You better call my mama. >> He's selfish. >> Nobody hitting him cuz I did not hit him. Please, please don't do this. Please don't do this. Please do not. >> What began as a routine response didn't feel routine for long as officers worked through the scene. Small details started to add up the behavior of the adults, the reactions of the children. Tension that wouldn't ease. >> Been in trouble for four. >> Mhm. >> You say I can't. I can't. >> Uhhuh. because yes, I do want to take him tonight. >> This is when when hero cops slowly realize the situation is more serious than expected. Here is Law Zone where features real police body cam footage documenting how officers handle tense and unpredictable situations as they happen. The first incident is that mom snaps. After discovering her 14-year-old's Snapchat messages, DCF steps in. >> My granddaughter ran away. She goes on Snapchat to people she don't know. >> My mom her mouth two times and then pulled him down on the ground by her. [music] On January 26th, 2023, officers responded after multiple calls reporting a disturbance involving an intoxicated adult and a teenage family member who left the residence. >> Oh, and I'm in the privacy of my own home. >> Who the is this? >> Hey, how's it going? This is the sheriff's office. >> Yeah. >> What's going on? We're getting calls from everywhere. >> Why? >> Cuz somebody's yelling, throwing stuff. Somebody saying that they saw somebody hit somebody. >> You got a fight with your mama tonight? >> No. >> What happened to your pants? >> I don't know. >> Me and my kids. >> Come on. Let's go inside. >> Your mom going to live with you? >> No, not at all. >> What is that? 1454. >> How's it going? >> I want to address. >> We in the back back there. Around the back. It's just the other half or she's at the house. >> Look, she's around the corner by my neighbor. >> Were you guys present during this? >> Officers learned the dispute began after the parent discovered the teen communicating with unknown individuals online, followed by yelling and the teen leaving the home incident. >> Oh, you want me to bring her back up? >> No. No. Were y'all here when it happened? >> Uhuh. No. Uh-uh. I just pull I was coming up. >> Uhhuh. >> And she just ran out to my truck. >> Shut up. >> She just ran out to my truck when I was coming out. Is she Is she messed up? >> I don't know. >> No, they said they saying >> it's a daughter. >> It's a How old is the daughter? >> Oh, the old lady right there. My must see the old lady. Y'all got to go. Yeah, y'all need to talk to that lady. Okay. >> You the other half of this party that I don't know what they're talking about. >> Okay. >> My granddaughter ran away. >> Hey, what's your >> I found her. I married Nella. I brought her back. >> Your granddaughter, >> huh? >> This is your daughter. >> My daughter. >> Okay. So, the granddaughter's down there. >> Oldy old granddaughter. Is she down there? >> Yes. They just came and said she's down there. We got a call. Somebody called 911. >> Uhhuh. >> And said that the mom was hitting the daughter was hitting the mom or whatever. Vice versa, whatever. >> Officers discuss whether returning the teen to the residence would escalate tensions and assess temporary placement options. >> So, we tried we made contact with her and you see what we got from her. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Obviously, something happened. Her pants are all dirty. >> She's mad. She's mad at her. Mad her goes on Snapchat and talks to people. She don't know what happened and she's going off on her after that. She told her, "Get out." She went down the street. She said, "I'm calling the police. She knew you could do her." I don't have her. I was sleeping. I said, "I went to go look for her." I saw her walking in Marisella. I said, "You're going back. I'm already in court for a hike with her." So, I brought her back. She was in the kitchen cleaning. Her and I were arguing. That's all that happened. >> Those suburbs. >> Yeah. >> You guys are just seen. The granddaughter's down there. She thinks you're here. >> If we bring the granddaughter back, is this just going to escalate things? >> You don't know. Is there anywhere? Are you a guardian of the person? >> I did not do not take they detective charge. I >> officers speak directly with the teen who describes an argument at home. physical contact between adults and leaving the residents to avoid further conflict. >> She's very irate over there. >> You guys look at your pad system, your filming system. >> Off the record on that house, we look out. >> Yeah, we got right now. You're welcome to come in and talk with me. >> I mean, so you know just as well as I do that she does have to go to a guardian. >> I didn't know she was a guardian. >> No, no. So that >> she has to go back unfortunately. >> Oh my god. We talk with her. It's not my business. I'm just providing safe refuge. >> I completely understand. >> But it's just like I even asked the grandma cuz the grandma came over there. She's fighting a court case for when the mom pressed charges about the grandma hiding her at her house. Try to keep her away from the mom. And we were trying to find out where the dad is. Nobody can get a hold of the dad. >> Oh, Woody. He was here earlier today. >> So So you know the dad? >> I know Woody. >> Is he a good guy? >> So you turn that camera off. I'll share my opinions. Well, she's been screaming all that since we got here. >> Yeah, her voice is not lowered. >> She already told them about >> it's okay. That's their business. That's her opinion. But no, I've had >> We're just trying to find a a decent guardian for her to go to for tonight. >> Want to talk to you? What's going on tonight? 5 minutes. >> Officers ask about household conditions, supervision, prior involvement with child welfare services, and available relatives who could provide care. >> I take it out on me. She told me to leave her house. So, I did. I was walking to my grandma's house. And then my mom, I guess, called my grandma and my grandma brought me back to the house. My grandma was trying to leave her or first she was trying to stick up for me because my mom was talking about all why she's leaving my house and my grandma said when you told her leave her house never come back and then that's when my mom hit her her mouth two times and then pulled her down on the ground by her hair and she hit her head off the sofa and that's when I just ran out the back door. >> So the mom hit the grandma? >> Yes. What happened to your nose? Just she didn't hit you or nothing. I guess just >> Oh it just happens with the weather >> I guess. like that outside for a few minutes. >> Okay. >> Do you know by any chance how much your mother drank tonight? >> Probably a lot. >> This is like an ongoing issue with her, >> huh? >> She just like drinks excessively. >> No, she drinks like when she gets mad or upset >> and that's kind of So, she does drink a lot. >> Didn't she just get arrested for that car she tore up in the front room? >> Yeah. >> For drinking that night at Bruce's, right? >> Yeah. >> How many brothers and sisters do you have over there? I have two brothers and three sisters. >> Y'all all live over there together? >> Yeah. >> Does any other adult live with y'all? >> No. >> You're the oldest of the siblings? >> Well, in that home, you know. >> Is there any other siblings like around that you know of? >> Yeah, too. Well, they don't come around. They uh I just know them. >> Is there a way that you can possibly like go over