Face away from me. Face away. Back up. Walk back. Keep going. Keep going. Hands up. On your knees. A high school fight sparked a chain reaction no one saw coming after a student was reportedly jumped by several girls. Her older cousin took it upon herself to confront the situation, but not at the school. Instead, she pulled up to a relative's home and things got heated fast and officers were called after reports came in of a loud argument between the victim and suspect. One that escalated when the suspect allegedly pulled out a handgun. Here's what followed as officers arrived. Okay. So, what what happened? Um, it was a fight at school between with with the girl. No, her and her, but she was with me. She fought a different girl. Okay. She found my cousin. So, it was just a fight. And my cousin then pulled up. They was right there. My cousin pulled up. And is that the one who had the gun or no? No, the the little one. But the oldest one put the gun out on us. She popped it back and she was going to shoot. She said she'll shoot a whole house. Who are they to you guys? My family. My cousin. The two people that pulled the gun. So they're the your your cousin. So you guys just had an argument? Yeah. It was an argument from a fight from school. Yeah. And then she said that she was going to shoot. Okay. Was she in the car the whole time? Oh, no. They got out of the car. They got out of the car. Okay. Okay. So, where did she have the gun at? She went She went back in the car, got the gun, caught it back, but she didn't walk up. She's standing there. So, she pulled it back and you heard Did you make that sound? I ran in the house. You ran in the house. So, you What did it look like? It was black like one of those one like ours. Was she holding it with her right hand, left hand? She in a car? So, you just heard the noise? I ain't hear the noise. I ran in the house. So, you saw it though? Yeah, I saw the gun though. Everybody seen the gun. Okay. So, she didn't point at anyone though. But she But she did say that she was going to Yeah, she said I shoot I'll shoot this Oh, she said I'll shoot this [ __ ] out. So, you were here when this happened, right? Yeah. Jumped out. asked I want to fight her daughter niece whoever she is again said no and then she like for me to fight her she ran to the car saying she's going to get her f whatever you know her f to blow she was going to blow it she did it like two times and she came back I had ran to the porch because get shot or whatever and then now so she went back out there and I guess she had got angry she started getting up on the porch kind of grabbing on other people yes and then She had walked back off and went back to the car like she's going to grab something. Do you know this person? Oh yes, they know the person. It's actually They all actually freaking cousins. Let's talk over here. A little loud. They all freaking cousin too. No blood, but it was a fight again. So they was outside I guess the classroom though when school was in and then they had a fight after school. So one of the girls who was in the fight came with I guess that was her cousin, whoever the girl, Leila Jackson. Okay. And the little girl Brie. So we was out here, we was talking and so I guess she just got real angry and she went for her car and she was like, "I'll shoot this [ __ ] up." Okay. And so we like, "Well, what you going to get a gun for? We ain't even been, you know, high level and we ain't beefing." So she was just that mad. She ran to the cop like she was going to get a gun and she ran back the kids. We all ran in the house, but um the girl with the bra was out there talking to her and she got in her car and we thought she was just going to probably like pull it out the car while she did. You ever see the gun? Yeah, they not going to get She pulled it out. What kind of gun was it? Like a black I don't know what kind. I don't know guns, but it was a black handgun. Okay. So, like a pistol or something like that. Like a handgun. I know what like a like a nine looked like a 9 mm like a little gun. Like something like that. And they pointed at you guys. They pointed at the house. We had ran in the house. Okay. So, you guys were outside when that happened. We was outside cuz we didn't think she was going to the car to get the gun till she went to the car and came back out with the gun. And that's what she was like, "Who won't do it?" She said before she left and she was like, "Who will she parked out here from that point and she went to kept going on the passenger side and when she came out and we gota they check they have that car pulled over. And then what happened when you guys got over to Melrose at the house over there? I was about to go fight the girl again. She ain't she ain't want to fight. They She talking about they said she don't want to fight no more. So where did the gun come into play? She ain't like she ain't even pulled a really gun out but like stay by the car. She didn't point like she a point. So she had the gun but she just didn't point it at them. No. Okay. They she had it in her hand though. No, it was like she had No, she had on her seat though. Okay. They they they had said they had the [ __ ] like they [ __ ] like shoot the [ __ ] They said that [ __ ] [ __ ] the [ __ ] up. That's what they said. It's like my feeling like they won't do nothing. So like like who do you know? She got jumped by grown up. So I went to my aunt house and the lady that jumped her which is my aunt best friend has a whole video of it. So I went over there. Is she related to you? Yeah, that's on my mom's side and that's on my dad's side. Were you in fear that she was going to shoot you guys? around. Yeah, I ran in the house. So, but you thought she was going to use Yeah, I thought she was going to I thought she was going to shoot, but Okay. Yeah. And we got a baby up there. Yeah. Yeah. The baby on the porch. If we're able to develop probable cause, would you want her to go to jail? Yeah, she going to have to. That's what we're I have to ask. Okay. She going to have to cuz with considering she don't you're considered a victim. Well, I don't I don't want her to be in jail, but they say she need to go to jail cuz she should never and it might help her learn her lesson. Yeah, she they saying she should go to jail. Okay, y'all not going to keep coming to her classroom telling her to come outside. She trying to learn. She calling me, "Mommy, they I got the text. Mommy, they outside my classroom. I'm sick of it. Let's get this over with. Get this done." So, when I pulled out the gifts, that lady in this gray truck right here, her daughter was out there. the the girl who Leila's is driving around with, the little girl that's in the car with her should be a girl named Bri in a car with her with a gray dress on. She fought the little girl over here with this uh with her wig is missing. They fought one on one and that was the end of that and we came here. The reason this lady here, we just trying to squash what's going on between me and our daughter. But when Leila and her cousin pull up, they get up, they pull up angry. Say this what I was telling you earlier. I keep telling you, you're not a kid. You're not a kid. N look. Oh my. You're on up to 49. Okay. All right. Thank you.
