Oh, you you [Music] stop [ __ ] me. Why are you [ __ ] me? Stop touching me. Stop me. >> Okay. Can Can I get Can I get a white officer over here, please? Well, >> yeah. Can Can I get a white officer over here? >> Yeah, you can call officer Bruce. >> No, no, no. I need a white officer. >> We have all met a Karen at least once. Someone who's always angry, entitled, and makes every little issue into someone else's problem. Whether it be for yelling at service employees or causing a scene over a minor inconvenience, they learned their lesson the hard way when cops have to kick the ass off a psycho Karens. >> Can I get an ID badge, please? That is my right. >> You have to you have >> I will once you show me ID of your ID. >> I No, I want your ID. In the early morning hours of June 9th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a car wash in response to a suspicious parked vehicle. When the officers arrived, they were met with a rather annoyed young woman named Angela. >> What's the issue? >> You mind if I talk to you for a second over here? >> Yeah. What's your issue? I just bought this vehicle and I'm trying to clean it and put pieces together that's not together. >> That's fine. I'm officer Hamilton at Sanford Police Department. All right. At least I'm out here. Guess the owner >> val. Okay, go ahead. Say what you're gonna say. >> Copy. Thank you. Guess the owner was saying that you're out here for an extended period of time like >> Okay. I just bought this car and there's a bunch of pieces that I'm trying to figure out where they go. >> Okay. And everything's dirty. >> All right. And I just sprayed purple power on certain areas to let it eat up the grease so I can go through and wipe it off. The guy that I was just with knows the owner. >> Well, >> and he said he had to go to his grandmas up the street and he'll be back cuz I told I said something to him about it. He's like, "I know the owner. It's fine. It's fine." That's what he said. >> Oh, cool. >> So, you can tell tell the owner whatever that I know Justin. >> I got you. And then she >> Do you have a ID card on you or anything? >> Yes. >> I'm at a car wash. That's 24 hours. There's no need for that. No. No. I'm not No, there absolutely not. All right, let me call the owner and see what he wants to do. >> Yeah, thank you. >> I'm I'm at a car I'm at a car wash. That's 24 hours. >> Give me a second, ma'am. Ma'am, give me one second. Let me call. >> This is crazy. No, you're not going to come up here and do No, I'm not doing anything wrong. It's a car wash. It's open 24 hours. >> The aggressive woman claimed she had just bought the car and was trying to figure it out. However, the privacy screens on her windows, the cot on the ground, and her dog chilling on the pavement told a different story. Nevertheless, the officers make the call to the car wash owner. >> Hello, Mr. Burner. >> Yes. Hello. >> How you doing? Are you the owner of the car wash? >> Yes. >> All right. So, >> give me one second. I know. Give me I'm on the phone with the owner. >> You want to see these? >> Ma'am, give me a second. >> These. >> All right. So, she's using vacuum. I guess she said she has a little bunch of parts. >> She's trying to clean out. >> Yeah, but I mean they've been here since 9:45. It's 3 hours ago. So, I just want them going. >> Yeah, I explained to her. >> All right. So, you want her to leave from here? >> Yeah, I just see them leaving because they've been there 3 hours. They're not they're not validating that time at my car wash. So, I just needed them to go. >> All right. I'll see if I can explain to you. >> All right. >> Okay. I mean, if you Hey, if you need to trespass him, go ahead and trespass him because I have a form with you guys if you need to trespass him. >> All right. I'll explain to her. >> Trespass for what? Carwalk. >> All right. Thank you. >> The officer reiterated the owner's orders to the suspect, Angela, who maintained her position that she wasn't doing anything wrong. However, since she had no valid reason to be at the car wash for over three hours, the officer had no choice but to ask her to leave. >> Can you write down on a piece of paper what what you're saying what the um the owner's name is for me, please being told to leave and if I don't leave, it's trespassing. I want proof. >> Are you are you refusing the owner's name is? >> Are you refusing to leave? >> I'm not refusing. I just want something being said. >> I don't have to provide you the name owner's name. You have a phone. You can go to Google and figure out what >> figure out who owns it. Ma'am, >> that's exactly what I can ask. I want your badge number and your name for you. >> My badge number is 294. Officer Hamilton, I'm asking >> 294 and I'm asking you to leave again, ma'am. >> 294 that [Applause] do. >> What is your name? >> I just stole you. I can give you a business card if that helps. >> All right, ma'am. You have to leave. No, I know. But what is your name? >> It's on the business card. >> A business card doesn't tell me anything. And you could just be with anybody >> information on it, man. If you look at it, you will see. >> Angela seemed to be on the phone with someone who advised her that the officer may not have been a legitimate law enforcement officer. She seemed paranoid and tried to stall her departure by arguing with Officer Hamilton, who up to that point had been very patient with her. >> I think this is a bit odd if you ask me. >> Why? What do you mean? Why? >> So, let me >> What owner is going to call and that is is watching Kayla's and say because I'm here in excess of hours, but >> I just bought this car and it's disgusting. There's tons of pieces. >> Can you Can you >> I don't know where they belong. Can you dial it down for me? >> I'm pissed. >> All right. >> All right, Mr. Yates. >> Yes. >> Dial it down for me for a little bit. Hear me out. The owner is watching the cameras. He can It's his business. Let me Let me explain to you. Unfortunately, he said you were here since 9:45 and you >> 9:45. No, I was not. >> Be finished. >> Get up, baby. >> Yeah. Well, this makes it look like I'm doing something wrong and I'm not doing anything wrong. >> I never said you were, but as of as >> as you're not, but but you're coming up to me while I'm trying to clean these loose pieces of my truck. But you let me You refuse to let me show you that I just got this truck. >> That's fine. I don't. So if you just get a vehicle but you want to clean it. >> That's irrelevant, man. I'm >> You see all these pieces? I don't even know where they go. >> All right. That's >> Come on, Toby. Up so I can put your bed in there. This is ridiculous. >> You can go now. I don't need you to stand there. >> I have to watch you leave cuz if you don't >> Okay. Well, you don't need to stand on top of me cuz I got a dog right here. So, can you back up, please? >> Go ahead, man. >> Cuz I'm not doing anything wrong. I don't need you standing there. >> The officer backed off and gave her some space to load everything in her car and leave. Just when it seemed like he had gotten through to her, she went around the officer's car to inspect his license plate. Still on her mission to verify that the officer was a real cop. >> All right, ma'am. You can I'll pull it down for you. But right now, you're refusing to leave. My brain No, I'm not. But my You know what? Let me let me explain something. Refusing to leave. >> See, now he's getting an attitude because I I was looking at his plate. >> All right. >> So, that makes me think that he's lying. >> You can clearly see Santa Police Department right here. Ma'am, >> you have to leave. Ma'am, I just explained it to you. >> And I'm just explaining. I filed a complaint on you. >> Because I'm not doing wrong. You have to I just explained to you, ma'am. >> Just sitting here hanging out at the car wash. I'm taking care of my truck and I told you >> I just bought this