mom went death I just know the fight started like physical yeah and you saw that they were physically fighting you could hear it and at a point I got up and I saw it yeah so you went to the living room what did you see I couldn't really see it cuz like my mom was on the floor behind the counter cuz you know you can't see back there and my dad was standing up going to guess that you were protecting your mom me to help her and like he told me not to get involved and then I stood up right cuz like he was coming towards me he put both his hands around my neck I pushed him towards the dog cage he fell on and then he like pushed back and we're like fighting for a while we ended up in the hallway where he tried to drag me down on top of him and I landed on his leg so that's what and now the police rushed to an address after a family reported that a daughter had hit her father so hard that he started bleeding once they arrived the officers immediately began their standard procedure questioning the witnesses the victim and the suspect separately which from the very start didn't sit well with the daughter John going on she she could come out and talk to you right now she's got kind of physical you know she but she's the one that gets physical I don't understand that whatsoever hi hey hold hold on one second he you want to talk to me over here why you cuz I I'm seen him mean like trying to push and punch you know and I try to hold her back or like withhold her back she that's her dad right there she got upset that she didn't call you guys but he knows the situation that's her dad you know that's her that's her dad yeah so and you all you all all stay here yeah okay and I don't know what happened she locked the door and then I heard ow I opened the door and then he was bleeding so I'm guessing he hit her you know she hit him or whatever okay you know and she has she been violent in the past well yeah you know she has a history you know but I don't want issues something like that you know and then we started arguing so what I decided to do is step out the house so I wouldn't argue I was standing next to the Camry and I try to go in she locked me from the garage she locked me everywhere so obviously I was heated I just wanted to get in my house yeah didn't want to hurt her but I was heated I got you I don't want to press Chargers on her or anything I don't know how she feels cuz she stunn it before and I don't want to say I don't want to say she's cing nice before she it before I talked to her dad she she's pregnant M she attacked dad broke into his room busted him here yeah she's typically the primary presser in all their incidents so there's a history so that may be a signal 20 but I'm going to get them a Band-Aid okay so what happened well I was in my room she was mad because she said I didn't Defender yeah all right you seriously may need to stitch for that here's the situation I understand you're pregnant those are your babies we're house searching for his phone and I I didn't have it I don't know where it is I still don't know where it is and um we walked out the door and we came back in and we did it again on the cou and choked me and told me to give it to him give me his phone and all I had to do was give him his phone and he would leave and I told I don't know where where your phone is and if you do that again I'm going to and then um I was looking around the house for his phone too because I just wanted him to leave cuz it was insetting the kids I got you um how' your dad get the uh the cut on this I don't know there was a scuffle when I was I was was ping on his room he had the door locked he was minding his business and I was telling him can I use your phone like he took my phone away and he wouldn't give it back and I was hitting the door hitting the door and finally he opened it and he had his phone in his hand the kids are screaming I had one baby in my hand and he wasn't he wasn't he was like looking at me strange he was looking at me strange and not responding telling me basically like no you're not call the cops I'm like why like I'm scared just do it like I'm scared and he wouldn't give me his phone and I was reaching for his phone and we were pushing each other we're pushing each other back and forth me and my dad trying to get the phone and all three of us were like pushing each other he just ran up on me and choked me so he just ran up on you and choked you yeah okay at any point did you lose Consciousness or anything I thought I was going to cuz I'm pregnant okay that was like how he right up on my neck like pulling each other and I mean I don't on my neck he chok me against two hands one hand right hand left hand I think one okay like clearly it was out of control whatever the situation was was way out of control so I mean here's the thing we're getting two conflicting stories um of course yours and yours and his and then yours and your father's as well so both their stories are matching well that's what happened I don't know what to tell you your child was with you when you were getting the phone from your dad uhhuh was your hand are you right-handed yeah so is