to their place tonight? >> Well, my sis, my older sister, she's the oldest out of us. She lives with my grandma and then my brother. He >> officers determine the teen must be placed with a responsible adult for the night and continue efforts to deescalate the parent was with his dad in the coar. >> OCS haven't been out to your house. >> Yeah, they're in our life right now. >> Okay. How many times have they been out to your house? >> I think this is like only the second time. >> Only the second time. So, child protective service, they come by and check on y'all. >> Yes. >> Is that like a court ordered thing? Do you know or? >> Um, no. But I know she was by her Sarah and she was coming to check on us on Monday. >> This Monday coming up. >> Yeah. >> Unfortunately, we you're going to have to go back because you're a minor. I'm sure you probably don't want to be in a predicament. I can tell by your facial expressions. You don't >> Is there any way that you can contact one of your siblings? >> I know where her house is. My sister lives with my grandma, so I know where they live. The grandmother that was at your house tonight or another grandma? >> The one that's up at the house right now. >> Grandpa, >> do you know like what's going on with your mom and your grandma right now with like the court stuff? No. >> Get out. >> Get out. >> Listen. >> Officers encounter the parent outside, observe continued aggressive behavior, and attempt verbal commands to calm the situation. >> Fix it. You're about 2 seconds from going to jail. Get out. Just sit out and talk for a second. Ashley, >> I'mma tell them all the truth. >> Yo, >> I do a sorry who don't do nothing for your kid. >> YOU BETTER CALL MY MAMA. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> I'm looking for my other shoe. >> You ain't got to worry about that shoe. I want to see if he's all kids. How much you had to drink? >> Officers question the parent about alcohol use and safety concerns while other adults attempt to intervene. >> Nothing. >> Nothing. >> Leave me alone. I'm in the privacy of my own home. >> You're out in the public street. >> No. I was in the privacy of my own home until he came to serving it. Now he's trying to send me to jail. So nobody >> sit down on the bumper. He can't even support my kids properly. I have six kids and he's nothing for them. >> Turn around. Turn around. Put your hand behind the back. She jumped onto the stairwell and then went through the doors. >> But she touched me. >> She didn't attack me. >> So you were going to get away from it all. I get it. >> So you came back over here to grab the kids. >> Grab the kids because she called and said about the door with the police. I'm walking with the kids. Police are walking. I >> She's just stressed out behind the kids. We accept the car officer. That is the big thing right there. You can see from how she wrecked her car a week ago. Had to chill out. should have a drinking problem. Where should she be in charge of the battery in the car and grab it? >> She cared the wheel >> with the children inside. >> She wants to actively fight. >> You have any weapons? >> I don't. >> Knives, anything that's going to harm Stephanie. >> Man, >> listen. We tried to handle the situation an hour ago. >> But I haven't done anything. And even >> you would have talked to us when we first came up. >> But even told But even he told you I didn't do anything. The only person was going to >> Officers secure the parent in a patrol vehicle while explaining the reasons for the arrest. >> But he's stuck with my Come on, man. He can't even He can't even take care of my kids, right? >> Please. He can tell you I didn't do anything. >> And when he goes to court, he can tell the judge that you you didn't do anything. >> But I didn't do anything. And that's not fair that he has to pay all that money to buy me out. We have all these kids, bro. We got six kids. >> Yes, I know. And I'm sorry. But you shouldn't have been acting up. >> But I haven't done anything. >> You jumped in THE VE AND GRABBED THE WHEEL. >> NO, I didn't. >> Listen, get your feet in. WARDRO, >> I just want my baby. Ashley, we're going to try to window for you. >> Ashley, I promise. Officers coordinate with relatives and neighbors to ensure the teen has a safe place to stay. >> This is why I'm not rolling the window out. >> I didn't do anything. >> All right. Well, I'm going to talk to you about >> do nothing. >> Okay. Grandma, >> what y'all want? >> The domestic battery, right? >> Who? >> The husband. >> Well, it's not her husband, but >> Well, either way, it's like it could be it could have been a higher charge. Remember, domestic disputes involving minors often require officers to prioritize immediate safety and temporary placement. Alcohol related disturbances can escalate quickly and lead to multiple legal consequences. This is the reaction of netzens to this situation. That situation felt chaotic from the start. Glad the teen had a safe place to stay. You can see how fast things escalated once officers arrived. Think this situation was already intense. The body cam catches a split-second decision [music and bell] that changes everything. Comment if you saw it coming. The next incident is when police save little girl from her extremely terrifying stepmother. >> Forgive me for crying. I do everything for him and I get talked to like a dog. >> Sweetheart, I have not touched you. >> Sweetie, I'm not going to jail for him. He took the knife and his own neck and said I DID IT. On May 4th, 2023, officers arrived at a residence following a report of a verbal dispute between a married couple involving alcohol use and a family member present. >> Been in trouble before. >> Mhm. >> You say, "I can't. I can't." >> How's it going? >> Not Can you tell me what's going on? >> He didn't drink. >> Uhhuh. >> And what she's called me told me said, "Come down here and try." He's sitting down here. I tried to talk to him. He his dead last year. He can't get over that. He's been gone for three three or four months. You can't he can't get over it. >> Mhm. He Anyway, ma'am, >> and he's having this like I was telling him while I go, he said, "Oh, she me." He went in there and took a goddamn butcher knife and watched it. So, if you want me to prosecute against him, he he just I want him to leave tonight. I don't want him at all on this guy phone tonight. You do what you want to. If I had to prostitute, he done jumped on me once spoke. He ain't gonna jump on me no. >> Okay. Can I get your ID? >> I own this goddamn place. I own everything here. And my name is Ronnie Burton Senior. My son lives up y'all. >> Okay. Can I get your um license for a report? >> You need mine, too, ma'am? >> Yes, ma'am. Thank you. >> You see, I'm not going anywhere. >> Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. >> I did. I I do literally every >> officers request written statements and confirm both adults had been drinking while clarifying relationships and household living arrangements. >> Excuse me. I didn't mean to throw it. I apologize. >> No, you're good. >> But no, I do everything for him. Ma'am, >> forgive me for crying. I do everything for him and I get talked to like a dog. >> Is that your husband or boyfriend? >> A husband. Like I'm legally married to him since 2016, but I I do everything for him. Dad knows I have. Please forgive me again. >> No, you're okay. >> But no, I do everything for him, but I just saw his [ __ ] on the face of the earth. >> Y'all had Y'all had before. >> Would it be okay if