couldn't detain the suspect because trespassing someone is a civil thing hitting the manager in the head with a cigarette constitutes assault but the fact that the cigarette was lit is considered an the one that stole the vehicle Destiny was charged with two counts of battery threat to an officer two counts of resisting an officer and operating a vehicle without consent Andrew was charged with resisting an officer and operating a vehicle without consent but his charges were eventually [Music] dropped
