That's her car. The signal zero is supposed to be in there. >> She got a valid license on >> So so called this is the victim. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> The officer went to detain the suspect. >> All right, who else is in it? >> Hi Stephanie. >> Hey Stephanie. You have her ID or his ID? >> I have her um both of them with me. >> Do me a favor and just turn around. >> I'm going to jail? >> Just turn around. Stand up. >> Okay. >> We should take a look. >> I got a 1041 1050. >> We're going to go over here. >> Where? Both of you are going >> Yeah yeah. >> I'll put her in my car. >> I'm going to read you something, okay? >> I believe in Jesus, baby. You going to see. >> I'm going to read you something, okay? >> Okay. All right. Are you listening? >> I'm listening. >> you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. >> Um right at a stop sign. I took too long to turn. So he starts I'm turning and he's still beeping. So I beep at him back. I guess I pissed him the [ __ ] off. So he starts following the almost hit my car. He's still following me. Stop him. I I I ran a red light. Stop sign so he can he ran through it with me. And then he's like, "Oh He's like I look out the window. I was like, "Bitch, what the [ __ ] you following me for? Stop following me." He's like, "No, [ __ ] I live here." So I'm going to beat your ass and all that stuff. So cool. Ran another stop light red light sign. He goes through the grass to get behind me cuz there was a car behind me. He goes through the grass to get behind me. And then when we're out of road like this, he gets on the other side and he starts window to window. He gets window to window and he starts talking [ __ ] saying he's going to beat my ass and all that [ __ ] So I was like, "Bitch, you going to beat whose ass? You going to shoot who, bitch?" And I didn't shoot pointed at him I did I didn't even put the window down. The window was not down. Then I keep going. And when I keep going, he doesn't stop. And then I stop right here cuz I see the the fire fighter station. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Hey, so it's going to be a road rage incident. It started at uh >> Where did it Where did it >> And then he says, "I'm going to blast you, bitch." So, THAT'S WHEN I GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] >> YO. Where did it start at? >> Stop. At the stop sign. I don't know. I'd be lying if I tell you I know where. >> So, he's telling us that he's more familiar with there. It's by the BMW. >> Saying cuz he lives here that he can follow [ __ ] >> know. The BMW is a play. I don't know if it turns in there. Randolph, I think. >> He honked at her like she's saying obnoxiously. >> And you never You said you never showed him your gun? >> No, I pulled it out in my car after he said he was going to shoot me and beat my ass. After 10 minutes of following me, and he gets on the other lane and goes window to window saying threatening me again, I was like, "You going to shoot who, [ __ ] You going to beat who?" I didn't say I'm going to shoot you. I never said that. He said that at least two times. And the third time, I'm pretty sure you heard it. I don't know if you caught it. He said, "I'm going to blast your ass." What's it called? Cool. I never pointed I never threatened his life. Most I had was actually have a gun. But you up here telling me you have a gun, you going to beat my ass, you not going to stop following me, and you still following me. But I don't know. Whatever. >> So, he's I mean, he was in his in his car, so we're going to have an ag assault. >> Okay. >> Um and her vehicle's here, the gun's here. She's already detained, so we're going to unfortunately have to tow it and do a search on it. >> So, what's going on? >> I don't I mean, probably said it a couple times. She just went crazy on me because I beeped the horn because she was on the phone at a stop sign. Nobody there. So, I beeped the horn. She opened her window, went crazy. I went to pass her. She cut me in the the So, I tried to pass her again. She has silly there. It went both lanes like that all crazy. Good stop. All my ice and my coolers went over me. My whole car is wet because I had to stop in the tracks. So, I went to pass by. She cut me and pulls out of gun. I'm going to follow this woman. So, I follow her. And she got out of the car. You saw the video. Spit on me there. Got out of the car twice. Fired at me. I mean, you can actually She got up in the middle street when I got to me with her ass on the middle of the street. You know, I got three numbers. I I I don't I'm not