police were on patrol when they spotted
a couple on the side of the road

from me and the key cut my finger cut my

well he's my husband but I'm going to be
folling for a divorce literally the cop
literally saw him about to chase me and
grab after me he does that [ __ ] relax

not in danger now I know you just went
through something but we need we need
specific questions answered in a
specific order here so let's focus on
that we understand that came from the
keys yes so you had the key in your hand

thing broke where do you guys live uh
dooram place we were door dashing
together and got into a little spat the
spat led him to disrespecting me I told
him that I didn't want to do this
anymore I I can't take you calling me
we're driving you're calling me aing in
my ear I can't do that while driving

here and told him hey either you found
your way home or you got to get out he
kept yelling at me in the car he
snatched the keys from me which caused
me to bleed I got out of the car that's
when I saw the cop the cop came and
pulled around because he saw my husband
about to run and grab at me that's when
he came cuz the cop literally saw my
husband about to do that he does it all
the time he literally puts his hands on
me all the time there's been incidents
where people in public have it and he
disrespects me I can't keep doing this
have you ever filed charges against him
no okay I I try not to I just I don't we
have a kid together I don't want to do
that but it's yeah well sometimes you
got to because it's not up to you it's
about what he does I keep asking you to
stop doing this stop putting your hands
on me it doesn't need to lead to you
putting your hands on me just because
we're having a a an altercation of of
talking and argument shouldn't lead to
you putting your hands on me is this car
registered to you yes this is in my name
and you don't have your baby with you
right no no man okay and then where are
the keys inside no uh I took the keys
out of the ignition and I had them in my
hand and he Oh I thought when I came up
to you originally I said is it locked
and the keys are inside you said oh no
no no sorry my bad you were just it's

was I'm trying
to I don't want him to get in trouble
but at the same time this has to stop
well and sometimes it takes just
that they need to know you're serious
you're not putting up with it you're not
going to do

can't not with babies we this is not
even our one child we have two more and
you sit there and say you want to have a
family and do all this but you're doing
this how is this wanting to be a family
I literally asked him hey would you want
your children to date a man like you he

want to still be here
right and you don't have
to don't feel like you have to so their
child their baby they went to Door Dash
and left the child at home sleeping oh
and she just said they have a baby and
they were door dashing yeah they decided
to Door Dash during the nap so the
baby's at home alone on dorm place so a
West crew to go over there we'll have
her have a seat back here yeah the doors
are can't even make it up no no no cuz
it happens too much I know it's hard
with kids and that that often plays a a
big role and people's
decision a seat and fill out a statement

Children's to be checked up well if
they've got the keys we can just go over

another um come to us we do it here we
just have people on both of our cres in
the back we can't put them together yeah
we can stay and do the toe if somebody
else can transport her over there and
then you guys can just key in with their
keys and then deal with I'm not I'm I
mean that's that's super convenient for
me and I'm not trying to weasle out of
it but um that would be the least
intrusive admin requirements you know or
we could drive drive her over there we
should take we should trably take her
yeah cuz he's going to go for DV yeah um
well then you want to stay with him and
do the DV and then we'll drive her over
to dorham and then West can deal with
that
portion I'm fine with that yeah or have
another crew just take him
over and we can just if I if we have
another crew we could just put her and
the other crew and we can just go deal
with everything over there yeah and you
guys can just sit with the car and we
can do the test
and then you can make your 1:00 yeah
that'll work yeah she said that they
were door
dashing and uh he was getting he was
arguing and then he started getting
disrespectful and then and then he was
trying to grab the keys and she's like
don't grab the keys when I'm driving
I'll end up of us you know and then so
then he he got the keys or she she had
the keys she's got a little cut on the
palm of her hand from where he ripped
the keys out of her hand and the key cut
her a little bit there and she got out
of the car I wasn't clear on if he got
out of the car with the keys first and
she got out to try to get the keys back
or
if he grabbed the keys and she jumped
out of the car and then he came after
her but she said that's when you pulled
up when he was going after her to choke
her up against the wall and he does that
[ __ ] a lot and that did he say he so I
saw him running out after her and got
and as I was turning I lost sight of him
as he was getting to her and pushing her
up against the wall is she saying that
he choked her up against the wall I do I
need to clarify yeah we probably need to
clarify that because she CU she was like
yeah it's it it's an incidental injury
it's not like a stabbing or an actual an
intentional cutting but she sustained an
injury because they were fighting over
the
keys uh I don't I don't think they'll
take that portion but him shoving her
pinning her up against the wall should
be the the part I'm going to go ahead
and call records real quick I

child with his
grandmother where is we have to go get
her from his grandmother that's what we

know if it's in the car I think she may
have it her she has the keys though we
need to get keys from her for the car
cuz we're telling the car
too so she she has a lot of of mental
health just just know I think she has a
possibility of going off any second okay
um cuz I I said do you have your phone
and she pulled it like papers out of her
pocket and like threw him and was
getting nasty and I said you know why
are you doing this let's go get the keys
at I'll go on this side and ask her for
him cuz I think as she has if she has an
opportunity she'll try to get out