vehicle. >> I know what you thought. You said what you had to say. >> Ma'am, you pushing me real hard to take you to jail tonight, ma'am. And I'm trying to go around >> for nothing. For nothing. >> I asked you to leave multiple times, ma'am. while I communicate with my friend. >> There's nothing wrong about you have to leave. >> Even after their heated standoff, the entitled woman still refused to leave. The officer's patience was wearing thin, and every time he had to confront her about leaving, it only made the situation worse. For the last time, Officer Hamilton approached her vehicle to ask her to leave. >> Can I get an ID back, please? >> That is my right. You have to you have to >> I will once you show me ID of who your ID I want your ID badge refusing to leave. >> I want to see your ID badge. >> Are you refusing to leave me? >> Ma'am, you're going to force me to arrest you. You understand that? I expect multiple times to leave. Ma'am, >> do you hear him? >> Ma'am, I just explained it to you. You can see Sanford Police Department on the car and I >> I don't care. Just because it's a car doesn't mean anything. >> All right. Are you refusing to leave, ma'am? >> I want to see ID badge. >> Ma'am, step out of the car. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. No. Hey, don't rob me. I want to see ID badge. I He's trying He's going to hit See, I'm doing what my friend told me. >> Stop. Stop. >> Rob, do you hear this? Can you please No, I'm not. >> How am I trespassing? >> I just explained it to you. >> I Let me go. I want back. I want I want to No, I'm not. >> I will leave. >> Stop resisting. >> I will leave. >> It's already too late. >> It's already too late. >> This person told me to say that. >> Too late. >> Please. Please, please. Rob, you're trying to bust me cuz I'm doing what you told me to do. >> Ma'am, ma'am, >> can you tell me what to do? >> I explain that to you. >> I know you did. I'm talking to him. Please, >> ma'am. >> I will. Please. Please. Please. I want to talk to another officer. Please. I want to talk to another officer. Please. Please. >> I want to know. I want to talk to another officer. Please. >> Ma'am, stop. While the officer waited for backup to arrive, he had the grueling task of babysitting the deranged woman. Angela kept insisting that she needed to call 911, even though Officer Hamilton was very clearly a real officer. Soon enough, though, help arrived. However, this didn't make the situation any clearer for her. >> You got her ID? >> You already have her ID. >> I'm so freaking They won't show me an ID badges. You guys could be anybody. Listen, I'm officer >> I can't I'm scared. >> What is your name? >> Angela. >> Angela. Listen. I'm officer Mattel. Okay. >> Tell me, >> ma'am. Listen. I'm officer Mattel. Something. >> My dog. >> He's right here. >> Tell me. >> Is he aggressive? >> No. >> All right. You call me. Okay. But I don't know who you guys are. >> Uh. Okay. Now, there's police offic. >> You guys could be anybody. I wanted to see ID. >> ID. It's right here. There's a bag. ID and your picture in your name. Picture in your name, >> ma'am. When you >> picture her in your name? >> Doesn't work that way. >> Excuse me. >> Officer Hamilton requested to speak to the person who Angela was talking to on the phone. Apparently, it was her friend who had been instructing her to act in this deranged manner. When the officer asked him to come and retrieve Angela's things, she freaked out even more. >> Where you at? Can you come and pick up her car and pick up our dog? >> No. What? No. I don't know if you guys are going to talk. >> Have a seat. >> I want to see ID. I want to see ID. >> I don't know who she the phone with, but is that >> Please. No. I want I want my phone. I'm calling 911. Let me call 911 cuz I want to know if you guys are officers. >> Okay, but let me clean. >> I will. I want my phone so I can call 911. I don't know who you are. >> You guys refuse to show me ID. I don't trust this at all. >> Do you took something? >> What? >> Did you took something? >> Take something or what? >> I'm asking you a question. >> No. >> Why you so agitated? >> Because I'm not doing anything wrong. >> I packed my truck and leave. I probably don't even get the license plate down. That is my amendment, right? To make sure you guys are caught. >> Angela, as expected, tried to stand up when the officers told her to stay sitting down. As promised, they put her in the back of the squad car. As she was being secured in the car, the sergeant arrived. >> I'm Sergeant Pop with the Sanford Police Department. I know you said you >> hear me. What's your first name? >> Angela. >> Angela. >> All ID badge with a picture and a name. Anybody can be jumped in a uniform, please. >> I tried to explain that. I'm not refusing. >> I know, but listen, I know you're >> my water. Please. >> We'll get you some, but just try to take a couple of deep breaths. Yeah, I know. >> You got two options. Calm down. Help us get somebody to get your dog in your car. >> Why am I Why are you arresting me for what? >> Arrested for trespass after warning. >> This is not trespassing. It's a 24-hour car wash. >> The business owner wanted you trespassing. Call police. >> And then he's asked you several times to leave. >> I was talking as I was talking, was I not? >> And then what did you do afterwards? And I >> My buddy told me, "Is my amendment right to look at the license plate so he can look you up?" You can. >> That is my amendment, right? I am not doing anything wrong. I packed my truck up. >> You can make your argument anymore. We're done. We're not going to >> Please. Please. I need to call somebody. >> Okay, then you need to calm down. I will. >> Other than looking for a number, you need to stop talking. >> Okay, >> calm down. They'll help you get somebody so you can get this dog there. Otherwise, we have to take you to the pound. I don't want to hear anything else about anything else. >> If you have arguments, you can make them in court. Angela was arrested and charged with trespassing and resisting an officer without violence. She was sentenced to pay a fine. The dog Toby was unfortunately sent to the local pound due to her non-compliance. On the afternoon of April 24th, 2025, a Florida officer pulled over a car that was being driven incredibly erratically. What started as a simple traffic stop of two middle-aged women quickly turned into an aggressive and chaotic one. >> Hey, Deputy Rash and National Sheriff's Office. Is everything okay? >> Everything's fine. Good. >> We're going to my daughter's cemetery. >> Okay. >> So, a couple things, right? Um the car in front of you right there at um 107 in Hendricks, you kind of floored it. Is there a reason behind that? >> Her foot got stuck. Her flip flop got stuck on the damn gas pedal. >> Okay. Yeah, >> we're going to the cemetery. You can follow. Okay, I'm just going to turn. >> I just I just lost my daughter. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm really not. >> That's been sad. >> And then when I was following you back here, you were riding the dotted line and then you come over to this all white line. You come back. >> I feel like stuck in that. Okay. >> Ain't doing nothing wrong. I'm just my daughter shoes on for >> not doing so good. Really not. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on on you? >> I don't. >> Okay. Do you you don't have a driver's license on you? >> I got my ID. >> Okay. You want to see that? >> Why are you driving a vehicle with no driver's license? >> Cuz I asked her to drive me down there. No way to get there. I don't have a car. >> Okay. >> I ain't seen her about since she's been dead. >> Do you think that's safe? >> Well, no. I didn't think it was safe, but I want to see my daughter really bad. >> I understand. >> Even though she was not the one driving the car. The older woman in the passenger seat revealed her identification to the officer. The driver was asked to present the insurance and vehicle registration and failed to do so as she was too busy rambling about nonsense. >> I'm also Jim Car's sister. >> Jim Carrey, but I do. >> Okay. >> But I also know um >> go check that out. >> We're doing fine. I just I want to go to the cemetery really bad. >> Yeah. head down there to take some stuff and leave her >> water on the water, but I ain't one of the bad ones. I'm one of the good ones. >> Okay. >> All right. So, this what I'm going to have you do. Okay. I'm going to have you go and put your hands up on the steering wheel, the driver. >> Mhm. >> And then I'm going to come around the to the driver's side. Okay. [Applause] >> All right. I'm going have you go and step out for me. Okay. >> Okay. I have the seat belt on. >> Go ahead and take it off. Can you drive Jim Carrey for me and allow him at least >> drive who? >> Jim Carrey. >> Who's Jim Carrey? >> A friend of mine is actually a brother-in-law, but he >> go to the front of my truck. >> Go to the front of my truck for me. >> Go ahead and step out for me. Go to the front of my truck. The officer explained to the pair that in the state of Florida, it's illegal to operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license. The officer proceeded to ask for the driver's identifying information, to which the woman became increasingly more aggressive. >> All right, spell your first name. >> La, capital A, N. >> Middle initial? >> Rice. Is that how you pronounce it? >> What's your middle initial? A >> a >> yeah look how many f >> Hey what's your birthday >> 2774 where is uh Kevin Street from DA from Florida >> come on come on >> there's a bunch continue sir >> I'm a female >> after correcting the driver Leanne on her pronouns The officer proceeded to let the pair know that she smelled alcohol on the driver's breath. So, she intended to put the woman through some field sobriety tests. >> Do you agree to do field sobriety exercises? >> You got to do whatever you want to do. >> No, I'm asking you a question. It's a yes. >> You can do whatever you want to do. >> It's a yes or no question. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, yes, >> you can do whatever you'd like to do. >> Go with Deputy Cook. Each dol, >> everybody descend upon the vehicle. >> Leanne, come here. Come here. >> That's the way it goes. >> Tell her right there. You going to come talk to me in front of that? All right. >> That's not mine. No. >> Then I said that cuz you see that Tahoe. >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm not talking to you anywhere. >> You're not doing what? >> I'm not talking to you. >> Okay. All right. All right. So then you can talk to me right here. Okay. >> I'll talk to you right here with him. >> All right. Listen. Listen. Hey, >> I can't fail. >> Hey, how am I supposed to know? >> It was quickly becoming apparent to the officers that Leanne was getting riled up by the presence of the backup officers. The officers tried to do what they could to make her feel more comfortable, but it was too late as the alcohol had already taken over her wits. >> You can take me to jail right now. You can and legally take me to jail. >> Step back from him. Step back. >> Hey, hey, hey. >> Step back. >> [ __ ] you. Stop it. He can take me wherever he would like. >> Well, you're going to jail now. >> That's fine. >> Nope. You're >> for what? >> Driving under the influence of alcohol. >> Okay, great. >> Let's go. >> Let's do it. >> No. Hey. Hey. You're not going to turn around on her like that. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> Stop resisting. Put your arms >> resisting a mother. >> Stop resisting. >> You are [ __ ] >> You are mother and you ain't walk. Let's go. >> Charlie, you know it. >> You know it. >> Yeah. I did not truck from you. Neither are you. Y'all are up. You're [ __ ] >> You want to get my face again? >> Get in the truck. >> You're [ __ ] up. You're all [ __ ] >> 88. >> You're pushing it and you're >> got Yeah, there's 88 on Leo. >> You got it? >> Yeah, I got it. >> Hey, man. You're hurting me. >> 8:00. >> Go away and leave me alone. >> Call me the way. Leave me alone. [Applause] HQ1 trolley show idiot on Leo. >> The officers closed the door as quickly as possible, but failed to properly fasten Leanne's seat belt. This resulted in a temper tantrum, completely unwarranted for a simple traffic stop. However, the camera inside the police unit caught her fit of rage perfectly. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. You [Applause] [Music] [ __ ] I hope your mama's real proud of what you do. You [ __ ] >> Hey, leave me alone. Leave me the alone, >> ma'am. Stop kicking the thing. All right, you can't keep kicking me. Where's her Where'd you put the other flip-flop? I don't know where >> you slip those cuffs, it's going to be a bad day for you. >> I just want >> No, you're not coming out. >> I just want to >> You're going to jail. >> You're going to jail. >> You don't care. Listen, quit that. Calm down. >> You're not going out. >> You're going to jail. >> Down. >> You're going to jail. You I don't care. >> You mother. Leanne was charged with resisting an officer with violence and battery on an officer. The following day in court, she plead not guilty against a no contact order, and her attorney filed several motions, including requests for discovery, favorable evidence, and a statement of particulars. On April 15th, 2023, officers working alongside the beach unit were flagged down by a local store clerk about a disturbance. When they arrived, they were met with an emotional young woman wearing a colorful lay and mesh swimsuit coverup. >> I'm throwing stuff about you throwing your your you threw your card at her. >> She was screaming at me. I was just talking like she was talking. >> Why are you Why are you screaming at her? >> She because that's how she talked. >> What happened? I asked her. I was scared to have my money back because I did not took the right thing. So I was like, "Okay, I'm I'mma give you back the beer. You can put it on my car." I give her the car. And she said, "No, don't do it." I said, >> "20." >> How you're How you're not doing it? I don't get it. >> Listen, when I came in there, I saw you yelling. >> You threw your card at her. >> Yeah. And you got to put me in prison because I was yelling, >> man, it's distort. Yeah, you can most certainly go to jail. >> Started resistance and you're putting me this way. You're detained. You're detained because you are causing disturbance inside a private business and you're not you're not going to own up to that because I love my >> and you're and you're lucky you didn't go to the ground because you're resisting us. >> You're just detained, right? >> I don't understand how how you can sit there and tell us when you resisted us. your hands. No, you do not have a right to resist. >> We're law enforcement. >> This Karen clearly didn't know what she was talking about as there was no such thing as the right to resist. In fact, she was raking up charges as she ran her mouth to the officers. The officers began walking the woman to the police unit where she continued to resist them. >> Would you please stop? >> Nope. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Yeah, yeah, you did. >> Yeah. I need respons. >> Calm down. Calm down. You're not going to pick. >> You're not going to kick. or resist. >> You cannot. >> You're biting me. >> Ma'am, >> fight. >> You're get tased. You're going to get tased. >> You're going to get tased. >> Stop resisting. >> You're going to get tased. If you don't do >> not fight. >> As the woman's behavior grew more aggressive, backup officers rushed to the scene. It looks like their plan was to hold her down until she calmed down on her own. Meanwhile, the first officers who responded to the scene briefed the new arrivals on everything that had happened so far. >> So, she was being 22 day hunt. She threw her >> calm down. >> Stop. >> Calm down. >> Try kicking me. >> She's tried biting you. So, we couldn't get we couldn't get >> That's what I asked for. >> We couldn't get the uh we couldn't get a while. >> Sit down. Stay down. >> You stop. You stop touching me right now. You stop touching me. You stop touching me. >> Stop touching me. We're going to figure something. >> Put her back on the ground. Put her back on the ground. >> I did nothing. >> At that point, the officers knew she wasn't getting up by simply asking her. It was clear they'd have to use more force. However, the scene was starting to attract bystanders. So, the officers needed to shut down any outside distractions before things got out of hand. Stop touching me. Why are you touching me? Stop me. Stop >> right here. That's right. >> Stop touching me. Stop touching me. We got locked up. >> Okay. What do >> you mean? Yeah. >> She's bit my partner and she scrapped me and she kicked me. So, what are you talking about? >> She threw her card at the clerk, caused disturbance, and then we tried to escort her out. This store robbed the the >> You can't kick and bite an officer. >> Like come on. >> What do you mean? She got bit of We are tourists. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we understand. What do you mean you're tourist? What does that mean? >> The money for us. >> She threw her car in a clerk's face, caused a service, wanted to be escorted. We took her out. We put her in cops. She started freaking out. >> This place you can't bite an officer kick an officer. What's What's the excuse for that? about the situation, not her. >> What are you talking about? >> Not me. >> What are you saying? >> The store, not the FBI. >> There's no Don't blame the store. >> For what? >> Don't blame the store. >> Since they were finally able to fend off the bystander and secured the deranged woman in the car. They needed to identify her for the arrest. This was easier said than done, though, because she was too busy having a meltdown in the back seat. What's your name? >> Hello. What's your name? >> Angelica. >> What is it? >> Angelica. >> Angelica. Take a deep breath. Hey, talk to talk to me. Stop crying. >> Stop crying. Try to stop crying and try to just take a deep breath. You got to brea. You got to stop crying and breathe. I can't. >> What's the matter? Why are you crying? >> You got to talk to me. What's the matter? I just wanted to cover my The woman, Angelica, claimed she was crying because she felt exposed in front of a male officer. When they had parked the car for transport, she began to calm down. A female officer was deployed to cover the woman up before she was taken to the local prison. Come on. >> I know you've been drinking. Okay. We're going to make sure we get you medically clear. They're going to make sure you're okay. They're going to make sure that you know you're you're able to leave here. Okay. Um >> Yeah. I don't want I don't want >> you know what we'll have back there. You know, for for the future reference, just try to comply with us and talk to us. You can't act like that. can't you know I know listen I know you've been drinking alcohol gets something gets affected but you can't can't get in people's face can't get in people's faces and yell at the clerk because the prices are bad call us to come out and help you but the way things were handled handcuffs the way you were acting and the way your your attitude was I'm like we'll put you in handcuffs and that's when you just really you didn't like that that's just what we're doing because I I didn't want you to harm yourself >> Angelica was charged with battery on an officer trespassing and disorderly conduct She was ordered to complete a mental health diversion program after which all charges were dropped. On July 27th, 2022, law enforcement officers were investigating a dangerous animal report when dispatchformed them of a domestic disturbance in the same area. The female involved, who was later identified as Shannon Reef, reported that her husband had locked her outside their house. >> Why haven't you guys been out here before? Maybe not you specifically. >> Yeah. What's his name? >> I don't know. We can ask him the questions. Um I just want my stuff. He's in there. I don't I don't charge right there. I just want my stuff. >> Do you have an ID? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Watch the dog. What's your name, your lady? >> What's your name? >> I'd like to say anonymous if that's fine. I'm not pressing charges. I just >> No, we're here. So, I need your name. >> I just want my stuff. >> Oh, Anthony Thomas. >> Who? >> Shannon. >> Shannon. >> Yeah. >> Thomas. >> No, that's my name. >> That's my husband. Thomas. >> That's my husband. >> We are not married. >> We are. Not a little bit. >> That's my husband. >> We have sex occasionally and that's that's as far as our relationship goes. >> What? Excuse me? >> Well, let me let me explain. Ohio is not a common law state. So, there's no such thing as a common law marriage. You either >> Oh, no. We're married. >> Marriage certificate or not? >> We are married. >> Show them the marriage certificate. >> Do you hear that? >> Cuz you ain't got one cuz we're not married, dummy. >> My dad married us. >> Oh, hell. >> You don't remember? Really? >> No. Your dad took you to the mental hospital? >> What What property is is in dispute here? She got my electric bike. >> No, >> put it in a bucket of water and now it's gone. I can't find it. It's not in the house. When you guys got here, went walking down that way. And when she came out, she found from across the street behind in the backyard. >> Okay. And what property do you want? >> I got a bunch of her stuff. >> Yep. >> Yeah. No, >> I got a bunch of her stuff. I got totes full. >> So, how long have you been released to here then? >> Few days. But they didn't uh they didn't even ask me why. They didn't the the He is supposed to call He was supposed to call these people to come and pick me up supposedly. >> Yeah, but you're too crazy. >> And I have Have you called Electronic Home Detention yet? >> Yeah, I >> That's what he said. I don't know if he called them or not. >> I don't know if he called them or not. >> Called back. I can't get through to them. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Called the clerk. >> Okay, whatever. I'm not even worried about I mean, >> you should be worried about that. >> I should be. >> Yeah. >> Why? Because >> you can't stay here no more. >> Josh, they won't let me relocate uh anymore. >> Then you're going to jail. >> Why? I didn't do anything. >> You can't stay here. That's why. >> Okay. I just want my stuff, honey. >> It turned out that Shannon had been under house arrest when the officers were called. The fact that Shannon had been stranded outside was suddenly a bigger deal than if she had been able to move freely. >> I'd be happy to give her. I just want my batteries. Batteries. >> You're my fiance. Why the hell would I take money from you? >> Where are you going? >> Why are you going over there? >> To speak with the officer. >> Well, you can go back to the He'll come and talk to you. Go back to the porch. >> Hey. Hey. >> I just wanted to make sure you had the correct information because >> Did you not give him the right information? >> Well, yeah. Well, Thomas is It's not my maiden name, but we're we're engaged to be married. I just want to make sure that he has the right information for the um you know, so there's no confusion. >> Brief. brace. It's soon to be Thomas if >> maybe I'm sorry. >> Go way back on the porch. >> Okay, my bad. >> What's your ankle bracelet for? >> Um on the house. >> Sit on the porch and we're going to talk here for a minute. >> We'll be back with you in a minute. >> Can I Can I talk? >> Go sit on the porch. >> Are you here to help me or no? >> Yes. We don't know yet. >> Yes. You don't