not only can you turn on the red but I
understand your break situation is fine
but you could have got in an accident

anything for you how old are
you I'm 18 you're 18 yes okay do you
have a driver's license have you ever

state ID card no I was actually getting
ready to get one I was just actually
going home my grandmother I was just
going your grand grandmother what my
grandmother is at home right now mhm and
she's sick and I was I that's my fault I
don't know what's your first name Diana
okay Dian when I walked up you told me
you were going home cuz your husband was
having a seizure yes he is but now it's
your grandmother yes my grandmother's at
home with my husband he's right there on
girly Avenue uhhuh that is correct gir
is that way that is correct uhhuh you
told me that your house is right up here
girly is that way girly is that way but
not under your line so we I mean cuz
you're making it worse for yourself
honestly okay go ahead and put your
cigarette
out put your cell phone down put your
cigarette
out go ahead and put your hands on your
head no no no no no you're going to
listen to my directions lean forward

my okay can I please get a
break figure out who you are first we go
for me all right bring her back here and
then search
her search your feet for me
please you not at
all so what's going on with your your
name you're not going to talk no I won't
okay so I'm asking you what's going on
with your name step
in you can roll your feet why you acting
so here what's your
name
Di and Smith is your last
name what's your last
name Owens she said di I I think you
misunderstand what's going on here right
so I don't know what you're scared of or
what you're trying to hide from us
finding out but what's going to happen
is the more games you keep playing the
more it's going to be worse for you you
digging yourself in a bigger hole so is
that your correct
social can my grandma just come pick his
up so you misunderstand what I just said
all together just now get in the front
seat you said get in the front seat yeah
just get okay okay
let's what you're about to be arrested
for misrepresenting identity and you're
going to go to jail for it okay I don't
want to do that you're on very thin ice
right now so what is your social you're
going to take me to jail I'm about to if
you don't tell me who you are y going to
take me to jail you're going to go for
more charges you're going to go for
lying you're going to go for obstructing
official business misrepresenting
identity that's expired since
November so like let's just tack on the
charges right okay can I just get a
summons listen I don't need your social
to send you to jail I'll just send you a
okay okay okay why are we playing games
cuz I'm scared what are you scared of
let's go to jail I have things my my
husband is sick uhhuh you said you 18
you're
29 just lying off y'all still going to
take me to
jail yeah it's a difference between
going for a warrant and going for a
warrant and four new charges so
congratulations on that one what are you
in a rush to get to jail no my husband
is your husband is what he's having a
seizure I have to get home so why they
call 911 then if he's having seizure
because I'm able to give him his
medicine your grandma's there with him
right you told us your grandmother's
there yes okay so I'm sure Grandma's got
it handled considering everything you've
told us is a lie why would we believe
that my uncle is listening to him and
can you please call him all
right to rec you're about to do what rep
okay so you about to tow it y well it's
expired since November and you were
lying the whole time so absolutely all
right and I'm about to go to jail
probably for obstructing official
business and misrepresenting identity
and probably whatever these warrants are
too what are these warrants for some
I should have been out
clear fall
[Music]
obstru so why y'all want to told the car
because it's expired since November and
you don't have a driver's license that's
why that's not my name anyway that's not
your name nope you're lying still
yep well then you know what I don't care
what your name is cuz it's about to be
Jane do and they can figure it out of
County Jane what
she said that's why that ain't my name
either that's not her photo I don't know
we going find out I mean how long do you
want to sit in jail cuz we can play this
game I don't care I can sit in jail for
the next 3 months I mean what is the
problem it's not like I'm on a murder
case y'all want to S the car when I'm at
the resident here's the thing I don't
know what you're wanted for because okay
ma'am okay okay how are you mad at us
and you're the one lying so what y'all
still was on S the car anyway we weren
honestly no it's not no but you're lying
for no reason stop for running a red
light you were going to get a warning
literally we were on a whole another
call night it's because of you doing
your job doing that traffic violation
that's the only why we stopped you then
when we get there you're lying out the
gate okay can y'all please give me a
break please are you joking is this you
or no can y'all go do is this you or no
yes can we just do a toll report please
no no you don't get to lie and lie and
lie and then I am not lying that is not
how this who are you talking to no
you're not not how this works no no all
right you can talk to yourself back
there is this you or
no can I get a
warning girl if you don't stop playing
can y'all call my uncle no and tell him
that you lied to the
police multiple times I'm sure he's
going to say go ahead and send her ass
to jail no because he know my situation
hopefully not
he's going to say it's okay to lie to
police multiple times no it's can I
please just get a warning no there's no
way that you keep asking that you like
there's no way you sound
crazy okay no that is really my name I
don't know what your name is I have my
ID where's your ID so now you have your
Li where's your ID I do have my ID where
is it okay where is it it's in my car
that's very helpful you're going to jail
so we're here on that part right mhm
okay you know
why it's fine I'll explain it it's cuz
you lied right and have warrants and you
well yeah that's that's the obvious one
is cuz you have warrants right but
really it's because you lied you need to
really realize that too and so the
attitude that you have about all this
and can we give you warning and stuff
there's no Reon seriously I was really
scared okay so listen I'm going to be
I'm going to be no no listen I'm going
to no I'm going to be I'm going to be be
be honest with you guys I was scared I
was scared because like I I knew that I
had a warrant that I need to fix so you
decided to catch a few more charges that
was a good plan I don't care 20 weeks
pregnant can I please get a break my
uncle is Lieutenant Hammond Please I
don't think you're understanding this is
it's serious I know I'm scared y act
like I'm a drug Smuggler I no I act like

[Music]
no
no okay the woman was taken into custody
and charged with misrepresenting
identity and obstructing official
business had she chosen honesty with the
officer
the incident might have been averted
instead she banked on the notion that
her uncle a lieutenant could exempt her
from the consequences do you think she
should have been released despite
providing false information to the
