calling for backup was that he allowed the suspect to sit back in the car when the woman decided to flee almost hitting the officer this explosive situation came to a shocking conclusion as he pulled a staggering number of shell casings and this meant the officer really unloaded his weapon on the suspects so 12 13 14 shell casings uh all the green ones are tire marks uh yellow are evidence red are blood or orange I guess they have a pop project going on in this uh Section 8 Housing and I guess he was out on bike Patrol um with a suspicious uh s person vehicle and next thing I from what I shots were fired sounds like a gunfight in reality officer Hernandez was the only one shooting he was immediately placed on administrative leave but just days after that he was arrested and charged with second-degree murder the officer's actions were not considered Justified self-defense and his use of force was deemed unnecessary additionally a wrongful death suit was pursued by Terry's family against the city as well as the police some bad cops get caught in the act While others make horrible mistakes but then there are those those who let their personal problems get the best of them like this veteran of the Indiana State Police who got very drunk and belligerent everything started when his colleagues dropped by and handed him some paperwork you tell me I just got to call get theg come all of their family out of the car Google his name you'll find out according to the victim Jeremy was involved in an incident recently holding a family at gunpoint for no apparent reason except for speeding they were speeding because their dog got hit by a car and they were rushing to the vet in a desperate attempt to save the animal's life driver step out of the vehicle my dog's going to dieing
