booked for assault on a police officer as well as resisting arrest and trespassing and to think she could have avoided all this if she simply left the property when she was told to get your foot in if they shut the door on your foot that's your own fault I don't care here what is that hers her phone and her glasses I'm sorry guys okay she should be out I'm assuming tomorrow or the next day but that's going to be up to her too cuz I can't control anything she does in jail so hopefully she's sober when she gets out hopefully so all right all right have a good night guys it's never easy to deal with a parent like this and my heart goes out to the children they made the right decision to call the authorities but the act of reporting a parent can have a serious impact on their mental health it's even tougher when they have to testify against a parent in the courtroom but luckily for the kids in this case it didn't have to go that far it's a law enforcement officer's worst nightmare after responding to a call out Ohio police officers discovered a scrawny 3-year-old in an apartment that was infested with cockroaches this case took place on January 8th 2024 in Fairborn Ohio which one is it left isn't that the old older lady uh they always come out here and check fabor police there more police department [Music] phone this place is a real mess from the insect covered fly strips hanging from the ceiling to the junk scattered throughout it's pretty much like a hoarder's house except that hoarders tend to at least have a sense of order to things come on fairb police when they found the girl lying beside a soiled mattress she was covered in bug bites and weighed only 16 lb she was so close to death that we can hear both the relief and surprise in the officer voice than 2 minutes between them entering the property and carrying the girl outside she was taken straight to the hospital for further treatment in the meantime the cops Tracked Down the girl's mother robio mubali who made the 911 call claiming to have found her daughter unresponsive well right now we're trying to figure out whole bunch of things right a whole bunch of details sit my back is k um special treatment of course can you turn can you turn being utterly irresponsible as a mother it's only at this point that she thinks to ask about her daughter though it's unclear if she's asking because she wants her daughter to be well the condition she's okay um I do not um right now you're being arrested for child endangering um at a felony level okay felony level yes um we um are still we we're doing our thing that we have to do okay uh as detective Whitaker mentioned he will be in speak with you uh right now we're going to go to our jail in fairborne and uh process on those charges and then um go from there and as we go through these this process I'll try to answer any questions I can best of my ability okay all right yeah we try to uh yeah babali was charged with child endangerment and if you ask me she was lucky to get away with just that judging from the conditions her daughter was found in she could have been charged with attempted murder just as easily and it might have been straight murder if the cops hadn't arrived when they did thankfully her daughter was stable but there's a long road to recovery ahead of her have you ever been so drunk that you locked your child out of that the house forgot all about it then thought you'd lost them and called the cops to report them missing no me neither but that's because we've got nothing in common with this woman hello hi a young Miner that feel like that he's engaged in doing whatever he want to do he just want to turn around and do what he want to do mhm and he was talking about going like I know his dad because my old son is with his dad and they don't have the same dad and so he feel like okay where's where I went look I'm do what I need to do and this that he come from ganger this I don't know April 5th 2023 when the mother in question called the police to ask for help finding her son as you can guess it didn't take them long to figure out that she was intoxicated what do 1500 Walmart black 47 47 where's it where's the photo H the photo the picture of them this don't make no sense and y'all want to put the pants and like like what he looks like y'all if if y'all want to be against us y'all stop the YouTube and stop everything what's going on with the in order to be able to find your kid we have to know what he looks like and what he's wearing no I'm saying like when he approached in the way they approached the woman did you this accusation from the mother sets the SE for what happens in the rest of the video she called the cops to ask for help finding her child and when they responded to the call out and tried to help this woman tried to pick fights with them does he hang out with any of the neighbor kids or any school kids around here they don't he not supposed to hang around in neighbor kids and that's the thing because they all gay all o in the front and back they all gay they all what gay gay okay and I don't want around that is this like an ongoing thing okay I to the store to clear his mind after his mother closed the front door on him and wouldn't let him in the house the child's statement and the mother's behavior in front of the cops is enough for the cops to take her into custody for child neglect like that's disrespectful then you you sit there talking who does that you touch no don't you got to do all that right we have rules I'm not taking a mother was charged with one count of child neglect without great bodily harm I wouldn't wish this case on any child the one in question seemed like a particularly well- behaved kid with decent manners we hope he doesn't follow in his family's footsteps for our last story we have a high-profile case that centers around former YouTuber Ruby Frank who was charged with six counts of aggravated child abuse against two of her children you want to put on one of our vehicles yeah you want to okay just place your hands on your back for me perfect and then right now I can put a finger in each of these just going to go like this through and make sure you don't have anything you said you're not wearing bra okay this arrest took place on August 30th 2023 in in Ivan's Utah with Frank being arrested alongside her business partner jod hilderbrand cops later revealed that the arrest were triggered when Frank's emaciated 12-year-old son climbed out of a window of Hilder Brand's house and asked a neighbor for food and water is that just like a tank top under here okay just lift up your hair okay all right you're just going to walk with officer hind go and then you want to go this way or that way yeah [Music] okay and then if you want to go down the downstairs into the interview room downstairs sounds good you going down or I'm going down down I appreciate it I was going ask you to come turn my car off but I'm leaving now so we're good it's still on it might be easy to feel sorry for Frank but don't be fooled by appearances we won't see it in this video but responding officers also found Frank's 10-year-old daughter who was just as malnourished as her brother was the boy had open wounds and duct tape on him as well as marks from where he'd been tied up with a rope yeah Captain told me she you told me to transfer it down then show me appreciate it Ruby what's your last name just so I could tell them I'm transf okay I'll come up and I'll come back and grab it after they get you'll notice that Frank hasn't said much so far sure she has the right to remain silent but ironically her silence speaks volumes she didn't even ask about her children and whether or not they're in her a name or just like I ask him about think she looks at me but what's that really yeah I'm very curious honestly this silent treatment reminds me of how spoiled brats act when they were told off