going to be looking for troubles with nobody. I don't want you to be calling my company. You know what I mean? And I got the video. You saw it. She comes out of in the oil like The only thing I told him Look, cuz she wasn't so nasty. Walk by instead of throwing me kisses and doing that [ __ ] Say sorry. I I I forget about it. But don't be so nasty. Now I I do want to press the charges. >> The officers got a written statement from the man before searching the woman's vehicle for the gun. >> Got the best driver in the world right here. >> You're good. >> Pretty sure you can understand I was at stop sign. He used my horn. I was right stop sign. He >> have any cameras or anything in your vehicle by any chance? >> No, just the way when she got out of the car >> That's fine. Uh make sure you send them a link for that. >> Absolutely. >> Thank you. >> 100 license, that's your phone number. >> Oh, yeah. Oh, that's her. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. 11 31 >> Yeah. >> And she had one in the car? >> Yep. Nice little hollows. >> The officers ran the gun's serial number, which turned up a surprise. >> Can you run a signal zero for me, please? >> I'm finding one stolen out of Orange County. >> Yikes. 10-4. Can you that information in the call for me? >> How surprised would you be if I told you the gun was stolen? >> There's not Wait. >> Out of Orange County. >> I knew She's bad news. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> No, no, I didn't see it yet. We're trying to get her a lawyer. >> She spits on him and then starts dancing like shaking her ass in front of us. >> Yeah, yeah. >> But that wouldn't be all that was in the car. Uh more stuff. He might have found more stuff. Just gets worse and worse. Just gets worse and worse. While doing the inventory. Oh, that is a lot. That's definitely more than you thought. Holy [ __ ] The problem is >> Okay. >> Cuz it's if it's already searched, we didn't really have probable cause for that. Taken to storage? Receive a complaint >> Did y'all see her getting out of the vehicle by any chance? >> Yeah. >> So the gun's stolen and she has >> I knew it. >> a [ __ ] ton of weed. >> Yeah. I knew it. I asked her about the gun. That's why I didn't touch anything, man. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> Cuz before like usually what we would do is do a search warrant on the car. >> Yeah. >> So But I had a I asked her like when we were sitting there I was like I was like yo, that gun was stolen. Dude, where did you get it from? Oh, my cousin. I'm like are you sure it's not stolen? Cuz it's a Taurus like those are like >> the go-to. >> every other ring. >> A couple minutes later, the officers asked the woman about the gun. >> You got a lot going on. So You still have your Miranda rights, right? >> Did you read them earlier? >> What's up with the gun? >> Hm? >> What's up with the gun? >> That you had. >> It's my gun. >> It's your gun? >> Yeah. >> How'd you How'd you get it? >> I bought it from my cousin. >> You bought it from your cousin? Your cousin was going to put in the pawn shop cuz he was getting a new one. So I was like, just sell it to me instead of a pawn shop cuz that way I'll give him more and I'll get it for less, you know? When did you buy it? Like a long Like a minute Like 8 months? And I've never shot it yet. Do you know how he acquired that gun? Fingerprints? But he said it's clean like the number that he just has guns. So it's not Is it? What do you mean? It's a stolen gun. What do you mean stolen? So whatever that was from a prior You You bought a stolen gun. So on that note >> [laughter] >> What's up with the >> So I'm going to jail? >> Well, you're going for You're going for this for the other stuff. But >> For For For the gun? >> Not for the gun. For the for this this stuff. >> So I'm going to jail for this? >> Yeah. Um >> So I got you for assault? >> Yep. >> So I'm going to jail. >> You are. >> [laughter] >> So Another question. What's up with the weed? >> [laughter] >> I smoke with you. >> You have a card? >> No. >> All right. >> All right. So I just want to say you guys are going to take it back with you. We just got to do the inventory. >> The officer charged the woman with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of cannabis over 20 g. She was ordered to stay away from the victim for the duration of her pre-trial release. Eventually, the assistant state attorney dropped both charges, declining to file the assault charge in court and dropping the possession charge several months later after the testing of the substance was deemed insufficient.
