate it. Do you have your ID with you? I don't. What's your name? Irene. Irene. What's your last name? Irene. Bedard Wilson. Can you spell that for me? B Disney Princess, just so you know. Is that right? Mhm. Who are you? I'm the voice of Pocahontas. Really? Just 3 days earlier, Baddard had been arrested for domestic violence involving her 17-year-old son. She was charged with domestic violence, assault, and resisting arrest. While out on bail and staying at a hotel, she was now accused of harassing the receptionist. Alcohol was clearly a major factor in her behavior. A 53year-old Native American woman who has had enough. That's it. Yeah, I'm okay. Do you know your social security number? Should not be. What' she do to you? Nothing. And that's the that's that's the work. And And she called me. Yeah. That's the clear. That is the Okay. We We clearly can't stay here. So, where are we going to go? Oh, I can't stay here. That's They don't want you there. Negative. Not this time. So, do you need to know where I'm going next? Yeah, I got to help you get there. Oh, sorry. It's okay. I'm the voice of Pocahontas. I believe you. In addition to voicing Pocahontas, Badard had a successful acting career spanning three decades and was regarded as a positive role model, particularly for Native Americans. But at the present, she was behaving like a princess, but in a negative way. You do not need to. Sorry, it's something I do. Yes, you probably should because I'm way smarter than you are. Okay. Well, then figure out a way to not be here. I know. Where you going to go? I first. Okay. Don't touch me. I want to help you, but I know we just can't go there. I know. I know. I know. We're just not at that point in our relationship yet. No, I'm kidding. But it is how I last found my relationship with cops. Okay, where are you going to go? See, here's the problem. Now you're going to go to jail. Bedard's negative view of the police clouded what should have been a simple solution of either moving to a different hotel or staying with a friend. On top of that, the officer's surprise at learning she was the voice of Pocahontas seemed to bruise her ego. What do you expect? I want you to know I've been I've been doing this. Sit down. I am 53 years old. Then you're old enough to know that. Sit down. I am 53 years old and I'm 53 years old enough to know that like what I know is I am supposed to be about this amount from you. Does this work? Does this work? I don't know what that is. It's your cell phone. I don't know what that is, Bob. Badard put the officer in a position where he had no choice but to arrest her. At that point, she was already facing charges of disorderly conduct and maybe resisting arrest as well. Even after being caught trying to escape, she still blamed everyone but herself. I did not I did not I did not do this. No, I did not do this to me again. [Music] Stand up. Well, she did not hurt me. I did not hear that she was hurting me. She has not hurt anyone. No one. She I did not hurt anyone. My notebook of her phone is right down there. I'm hurting you. You saw this. The actress was clearly struggling, and beneath the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, she was simply someone in need of help. While witnessing a Disney princess having a meltdown at a hotel might seem humorous at first, inside the car, it was evident that her issues went beyond alcohol and she was mentally unwell. But nobody is. Nobody is. I need to represent the constitution like do you know do you know what the first do you know of your constitution? Do you know your constitution? Do you know the constitution of the American I am? I know my constitution. I know my constitution. I know I know the constitution of the American Indian. Taking her to the station was probably for the best considering she had previously attempted to attack a staff member and had ongoing issues at home. Ultimately, she learned the lesson that Hollywood movie stars don't get preferential treatment from law enforcement. Before leaving, the officer collected a statement from the receptionist. Nothing. She was in the lobby and I could hear her yelling when I was in the bathroom. So when I come out of the bathroom, I'm like, "Can I help you?" And she just lost it. Okay. She was like getting chest to chest with me, telling me I was evil, reincarnated, and I'm like, "Okay, well, my name's Elizabeth. How can I help you?" And just went off. Yeah. I was just trying to keep her out of my face a little bit. Were you on this side of the counter on the come out of the bathroom and you know what I mean? Normal. When did she when did she uh get it booked in? Do you know? Just like today. Yeah. Today I guess. Well, it had been it had been today. Bernard was charged with disorderly conduct. The assault and domestic violence charges from the previous incident were dropped and she pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, criminal damage, and disorderly conduct. In August 2022, she was arrested for disorderly conduct and once again released. On May 20th, 2024, officers in New Mexico were made aware of a woman named Santana who was causing a disturbance on the road. I have witnesses. I have witnesses. I have witnesses. Relax. Take a deep breath. Leave your shirt on. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. She made me strip. As long as I strip, she'll take me home. That's what she told me. Stop. I want to go home, officer. Okay. Stop. So, as long as I dress, I'll go home. As long as I dress, I'll go home. Listen to me. I want to put your shirt on. Okay. I want to go home. Let me put your shirt on. We'll talk. Can I call my dad? Relax. Can I call my dad? Relax. Or my mama. Cuz these do don't care. Do you want to take me home, Sarah? Will you sit down? Just go that way, please. Am I your daughter? Yes or no? Am I your daughter? Yes or no? I love you. Okay, I'm her daughter. Sit down. Okay, Sarah, save me. Sarah, I'm your daughter. I want to go home with you. You guys blanket or something or anything? Santana's bizarre questions suggested she was either mentally unwell or intoxicated with little grasp on reality. She requested that the police not touch her because she had a disorder, but did not specify what kind. She immediately made it clear that she did not like being restrained. I don't want you to fall back and hit your head. I almost fall back. You are. You're throwing yourself back. You're going to hit your head on the curb curb. I was doing a bet. Stop. Let go. I was doing a bet. Stop. Let go. Let go. Let go. See, I'm holding myself. I'm holding myself. You're holding me. You got her. You got her. You got her, man. Got me. Finally. Stop. You accomplished your job. Hey, you have leg shackles. Let me go. You are not going to spit. As long as you let me go campers have everything. You guys are going to grab your shackles. You guys are going to get so hard. My mom was underwe. Spitting is legally considered battery and doing so to a police officer is classified as a fourthderee felony. Despite facing serious charges, she was clearly mentally unwell. So, she needed medical clearance before taking her to the station. Stop it sometime. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. I don't stop until you stop. her senses. Hey, stop. Stop biting the out of me. Stop it. She's biting the out of me. Open that mouth. You stop it. Get those shackles on her now. Shackles already on. Shackles are already on. Okay, hold that arm. Hold that arm. Hold that arm. Watch her. Let's jump. Pull over. [Music] Get her. Get her arms. Yeah. Bend it. There. There. Here. Now. Bring it up. There. Let me see. Let me see. Let me see. There you go. There you go. She bit my pinky mother. Biting an officer's finger is a thirdderee aggravated battery charge. Unlike spitting, this leads to significant bodily harm and is much more serious. The body cam footage doesn't clearly explain Santana's relationship with Sarah. But police spoke to her to explain what just happened, and her response was astonishing. You guys were asking me to leave. No, she had an officer's uh hand in her mouth. It's like he was trying to push her head from her cuz she bit his He's got a big old gash in his pinky now from her mouth. Officer that's over there. Yeah. She had him his whole half of his hand in her mouth. His injury. Yeah. I would like to see his injury because I saw her head going back. Yeah. Well, he's got a big dash. Yeah. I want to see it. Well, it'll be an evidence cuz I'm sure she's going to get a charge for that. He is not going to act like that for Well, no. I know. But that way I know with their parents and like that too because I buyers I know what I just got and I saw Well, you can do whatever you want to do with your video but this officer got bit and that's not okay. And I guess my bro you got a tennis shot, right? Yeah. So that's bad or it's a felony. So when somebody puts their mouth around us Yeah. We're going to do what we have to do. Buyers, go to the hospital. Hey, just go go to the hospital. Get yourself checked out. Okay, we got this. A finger injury like this typically requires injections to prevent infection and may also need surgery. Despite everything, Santana still saw herself as the victim and now claimed she wanted to become a lawyer. I want to be a lawyer. I'm going to be a lawyer. We're going to have to pick from Stay with me. Please come towards me if you let me. [Music] Z me. You all you. Okay. So, we're going to roll her to her side to side here. Roll her. Okay. Sit up. What's her name? Santana. You're going to have to just sit up, Santana. Okay. I'm too drunk. I can't. So, you don't have to do it. Sarah, Sarah, help. Sarah, Sarah, watch your face. Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth. I didn't do anything. Watch your mouth. [Applause] [Music] Go right to the hospital. The suspect was charged with aggravated battery of an officer, disarming an officer, three counts of assault of an officer, and disorderly conduct. The suspect was sent on probation while awaiting her court date. However, she violated this probation, having failed to appear in court. The case is ongoing. On August 21st, 2024, officers in Ohio were dispatched to a Mexican restaurant where a woman was yelling at diners, including a small child. I'm a bystander. I just recorded it. If you'd like to see some footage, yeah, just give me one minute. She's up in the restaurant. It's funny. Which way over there? Anybody know her? Does anybody know her? I'm with her. I'm with her. It's funny till it's not in my daughter. It's not in it. I don't give a calm down. Arrest me, bro. Arrest me right now. Arrest me. I don't give a Stop. Bro, they button into conversations that ain't about them. That's on them, bro. That's on them. You can arrest me. Go ahead. Where's your ID? Are you guys arresting? It ain't on me. We're going to walk. It ain't on me. You need to stay over there while I told you stay. It ain't on me. Turn around. It ain't on me. Turn around. Arrest me. I'm already turned. No, turn around to talk to me. I'm ted. You need me to turn down? They buttoning into a conversation that ain't about them and giggling about that ain't about them. Why are you giggling? Why are you worried about why are you giggling right now? They need to worry about themselves. They need to worry about themselves. The officer suspected that she was under the influence. She had been extremely aggressive earlier and her eyes now appeared to be bulging, which is a possible side effect of orthampetamine. They need to eat their meal and mind they goddamn business on God. Listen, that's what they need to do. Why aren't you yelling? Anyone else can see the morglling? Anybody else can see the morg? Why are you yelling? I only believe in the Lord. Anybody else can see the morg, brother? I'm not your brother. You got any other questions? Not your brother, first of all. Yeah. You're not my brother, are you? I don't speak pig Latin. Do you know that? I don't speak pig Latin. Conscious of where you're at right now. Yes. I'm at a Mexican restaurant in BG, Ohio. Okay. Where are you from? I live here. Okay. What's your name? BG Ohio. Karen Nicole Bryant. Okay. What's your date of birth? Aside from being intoxicated, she may have a mental condition that contributed to her erratic behavior. The suspect, Karine, was dining with a friend who lived in the same apartment building. So, the police questioned him about the incident. What was going on? We just we came out. Hey, is there any way they can handle my is that or I mean if it's too late just let me know. Yeah. Uh we just came up here for something to eat and uh we sat down and I the next thing you know she turned around she said something to somebody over here and just whatever happened happened. I don't know. She was just Yeah. Okay. Um, so she obviously isn't going to tell me, but does she use any kind of any kind of recreational or anything like that? Like just looking at her, her eyes about what she does. I I just know I mean I drank a little bit. We walked up here, but I drank like Does she have anything to drink? I don't like since you've been here. I I walked off my scoop, went over with her to come up and get food. So yeah, is I don't really you know she's I don't think so. Right. Cuz you was she at 40 49 her apartment number she's like 39 or 49 something like that. I don't even know her number. I'm I'm 35 45 Headquarters Ohio. [Music] Did you guys arrest her though? So we've got her over there. Was she making threats? Is that what we're hearing? She was taking care of it. So, it's going to depend on what she's most likely at the most she'll get a citation and walk. More serious charges could arise from the fact that Karine was arrested 2 months earlier when she was charged with operating a vehicle while being impaired, but the charges did not reveal the exact substance that she had used. So, what what happened? We have literally We literally have no idea. I just happened to I guess my daughter said that while we were all talking, she happened to look over there and then the woman went like like that to my daughter and my daughter said she just looked away and then we were just talking and I just happened to like look over and then No, I think she was saying something. She kept going, "You want my conversation?" "Oh, you want my conversation?" And so I just happened to glance over cuz I was like, "What is going on?" And my mom thought she was talking to them and she goes, "Yeah, I'm talking to you." And then she looked at me and I was like, "Wait, what?" And then she just started like she nobody said anything to her. I just happened to and I was real close to a gentle bear crawl just away cuz she was like so like when we got here she was uh basically talking about the conversation. She make any threats or anything or Oh yeah. Well well it depends on how you legally define it. What she kept saying was, "Are you going to drop me? Are you going to drop me?" Which to me is not a direct threat. It's a question. But well, hold on. Give him give him one thing to write down that was a threat. What did she say? She goes, "You going to You're going to drop me. You're going to drop me." So, anybody else remember anything? I need something more an active voice. You're going to drop me to drop me stand up. Yeah. And we just ignored her. We just kept looking down and shut her finger in our face to my daughter. Although she did not specifically threaten the family, her behavior heavily suggested she could cause them physical harm. This would typically be considered a menacing charge and her overall behavior could also qualify as disorderly conduct. Police then spoke to Karine once again. So, get your report ready, write it up, and then let me know what you gather after. Okay. Thanks. I'm going to say DC no matter what. Thanks. 