something really bizarre an Amish couple reported that someone stole their horse and buggy in front of Walmart a few miles away a man recorded a woman blocking traffic while unsuccessfully trying to drive the buggy with the help of witnesses the police quickly found that woman who had parked the buggy in front of the gas station they said their cameras aren't going to catch it cuz they walked that way but they saw the footprints and it's been here for a while actually so as I'm turning around like what the hell there horse and buggy so you didn't get you didn't see what they look like are you just saw Footprints yeah only Footprints I'm guessing hey I can't believe they got this far well we were all over town searching for them yeah we were too and we I happen to just pass that motel and I turn around I'm on the phone with the sergeant he's describing what the horse looks like he's like he got like a blue or gray coat with white I was like I'm looking at one right now in the parking lot so I got her I got her she's she's here she wasn't even tied she just stood here yeah so so so the the crazy thing is is we we do get way more stolen cars than the national average here really and this girl has been I don't know if we've Everest in charge with stealing a car but she's definitely been hang around people and we suspect that she's been involved in other car thefts hi pure fear hit her in the face so what happened she uh [Applause] came up I tried to verbally deescalate she told me that she wanted to record out and I told her we couldn't do that okay and then she said excuse me and I was like man like I need you back up or leave like but we can't do that for you so she started charging at me I came all the way back into my office into an enclosed space and I hit her in the face okay all you I have it all on video ma'am are you okay physically I'm okay emotionally I there 4 d 31 okay I tried to close you out of my office and you just kept on pushing your way in that's right no sir I didn't push my way in I no I came around the corner quickly hey would you quit talking hey no excuse you stop talking when I'm telling you you stop talking okay do you it and here's why this is her for okay and she got to her F and she said I'm not going to have enough money to pay for this I need to talk to the manager she not going to be walking by okay and you were a manager okay I'm they started here you can finish that part okay so I I came around and I was like hey what can I do for you usually it's like like a the price is wrong or whatever she starts going on this about how like I've had a privileged life and she's been disadvantaged and then so that she was asking Target to make reparations for her and I said that's not something we can do tonight and then she like she was like you need to put me in touch with someone tonight and I was like I can't there isn't okay like strange yeah was she screaming at you or yeah so she got really close to me I put my hands up I touched her shoulders because she was like coming into my space okay um and then she like because I touched her she like after that and just started screaming really loudly we were going to have a big discussion here and I asked who are you going to have this big discussion with with Target what are you asking her to do reach out to her manager so we can have a larger discussion about how money works and how provision works and how it's been working our community a very long way can you elaborate a little bit go into further detail sure I was asking with the support of my community I decided to take a stand don't play with me I'm just listening that's all I'm doing we're having a conversation about how that some people benefited off of a system other people I asked nicely to have that conversation okay what were you asking for to talk to for her to connect me with who I could talk to what was your purpose of that that further conversation what woman will be charged with menacing under Ohio law menacing is defined as knowingly causing another to believe that the offender will cause physical harm to the person or property of the other person their family or their household member through words or conduct so because the security guard felt threatened his actions are justified in the eyes of the law I'm sorry as of to you're trespass on the basis of you H Mar man let's go outside no no that is not going to happen either you walk out on your own or in handcuffs oh I will be arrested for cause come on come on no I'm not going Tove don't right now and then like I said he ripped the tags off of the suitcase um he had got a necklace earlier and put in his pocket but the police were called to a local Walmart in Dunwoody Georgia due to a highly suspicious individual store employees had observed through security cameras a person opening product boxes removing price tags and stealing jewelry one employee even saw him throwing a necklace in the toilet and into the trash bin with this information the police prepared themselves for another unusual encounter and just how unusual it was you can see for yourself yeah if you can just let us