I have a sip of my drink? >> Yeah. Go right here. >> I don't want to get drunk in public. >> I don't drink nothing. >> I don't want to get drunk in public. I'm not going anywhere. >> It's constant every time about every two weeks. Ain't been here a month. Y'all ain't been a month, but it it was coming. He done jumped on me twice and he not going to jump on me no damn. If I give you a notepad, could you write everything that happened just a few minutes ago? Everything that happened? >> No, I shouldn't write it down. >> Conflicting accounts continue with accusations involving threats, physical confrontations, and arguments over household responsibilities. >> Like I say, she called me to come down here. I come down. He was standing outside here. She said, I said, "Let's go in the house." I car sit down. And she said, "Okay, can you go get the chicken?" And I went the hell if I got the chicken come back. I said, "I'm going over to my daughter's house cuz she going to go take her and get some groceries." I said, "All right." I had >> And with that being said, bam, this is my dad cuz he raised me, but it's technically legally my grandfather. >> Oh, yeah. That's >> what he get. >> He's not the He's not the same person as his dad. >> He's not a writ. >> I don't know. >> I I can't write it. You had to write it. >> I can't write I'll get my granddaughter right cuz I don't I don't like >> Okay. >> I ain't touch >> I ain't touch >> officers clarify that property and eviction disputes are civil matters and not immediately enforceable during the call. >> Whatever dad wants to do, >> I can tell you what's going to happen. Wait, >> both of them going to go to jail. >> I haven't done anything wrong. Okay. >> He can he can tell you what I'm talking to you like a civil adult. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Both of them drinking. I agree with you. I agree. >> Both of drinking is the problem. Don't you think? >> But not Okay. I have had other than that one right there. And you can see clearly it's not even I mean what one step out of it. >> Okay. I can tell you clearly. But with that being said, he has had twice as much as I have or triple as much as >> Who called? Who called? >> She called. >> You called? >> Yes. >> I told I told him got on that he wanted chicken for dinner. I mean, after I paid the bills, I paid the groceries. He didn't really have the money. So, I called dad. I said, "Can you go get us chicken from Hardies? All I want is chicken for what?" I said, "What? One or two things from Great. >> Yeah, there you go. What a suicide. >> The woman continues disputing potential arrest outcomes and expresses concern about employment consequences. >> I'm I'm not quite all the furniture and stuff belong to him, but in the kitchen and all the furniture and everything belong to him and her, >> right? Only thing only thing in the house. >> I don't know how that works, but like everything was bought in his name, but like we bought it together. Does that make sense? >> No, that's all. So, you have to go through the court process with that. Okay. >> Everything in past anything criminal, that's all civil. So, yeah, that goes to the whole courthouse for all that stuff. >> I know the law. It's so crazy. >> He tell I can't make him >> I'm not going to jail for him. I'm not. When he was the one in the wrong, but he's going to sit there and lie to get himself out of it because he's in been in trouble before. >> Mhm. >> You say I can't I can't arrest him. >> Is that what you're saying? >> What you mean? by seeing what he done to her with with the with the he took a knife instead claim she did it. >> You can't arrest what >> I can't saying like you can't you can't do anything about that he took the knife and his own neck and said I did it. >> He can take both of you guys to jail. So it' be the court decision. You have to go through the whole court process. >> I'm not going to jail for him. >> It's all all depends what uh >> I'm not going to jail. I'm not losing my job. That's all I've had. >> Okay. Makes sense. But I don't have one. I don't know what he he >> But he's been drinking since 6:00 this morning when he got back home. >> He going to lay down. >> He He was has been drinking since he got back home today. >> Is it like his the anniversary or something of the >> No, like that. That's a regular. >> I got tired. It would be on. And if that's what it's going to take to make y'all move and he said I can't cut him out. You watch and see >> eviction. >> I can evict them both. He said he can't do it. He 90 days. I said, "Oh, no. He don't pay no rent. I can I can get him back before 90 days. I know that. >> 60 days, >> huh? >> 60 days. >> What a kid. Because technically, ma'am, what I think what he means is like that's my son, >> but the daughter is >> his daughter. >> It's his daughter >> by somebody else. >> By somebody. Yeah. >> A fiction is a fiction 60 days. >> Oh, okay. >> But he likes that. He done towed it when he gets drunk. >> He didn't tow the house up anyway. >> He knocked Go in look the bathroom down. He knocked the whole br. He just knocked the whole off. I was I can't do nothing. That what you're saying? >> You got to take the corner. >> Come on. Let me talk to you for a second over here. >> Me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> And he jumped on me and that guy. He said he come here. He come here jumped on me. I said, "Let me tell you something, Bruce." >> Jumped on you as in words or physically? >> Physically. >> Well, you going to take out charges first? >> Yeah. Well, I told you. He jumped on her. They get they get >> officers instruct witnesses to provide written statements and emphasize maintaining calm due to a minor being present. If I try to separate then he jumped on me and he flush. Oh, just you do this and you I said you got nothing that's what I do. >> I get arrested because of him. >> Well, he's got to go too then. Is he going? You going to rest both of them? >> I did not even touch her. This is so gone. >> You know I did not touch her. Only in your pockets. >> Anything in your pockets? >> No, I do not. >> Is that your granddaddy papa or who? >> Yeah, it's my granddaddy. Why? >> I'm just I'm just asking what relationship with >> grand sir. Sir, sir. Hey, sir. Get back over there. Do not start an argument while we're here. You are a grown man. Do not provoke anything here tonight. Do you understand me? You are older than me two times. I should not have to tell you that. Am I correct? >> Yes, sir. You're correct. >> Please, if you don't mind. >> Okay. >> It's a child here. >> She's dealt with enough. >> So, what we're going to do here, we're going to get you to write a witness statement about basically what all took place. What before it happened after >> officers privately interview the minor who describes being physically grabbed and restrained during the dispute. >> So, you can stay in this house as long as you want. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, even though he owns this place, he has to evict you for you to be kicked out, >> right? >> So, you want to put that beard down so you can focus? >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. >> I'm going go in here and focus on the safe word. >> All right. >> Come on, baby. >> Uh, just write all what all the incident that would happen for us to come here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, >> what did like how I think she's trying to say what started the argument? >> That's right. >> Yeah. started the argument and then that's the chicken and then that's when that left. >> All right, I will. >> She throw it all the way over near the dog and then it broke his neck and then it was squiggling but did it eventually. >> I'm lucky that one's still alive. >> You don't have to write it in cursive. You can just write it regular or that's how you usually write. >> Oh, okay. >> So, s can I talk to you while dad's writing that? >> You talk to him. You spawn. >> I thought she was coming to the chicken the first time, but then she moved the house. But then when daddy says something, >> officers observe visible marks consistent with the minor statement and document injuries with photographs. >> She typed up to the chickens and that's when I lost the door because I didn't run. I know what she was going to do. But then that's when she slammed me and she like grabbed me behind and slammed me back down and I tried to get back up. And then she grabbed me there again. And then she took both of the chickens and threw one all the way over there and one was right there. And then the other one was like squiggling, jiggling. It passed away. And then the other one I think he's >> Do you have a break? >> Do you know how to call 911? your brother. >> No, he's over there playing basketball. >> But um the thing is that child not >> so daddy has one child and mama has two child that guy's ID too. >> The old man. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Most of the time when they get in a fight is >> being kind. Oh, you're fine. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> And then she gets mad and then that's most of the time when they fight. >> Does your neck hurt? >> Yeah. >> Do you mind if I see it? >> I don't need to grab it. >> Oh gosh. Is it just right here or is it more area? >> Some on her arm. >> Officers advise the minor on emergency resources and proceed with enforcement action. >> Thank you. You looked really close. You can see where her fingernails went into her arm. Right. >> Where's the >> Okay. Well, I went >> It was like right Oh, yeah. Right there. >> I wanted to take some pictures. Okay. >> Mhm. >> I think the other guy took some pictures. >> Okay. He did. Okay. >> Yeah. He can see cuz he has to see my arm and my neck and my face right here. >> Is it okay? How's your finger? Your thumb. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm sorry that you got hurt. Just remember next time if you feel scared, just call 911. Okay. >> Am I going to get a bail? >> I don't know. It's all up to the mast >> because I didn't do anything wrong. >> The woman was charged with two counts of simple assault against a family member. Remember, domestic calls rely heavily on separating parties and documenting statements and physical evidence. Visible injuries and consistent accounts can determine enforcement decisions during disputes. This is the reaction of netizens to this situation. That situation seemed overwhelming for everyone involved. Body cam footage really shows how complex these calls can be. Glad officers took time to document everything carefully. You think the officers were out of options here? Watch what happens next on the body cam [bell] and tell us if you would have done the same. The next incident is when police step in after mom abandons kids alone on wedding night. >> I think he's over one. >> She was acting super weird. >> Oh, I was at a friend's house. He was asleep. >> What time did you leave at? >> 10. I'm scared to go back. >> Okay. Well, I'm not going to disagree. [music] On July 24th, 2024, officers are dispatched to an apartment complex after neighbors report a young family member crying continuously during a welfare check request. >> Uh-huh. >> Cuz yes, I do want to take him tonight. >> Mhm. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> How you doing? >> Good. >> Is this your apartment? >> No. >> Okay. >> Do you hear him? >> Oh, yeah. I can see him as well. >> Yeah. That's my friend. >> Oh, apologies. I thought you were asking me. >> Where is she? >> Is he in there? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Do you know if she left? >> Do you know what car she drives? >> She don't drive. >> Okay. >> Do you know what her name is? >> Tiara. >> Tiara. >> I just talked to her. >> Hi. Can you open the door? No, he's like one >> I think he's over one. Can you open the door for me? >> I don't think he can reach the lock. He might. Do you want us to? We know him. >> Officers gather timelines from neighbors regarding the last time the parent was seen at the apartment. >> Want us to try and get him? >> Sure. >> All her kids play together. Come on, baby. Open the door. >> Open it. >> Can you get it open? Come on. >> When was the last time y'all saw Tiara? >> I saw her. I came home around like 10:30. >> Mhm. >> I seen her at 3:30. >> She was here, >> but she was acting super weird. >> Okay. >> Officers attempt to contact the parent and family members while identifying a possible key holder for access. >> 10:30 in the morning. >> No, tonight. I got like 10:30. >> Is this out of the norm for her? I think she has a like mental disability. >> Okay. >> She was actually super weird. >> What do you mean? >> Like super hyper. >> Kenwick, please. >> You don't have Tiara's phone number? >> Yeah, we do. >> Can I call her? >> I'm going to call her sister. >> Her sister's my sister's best friend. >> Okay. >> She has to be asleep cuz her phone's on disturb. >> Okay. >> And you have her sister's phone number. >> I'm trying to call her sister. Yeah. >> Do you guys have contact for a uh landlord or like maintenance? Um, maintenance I think is there's one guy that has keys. >> Okay. What's his home? >> I think it's D. They have packages delivered to D101 in the corner. I think she might be able to help. I don't know. >> Check out. >> He's still crying. >> No, I think he's in the room. >> Where's his room at? >> Kenowick Police welfare check. >> That's who she just called. >> Hello, it's the Kenwick police. Officers confirm no caregiver is present and ask neighbors about prior supervision or caregiving arrangements. It's a welfare check. Can you come to the door? Hey, Carter. How are you? >> Yeah, I like your doggy. Where's mom at? >> Yeah. I'll be right with you. Okay, kiddo. I have a friend of mine. >> Hi. >> Hi, buddy. Come here. Where's mama? She went bye-bye. Where's mama? >> Are you the one who called? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And you've attempted calling her yourself. >> And your sister? >> My sister and her sister are best friends. >> Okay. No answer from anybody. >> No. My sister answered, but she's trying to contact her sister. >> Her So the mom to him is >> my sister's best friend. So her mom's name is Tiara. >> Um his diaper. Okay. >> No one's >> Do you babysit him sometimes? >> No. >> Officers make contact with the parent upon her return and begin asking about her absence. >> Her twin. So Tiara lives here and her sister Sierra. >> Do you know where she lives? >> That's okay. Can you call your sister? Maybe find out. >> Yeah. >> Please leave your message. >> I feel bad. I'm like I know she works early. I work early. Let me see if I can find her husband. >> Have you seen Tiara or heard her? >> I seen her like around 3:00. I went for a run earlier at work and it was like 3:30 >> and then I seen her. She didn't have him yet. He goes the same day as my kids. >> Okay. Did you hear Tiara anytime in the apartment? Like were able to hear her voice, TV, anything like that? No. >> No. >> That's a mom. >> She's coming downstairs. >> You coming down? >> Hello. >> Your name? >> Sure. >> Tiara. Can I talk to you right out here? >> Sure. >> What's going on today? >> Oh, I was at a friend's house. He was asleep. >> Okay. How long were you at a friend's house? >> Um, just for a couple hours. >> A couple hours. >> Okay. What friend's house were you at? >> Up there. >> Up where? >> That building over there. What time did you leave at? >> 10:00. >> At 10:00. Okay. Do you know what time it is right now? If you had to guess without looking >> Well, actually it was 11:00. Sorry. >> What's that? >> It was 11 actually that I left. >> Without looking at a clock right now, could you guess what time it is? >> 12. >> Around 12. Okay. What had you come back here? >> The neighbor came from there to the door and said that my son was crying. >> Okay. And you said you left your boy here asleep. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. Is that normal for you to once he falls asleep to go visit a friend for a little bit? No sleep. >> No, today was just an outlier day. >> I just thought he would be okay. >> Okay, I get you. Did you have a way to check on him? Like maybe like a a camera? No way to check on him or know if he need anything? No. Okay. What's on your mind right now? >> I'm scared. >> You're scared? What are you scared of? Of >> losing him. >> Okay. Why would you think that? >> Oh, no. Cuz I feel like I'm bad. >> Okay. Well, I'm not going to disagree with you. Give me one second. I'll be right back with you. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I wish someone would have called me. I was so aware of this situation. >> So, what do you what it's okay? Everything's okay right now, but what do you know of the situation? >> I don't know. Maybe I assume maybe he was asleep and she went over just to hang out for maybe 20 minutes and then extended the time. I don't know. >> Okay. Um I really don't I know she doesn't leave him like that a lot. >> Okay. But she does >> I don't know that. I'm sorry. You know I I that could be the is the you know scenario but I don't I'm not aware of that. >> Okay. >> But I what I can tell you is that I can I can try to be there in the next 20 minutes to get him. I don't take him. >> It's okay. >> I don't know the extent of the issue. I don't want him to go to CPS. I I would prefer him to come with me if that's an option. >> Officers explain child welfare procedures and discuss custody options with family members. >> We'll see. >> I don't mean no disrespect, but how long has your sister been battling what she's battling right now? >> I don't know. What is Well, she is not fully mentally there. >> Okay. What do you mean by that? >> She is mentally if that makes sense. >> Okay. So she does things that she makes it makes sense to her. >> That's not completely okay at all. Completely at all. >> Okay. In reference to the child, what have you seen her do that you don't find to be normal or find to be out of the ordinary >> to be honest? Nothing really. The only thing that really concerns me is sometimes, you know, when she gets over, you know, she just be like overly loud with him. like she'll yell at him. >> Okay. >> Not like just because she has a hard time like getting rid of her frustration. Like she's never hit him or she doesn't harm him. She's a really good mother. I just don't understand. >> Can you help me by calling CPS and finding out if she has any history? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> And I've told her like, "Dude, if you need help, reach out to me." We have older sister. She knows that if she's struggling, she's going to ask someone for help, >> right? I don't understand why she would do this and it's so upsetting. I already have [laughter] I have my whole situation, you know. I have four kids. I have one who's has special needs. >> Mhm. [snorts] >> I don't know. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I just >> I'm in a loss right now. >> Sir, do you know if your sister has ever struggled with um or any or anything along those lines? >> No. I don't. Okay. All right. So, give me a couple here and then I'll give you a call back and give you an update as to what we're doing. Okay. >> Okay. >> I won't keep you out the loop, though. >> Please. Just >> I mean, even if you guys are able to bring him to me, >> then I can send I can give you the address. I'm just >> I hear you. All right. I'll let you know. Okay. Can we step inside and speak in private, please? >> Thank you. T What time did you sleep at today? >> About 10:02. And we were in here for at least an hour. >> Officers continue evaluating supervision decisions and household safety conditions. >> Who's we? >> Me and two other people. >> Okay. >> Two other adults. >> So it wasn't until 11:00 that you left then? >> Yeah. >> What was your thought behind that? >> I didn't think I was going to be there very long. >> Okay. >> I didn't realize it was longer than it was. >> What were y'all doing? >> Just chatting. >> Okay. What was the reason for leaving then? just to hang out over there. I guess >> why not stay here since you have a child here. >> I guess I wasn't I probably should just let them go back home. >> Okay, >> that's what I should have done. >> We're inside of your house right now. You if you don't want to, you don't have to talk to me or anything like that. I do have a couple other questions for you. You're not detained. You're not under arrest right now, but I do want to read your constitutional rights before I ask you a couple questions. Is that okay with you? >> Sure. >> Okay. What did you do today? >> I went to work. >> Uhhuh. I took the daycare and I picked him up around 3ish. >> Okay. >> Hung out here. We hang out here. We went over to their house all together. >> Okay. >> For a little bit and then I left for uh this group called Celebrity Recovery. >> What's that? >> I went to I went to a group called Celebrity Recovery. >> Okay. >> In Pasco. >> So today you you went to work. What time did you leave for work at? I left for work about the first time I left was 5. >> One second. Actually, can you I get a written statement from everybody here? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. At 8. >> Yeah. I left at 8. Um dropped him off. >> Mhm. >> And then rode the bus and then I had to come back. I checked on my dogs. >> Mhm. >> Officers determined the child was left without adequate supervision for a period of time for him. >> Is that at the point at that he brings you a product and needs assistance in getting it? >> Yes. So, do you think that he could have grabbed it and helped himself to it or fed himself that product with what you just said? >> Not exactly. I don't think. >> Does he have access to water? >> There's water right there. >> And can he bite it off? >> Yeah, he bites it off to drink some also some >> What about if something happened inside the home? Well, we'll make it something minimal that it it would have been crummy, but really no danger to for the most part to him. What if the toilet started overflowing? >> No. >> And he need and he wanted to leave. Could he have been able to leave the apartment? >> No. He would have struggled a little bit. >> Can you speak and ask for help? Like let him know who you are. Let him know who he is. >> Can you say your name? >> Probably not. >> No. >> But he would know who I am. >> He can point you out. