Resort and what happened is there is a female she just worked in the lobby she was uh naked and I asked her yeah I asked her to Lobby so she said the southernmost Lobby yeah southernmost Beach yeah evidence he later entered a plea deal and got 10 years in prison with 5 years probation as for nunas he was charged with sexual battery and he's currently awaiting trial on June 19th 2022 a chilling call came in to 911 from a terrified woman before she could say anything about her location a man was heard telling her to shut up at that moment the call got cut off the cops activated GPS tracking but the officers only had the approximate location of the victim's phone Savannah PD come to the door Savannah police come to the door hey you got another female in here why y beat like that man notifications off and everything but they are trying to reach out to some they're inciting someone that reaches out for personal information to people to get their personal information or someone that is known to like hunt people down okay FBI um not FBI but someone that can I don't know how do you what do you it's just um a person that will either reach out to communities or through various ways they are able to obtain information and they share it yeah whether the goal is to get somebody fired to something like that it's they they they continue to tag this guy and reach out to this guy to find it you know my personal private information Ida believed that by calling the cops she'd get some protection and that the bullying would stop however as she kept talking she hinted at the reason why the teens posted the video in the first place I believe I'm 100% in believing in freedom of speech and but when you omit and make it seem like one situation is totally different than the other and then call accuse me of sexual harassment without the facts like at some point something needs to be done it needs to be stopped and they have a reputation for doing this which is why none of the minor kids wanted to get up and say anything and so um I don't the video she posted has currently reached 517,000 views yeah so from the teens point of view Ida here was a sexual predator she'd harassed and even sexually assaulted one of them the officer quickly pointed out that there was nothing he could do as posting videos is considered freedom of choice and it's because she's putting me out there as like a sexual predator just the hard part is the hard part is even if it's edited admitted deleted obviously you could be looking at slander if it's not completely true but the fact that you did touch her skirt she can can claim if she wants she can claim battery right she hasn't there's no legal investigation right now on either of you nobody's in trouble right now for any of that stuff but um it her arms and move with her friends and it kept going further up and further up and that's why I was like oh my God somebody like like covered up there was a male witness there who corroborated what the teens were saying according to him Ida just stood up out of the blue approached the teen and pulled her skirt down and as for her private part sticking out here's what they had to say and there there was mention of where she was saying I don't want to in the video she said I don't want to see your whole cheeks right but yeah and even if even if it was a little bit of let's say butt exposed right you're not talking your your correct I had underwear on and and so she also claiming that they couldn't have been on cuz she saw like I said phen yeah in detail which I was that's why I asked those questions to see a video I got that video and that's why so I can confirm that too I'm just checking that you were wearing underwear you were wearing shorts over your underwear underneath after listening to both sides it was clear what the officer had to do there was no evidence whatsoever the team was being lewed yet there was ample evidence that Ida approached her and touched the girl inappropriately so with something like this where I don't have video If I Didn't Have video footage i' probably be going a different route with this because there's video footage and because of the claims made and I have to protect victims um today you're going to be placed under arrest for sexual battery okay so that's the unfortunate side of all this you're arresting me yeah right now you are
