Any guns in the vehicle? You are under arrest for resisting. >> Welcome back to the Van Balion channel, guys. Today we head to Florida where a routine traffic stop for illegal tint ends in arrest when the driver decides to take the advice of her soft sick guru boyfriend over the phone instead of listening to lawful commands. Right, let's get into the video. >> Good morning. Stop what you're doing and listen. We stopped you for your tint. Your tint is pretty dark and your windshield is tinted. Can I see your license? And where are you heading today? Any guns in the vehicle for my safety? For my safety? All right, if you're not going to answer, it's fine, but I would like you to step out of your vehicle or else I can give you a license, okay? For what? Okay. I'll see if you have any weapon in the vehicle for my safety. Do you have your license? >> Respect to this officer for rightly ignoring the ramblings of the guru boyfriend, even though his influence on the driver will determine how this traffic stop ends. >> Okay. You have the right to a That's my wife. Yeah. >> Did you need 33? >> What the [ __ ] is he talking about? To my cell phone? To my cell phone? Do you want to check the car for weapons? You just can't search a bitch's [ __ ] cuz you want to. >> 12-0 40. >> What the [ __ ] is he talking about? >> Again, respect to this officer for rightly ignoring the ramblings of someone who doesn't understand the difference between asking a question and a search, which ironically will be happening shortly in the form of an inventory due to the advice of said guru. >> Before you start digging where I can't see, do you have any guns in the vehicle? Again, I'm asking you. >> No. You ain't I'm not answering I'm not answering no questions. >> Do me a favor. Do me a favor for now. Just keep your hands on the steering wheel for me. Just keep your hands on the steering wheel for me for a second real quick. >> If you scared, you don't need to be an officer. >> Can you keep your hands on the steering wheel for me? Thank you. Go and roll that window down. Roll this window down. She is a 219. 20-56 in that meter. >> Yeah. >> Do you have your license? >> No, I got it on me. >> You have it on you? You said you have it on you. >> I said no. I don't have it on me. >> Oh, you don't have it on you. But you do have one that's valid? >> I don't know if it's valid or not. I don't know. >> Okay. Okay, I'll do that. I'll check I'll check on it. >> Yeah, what the [ __ ] is he doing? He's violating your rights. Do you have >> His qualified immunity is in jeopardy. What the [ __ ] is he talking about? Like you don't know? >> Yeah, I think if this officer needs legal advice, the last person he will seek it from is someone who doesn't grasp the distinction between posing a question and conducting a search. >> If you can hear me, sir, your qualified immunity is in jeopardy if you violate her rights. >> Can you step out of the vehicle and have your license ready? I asked you for my safety if you have any guns He's on his way. But for my safety for right now For my safety Okay. This is the first time I've stopped you for this reason. This is my first time. Can you step out of the vehicle? He's on his way. For my safety, I I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle. Okay. I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle. I asked you if you have any weapon in the vehicle and you refuse to answer. Okay, for my safety, I asked you if you have any weapon in the vehicle. Again, I'm going to ask you, do you have any weapon in the vehicle? Can you Can you unlock the vehicle? Unlock the car door. Unlock the car door right Unlock the Unlock the car. Start your vehicle. Start your vehicle. Turn around. Put your body in the back. >> You can take me in handcuffs, baby. >> You're under arrest for resisting. >> You putting me in handcuffs? >> How to get your girlfriend arrested in less than 4 minutes by following sovereign citizen logic. I'm curious if the guy on the phone is familiar with Squeak Hotel, Pete, because this was almost word for word their script, excluding the broken window, of course. >> I haven't committed any If you get glass in my eyes, I'm definitely going to like I'm definitely suing. He's about to break my back window, sweet. Put your body in the back window. Broke the back window, now he's busting in. I'm being kidnapped. >> You want to watch your first time on TV? >> No, get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> This is crazy. Hey. >> Can you hold on? >> You having any drugs or any weapon on you? >> What if I had drugs? I just need to get out of the apartment. >> Just going to have to go to my vehicle, please. >> No, leave. >> Can I get a record by with you, please? She requests a supervisor. I I rolled the window down. Can you do a thorough search for me and search the vehicle? >> Okay. >> Yes, please. She's on the other phone. I stopped her for the tint and I asked her if she has any gun in the vehicle, any weapons. She refused to answer. And somebody on the phone was in a hurry saying I was violating her rights. I don't have a right to ask her if she has any weapon in the vehicle. And she refused to exit the vehicle for my safety. >> Okay. >> And now she's under arrest for resisting. She wanted to get out of the vehicle, so I'm going to get her. >> Okay. >> But she have a supervisor. She's on the other side. >> This one shows five. >> Five? >> Yeah, this one shows five. >> Five? >> Yeah. And then this one A, the the back right is three. So, both the back is are both three. >> The back both >> Back two are three. The left right the driver side is uh six and the passenger side is six uh five. >> The other side is six? >> Yeah. Passenger side is five. >> We're going to Montgomery County Jail. Your vehicle's going to get towed. Any questions? Do you want your phone and your purse to go to jail with you? >> Yeah. >> Did you search the vehicle? >> I haven't yet. I got to inform her first. >> Yeah, you hold that. I'll I'll look for it. >> And water, tickets, and cash. >> Oh, I'll put this in it. I'll put them. Put it up. I'll get your purse, your phone, and I'll put them in the front seat here. When you get to the jail, >> you get them. >> I don't know how to I don't have the thing where you can shoot it through there to see the >> Yeah, it looks like it looks like as long as the tint is like you can see the tint is stopped. >> Yeah, it's completely tinted. >> looks like the front windshield is it almost looks like there's a secondary tint on it, but >> It It looks like it on the inside. If you look out, it's 100% tinted. >> Yeah, it looks >> So, I've pulled I've pulled her over before. And she always is speeding. Or like doing driving crazy, so >> I just like twice you've pulled her over. Was it for her speeding or was it for the tint? >> I think it was for tint. Yeah, equipment. I heard him say equipment. Um and I guess he asked her if she had had any like weapons or anything like that in the car and So, Yeah. I just told her I was like, "Step out. It doesn't have to be this way. Just step out of the car. That's it." And then so she unlocked the car and then yeah. Really? That doesn't sound like it wanted to start up. Well, I'm good. >> And here's the tow truck to take the vehicle. A vehicle she could still be driving had she not taken the advice of someone who clearly has no idea what he's talking about. >> What's up, man? >> What's going on? >> I think she might have like just about to croak out. >> I see it. >> And then it don't have much fuel in it. That's what it says. So, I think it's about to die. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Yeah. >> So, according to Florida Statute 316.2953, the front side windows must allow a minimum of 28% visible light transmittance and 15% for rear windows. Tint meter readings on the scene came back at 5 to 6% on the front and 3% on the rear. Anyway, the vehicle was towed, she was taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer without violence, failure to exhibit a driver's license, and illegal window tint. I wonder if her soul seeking guru boyfriend will contribute to the financial mess he helped create there. My guess is not. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