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. All righty. Where is Sierra? >> I'm Sierra. >> Perfect. Hi Sarah. I'm officer with Kawwick. We spoke on the phone. >> Yes. I can speak outside if that's okay. >> Do you need to speak to me outside? No, but I mean we can talk inside. I just wanted to have the update outside just so I can talk to you about the situation. >> Officers place the parent under arrest and arrange for the child to be released to a relative. >> Okay. >> Just to see where we're at. You know, I'm not too sure. >> What's happening right now is that she is going to be placed into custody for failure to supervise a child. What with that said is that traditionally with CPS's involvement, if she agrees to it, you can have temporary custody of the child or she can transfer it for now because you are biologically related and it's okay with her. Okay. If she says no and that's her decision, then we go the other route. >> Yes. >> So, that's the conversation I was about to have with her. >> Okay. >> It's okay. Um I try and call my older sister >> cuz yes, I do want to take him tonight and I do want but she'll probably take over custody of you know >> Well, for now you are. >> Yes. Yes, I'm fully I She has the car seat for him. >> Okay. Where's the car seat? >> It's inside. >> Inside. Perfect. >> She has two. >> All right, that's perfect. >> I mean, I assumed that she was going to get arrested, but um if we can when she does get arrested, if I could just take Carter so he doesn't see that. >> I was going to have her step outside, then you can stay inside with him, so that's okay. Any other questions for me? >> Well, do you guys know how long he was left? >> How long he was left alone? At least an hour. That's at least how long he'd been crying. That doesn't determine how long he was alone cuz he may have been sleeping during that. woke up at some point, found out he wasn't anybody was home with him. That's when he started crying. So, at a minimum of an hour. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, let me speak to >> Tiara. Tiara, can I speak to you here over here, please? I'll speak to you right outside. Okay. So, I'm be very frank with you. Okay. You're going to be placed under arrest for failure to supervise of your child. Okay. >> Why? >> For failure to supervise your child. Officers arrested the parent for failure to supervise a child after determining the child was left alone for an extended period. The charge was based on neighbor reports, officer observations inside the apartment and the parents own timeline statements, remember welfare checks, rely on witness timelines, access to the residence, and the ability of a child to meet basic needs alone. Law enforcement may involve family members and child welfare agencies when supervision concerns arise. This is the reaction of nizens to this situation. Glad neighbors spoke up when something didn't seem right. This shows how officers pieced together timelines. Tough situation handled step by step. The tension is already high, or so it seems. What the body cam captures next saves [music] a life pause and comment what you do here. >> Can you tell me what's going on with the kids? >> No. >> Somebody needs to bail me out. So, ma'am, Mickey, do you have a purse on you or anything? >> Where's your wallet? >> It's in there somewhere. >> All right. Well, you said you do have a license on you or you don't. >> Do you have a license? >> Okay. Do you have a license? Yeah. >> She refuses field sobriety tests and is informed her refusal could lead to arrest. Conversations continue about who is caring for her children. >> DUI investigation. You leave your kids. >> I I was >> What kind of mother are you? You leave your kids here? >> Bad mother, I guess. Passers by and bystanders question her parenting as she argues with officers and refuses to cooperate. Cuz I'm a parent and I would never leave my kids drunk in a hotel with people I don't know. Do you even know who your kids are with right now? Huh? Do you even know who your kids are with right now? >> No. Sit in my car. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't Don't jerk away from me. >> Don't touch me like that. >> Don't jerk away from me. >> Don't touch me like Listen. I didn't touch him. I didn't touch you. >> Thank you. >> Uh here, let me Here. I'm sorry. >> No, you're fine. >> Here, what I don't get out, but just No, like you can you can put your legs right here, but don't just don't step out. Okay. like slide slide to the I don't >> officers clarify how the legal process works including possible bond hearing and conditions like TPOS that could restrict her contact with her father and granddaughter based on court decisions. >> I like people smoking in my car, but I also don't want you to get out at this point. Slide slide this way. Come on. There you go. There you go. All right. But while we're standing here in the process, I'm going to explain a little bit of stuff to you. Okay. So, battery family violence, okay, is when you cause visually visible bodily harm to someone, okay, that indicates to me that the the bruising on his hands are self-defense wounds. Okay, >> I didn't hit >> Okay, so listen, I'm not telling you you did. This is all for a judge to decide. Okay, but when it comes to family violence, >> you mean flip it off? >> Yeah. Thank you. >> When it comes to family violence, as a as a law enforcement official of the state of Georgia, I have to do something. Okay, I need you to understand that is I have to do something. I don't have a choice. >> Okay. >> No, you're fine. You're fine. So, that's why you're going to end up going to jail for battery FBA. Okay. Now, this all of this isn't So, as far as this goes, what's going to happen is you're going to go to jail with me. Okay. You're going to be there for a little bit. All right. >> A little bit. >> What's today? Today's Sunday. >> So, first parents already done. So, tomorrow >> So, tomorrow noon. tomorrow sometime around noon one or twoish they will uh you will see first appearance and you'll be able to have a bond set. Okay. But as far as the bond you are going to have bond conditions which means that you can either come here if if he if he wants you here then you're allowed here. If he doesn't want you here then you're not allowed to come back because it's from my understanding that you do not have custody of your daughter. >> I do not but I am on the lease. >> Lean forward. Lean forward. Being on the lease does not matter. Okay. Depending on what kind of bond conditions they set, that's going to determine everything. From my understanding, when defax transfer owners or not ownership, >> I well, I signed the paper. >> Okay. So, that but either way it goes. Okay. So, you're done. Here you go. Let me see. There we go. You coming back here, that is also up to a judge, but also I am going to advise him of his TPO rights. Okay. You know what a TPO is, correct? >> Yes, sir. It is a temporary protection order which means that you are not allowed to come near him nor that baby until all of this is resolved in court because y'all both of y'all will have a court date. >> So he has the right to say no to that. >> I'm sorry. >> He does he have the right to like not okay that or >> to say to I'm sorry. >> Can he say yes or see? >> No. >> So >> no. Once it is set by a judge and there is a TPO in place there is no exceptions whatsoever. He can't like >> the only person. >> The only reason I'm asking >> No, they can they can come to court, but he's probably not going to end up bringing the child to court. >> No, no, no. I'm saying the only reason I'm asking is cuz when I was there, not