cashier of a convenience store reported a customer throwing a cigarette at her after she asked for his ID because he wanted to buy cigarettes it sounds like a simple case of tempers flaring up and at the start the cops saw no visible damage and there wasn't a physical altercation to act on hoping to keep the peace Deputy Jones approaches the suspect to clear things up got no reason to know what my name do your research after being approached by Deputy Jones to ask for his side of the story The Suspect was immediately hostile and refused to answer any questions this definitely wasn't off to a good start he even tried to argue with the cop about the law and his rights but it didn't sound like he actually knew anything about how the law works are you Mr Stewart hey Mr Stuart you don't have any problems with him on the property is he ever giv you an issue him and he just thre a cigarette in my get the hell out of here I didn't throw no cigarette at you you crazy lunatic this lady don't to so no i a and you quit making something out of nothing cuz you ain't your wife here dog quit foreplaying this trying to manipulate me into violate my rights and incriminate while Deputy Jones was trying to deal with the suspect the store manager came out to give more details about what happened this only made the suspect even more erratic the deputy remained calm trying to deescalate the situation and at this point since it seemed to be just a verbal dispute between the two parties the the deputy opted to just have the suspect leave and informed him that if he returns he'll be charged with trespassing it was the other cigarette he a cigarette he threw a lit cigarette in my hair that's what I just started yelling okay I did not realize that yeah and the first time he threw a unlit he flicked it unlit cigarette in my face and threw his garbage on the ground okay I apologize I did not see that if I can take him to jail that would be great I know right hands behind your back hands behind your back hands behind your back please explain it to me all right relax on the cigarett cig stop fighting after the suspect left the store manager gave more details about the events making this a possible battery or assault requiring authorities to detain the suspect and get more information since the suspect already left the deputy had to go to the suspect's home and judging by how the first interaction went it was smart that he brought back up hopefully this goes better than the last time they met the cigarette on her no I did not stop fighting really I didn't do it are you going to really book me on a charge that I didn't do what what do you mean what do you mean no dude what the now you got resist just go bring car up get me the police identified the suspect as Justin and upon arriving at his home immediately he started to resist the cop's attempt to detain him for battery I guess this isn't at all surprising given how he was treating people earlier Justin just made the situation worse by resisting officers and all of this being caught on multiple officers body cams won't help his case I'd moop the floor with your little F what move it for me B are you going to trying to shop corre while the suspect was getting arrested police calmly explained what was going on and did their best not to escalate the situation the suspect did not have the stolen items with her as she gave them back before the police arrived however a person can be convicted of shoplifting even if they get caught before making it out of the store or returning the stolen goods now they're still searching for another suspect while they detain and question her he took some items passed the points of all sale which is all the cash registers and everything okay that's what they're alleging the night she will have to appear in court at a later date to defend herself but at least she won't miss her kid's birthday Bad Company and bad decisions got her here being able to call 911 anytime in case of emergencies can be a great source of comfort but what we're about to see is what happens when someone abuses this service our suspect a 55-year-old woman made multiple calls to dispatchers and even called the Sergeant's line using vulgar language she continued making calls even after being warned not to unless she had a legitimate emergency this prompted a visit from authorities what's fact just a week earlier when she made 21 calls to authorities tying them up on calls for over an hour with no legitimate reason she was offered counseling and mobile crisis assistance she was charged with two counts of false emergency 911 calls and disorderly conduct she was released a couple days later on a $11,000 Bond and prosecutors opted not to pursue the case but hopefully it will serve as a wake-up call for her our next clip is of a woman Miss quasa Orek being arrested in New York Miss orang being pregnant tragically suffered a miscarriage in jail after being brought in it began when police tried to stop her but she drove off when authorities pulled in front of her a collision occurred and that's when she finally stopped and stepped out of the car open this window hands up open the window open get out of the car step out step out you let me see your hands open window hands up open the window get out of the car step out step out okay Go Go pass side get the two out there's one on the rear too what's going on officer when you tried running away from me because I was get into somewhere where we can pull over we see footage from two body cams from different angles of the same events showing Miss Orin check stepping out of the vehicle and being put in handcuffs this directly refutes her claims that officers dragged her out of the car which she later claimed caus the miscarriage at this point officers have to search the vehicle and question Miss Orek what's this that is a scale hey we got the car if we need it it's $1,000 right here going to pay on my insurance you have any other Pockets than me no I don't we see the officer finding a scale on Miss or in check so unless she's baking a cake this is very suspicious police are definitely taking her pregnancy