On June 29th, 2025, a simple drive-thru trip turned violent when an enraged couple lashed out at a McDonald's after another customer insulted their driving skills. >> Excuse me. >> Yeah. >> I just need to speak to you guys about a case that I have that your names were brought up. So I asked them, "What's the problem?" And she said, "Your non-driving ass." And I told her, I pulled up and said, "I'm not going to crash my car with my kids in the car >> for you." And then the big one got out and she got mad and she wanted to fight me. She I told her, "Get back in your car. I'm not going to uh fight you." She came up to my car and then she put her hands on me after uh she broke my mirror. She pushed my door on me. I kicked my door back open and she came in and she hit me. So, I start fighting her and that's what it was. >> So, the video I saw from McDonald's and from bystanders that were there does not say that. Okay. So, you see her walk up to your car, hit your mirror, he jumps out of the car, starts wailing on her. >> I never that I would like to see the video. >> Well, that's fine. You can see the video when you go to court. Okay. But he refused to talk to me to give me his side of the story. Okay. cuz that >> So, as of right now, you're being charged with aggravated battery because it was in a public place and he's getting charged for aggravated battery and unlawful use of a weapon cuz there was a gun scene. >> He has his fire on right. So, >> it doesn't matter. You still can't pull your gun on anybody in public on two females. >> Um, >> so >> it's okay. I would like to see that video. >> Yeah. Well, when you go to court, you'll be able to see the window video. Okay. I we can't show you the video because it's evidence for the case. So when you go to court, when you get out to the jail and they give you your court date and you go to court, they will provide you with a video. Okay. >> Yep. Just turn off face car real quick.
