another officer during a traffic stop involving a speeding driver who also had an outstanding Federal arrest warrant what first seemed like a routine stop soon turned into a major problem when officer out of the vehicle Place into custody resisting arrest and go to identify okay okay that's I mean honestly I know she's 18 that's probably my bad cuz I've instructed her that you roll the window down like that much absolutely you don't have to roll down all the way as long as you can get the ID out the problem is is when I can't hear because the traffic and the rain and everything we're in a gas station you know you ask her to exit the vehicle and she refuses you know what I mean we go down this rout so she's going go jail for resting she's going get a ticket for the headlight and the speed um she'll go down the whitler county jail she'll be assigned a bond and then you can Bond her out okay Vivian's family requested footage from the gas station and the police vehicle which showed that officer Shimmel lied when he said viven hadn't rolled down her window he had already been fired from another Police Department because of violence before this incident in the end he lost his job and up here to uh Southern Oaks and he fails to Signal within 100 ft from the stop sign okay here at Southern Oaks and Overton and as soon as he came up here you know we obviously pulled them over so you got the reason for contact yeah so I pulled up to the car and I'm like hey man look you know you all pulled over for this this and this and he was like well that's not fair cuz you were watching me from the other side I was like yeah we were on the other side of the light but you were AC cross it so obviously you know what I mean yeah so then I was just like you have your ID with you and so he gives it to me and OB I hand it over to her and she's like Sylvester Hayes like that's the name that was under warrant but so you got a good warrant well there's I guess a lot of he does have tickets