into consideration and no mistreatment or a necessary force can be seen that would support her claims um yeah I just hooked her on the unlawful plan that's basically where I'm at then they got these two out I don't know where they're at but these two passengers but she took the off a plane and then search rals that scale with the residue water it's not a lot but it's something sorry not that they gave her water and treated her with respect of course it also helped that she was cooperative during her arrest When Miss Orek was taken to the station they found traces of methamphetamine and Fentanyl inner system which might have caused her miscarriage Miss Orin cheek's defense insisted that if not for her arrest she would not have had the miscarriage what do you think police respond to the craziest call sometimes and we can count this next story as one of them in 2023 police responded to a report of an assault in Utah city when police arrived two of the suspects made a run for it leaving two women at the scene to explain to police what just happened we'll see how police called up to the runners and made them face the consequences of being hotheads who are they why are they wait for these guys to come back like she said had assaulted her earlier so um I'm talking to the guys over in the tower you know the older gentleman and they I'm I'm All way over here passing a building and I hear screaming and yelling the dogs barking like aggressively like protection mode start running over I can't run very fast um by the time I get there there's like an altercation going on between all of them okay and it started where are you hurt oh no he shov me I went flying on the ground but I think it's just my elbow okay sorry so it's okay A lot happened take a deep breath you're fine yeah this doesn't normally happen this is a little the ordinary the woman seen here seems to still be on an adrenaline High a clear sign she's been involved in something very intense she recounts that some guys were in a physical altercation with another woman after arguing about the woman's dog she even got hurt while trying to break it up AR I was on this bench just cleaning out my bag and they came running from the Cockroaches over there and she darted at them and I told them stop running so I can get her you know what I'm saying so she doesn't attack you you know they're like keep your dog on the she had this already on but she was just laying under the bench and she obviously got spooked and I told them to stop running so I can just get her you know what I'm saying don't keep running because I'm not going to be able to get her if you just keep running yeah and so I was trying to get her and that's when he started talking to me and when I talk like I say a lot okay and so he's like I'm not a I didn't call you I called you and I said don't you know don't talk to me like that like period and they want to talk to me because I'm homeless and everything else and then the the kid with the blonde hair he pushed me and then they wound up leaving and they said when we come back you're going to get it again and I was sitting here talking to two people and as they walk by they start talking to me then the one dud he punched me like I am too not my head and then when the cop came right there he when he flipped around that's when the two dudes just came darting at me and H girl and that's when they I went on the ground over there and they started punching me okay so are you soldiers kind of on the fence right now I just I just don't want to be hit by them like I don't know who these dudes are I never and I've been out in the shoes for a long time police spoke to the woman who got the worst of it approaching cautiously as she's still agitated by what just happened the woman managed to give a description of the suspects and describe the assault in detail even describing one of them as like The Simpsons character psycho Bob with this information cops caught up to the suspects sitting on the front porch of a house2 is that him so this driver on scene with victim huh this driver on scene with the so we we I'll talk with you in just a second the one that gets please call when they were calling his F that's crazy how tightly do you guys keep the homeless population on a rope up here I it was actually somebody else that called it was like a bystander that called put an argument so they called us and then they would see you guys running so yeah you just P you guys did the first lap and we were like oh okay obviously they don't want us to be here and we shouldn't be here at the police are here so it's amazing how they just talk about the assault so nonchalantly it might be arrogance or they might fail to recognize the amount of trouble they're in they won't be able to deny their involvement either since the victim's in the car and has positively identified them so again what happened at the park yeah so lady was trying to antagonizing us she's well actually H okay part two I explained it to the ear office there um we walked by going to the Maverick uh we were walking in the wood chips cuz we were walking through part going around them cuz I know how crack crackheads are around here they will start a problem with you if you give them the opportunity but there were a lot of roaches in the in the wood chips so I ended up running away like literally running and the dog her dog came after me didn't bite me nothing but um she ended up yelling at me like stoping running and stop doing that and then I like greased my voice back at her and then she just kept coming at me and called me and then I like felt the obligation to step up for myself as someone who's been Utah 10 years and not had a single problem with racism and um then that was the first interaction we had walking past her actually and then we came back from the gas station cuz I live here and um she ended up saying some more stuff the suspects gave the cops their version of what happened and it looks like it all started with a simple disagreement about a dog and just started to get worse from there even though the victim's use of the nword played a big part