dangerous so she could be charged with reckless driving if it's determined that Cheryl intentionally used her vehicle to harm or threaten the other driver she could be charged with assault in many jurisdictions a vehicle can be considered a deadly weapon endangerment because logically speaking driving with someone on the hood of her car also endangers that person's life now back to the case oh