there, but I was at I was at court for something else and I was there was a lady that was court um and they were talking about same thing, I guess, and her husband or something her got into an argument and he went to jail and she was requesting that that be, you know, disregarded or something or dropped. So that is at the judge's discretion. >> The judge can either grant or deny that. Okay? If the judge grants it, then that's fine because that's a judge's decision. Okay? But if he denies that, there is no going back. >> All right. >> So what if what if say I'm, you know, all the things go in blah blah blah and everything? >> Let me let me do this. I No, you're fine. You're fine. I got a few things that I got to do. I'll answer all your questions as soon as I get done. Let me let me get some things done that I got to get done real quick and then I'll come back and I'll talk to you. >> Bring me a drink of water. Just >> I I will I will see. Okay. I will see. All right. >> What my job is to do is not to say whether you did or whether you did not. My job is based off of fiscal evidence. Okay? The bruising on his hands and his testimonial evidence that he told me on body cam matches what my eyeballs are seeing. That's yeah, I get that. I'm sorry. Like I just don't understand how they really got there. Like y'all react. Like I know you you know I'm not saying that. I'm just questioning in my brain like how and what in the world, >> right? And >> he is on blood thinners and he's 64 years old. So like he bruises easily and things like that, but like I know that you know you're good evidence and things like that. I'm not saying that. I'm just I guess I'm just thinking out loud. She was charged with battery and cruelty to children in the third degree. Remember, domestic incidents can lead to arrest decisions based on visible injuries and statements at the scene. Protection orders are commonly discussed to reduce further conflict while cases move through the court. This is the reaction of netzens to this situation. This situation seemed to build up over a long time. The officer spent a lot of time explaining the process. Sad to see family disputes reach this point. You think this call can't get worse? The body cam captures the exact second officer's rush in comment. If you felt that spike, the next incident is when mom finally loses it after siblings won't stop fighting over work. >> I didn't point it at her. I gave it to her by the blade. Told her to me. Told her to me. What are you doing smoking? >> I've been smoking since I was 15 and I am not going to quit. >> He started hitting her and she was hitting him. >> You're so just like >> on October 30th, 2024, officers responded after a sibling argument escalates inside the home involving a pregnant sister and their mother stepping in. >> What the hell's going on? >> Um, well, my sister works lives here cuz she got pregnant. She got knocked up. Her boyfriend lives in North Carolina. >> Okay. >> And my mom came in my room. I got an argument with her. >> She started punching me and tried to put me in a headlock. So I grabbed her pressure point on her neck. Got her off of me. Gave her a knife by the blade. I didn't point it at her. I gave it to her by the blade. Told her to me. Told her to me. >> What? All because she's pregnant. >> No. She wants to act like my mother. Like Like she doesn't put in any rent. She doesn't put in any bills. She wants to talk around. You're acting like she >> What's up with the rain camera that you ripped off the house? >> My grandma's talking at uh the Landfield dispatch center. She put ads on me. As far as I'm concerned, she committed a crime and I would like >> Who else Who who else is in the house other than you and her? >> No one. >> There's a peach. There's a peach. >> What are you doing smoking? >> Selzer, I've been smoking since I was 15 and I am not going to quit. >> I heard that. All right. Well, you going to put it out. Get in my car. God almighty. I thought you was doing straight. >> I mean, I work a job. I mean, I work a whole job. Like, >> I mean, I thought you were straight. >> Brother explains the dispute started over getting ready for work and smoking, says mother defended sister and became physical first. >> You got any weapons on you? >> No. Absolutely. >> Put your drink on top of my car. >> Oh, have I committed a crime? Put your until I determine if you have or not. You sitting in my car. Get your feet in. All right. So, you and her had an argument. >> Yeah. >> About >> I'm not really sure. Oh, it's cuz me me telling my sister she's uh freeloading. Freeloading. She's a freeloader. >> Teddy Rick. And she she yells at me in the morning. I just got up. I'm getting ready to go work my job. >> Okay. >> So, I I tell um what did I tell her? Some shut up. It's like damn business. Something like that. I don't know. Don't talk to me. Something. >> Okay. And you said she put put her hands on you. >> She put uh No, my mom put my hands on her hands on me. I was sitting on my bed put my shoes on. >> And your mom's in the house? >> Yeah. And she threw all the >> sister gives statement. Says brother verbally attacked her, threatened violence, and advanced with a knife while she shielded her pregnant sister. >> Handed her. Tell her to put your fingerprints on it. Stab me. >> Okay. She wants to say I'm on drugs. I'm not on any drugs. Sober as a whistle. >> All right, let me go talk to her. What in the world is going on? >> Him. >> Well, what's he doing? >> He started this morning with her telling her that Alicia, you do your conversation cuz I came upstairs to that. >> I walked in the door cuz I had to take New York cuz my mom took the car from him. So I asked if he's going to work and he goes, "When I'm ready." And I said, "So am I taking you?" He goes, "No, I'm going to fly there. That's how I'm going to get there." I was like, "If you're going to be rude, I'm not going to take you to work." Sorry. My mom came upstairs and then he told me and I sent the comment to the group. >> I said, "If you can't afford to have a kid and don't have one." >> He said that I was a freeloader and I need to move out. If I can't afford to have a kid, I need to leave. So, my mom came upstairs and told him that he can't talk to me like that. And that's when he started attacking my mom and everything and like were jumping at her and said that he was going to kill. So my mom was just standing there talking to him and that's when he started hitting her and she was hitting him and then eventually like he stopped so I stopped recording and then he pulls the knife from behind his door. >> Yeah. And that's in the next video. That's when I decided to stop. >> Officers review phone and ring camera footage showing aggressive behavior and knife being presented. >> Call 911. >> PLEASE HELP. WHAT? >> WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO BE SCARED? GOOD. >> She came. >> WHAT ARE YOU GETTING MY FACE FOR? >> You need to learn how to quit. QUIT. >> WHAT? >> WHAT? >> WHAT? YOU SCARED? >> WHAT? POLICE KNOW. >> WHAT? >> WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO BE SCARED? YOU'RE THE ONE CLINCHING. YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S GETTING DOWN. YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S THINKING YOU can actually hit me. >> Is that the only one you have? >> No, it's this one, too. Where? THAT'S IS THIS AFTER? >> This is the second one. Okay. >> Is that the only two? