see what the witnesses have to say two kids one was sitting over here already the other one was in the car bus pulled up the older one got out the two got on the bus little man didn't want to get out heard the door slam so I jumped out and I started walking that way and I hear a scream and yelling cursing at the kid she opened the passenger door on the right side brought the kid out whacked him on his butt three or four times and then grabbed his hair and started smacking the [ __ ] out of the all three of us just jumped out started yelling and screaming out mind your own business we grabbed the kid she's trying to get the kid that's my kid mind your own business all you this and that well like you're going to jail I ain't going nowhere you're all a bunch of idiots and I'll do what I want they're my kids and we put him in the car because he was scared she's trying to get to the car to get to the kid we're like whoa she's like that's my kid you're not putting him in the car I told you what happened I know but there's the problem we have three different people saying one thing then you saying actually we have four different people saying one thing you say other I know her I used to work with her daughter she's another one you all know her daughter too they're out there damn mind um she beats these kids all the time every day at this bus stop she's cursing screaming at him she can't handle it's ridiculous K DCF is supposed to be involved yet nothing's getting done right these poor kids are sh there's no food in the house there's she's got like8 or n dogs to sh everywhere it's crazy it's ridiculous that's it's scared he scar no he's not scared he's not scared of that he's scared of you the moment I determine that there was abuse further than CLE punishment you're going to get with everything I possibly can't tarue with cuz I'm not going to mess around with somebody doing that I can't do that I'm just I'm just letting know I don't want you to be under the impression that you're going to you're going to get away with something I'm not going to I'm there's something recognized by law as physical discipline allowing reasonable corporal punishment by a legal guardian however this discipline must not cause physical injury or create a substantial risk to the child's safety or well-being in this case there are too many violent elements involved so the officer will almost certainly conclude this is child abuse the case will be even easier because numerous Witnesses saw everything leaving the grandmother with a little chance in her defense like she adopted all called the police because he wants her out of the house he also mentioned that Christine threatened to beat him up which made him fearful and such threat is considered assault that's reason enough for Christine to end up behind bars so what what's going on why is she so worked up cuz her mother in the back right came in here supposedly talking crap okay your mom I saw her sitting in the backyard because you figured that's what she was probably going to do or yeah cuz then if I hit her I get in trouble too so I'm not not going to touch her right Stand Up For What come on you're going to jail what am I going to jail stand stand up what am I going to jail for back what am I going to jail for or it'll be worse what am I going to jail for domestic how's it jestic I didn't put my hands on
