Refusing to submit to testing is inadmissible as evidence in a criminal proceeding. So, out of this, the 18 months and the additional misdemeanor charge does not apply to you. Okay. The only thing that applies to you out of this is the 1-year suspension and this refusing to submit to testing is inadmissible as evidence in a criminal proceeding. Okay.