100%. Okay. Thanks, bro. All right. Go ahead and turn around for Appreciate it. Drug test me. Test me. You going to test me a BG? This is going to get real awkward. Why is that? Cuz all I have is we alcohol in my system. Okay. Well, you told me that you weren't on anything. Alcohol. That's it. Okay. And legal here, right? Yep. As long as you're 21. I am. Yep. I'm 23. Yeah. Police then brought her out to the police car and she confidently claimed that she would pass any test. Despite her aggressive behavior from earlier, she was now noticeably calmer and more relaxed. The officers, who are slightly older than her, jokingly asked if she knew who they reminded her of. You know who Hulk Hogan is, huh? You know who Hulk Hogan is? Hulk Hogan. Yeah, I love Hulk Hogan. Brother, every time you say brother, that's all I can think of. I ain't doing nothing wrong, brother. That's why I'm like, we'll go down there. I'll take that test. I ain't worried about it. You think I'm on? I'm not. Strap me in, brother. I'll take this. Unfortunately for Karen, another customer at the restaurant captured the incident on video. While the video footage did not reveal too much, the audio was unmistakable. Yeah, you're just going to drop me. Are you going to drop me? Are you going to drop me? Which one of y'all are dropping? On a patio. There's a drop mess. Did she make any threats to you guys directly or anything like that? Was she saying like they dropped the thing? Yeah. Yeah, this video [Applause] into conversations I hate about them. They conversations I hate about them. Police then spoke to the man she was with at the restaurant who seemed just as confused as everyone else about what had happened. In fact, he was hoping the police would give him more insight into what exactly had led Karine to behave so erratically. I know what's none of my business, man. What's going on with this girl? I know you guys know her. You guys We have contact We've had multiple contacts with her, so I don't know. Like, what I mean, I'm her neighbor. I just came up with her to get I mean, all this just broke out. I came up with her to get food. She came over to my damn I mean, she lives across the grass from me. She lives literally like right from here to them DM bushes to me off my front porch. She just comes over every now and then. She asks me what I'm up to and I'm saying like I'm just like sitting here just messing around, you know? And well, she's like, "Hey, I'm going to go up and get queso and chips." And I'm like, "Okay, we'll go up there." I ordered some taco salad. She ordered queso and was gonna eat chips and stuff. And the next thing I know, she just turns around and looks at this other table. I don't know if she thought that somebody said something about her or if somebody did say something. I don't know what happened, man. I don't She wasn't making a lot of sense. She looked back and all I heard was her saying some and I was just thinking, man, hey, let's just get our food. Our food's not even here yet. Like, don't do any of this kind of right now, but Oh, she uh hold it. I mean, is the thing is I've never seen her hit anybody in my entire life. I've never seen her. She's all bark. I've never seen no bite yet, but yeah, there was a small girl up there at that table that was completely frightening. The officer suspected that narcotics could be involved, but did not find any on her when searching her at the station. She continued to make disturbing threats. All right, I'm going to keep that hand on the wall for me. Of course. Thank you, ma'am. All right. And just cuz I have to ask, are you going to be withdrawing from anything while you're here with us? Huh? Are you going to be withdrawing from anything while you're here with us? No. Good deal. Good to hear. Any thoughts of self harm harming others right now? Yeah. A lot of harm in others and a lot of harm in others. Okay. I'm going to ask you again because I just want you to be very clear on this because if you're being sarcastic, there's going to be different precautions and measures for you. So, if you're being serious, I have to know. Are you I don't want to hurt myself. Okay. Other people just other people as in anybody or someone in particular? No, people in particular. People in particular. Okay. So, I ain't I ain't threatening nobody if they ain't laughing at me stupid. Karine was charged with disorderly conduct and menacing. In court, the menacing charge was dismissed, but she was found guilty of disorderly conduct. As punishment, she was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended. Her sentence also includes 2 years of probation and a fine of $280. Ultimately, police officers are human and will struggle to keep a straight face when dealing with the strange and surreal moments that come with the job. Ultimately, they maintained their professionalism and made sure that justice was brought to all these criminals.