know? >> Go have a seat. >> What was What were you called out here for? Was it domestic violence or what? >> Doesn't matter what we're called. We investigate what it is. Go have a seat. >> We're discussing it. And the longer you take why you came out here. >> Go have a seat. >> Is that what it is? >> Go have a seat. >> As the officers ordered her to sit on her porch so they could discuss their plan of action. Shannon became even more erratic. She starts directly disobeying the officer's orders and making the situation even more difficult to handle. Have a seat on your porch or have a seat in our car. >> Well, you talk to him. No problem. What is I don't >> I gave you two options. Sit on the porch or sit in the cruiser. >> There's always three options. >> You said you didn't want to have a seat now. >> Do what? >> You have a seat. You said you didn't want nothing done. Have a seat. >> Not there. On the >> on the porch. On the porch. Sh. >> No. This This is my This is the porch. I don't know. >> Do you want to go to jail? Is that your goal? >> Oh, no. No. Oh, I'm already sitting in jail. Go have a seat on the porch. >> In the hole >> on the porch where you were sitting at you guys. >> Go sit over there right now. >> Why is that so hard? Go sit down. >> Why? Because I don't understand. >> Have a seat. Simple. That's all I ask. Have a seat. >> I don't understand. >> I can't do this. I don't know what >> sit your butt on the chair on the porch. Simple. >> Shannon continued to disobey the officers who realized that she was clearly incapable of listening to simple instructions. They were running out of patience for her stupidity. So soon enough, that little bit of patience ran out and Shannon would have to face serious consequences. >> I'm Oh, so I'm sorry. >> Stand up. >> This is what they did to me in jail. You know that, right? >> Probably. They treated me like a dog. Like it was disqu, >> you know, and I I you know Hey, stop. I'm sorry. Um, are you not gonna read me my rights first? >> Excuse me. >> Nope. >> Excuse me, sir. I haven't done anything. I'm a victim here. He's been breaking my stuff in there all day. You don't understand. And it took you guys forever to get here. And that's all I have is my sentimental things, man. >> You What do you mean it's already done? And the difference is already shine because it took them forever to get here. Why did it take you guys so long to get here? By the way, you're just right down the street. Why got this? Look, I don't I don't want him to get in trouble. I don't want me to get in trouble. I just want my thing for that. >> Why? >> Cuz I'm sitting. >> Sorry. >> You can't detain me here. This is a kidnapping. Excuse me. You can't put me in these handcuffs. It's illegal. Excuse me. What? Excuse me, you guys. He's in there with my stuff. Hey, I'm going to get in trouble because his ankle monitor. If I'm away from that house too long, I'm going to get in trouble. Sir, can you Why are you ignoring me? I'm going to get I need to call the the um my dad. Daddy. Excuse me. Help. Shannon continued to lose her mind. She tried to come up with any excuse to exit the vehicle, including asking the officers if she could retrieve her dog and her missing belongings. It seemed like she was under the impression that she was not actually going to jail despite how disorderly she'd been the entire time. >> Um, hello. Who's ever on the computer? Can you please listen? I'm being illegally held in the back of the Indianapolis cop car. Excuse me, sir. >> What? >> I'm dying of thirst. You need to get that dog out of there, please. >> Why? >> Because there's stuff in there that will hurt him. >> Like what? >> That man. He's on drugs probably. I don't know. I just don't want him to hurt the animal. He's mean to that dog and I I don't want him to hurt the dog. I don't even care about my clothes, sir. I don't I don't want anyone to get in trouble, but I'm just worried about that dog. Please. I I don't understand. He's very to it for no reason. Excuse me. Oh my god. I need to use the restroom and drink. Hey, what are you waiting on? While one officer filled out paperwork and let Shannon get her frustration out in the back of the car, the other went back to the residence to speak to the male involved. In this conversation, he explained to the officer why he wanted Shannon out of the house. >> Being a all day told her last night, if you have a dude over here while I'm at work, cuz I work shift over. Said if you have a dude over here, you might as well pack your [ __ ] up and get out. And she had dude over. I'm not I'm not going to put you out, [ __ ] You need to find a place to go. >> Shannon, still in the back of the car, started demanding that the officers call the home detention phone number to inform them that she was being arrested. She did not know the phone number, so the officers could not assist her. This seemed to enrage her even more. >> I'm being kidnapped. Okay, I'm allowed to get out of here then. All right, fine. You never told me that I wasn't allowed to try to escape. Hello. Really? That's my stuff? You're just giving him time to so you can plant something on me. Is that it? You've been doing this whole procedure illegally. Call Judge Milnik. Call my judge or the home. Call my judge. Call my PO right now. I know my rights. And uh this is not it. This is not Indiana either. This is not Indiana. And I'm not state property. What year is this anyways? Huh? Do women not have rights? Is that what it is? Or are you racist motherers? Or are you just you don't like women? None of you have daughters. No, you probably don't, do you? You don't have daughters or beds. You're probably just all gay. Is that what it is? Or you're terrorists as well? >> Just when it seemed like Shannon had unleashed all of her anger on the officers, her focus switched dramatically. Not only was she upset that she was arrested, but she definitely had some residual anger built up towards her male partner. >> You're letting him leave the scene of a crime? Hello? Oh my god. >> Excuse me. Can you hear me? >> Okay, I'm in here, but this is illegal. You're letting him leave. This is illegal. Sit down. >> Don't you dare. >> Settle down. >> Okay. I'm not going to here. I'm not going to >> You guys got to sit up. >> There's He's got illegal stuff in that house. >> Sit up. >> No, he's got he's got your daughter's your wife's stuff. >> Dude, there's there's a a big black >> there's a a stolen there's a bike a big black uh a battery thing. A bomb. There's a bomb in there. He's a goddamn terrorist. What the? There's a bomb in that house. Can I please show you? >> No. You don't want to know, dude. That has to be what he was talking about. He kept screaming about a battery. Now I know what he's talking about. No, >> dude. There is Oh, that's not good. He just left. There's He just left it in there. You guys, I got to Oh my god, you guys. Stop it. This is illegal. Get in here real quick. Sir. >> The officers were eventually able to drive her to prison while she was shouting nonsense the entire time. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Since this incident, she has violated her parole one more time. On January 14th, 2025, officers responded to a call about a woman repeatedly falling off her bike. According to the 911 call, the woman appeared to be intoxicated. When they arrived, the officers were met with the drunk woman as well as some witnesses who stood by. >> What's going on? Are you hurt? >> I I am drunk. >> You're drunk? >> Thank you. You have a great day. >> Okay. Bye. >> Are you hurt? Do you need paramedics? >> No. >> What? Do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah, probably. >> Just to stay seated unless Unless you have it on you. >> Um, it's probably up there. >> It's It's in here. >> Yeah. >> I don't see it in there. Could it be in there? >> Maybe. >> Can I open it up? >> Sure. >> No, that looks like >> It's just my bike stuff. >> Yeah, it looks like your bike stuff >> on the top here. >> Sure. Go ahead. >> I don't see it there. >> What are you looking for? >> Her ID. I don't She gave me her name is Andrea. >> What is your first name? >> Andrea. >> Andrea. Spell that for me. >> What's your date of birth? >> Um >> and where do you live? >> Um where do you mean I live? >> Like do you have a home address? >> Yeah. >> It's in Palm Coast. What's your phone number? >> Um it would be threes. >> What area code is 307? Um, Wyoming. >> Wyoming. Okay. >> The officer approached the woman with a calm and conversational presence, most likely to avoid triggering her. The officer was able to identify the woman, Andrea, and felt okay to proceed with his duties since the bystanders were close by. >> All right. So, you're not hurt? >> I'm not hurt. >> And you don't want paramedics? >> I'm just trying to get him. >> Okay. Well, I understand. But we have a bit of a problem with that cuz you said you're drunk, right? So, that's a bit of an issue. Did Did you see her fall off the bike or was she just sitting here twice? >> Because we're trying on the bike. >> Okay. >> And then we help her out. We thought it was something else. She was number one. >> We walked all the way to the end, came back, she was still in the same place. We lift her up and we asked for her address. So, we walked with the bike and her me helping her cuz we were going to walk her home. >> Got it into her head that she had to drive. We had a gentleman helping us out. Don't ask me how she got in, but then she couldn't get out of the bike and we couldn't stop her from not driving. She turns around and comes back this way. We tried real quick. I don't want her to get hurt. >> Yeah. >> The backup officers finally arrived and Andrea repeatedly expressed that she was just trying to go home and that she wanted to leave. However, the officers were having a hard time identifying her since she didn't have an ID. This caused her to become agitated. >> I just want to go home. >> I'm about to jump on my own. So stupid. That's >> what am I looking at? >> Your phone. >> Here. Sit. Sit. Relax. I don't need you to fall down again. >> My phone. And >> no, I am going. >> Okay. First of all, why are you cursing at me? >> Because >> I'm not cursing at you. I'm treating you like like a lady right right now. And you're being very rude to me. I have done nothing here but try to help you. I'm just trying to go. Well, that's what I'm saying. >> So, I can go to sleep. >> Okay. Well, I >> What? What the >> Why are you First of all, you don't need to curse at me. I'm not cursing at you. Okay. >> You're You're just >> I'm trying to Why am I be How am I being >> Because >> how >> I'm just trying to get home. >> Okay. Well, if >> if you weren't intoxicated, we'd be able to get you home right now. I'm still trying to figure out where where that is. you get home right now. >> Well, if you could have gotten home, we wouldn't be here. >> Okay. >> The officer's kindness and patience with the Karen-like woman unsurprisingly fell onto deaf ears. Andrea continued to get worked up about wanting to leave, even though she failed to provide a coherent address to the law enforcement officers who were trying to help her out. >> I am being nothing but nice to you and you decide you want to curse at me. That's a That's not very ladylike. You know what? >> I am just trying to get home. >> I understand that we're trying to help you get home. We're trying to help you get home, but I was trying to figure out who you are first. So, I know where exactly home is, and I couldn't find your driver's license. >> Stay seated. >> Nope. >> Stay seated. Stop. Stop. >> I'm going home. >> Okay. >> I'm going. We're We're going to get you home. But the problem is Stay, Andrea. Stay seated. Stop. >> Stop. You're going to Stop. You're going to fall again. >> Stop. >> All right. >> Just sit down. >> Just have a seat. >> Just sit down and relax. >> That hurt. >> Okay. Well, I don't want you digging in your pants. >> Okay. >> Okay. Just sit and relax. >> You want to sit on the grass? Is that going to be better for you? >> Or do you want to lean up against the car? >> Guys, I just want to go home and go to sleep. >> You're out there. >> Okay. But we're trying to get you there, but you're drunk. >> I just want to get to sleep, guys. >> Well, you shouldn't have been out drinking and driving. >> Do that, please. >> Stop. >> Oh my god. >> Can you sit on the ground for me? >> Oh my god. >> Andrea, can you sit on the ground for me? >> I just want to go to sleep. I mean, I don't I don't understand what the you want. I just >> I mean, you're going to arrest me no matter what because you're assass. >> The officers take a few minutes to try and talk to her with respect and tried to deescalate the situation. They obviously couldn't let her go home on her own due to her intoxication. Plus, they couldn't locate her address. They planned on conducting some field sobriety exercises, but it didn't exactly go as planned. >> Right now, right now, >> ma'am, right now we're doing a DUI investigation. So, you're detained. So any now at this point if you pull 10 do anything you're going to go to jail for resisting cuz we're not doing that. All right. >> I don't care. >> So can you stand straight without us holding your hand? Is that possible? >> Is that possible? >> I don't know. Are you possible of anything that is I mean >> Okay. So right now we have some witnesses saying >> Okay. No. No. You're biased. Everybody is biased. Everybody. >> Ma'am, are you willing to perform your spory exercises? >> No. >> No. >> Well, here's here's the thing with that, ma'am. We have witnesses advising they saw you riding the bike. I have the strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from your breath. You have glassy, watery eyes. You're behaving in an unpredictable manner. >> All right. Yeah. You got alcohol. You You can't stand up straight. You're swaying. You're going back and forth. You can't maintain your balance. Those are all indicators of impairment. So, >> all right. Just >> under arrest. >> Yeah, but >> I just wanted to go home. >> Well, now you're going to jail. >> So, if you more, it's going to be another charge. >> Andrea, come on. >> This isn't going to get you anywhere. >> Stop. >> You guys. Andrea was right in her prediction that the officers were going to arrest her either way because there was no way she would have passed the sobriety test even if she did comply. However, as expected, she chose to be aggressive with the officers and earned herself a trip to jail. >> Female. >> All right, lean up against the car. >> Need a female deputy in route. [ __ ] you. Oh my god. I hate you. I hate you. >> I hate you. >> Silent. Do you understand his rights? >> Not at all. >> Not at all. >> Yep. >> Okay. Do I need to reexlain them? >> Yeah. [Music] What the Did he just [Music] [Music] After several exhausting minutes of her screaming at the officers, a female officer finally showed up to search her for any contraband. They didn't find anything, but the search didn't do anything to calm Andrea down. She was still just as worked up as before. >> This is the most important course to listen. If there's anything in you on your near you contravent to an inmate or something, >> you're harassing me. >> Weapons. >> Yeah, you are. >> It's an additional >> You'reing harassing me. >> Yeah. >> Watch your head, ma'am. >> Sit down. >> Yeah, I'm sit down. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. What are you going to do? >> What are you going to do? >> Oh, yay. >> Yay. Yay. >> Yep. Look at the juice. >> Yeah. Oh, >> 2. >> Stop. Please stop. >> Oh my god. >> Trying to stop. >> Please stop. Please stop. Please. Please. Please. Please. >> Please. Please. [Music] >> Please stop. Please. >> Okay. Okay. Camera. >> Since she was extremely drunk, Andrea was taken to a medical facility for treatment before taken to the county inmate facility. She was arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence. On March 14th, 2024, officers were called to an airport terminal due to a report of an intoxicated woman acting disorderly on a flight. The airline staff wanted the female passenger removed from the plane. [Music] >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's your What's your name? What's your name? >> Is she traveling with anybody? >> No. >> You're not answering me? Are you feeling okay? >> I'm feeling fine. >> Okay. Have you uh taken anything today? >> No. >> No. Have you drinken anything today? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, we're just here to make sure you're okay. You're concerning a lot of people. >> See my ticket. You checked it when you got on the plane. >> I didn't check it. >> Your company actually. >> Can you um get up for us? >> Okay. Well, we can do this the easy way or the hard way, but I'd like you to get up. Okay. She passed. >> Hi ma'am. Officer Case, if I can get you to get your stuff and stand up for me. Let's get off the aircraft so we can get medics to look at you. >> Alicia, >> I didn't ask for a doctor. >> Oh, you didn't ask for a what? >> You have no jurisdiction. Do that to me. >> I'm a piece off the state of Texas and the flight attendants have asked you to you need to get off the plane. >> Let's see. I don't even go home. >> The officers were able to identify the suspect as a woman named Alicia. She was immediately defiant with the officers and made bizarre claims that the officers had no jurisdiction over the airline terminal. This is entirely false as local police have jurisdiction over the entire airport, including terminals for criminal investigation. All right, here here's your choices, ma'am. >> Tell me what did I do wrong. >> Here's your two options. You can get up under your own power and exit the plane or I'm going to deboard the plane and I'm going to put you in handcuffs and drag you off the plane. Which one do you want to do? >> Well, however, >> American Airlines is a business. They have the right to refuse service. They have refused you service. Stand up. Get your stuff. Let's get off the plane. Okay. It quickly became apparent to the officers that Alicia was not going to budge from her seat. This let the officers with two choices. deboarding the entire aircraft so that they could escort Alicia off the plane or wait for the medics to arrive and hope they could coax her off the aircraft. >> She is not off. She said she did have a double shot. She's swearing words that I'm going to see if y'all can sweet talk her off. The captain does not want her on the plane. >> I don't know if I'm sweet, but we'll see. >> But if y'all can do, you know, >> she's still refusing. So, >> she's refusing. So, ma'am, >> and then I waited in the airport and your people let me in. And >> listen, now you're telling me no. >> Ma'am, at this Listen, can you look at me? >> I'm a police officer. I'm a police officer. Listen, this is your last >> shoulder. >> This is your last chance. >> Come off. You're not You're not in trouble at this point, but you're not fine. >> Hand off my shoulder. >> All right, deboard. She's not there enough to even look at me. So, yeah. Go ahead and deboard. Deboard. Yep. Go ahead. Sorry guys, you got to deal with this. >> We can leave our suitcases. >> Leave your stuff. Leave your stuff. >> Leave your stuff. Leave your stuff. >> Okay. Sorry. >> Leave your stuff. Come off the airplane. Just leave it. >> Even the medics were unable to get through to her, leaving the officers no choice but to deboard the plane. It left the other passengers rather unhappy. Not with the officers, but with Alicia. With everyone out, it was time to get the disobedient woman off the plane once and for all. >> Here we go. Ma'am, need you to step up and get off the plane. If not, I'm going to place you in handcuffs and take you off this plane. This is your one and only warning. >> Hello, >> ma'am. Just pick her up. >> Yep. >> Do not take my belongings. >> Do not take my belongings. >> She see us. That was >> You gave me my one and only warning to get off. >> Why would you do that? I was getting up. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Give me my one and only warning back. >> Stop. >> Stop fighting it. You're making it worse. Is she uncuffed? Is she unbelted? >> Yeah. >> All right. Stand up, ma'am. >> I got her. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Walk, ma'am. Start walking. >> She might not be able to. The officers were able to get Alicia off the plane, but it was no easy feat. Since she was going to be charged, they had to walk her through the airport and to the squad car, which proved to be somehow even harder than getting her off the plane. >> What have I done wrong? >> You were told to get off the aircraft, ma'am. >> For what reason? >> They did not want to fly you anymore. >> Cuz you didn't want to fly me, >> ma'am. I'm not the airlines you till the day I die. Well, they can check her out. We'll get that way we can get the people started boarding again. >> Yeah, it's >> on the ground. >> Stop hurting me. >> We'll set her over here. Let medics check her out. >> Medics check me out for what? >> Apparently, she had been closing her eyes and ignoring people when spoken to. So, the officers wanted the medics to confirm that she was okay before they took her to prison. However, she refused medical attention, which only expedited her arrest. >> Don't tense up, ma'am. You're going to be placed under We have your bags. The gentleman has a bag. >> You're going to be arrested for criminal trespass >> and public. >> What have I trespassed? >> You didn't get off the plane when they told you to get off the plane. So, you're under arrest for criminal trespass and public intoxication. Well, I need my suitcase as well. >> That will be It's on the aircraft. >> Oh, Jesus. >> Nice one, guys. >> Yeah, my ID. >> Ma'am, I will prone you out if you don't stop kicking. >> Can you get her foot while you >> Yeah, go ahead. All right, throw it around. >> I got her feet. >> It's not very nice to kick me in the foot. >> It's also not to hold nice to hold people's foot. [Music] >> Hey, you guys >> get in. Alicia proceeded to kick and scream all the way to jail. Even during processing, she resisted her arrest. She was charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication. On the evening of March 17th, 2024, officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn in Brow County, Georgia, following multiple reports of a woman claiming that a man had assaulted her. What's what's going on? What's happening? >> So, basically, she she came down screaming, yelling. What the manager told me, she came down screaming, yelling that she was being and some happened. Leo, customer had just pulled in and was walking in to get a room. She started pointing at him. Yeah. Yeah. He just And then she went back up to her room. >> Have you made contact with her yet? [Music] Hey, >> just call. >> Did you call 911? >> No, I did not. >> Well, I called 911 on the person that was like >> breaking in my place. >> Breaking into your place? >> Yeah, not me. >> Is there anybody here with you? >> No, it's just my on the phone. Can I call her? Yeah. >> What's her name? Hey, this is Sergeant Y. How are you? >> All right. What's your name now? >> Back. Say it again. >> Amy Baxter. >> Amy Baxter. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Police identified the woman as 32-year-old Amy Baxter. According to the arrest report, she had placed multiple calls to 911 claiming she had been assaulted after being dropped off at the hotel. However, when dispatch asked for more information, she would hang up each time. >> You okay today? What's So, give me a rundown of what all happened. >> So So, somebody came into this room. >> Uhhuh. Okay. >> I'm listening. >> I I don't want to. All right. So, someone somebody came into this room >> and I >> Okay. >> I was like, "All right, whatever." You know, I I got some key lime here. >> Okay. Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight if you could guess? >> Oh, I barely even opened it. >> You barely didn't open it. Okay. >> It's over there. >> All right. And you say you're the only one in here. >> Okay. How long you been in this room? >> Yes. >> Yesterday. >> Since yesterday. >> I don't know. I don't know why. Why am I being investigated? >> No, we're asking questions. You called us, right? So, we have to we have to do our job and ask questions. >> He's the one that came in. >> Okay. Okay. Give me a description. I'm trying to get a rundown of what all happened. >> I'm like 6 foot like probably like 6'5, right? >> Okay. 6 foot five. >> I can't describe him because you know you are the way you are and I am >> I'm the way I What? I'm not understanding. That's when the investigation took a turn for the worst. Amy goes on to say she can't describe the man to the officer because the officer is a person of color and apparently so is the suspect. >> I can't I can't describe him. >> How can't you describe him? Just describe him. >> I I can't do what he said. >> He's white. >> Yes, you can. That's called describing somebody that attacked you. >> Okay. Well, he was he was of color. >> Okay. He was a a taller dude. >> Okay. When you say he was of color, what are you saying? >> Is he okay? There's race there. So, is it white, black, Hispanic? >> Don't touch me, ma'am. Is it white, black, Hispanic? >> I'm not I'm asking questions. >> I I don't know if >> I don't know what the proper terms are. You don't know whether somebody is white, black. >> He was a little bit darker than me. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. Did he have What color was his hair? >> What color was his hair? Okay. What if it was dark? >> It was dark. >> Raw. >> You're You're like You're like picking. No, you're like You're crying. You're crying. I I don't like it. I'm crying when you said that somebody tried to Can I Can I get a white officer over here, please? >> Ma'am. >> Yes. Can Can I get a white officer over here? >> You can talk to Officer Bro. >> No, no, no. I need a white officer. >> She's asking for a white officer. >> So, okay. All right. Well, let me see what I can figure out. Okay. Uh, yes, ma'am. >> Amy only began speaking again when the officer who spoke with her aunt came back. She said she could not describe a person of color on the officer's body cameras, but wouldn't give a reason why. >> How's he trying to you? What does he do? >> He came in here and he came in here and tried to >> What did he do? How did he get in the door? Oh, >> he just opened the door. >> The door wasn't locked. >> I No, the door was locked. >> So, how did it get in? >> No, I did not unlock it at all. >> No, I thought it was thought I thought I thought it was an officer. So, I unlocked it because I thought it was the only reason I ever unlocked this door. >> There seemed to be some inconsistencies in Amy's story. She claimed the man pushed his way into her hotel room, but then said she unlocked the door for him. Perhaps she was too far under the influence to tell her story correctly, but it's more likely that she was lying. So, there's nobody in there right now, right? >> No. [Music] >> How much have you had to drink today? >> Um, probably like four margarita. >> Four margarita square out. >> Well, I haven't drank all that yet. I was going to We was going to get there. I was going to get there, but want to open the refrigerator and everything. >> I'm just looking where anybody could have make sure nobody was in there. >> Open this. >> I got >> I'm trying to open this while I open the door. >> So, what is what is our plan for tonight? What are we going to do? >> I'm just going to bed. >> Here's your phone. Are we done calling 911? >> Yeah. >> I do stay away from this damn freaking >> Well, if I knew who he was, I would. >> 217, >> huh? >> You don't know who he was? >> I wasn't here. You can't give me no good description. You said you wouldn't tell us on body cam. The argument continued and Amy still refused to describe the man she claimed assaulted her. The officers gave up on trying to get the information out of her and one officer headed downstairs to see if any witnesses had anything to say on the matter. >> So you were here when she came downstairs. What happened? >> She didn't come downstairs. She started screaming and yelling from the second floor. >> Oh, okay. From the >> I was helping that guy that she say he was trying to rap her. >> Okay. I was checking him in >> and I she said somebody was trying to her. She was screaming and yelling from the second floor. So I said, "Let me go upstairs and check." Because I asked who was trying to refuse. She said the white guy. So >> she told you a white guy. She told us a black guy. >> No, she said white guy. And the guy that was here is a white guy. >> Yeah. >> So then um then I said, "Let me go upstairs and check." Cuz she say no. And she started running down here and then she started slamming. I mean she was doing crazy stuff. And I mean, >> well, she was >> she grabbed the phone, she starts slamming the for around and she was yelling. >> So, she was disrupting your business. >> Yes. >> Is that what you're saying? Was she using profanity? >> No, she did not use profanity, but she was just screaming and yelling. Okay. >> And saying that we didn't care, that we didn't call the cops, and she just grabbed the phone and call you guys. >> She wasn't going to call. >> She threw the phone at me. She >> she was smashing it and she was all over this place. >> Okay. >> The witness statements didn't exactly match Amy's version of what happened that night. The officer, whose patience was quickly draining, went back to room 217 to confront Amy about her statement. I'm sitting here with I'm sitting here with two officers who I'm trying to get my freaking dad on the phone with because because there freaking Oh my goodness. I need my dad on the phone, but he won't answer the phone. >> Hey, now you're saying lower your voice, please. because because it's a it's it's it's a it's like a Fox News like civil pursuit like going on right now. It's it's like a black and white and and I don't I don't want to I don't want to say it's black and white because I'm on camera, but I need my dad. I need my dad. I need my dad. I need my dad. I leave my desk. >> The officers ignored Amy's drunk rambling on the phone. When the officer, who took the witness statements returned to the hotel room, they decided they needed to do something with her since her behavior towards the business owners was disorderly. >> All right, Miss >> Hold on. Hold on. >> All right, Miss Stand up for me. Turn around. I >> I'm holding. >> I got you. I need you. Just stand up. Turn around for me. Turn around for me. >> No. No. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Why? >> Stop. >> Why? >> What am I getting arrested for? >> Just want everything to in just a moment. Okay. >> No, I know. I need to know right now. >> Going to check you and make sure you don't have any weapons on you. I got nothing. I got nothing but a freaking shirt. >> 26 birth. We're 1095. >> Call my lawyer. >> All right. >> That'll get that'll get through the justice system faster than my DUI that had spent a year and a half. Mario about me. >> Amy Baxter was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disturbing the peace, and obstruction. Since she mentioned getting a DUI a year and a half ago, it seems like she was struggling with substance abuse. Today, we've seen just how psycho some Karens can get. From drunk women and racists to downright crazy people, we've seen how quickly these women turned situations into a whole lot of trouble and earned a quick ticket to prison.