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You're never wrong. You're so kid a GRAB KNIFE. >> OH MY GOD. [screaming] >> Why'd you bring the knife in? >> Well, I gave it to her by the handle. I told her, >> "No, you stab >> you. You pulled it out of the the sheath for what?" >> I told her to stab me with it. >> But you're holding it by the handle. >> Well, I'm holding it by the part to give it to her. >> She is not shown up. >> I'm holding it so I can >> mother admits striking her son saying she felt threatened and was trying to protect her daughters. >> Being pregnant and being a freeloader and whatever. Well, the mom is taking up for the sister. >> Yeah. I mean, that's not punches. >> I think that's a little out of the realm of reasonable when it comes to that >> physical discipline. Yeah. >> Yeah. I was about to say is that corporal punishment right there? Is that what that is? >> But in this in this instance, he would be considered a juvenile, right? Since he is 17, he is still a juvenile. >> Yeah. >> So you possibly >> Let me show you in the first >> he brought out a knife. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. It's at the very end. Look at your goddamn highlighted wrong. >> I know I'm never wrong. >> Your sociopath just like your daughter. >> That's what it looks like in the video. >> Mother placed under arrest for battery and potential cruelty to children due to juvenile involvement. >> I told her [snorts] um I can't remember what I Well, it was something I told her some disrespectful. I was like, "I'll go to work when I go to work." She was telling me to get up, take me to work. I was like, I haven't even smoked a cigarette, so I'm gonna go smoke a cigarette. That that's how it all started because that was actually first cigarette I smoked this morning. But in that video, that knife was on the left of my desk and I picked it up. I threw the sheath against the wall and I was holding like >> I'm trying to go I'm trying to go back and get the full story. >> And then my mom, cuz I was talking to my sister, she uh ran up them stairs and she got in my room, got in my face, and I got an argument with her and we exchanged words. After a couple seconds, um, she got my face, started hitting me in my face. I I don't even remember if I pushed her back. June, >> did you tell anybody you was going to kill him? >> No. >> Cuz I know that's a crime and you've been here long enough many times for me to know that's a crime and that I made sure I avoided doing a crime. If anything, it's going to be mutual because she hit me first, right? The sister describes physical escalation, including the son pulling the knife while advancing, and expresses fear for her safety and her pregnant daughters. >> All right, get out for a sec. But I mean, I like my job. I work a good job. I don't get along with other people I live with. I work my job. I don't want to move out, you know? But like, I didn't do nothing illegal towards her grabbing a threatening her illegally or anything. get your drink and go sit on the curb for me, please. >> So when I came into the room, I told him to quit. And he immediately pushed his threatening towards me. So when he then approached me like he was going to hurt me is when I grabbed him because he'd constantly come towards me acting threatening and then he'd back off and he'd do it over and over again. So once he got too far is when I grabbed him and I start I I hit him. I started hitting him multiple times because I'm tired of him thinking he can intimidate us because of how big he is. After that, I think Alicia started recording and I don't know what he was doing on my back, but Alicia put his took his hands off my back again and then he bent over, which obviously I'm standing this way. He's standing towards me. He bent over and grabbed I guess next to his trash can or whatever is to the left of him and pulls out a knife about this long and then he holds it like that towards me and says, "Keep it." But I had to step back because otherwise I would have had the knife in me. He kept coming towards me and he goes, "Put your fingerprints on it. Get your fingerprints on this on this knife and pull me." And I'm staying in between him and Alicia cuz Alicia's 8 months pregnant. Then when he goes outside, he's on the ring camera. He closed the door. We're thinking, "Okay, everything is fine. He's getting out where he tries to storm back in the house." And you can >> police determine the mother was the primary aggressor based on the video and charge her with simple battery and cruelty to children. They advise one party should leave to deescalate. >> Jail battery FBA and possibly cruelty to children in the first. Okay. >> You got any questions? >> No. >> Okay. Place your hands in front of you, palms together. You have anything in your pockets? >> Lighter, phone, cigarettes, >> battery, family violence, and possibly a cruelty charge because he's a juvenile. So, I have to get warrants and she can call you. >> Okay. And um >> him, >> I don't have anything on him right now. >> Okay. But what about him threatening to me? >> There has to be an independent uh unbiased witness to that. And you know, you can't just >> I understand >> say that he said it, you know, without >> I'm not saying that it didn't happen. >> No, no, I get it. >> Um, but right now, you know, the video that you had is pointing at her. >> So, where does he go? Or do I need to leave right now? >> Neither one of you need to leave right now. I would advise him to leave because all of this started because of you guys. arguing back and forth or or him saying the things that he said, you know. I don't have anything on him right now. >> No, I understand. >> Okay. >> All right. Do you have any questions? >> Okay. Get you on this side over here. >> Uh, who we texting? >> His father. >> I'd rather you not. Since you're already in custody, because all this started between you and her, I would advise you to find somewhere else to be. >> Can I grab my stuff for my >> I don't care what you do. You can stay here. Both of y'all can. But I'd rather one of you leave. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> If you want to get what you want, walk. I don't care. All right. All right, officer pass. Are these Do me a favor. Just hang out here and I'm going to talk to you about something, but just give me a second. All right. So, pretty much we got on camera. So, the girl, little girl here, pink was messing with the phone. Grandma's like, "I need the phone." Grabs a phone from her hand. um walking to towards the staff, grab her by the hair, throw on the ground and kicks her in the ground >> and then she kicked the kid on the ground. >> So then the kid gets up, throws the books on the ground and then she just comes and just slaps the kid in the face. So I took a >> officers explain that the entire incident was captured on camera. The grandmother initially downplays the behavior, claiming it was minor and that the child was misbehaving over a phone >> video of it. I've seen them downtown before. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, what are you going to do? >> So, I'm going to talk to them and see and just ambient attack. Yeah, pretty much. >> You need something a lot worse. >> I mean, she shouldn't have grabbed the kid by the hand and pulled her to the ground, >> but she just tapped her with her foot. >> Oh, she just hit her in the head with a book. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> So, it's like more than just, you know, >> there's a little bit of money. >> I haven't felt that. >> I haven't got to all that.