in this being physically aggressive is still uncalled for okay so this is the thing that other officer he did identify you okay when he pulled up and told you to sit down he identified himself as the police officer and told you to take a seat on the curb the lawful command by a police officer you failed to obey and you took off running when you came back to your house instead of sitting on the curb like he asked you failed to obey the command of a lawful command by a police officer Miss meor in the state of Utah which means it's automatic arrest okay okay okay so that's that's the charge you're going to go to jail for okay everything else the other investigation portion a r Miranda okay you said you don't want to talk you won't talk about it but I will explain that as of right now that's just an investigation so depending on what happens with investigation charges baby screen but for right now you're only being charged with the failure to obey lawful command by a police officer additional charge Caleb tried to outsmart the cops by giving a fake name close to his real one but it didn't work they discovered that he lied about his name after finding his ID this frustrated the cops so much that he needed a moment to compose himself Caleb running from police failing to obey lawful orders and lying about his name will definitely hurt his credibility if he goes to court for assault charges our next clip happened in Illinois on June 27th 2023 police responded to reports of shoplifting the suspects are two women who police called in the parking lot attempting to flee the scene in this clip we'll see them struggle lie and get caught in the act Target you guys just took from Target no take from Target yeah they just called you just stole from them no no 9150 Cy 28 we have returns anybody got an idea on them no okay well they just said you took over 1,000 bucks for this stuff from them so you got an IDE no give me a name lock your door they can't do that were returns but when questioned further they didn't have receipts and even tried to block the police from looking in the car to investigate clearly they're hiding something and the pregnant suspect who blocked the cops was placed in cuffs what were you guys looking for in the store you guys pay for any of the stuff you try to scan anything or just kind of walked right out you just walked right out did you get anything else in the car that you guys already loaded up she said that uh she I heard her she said that the stuff in the car is cuz she's moving so is anything in this car yours no it's all hers you clear for your return so obviously if she's yeah go ahead if she's stealing stuff and that stuff's not yours we're going to go to your car and we're going to go ahead and find out what's in here cuz I don't want you getting in trouble for something that's not yours so is there anything in the car that you know that shouldn't be anything in the car that's like like drugs or G drugs guns like that noing any stol on property anything like that no no and I appreciate you cooperating while the pregnant suspect was uncooperative the second suspect was fortunately smart enough to immediately start telling the truth her cooperation will be taken into account when it's time to press charges a $1,000 shoplifting charge alone is going to be a felony which means jail time and a hefty fine I just pushed the door and Clos it did I not he never grabbed me I just pushed the door and Clos it okay he never touched me he never asked me to turn around he didn't say nothing to me so that's not well I wasn't here for the conversation you right there you pulled up first you were out the was the fourth one to pull up whatever but yeah you were still me I don't like that I'm not always going to be nice but when you're going you're going no don't cuz I'm pregnant and I asked y to release the cups just a little bit it's not like I'm going to run and we did right we took the C it took 20 minutes and like I said I'm months pregnant it definitely didn't take 20 minutes it took too damn long I'm a human being it don't matter what I did I don't deserve for my wrist to be with you for a little while tonight and just just remember that respect goes both ways an officer talks to the pregnant suspect in the police car to try and explain what's going to happen despite her being uncooperative and CAU red-handed she feels entitled enough to tell the officers they were being mean to her demanding more respect because she's pregnant hey reality check as the cops put it respect goes both ways I'm going be upset if your colleagues take that I worked hard for I really am I don't have an issue with saying I what was took and what was not I understand I totally get it's a lot of with tags on it that were was not stolen I transported it as you can see can't you see clothes in a big L you have to I have clothes in the tote I have clothes that were shoes boxes of shoes that I paid for I get it literally this stuff was not stolen okay understand I'm not out there that's not my part of this my part of this is just to get you they touching [ __ ] that's not but but let me ask you this how are we supposed to see what is stolen and what isn't stolen if we don't look through it that's part of our job the suspect had the audacity to get angry because the police are investigating and determining which items were stolen despite clear evidence she still denied committing the theft both suspects were charged with retail theft and in the state of Illinois stolen items amounting to $1,000 means this is going to be a felony and it may land her in jail for 2 to 5 years not to mention a fine of $25,000 the pregnant woman got an additional charge of resisting arrest and that wraps up our list in all these videos we witnessed individuals repeatedly making poor choices even after being caught red-handed they worsen the situation by lying or resisting resulting in additional charges despite their actions the responding officers remain composed and perform their duties admirably hopefully being cult prompts these Crooks to realize that a life of crime isn't the right path for them
